Abstract

本发明公开一种防断丝织带涂料的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:(1)将聚合型乳化剂、碳酸氢钠、消泡剂、引发剂加入至去离子水中,混合搅拌均匀后,然后缓慢的向其中加入聚合单体,在氮气保护下,聚合反应后,制得种子乳液;(2)将种子乳液、4,6‑二氯烟酸乙酯、氯甲酸二甘醇酯、异丙醇频哪醇硼酸酯、纳米ATO、去离子水混合搅拌均匀,陈化处理后,制得防断丝织带涂料。本发明制得的织带涂料,能有效的提升织带表面的耐磨、耐氧化性能,同时还能提升织带的手感,提升其表面的细腻度,尤其是本发明制得的织带涂料,能有效的防止织带出现断丝的情况,极大地提升了织带的品质。

Description

一种防断丝织带涂料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于织带编织技术领域,具体涉及一种防断丝织带涂料的制备方法。
背景技术
织带是以各种纱线为原料制成狭幅状织物或管状织物,带织物品种繁多,广泛用于服饰、鞋材、箱包、工业、农业、军需、交通运输等各产业部门。但是现有技术中制得的织带,在使用时,存在着容易断丝的技术缺陷,进而严重影响了织带的使用寿命。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种防断丝织带涂料的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种防断丝织带涂料的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)按重量份计,将2-5份聚合型乳化剂、0.6-0.8份碳酸氢钠、0.1-0.3份消泡剂、1-4份引发剂加入至90-100份去离子水中,混合搅拌均匀后,然后缓慢的向其中加入55-60份聚合单体,在氮气保护下,将混合物水浴加热至70-75℃后,聚合反应30-40min后,制得种子乳液,其中聚合单体由以下重量份的组分制成:甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯13-20份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯10-15份、γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧基)丙基三甲氧基硅烷2-7份;
(2)按重量份计,将44-50份种子乳液、1-2份4,6-二氯烟酸乙酯、1-3份氯甲酸二甘醇酯、0.6-0.8份异丙醇频哪醇硼酸酯、0.4-0.7份纳米ATO、9-13份去离子水混合搅拌均匀,陈化处理5-7小时后,制得防断丝织带涂料。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,消泡剂为乳化硅油,引发剂为过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯、过氧化叔戊酸叔丁基酯中的任意一种。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,陈化处理前将混合物水浴加热至40-45℃,陈化过程中维持上述温度。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,纳米ATO由氧化锡和氧化锑按照质量比为9:1的比例组成。
由以上的技术方案可知,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明制得的织带涂料,能有效的提升织带表面的耐磨、耐氧化性能,同时还能提升织带的手感,提升其表面的细腻度,尤其是本发明制得的织带涂料,能有效的防止织带出现断丝的情况,极大地提升了织带的品质。本发明制得的种子乳液,在织带表面的附着力高,成膜后,能赋予织带表面细腻的手感,同时能在织带表面形成一层较薄的、力学性能优异的膜层,进而有效的防止了织带出现断丝的情况。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体的实施例对本发明进行详细说明,但这些举例性实施方式的用途和目的仅用来例举本发明,并非对本发明的实际保护范围构成任何形式的任何限定,更非将本发明的保护范围局限于此。
实施例1
一种防断丝织带涂料的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)按重量份计,将2份聚合型乳化剂、0.6份碳酸氢钠、0.1份消泡剂、1份引发剂加入至90份去离子水中,混合搅拌均匀后,然后缓慢的向其中加入55份聚合单体,在氮气保护下,将混合物水浴加热至70℃后,聚合反应30min后,制得种子乳液,其中聚合单体由以下重量份的组分制成:甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯13份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯10份、γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧基)丙基三甲氧基硅烷2份;
(2)按重量份计,将44份种子乳液、1份4,6-二氯烟酸乙酯、1份氯甲酸二甘醇酯、0.6-0.8份异丙醇频哪醇硼酸酯、0.4-0.7份纳米ATO、9-13份去离子水混合搅拌均匀,陈化处理5-7小时后,制得防断丝织带涂料。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,消泡剂为乳化硅油,引发剂为过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,陈化处理前将混合物水浴加热至40℃,陈化过程中维持上述温度。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,纳米ATO由氧化锡和氧化锑按照质量比为9:1的比例组成。
实施例2
一种防断丝织带涂料的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)按重量份计,将3份聚合型乳化剂、0.7份碳酸氢钠、0.2份消泡剂、3份引发剂加入至95份去离子水中,混合搅拌均匀后,然后缓慢的向其中加入58份聚合单体,在氮气保护下,将混合物水浴加热至73℃后,聚合反应35min后,制得种子乳液,其中聚合单体由以下重量份的组分制成:甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯16份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯13份、γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧基)丙基三甲氧基硅烷5份;
(2)按重量份计,将48份种子乳液、1份4,6-二氯烟酸乙酯、2份氯甲酸二甘醇酯、0.7份异丙醇频哪醇硼酸酯、0.6份纳米ATO、11份去离子水混合搅拌均匀,陈化处理6小时后,制得防断丝织带涂料。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,消泡剂为乳化硅油,引发剂为过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,陈化处理前将混合物水浴加热至43℃,陈化过程中维持上述温度。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,纳米ATO由氧化锡和氧化锑按照质量比为9:1的比例组成。
实施例3
一种防断丝织带涂料的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)按重量份计,将5份聚合型乳化剂、0.8份碳酸氢钠、0.3份消泡剂、4份引发剂加入至100份去离子水中,混合搅拌均匀后,然后缓慢的向其中加入60份聚合单体,在氮气保护下,将混合物水浴加热至75℃后,聚合反应40min后,制得种子乳液,其中聚合单体由以下重量份的组分制成:甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯20份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯15份、γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧基)丙基三甲氧基硅烷7份;
(2)按重量份计,将50份种子乳液、2份4,6-二氯烟酸乙酯、3份氯甲酸二甘醇酯、0.8份异丙醇频哪醇硼酸酯、0.7份纳米ATO、13份去离子水混合搅拌均匀,陈化处理7小时后,制得防断丝织带涂料。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,消泡剂为乳化硅油,引发剂为过氧化叔戊酸叔丁基酯。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,陈化处理前将混合物水浴加热至45℃,陈化过程中维持上述温度。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,纳米ATO由氧化锡和氧化锑按照质量比为9:1的比例组成。
分别用各实施例和对比例的方法制得防断丝织带涂料,然后将其涂刷在腰带用织带表面,查看腰带用织带在使用过程中是否发生断丝的现象,试验结果如表1所示:

由表1可知,本实施例提供的一种防断丝织带涂料的制备方法,能有效的防止织带在使用的过程中出现断丝的现象。

Claims (4)

1.一种防断丝织带涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)按重量份计,将2-5份聚合型乳化剂、0.6-0.8份碳酸氢钠、0.1-0.3份消泡剂、1-4份引发剂加入至90-100份去离子水中,混合搅拌均匀后,然后缓慢的向其中加入55-60份聚合单体,在氮气保护下,将混合物水浴加热至70-75℃后,聚合反应30-40min后,制得种子乳液,其中聚合单体由以下重量份的组分制成:甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯13-20份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯10-15份、γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧基)丙基三甲氧基硅烷2-7份;
(2)按重量份计,将44-50份种子乳液、1-2份4,6-二氯烟酸乙酯、1-3份氯甲酸二甘醇酯、0.6-0.8份异丙醇频哪醇硼酸酯、0.4-0.7份纳米ATO、9-13份去离子水混合搅拌均匀,陈化处理5-7小时后,制得防断丝织带涂料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防断丝织带涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(1)中,消泡剂为乳化硅油,引发剂为过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯、过氧化叔戊酸叔丁基酯中的任意一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防断丝织带涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(2)中,陈化处理前将混合物水浴加热至40-45℃,陈化过程中维持上述温度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防断丝织带涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(2)中,纳米ATO由氧化锡和氧化锑按照质量比为9:1的比例组成。
