Abstract
本发明公开了一种养胃速溶粉及其制备方法,其是以猴头菇、莴笋、银耳、兰香子、乳糖为原料,先采用内部沸腾法分别制备猴头菇多糖及莴笋黄酮,然后将猴头菇多糖与银耳提取液、兰香子提取液混合后,经浓缩,冷冻干燥,再与莴笋黄酮、乳糖混匀,制得所述养胃速溶粉。本发明所得速溶粉具有良好健胃养胃功效,且其食用后易有饱腹感,尤其适于减肥人士服用。

本发明属于保健品制备领域,具体涉及一种养胃速溶粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
中医认为人体的气血是由脾胃将食物转化而来,故脾胃乃后天之本、气血生化汁源。而随着现代社会的发展,人们生活忙碌、饮食习惯不良、食物过度肥腻等因素,都容易伤及脾胃,危害健康。但目前对于胃病的治疗,并没有快速、有效的方法。因此,开发具有良好健胃养胃功效的保健品,市场前景巨大。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种养胃速溶粉及其制备方法,该养胃速溶粉不仅营养丰富,并具有良好健胃养胃的功效。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种养胃速溶粉,其所用原料按重量份计包括:猴头菇30-50份、莴笋20-30份、银耳20-30份、兰香子8-15份、乳糖6-8份。
所述养胃速溶粉的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)将猴头菇子实体干燥、粉碎后,过100-200目筛,然后按6-8mL/g的量在所得猴头菇粉中加入60wt%的乙醇溶液(其中含1~3wt%的乙醚),密闭浸泡10-20min使猴头菇粉充分浸润,再按20-40mL/g猴头菇粉的量加入80℃的热水,提取3-6min,过滤;所得滤液中加入其体积1/2的无水乙醇,静置过夜后去除上清液,所得沉淀冷冻干燥,得猴头菇多糖;
2)将莴笋取叶、去皮,莴笋茎切小块后与洗净的莴笋叶一同干燥、粉碎,过100-200目筛;然后按3-5mL/g的量在所得莴笋茎叶粉中加入80 wt%的乙醇溶液,浸泡10-20min使莴笋茎叶粉充分浸润,再按10-20mL/g莴笋茎叶粉的量加入80℃的10-20 wt%的乙醇溶液,提取3-5min,过滤;所得滤渣按前述步骤重复浸泡-提取一次后,合并两次滤液,经浓缩、冷冻干燥,制得莴笋黄酮;
3)将银耳粉碎,过30-40目筛,然后按3-5 mL/g的量加水浸泡20-30min后,加热熬煮60-90min,再经过滤,制得银耳提取液;
4)在兰香子中按5-8mL/g的量加水,浸泡20-30min,然后搅打成浆,再搅拌加热至40-50℃,最后压榨过滤,得兰香子提取液;
5)在所得猴头菇多糖中加少量水使其溶解,然后将其与银耳提取液、兰香子提取液混匀,经浓缩后冷冻干燥,再与莴笋黄酮、乳糖混匀,即得所述养胃速溶粉。
本发明的显著优点在于:
(1)本发明以猴头菇、莴笋、银耳、兰香子为主要原料进行搭配,所得速溶粉含多种活性营养成分,并具有良好健胃养胃功效,且其食用后易有饱腹感,尤其适于减肥人士服用。
(2)本发明采用内部沸腾法提取猴头菇多糖、莴笋黄酮,不仅提取速度快、操作简便,且提取率高。其中,猴头菇多糖提取时,在所用乙醇溶液中加入少量乙醚进行浸润,可明显提高多糖的提取效果。
(3)多糖类成分易吸水粘结,为克服这一问题,本发明将猴头菇多糖与银耳提取液、兰香子提取液混合干燥,以利用银耳提取液、兰香子提取液中含有的胶质成分,促使猴头菇多糖分子的稳定和分散。

实施例1
1)将400g猴头菇子实体干燥、粉碎后,过100-200目筛,然后按8mL/g的量在所得猴头菇粉中加入60wt%的乙醇溶液,密闭浸泡20min使猴头菇粉充分浸润,再按20mL/g猴头菇粉的量加入80℃的热水,提取5min,过滤;滤液中加入其体积1/2的无水乙醇,静置过夜后去除上清液,所得沉淀冷冻干燥,得猴头菇多糖,其多糖得率为8.6%;
2)将300g莴笋取叶、去皮,莴笋茎切小块后与洗净的莴笋叶一同干燥、粉碎,过100-200目筛;然后按3mL/g的量在所得莴笋茎叶粉中加入80 wt%的乙醇溶液,浸泡20min使莴笋茎叶粉充分浸润,再按20mL/g莴笋茎叶粉的量加入80℃的10 wt%的乙醇溶液,提取5min,过滤;所得滤渣按前述步骤重复浸泡-提取一次后,合并两次滤液,经浓缩、冷冻干燥,制得莴笋黄酮,其黄酮得率为0.86%;
3)将300g银耳粉碎,过30-40目筛,然后按3 mL/g的量加水浸泡30min后,加热熬煮60min,再经过滤,制得银耳提取液;
4)在150g兰香子中按5mL/g的量加水,浸泡30min,然后搅打成浆,再搅拌加热至40℃,最后压榨过滤,得兰香子提取液;
5)在所得猴头菇多糖中加少量水使其溶解,然后将其与银耳提取液、兰香子提取液混匀,经浓缩后冷冻干燥,再与莴笋黄酮、60g乳糖混匀,制得养胃速溶粉。
实施例2

2)将250g莴笋取叶、去皮,莴笋茎切小块后与洗净的莴笋叶一同干燥、粉碎,过100-200目筛;然后按4mL/g的量在所得莴笋茎叶粉中加入80 wt%的乙醇溶液,浸泡15min使莴笋茎叶粉充分浸润,再按12mL/g莴笋茎叶粉的量加入80℃的15 wt%的乙醇溶液,提取4min,过滤;所得滤渣按前述步骤重复浸泡-提取一次后,合并两次滤液,经浓缩、冷冻干燥,制得莴笋黄酮,其黄酮得率为0.79%;
3)将250g银耳粉碎,过30-40目筛,然后按4 mL/g的量加水浸泡20min后,加热熬煮70min,再经过滤,制得银耳提取液;
4)在100g兰香子中按6mL/g的量加水,浸泡25min,然后搅打成浆,再搅拌加热至45℃,最后压榨过滤,得兰香子提取液;
5)在所得猴头菇多糖中加少量水使其溶解,然后将其与银耳提取液、兰香子提取液混匀,经浓缩后冷冻干燥,再与莴笋黄酮、70g乳糖混匀,制得养胃速溶粉。
实施例4
1)将500g猴头菇子实体干燥、粉碎后,过100-200目筛,然后按6mL/g的量在所得猴头菇粉中加入60wt%的乙醇溶液(其中含3wt%的乙醚),密闭浸泡10min使猴头菇粉充分浸润,再按40mL/g猴头菇粉的量加入80℃的热水,提取3min,过滤;所得滤液中加入其体积1/2的无水乙醇,静置过夜后去除上清液,所得沉淀冷冻干燥,得猴头菇多糖,其多糖得率为13.1%;
2)将200g莴笋取叶、去皮,莴笋茎切小块后与洗净的莴笋叶一同干燥、粉碎,过100-200目筛;然后按5mL/g的量在所得莴笋茎叶粉中加入80 wt%的乙醇溶液,浸泡10min使莴笋茎叶粉充分浸润,再按10mL/g莴笋茎叶粉的量加入80℃的20 wt%的乙醇溶液,提取3min,过滤;所得滤渣按前述步骤重复浸泡-提取一次后,合并两次滤液,经浓缩、冷冻干燥,制得莴笋黄酮,其黄酮得率为0.76%;
3)将200g银耳粉碎,过30-40目筛,然后按5 mL/g的量加水浸泡25min后,加热熬煮90min,再经过滤,制得银耳提取液;
4)在80g兰香子中按8mL/g的量加水,浸泡20min,然后搅打成浆,再搅拌加热至50℃,最后压榨过滤,得兰香子提取液;
5)在所得猴头菇多糖中加少量水使其溶解,然后将其与银耳提取液、兰香子提取液混匀,经浓缩后冷冻干燥,再与80g乳糖混匀,制得养胃速溶粉。

取雄性SD大鼠70只,体重200~250g,禁食12h后,腹腔注射3%戊巴比妥钠进行麻醉,用酒精棉签消毒皮肤后剖开腹腔,将于冰醋酸中浸透的圆形纸片(直径5mm)贴于胃部前壁窦体交界处浆膜面上,重复3次,关腹,缝合创口。术后试验组每天灌胃给予2mL相应实施例或对比例制得的速溶粉的水溶液(25mg/mL),模型组每天灌胃给予等量清水,连续10天,末次给药12h后脱颈椎处死,剖腹取胃,用生理盐水洗涤胃内容物,然后将胃固定于10%甲醛中,15min后将胃平展于玻璃表面皿上,量取溃疡面积,其结果见表1。

由表1可见,与单一使用猴头菇或莴笋相比,将猴头菇与莴笋配合制得的速溶粉效果更佳,其中以实施例2组效果最优。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,凡依本发明申请专利范围所做的均等变化与修饰,皆应属本发明的涵盖范围。
Claims (3)
1.一种养胃速溶粉,其特征在于:所用原料按重量份计包括:猴头菇30-50份、莴笋20-30份、银耳20-30份、兰香子8-15份、乳糖6-8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述养胃速溶粉的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1)将猴头菇子实体干燥、粉碎后,过100-200目筛,然后按6-8mL/g的量在所得猴头菇粉中加入60wt%的乙醇溶液,密闭浸泡10-20min使猴头菇粉充分浸润,再按20-40mL/g猴头菇粉的量加入80℃的热水,提取3-6min,过滤;所得滤液中加入其体积1/2的无水乙醇,静置过夜后去除上清液,所得沉淀冷冻干燥,得猴头菇多糖;
2)将莴笋取叶、去皮,莴笋茎切小块后与洗净的莴笋叶一同干燥、粉碎,过100-200目筛;然后按3-5mL/g的量在所得莴笋茎叶粉中加入80 wt%的乙醇溶液,浸泡10-20min使莴笋茎叶粉充分浸润,再按10-20mL/g莴笋茎叶粉的量加入80℃的10-20 wt%的乙醇溶液,提取3-5min,过滤;所得滤渣按前述步骤重复浸泡-提取一次后,合并两次滤液,经浓缩、冷冻干燥,制得莴笋黄酮;
3)将银耳粉碎,过30-40目筛,然后按3-5 mL/g的量加水浸泡20-30min后,加热熬煮60-90min,再经过滤,制得银耳提取液;
4)在兰香子中按5-8mL/g的量加水,浸泡20-30min,然后搅打成浆,再搅拌加热至40-50℃,最后压榨过滤,得兰香子提取液;
5)将所得猴头菇多糖加水溶解,然后将其与银耳提取液、兰香子提取液混匀,经浓缩后冷冻干燥,再与莴笋黄酮、乳糖混匀,即得所述养胃速溶粉。
3.根据权利要求2所述养胃速溶粉的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤1)所用乙醇溶液中含1~3wt%的乙醚。
