Abstract

本发明提供一种混纺织物的抗起毛起球剂的制备方法,首先将甲基丙烯酸异辛酯,甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯,仲烷基双酯磺酸钠,非离子乳化剂以及定量的去离子水,加入pH调节剂混合,搅拌均匀后制成预乳液,再将定量的去离子水,升温后投入引发剂,同时滴加预乳液,滴加后保温,然后降温至室温,就可得到甲基丙烯酸酯的聚合乳液;其次把硅氧烷单体和硅烷偶联剂高速剪切均匀得到A,在加入去离子水、磺酸、平平加和聚乙二醇混合,升温后滴加A,之后搅拌再升温并保温,然后降至室温,加入pH调节剂混合,得到有机硅聚合乳液。将二者与异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚加入混合釜搅拌混合均匀即可。本发明提高织物抗起毛起球等级,对织物的手感影响较小,易存储。

一种混纺织物的抗起毛起球剂的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于纺织品的环保型抗起毛起球剂,主要用于腈纶和羊毛混纺织物的抗起毛起球。
背景技术
羊绒织物由于手感柔软、绒面厚实丰满、光泽柔和、保暖性好等优点而广受消费者的喜爱。但是羊绒织物受原料限制,成本一直居高不下。腈纶具有手感好、成本低、原料易得、保暖性好的优点,采用腈纶与羊毛混纺,制成的仿羊绒织物具有广阔的市场前景。
但是羊毛受到外界摩擦时,纤维末梢就被拉出形成圈环和绒毛,织物表面生成绒毛使布面失去光泽,同时,当绒毛露出一定长度后,在一定距离间的绒毛因摩擦揉搓,反复伸长和回缩而纠结成球。生成的毛球的一端埋植在织物的纤维中,并连接于布面。而且,该毛球还容易藏污纳垢,从而严重影响织物美观。这就需要使用抗起毛起球剂来改善这种现象。而腈纶织物更容易起球,在与毛线一起织造后,做成的面料极易起球,从而降低产品品质。这就需要一种抗起毛球的助剂来对织物进行处理,减少毛球满足消费者需求。
现在市场上的抗起毛起球剂主要为成膜物质,但是单纯的成膜物质会使织物手感偏硬,这就需要加入柔软剂来提高织物的手感,这些抗起毛起球剂乳液产品大多是针对单一的羊毛或者羊绒织物,CN103044627A公开的一种毛纺织物抗起毛起球剂乳液及其制备方法,其抗起球主要针对羊毛织物;CN107663770A公开的一种羊绒织物的抗起毛起球助剂,其针对的是羊绒产品。但是这些助剂对羊毛和腈纶混纺的仿羊绒织物的抗起球作用效果不理想。通过改变助剂的成膜物质和柔软物质的成分以满足混纺需求时,往往会产生二者混合时不相容的问题,放置后容易产生分层,不能用于工业化使用。故此研发一种适合羊毛和腈纶混纺织物的抗起毛起球剂迫不及待。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有的缺陷,提供一种既可以提高织物抗起毛起球,同时能保证织物的手感,适用于羊毛和腈纶混纺仿羊绒织物工业生产使用的,易存储的环保型混纺织物的抗起毛起球的复合乳液。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种混纺织物的抗起毛起球剂的制备方法,所述生产方法包括下步骤:
(1)制备甲基丙烯酸酯的聚合乳液
在无氧条件下,在反应容器中加入甲基丙烯酸异辛酯15-20份,甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯10-15份,仲烷基双酯磺酸钠(TAS60)3-6份,L-90乳化剂1-2份、AEO-9乳化剂1-2份,异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚1-2份,以及定量的(50-60份)去离子水。把pH调至5-6,搅拌均匀后制成预乳液。再将定量的去离子水(100-150份),升温至75-80℃,然后投入引发剂过硫酸铵或过硫酸钾0.05-0.5份,同时滴加预乳液,滴加若干小时,保温若干小时,然后降温至室温,就可得到甲基丙烯酸酯的聚合乳液。
(2)制备有机硅聚合乳液
先把八甲基环四硅氧烷300-400份和N-环己基-γ-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷偶联剂5-15份高速剪切均匀得到A,在加入去离子水1200-1500份、磺酸50-80份、平平加20-50份和聚乙二醇20-40份,升温至50-70℃后滴加A,滴加3-4小时,之后搅拌1-2小时,再升温75-85℃保温4-6小时,然后降至室温,调pH至4-5,得到有机硅聚合乳液。
(3)混合
将步骤(1)制备的甲基丙烯酸酯的聚合乳液60-80份,步骤(2)制备的有机硅聚合乳液20-40份,异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚0.1-1份加入混合釜搅拌混合均匀。
进一步的,所述步骤(1)中同时滴加预乳液过程中,滴加的时间为3-4小时,保温的时间为4-5小时。
进一步的,所述步骤(2)中滴加的时间为3-4小时,搅拌的时间为1小时,保温5小时。
本发明方法制备的混纺织物的抗起毛起球剂,产品无色无味无残留物,对人体无害,抗起毛气球性能好,手感柔软,且产品不易分层,易存储的,适用于羊毛和腈纶混纺的仿羊绒织物工业生产使用,提高了技术水平,满足了消费群体的需求。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案以及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合具体实施例,对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例1:
一种混纺织物的抗起毛起球剂的制备方法,包括甲基丙烯酸酯的聚合乳液和有机硅聚合乳液,所述生产方法包括下步骤:
(1)制备甲基丙烯酸酯的聚合乳液
在无氧条件下,在反应容器中加入甲基丙烯酸异辛酯18份,甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯12份,仲烷基双酯磺酸钠(TAS60)4份,L-90乳化剂1份、AEO-9乳化剂1份,异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚1份,以及60份去离子水。把pH调至5-6,搅拌均匀后制成预乳液。再将定量的去离子水140份,升温至75-80℃,然后投入引发剂过硫酸铵0.1份,同时滴加预乳液,滴加的时间为3.5小时,保温的时间为4小时,然后降温至室温,就可得到甲基丙烯酸酯的聚合乳液。
(2)制备有机硅聚合乳液
先把八甲基环四硅氧烷400份和N-环己基-γ-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷偶联剂12份高速剪切均匀得到A,在加入1500份去离子水、磺酸60份、平平加30份和聚乙二醇25份,升温至60℃左右后滴加A,滴加4小时,之后搅拌2小时,再升温80℃左右保温5小时,然后降至室温,调pH至4-5,得到有机硅聚合乳液。
(3)混合,制成抗起毛起球剂
将步骤(1)制备的甲基丙烯酸酯的聚合乳液70份,步骤(2)制备的有机硅聚合乳液30份,异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚0.2份加入混合釜搅拌混合均匀。
混合后制成的抗起毛起球剂常温放置一周,不沉淀,不分层。
实施例2
(1)制备甲基丙烯酸酯的聚合乳液
在无氧条件下,在反应容器中加入甲基丙烯酸异辛酯15份,甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯10份,仲烷基双酯磺酸钠(TAS60)3份,L-90乳化剂1份、AEO-9乳化剂2份,异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚1份,以及50份去离子水。把pH调至5-6,搅拌均匀后制成预乳液。再将去离子水100份,升温至75-80℃,然后投入引发剂过硫酸钾0.05份,同时滴加预乳液,滴加的时间为3小时,保温的时间为4小时,然后降温至室温,就可得到甲基丙烯酸酯的聚合乳液。
(2)制备有机硅聚合乳液
先把八甲基环四硅氧烷300份和N-环己基-γ-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷偶联剂5份高速剪切均匀得到A,在加入去离子水1200份、磺酸50份、平平加20份和聚乙二醇20份,升温至60℃左右后滴加A,滴加3小时,之后搅拌1小时,再升温80℃左右保温4小时,然后降至室温,调pH至4-5,得到有机硅聚合乳液。
(3)混合,制成抗起毛起球剂
将步骤(1)制备的甲基丙烯酸酯的聚合乳液60份,步骤(2)制备的有机硅聚合乳液40份,异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚0.1份加入混合釜搅拌混合均匀。
混合后制成的抗起毛起球剂常温放置一周,不沉淀,不分层。
实施例3
(1)制备甲基丙烯酸酯的聚合乳液
在无氧条件下,在反应容器中加入甲基丙烯酸异辛酯20份,甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯15份,仲烷基双酯磺酸钠(TAS60)6份,L-90乳化剂2份、AEO-9乳化剂1份,异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚2份,以及60份去离子水。把pH调至5-6,搅拌均匀后制成预乳液。再将去离子水150份,升温至75-80℃,然后投入引发剂过硫酸铵0.4份,同时滴加预乳液,滴加的时间为4小时,保温的时间为5小时,然后降温至室温,就可得到甲基丙烯酸酯的聚合乳液。
(2)制备有机硅聚合乳液
先把八甲基环四硅氧烷400份和N-环己基-γ-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷偶联剂15份高速剪切均匀得到A,在加入去离子水1500份、磺酸50-80份、平平加50份和聚乙二醇40份,升温至60℃左右后滴加A,滴加4小时,之后搅拌2小时,再升温80℃左右保温6小时,然后降至室温,调pH至5,得到有机硅聚合乳液。
(3)混合,制成抗起毛起球剂
将步骤(1)制备的甲基丙烯酸酯的聚合乳液80份,步骤(2)制备的有机硅聚合乳液20份,异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚0.9份加入混合釜搅拌混合均匀。
混合后制成的抗起毛起球剂常温放置一周,不分层。

(2)制备有机硅聚合乳液
先把八甲基环四硅氧烷300-400份和N-环己基-γ-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷偶联剂5-15份高速剪切均匀得到A,在加入去离子水1200-1500份、磺酸50-80份、平平加20-50份和聚乙二醇20-40份,升温至50-70℃后滴加A,滴加3-4小时,之后搅拌1-2小时,再升温75-85℃保温4-6小时,然后降至室温,调pH至4-5,得到有机硅聚合乳液;
(3)混合
