Abstract

背景技术
人们每次进食之后就会吸收食物内的糖分,使血糖升高,正常人会增加胰岛素的分泌调节血糖使其恢复正常水平,但是糖尿病患者体内的胰岛素分泌异常,不能很好的控制血糖的减低。所以合理控制糖尿病人的饮食是治疗糖尿病的关键步骤。饮食疗法是是糖尿病最根本的治疗方法之一。不论糖尿病属何种类型,病情轻重或有无并发症,是否用胰岛素或口服降糖药治疗,都应该严格进行和长期坚持饮食控制。对肥胖的Ⅱ型糖尿病患者或老年轻型病例,可以把饮食疗法做为主要的治疗方法,适当地配合口服降糖药,就能达到有效地控制病情的目的。对Ⅰ型糖尿病及重症病例,变应在胰岛素等药治疗的基础由,积极控制饮食,才能使血糖得到有效控制并防止病情的恶化。所以,饮食疗法为糖尿病的基础疗法,必须严格遵守。

本发明的有益效果:
本发明所述的适用于糖尿病人的食品是通过将中药组分结合糖尿病的食材,制成面条或者饼干或面包,从而可以达到食疗的目的,避免了长期煎制中药或者食用西药的目的,具有推广应用的价值。此外,本发明的功能性食品对人体作用的有益效果是组分中单剂所无法比拟的。该功能性食品的生产工艺简单、疗效显著,是一种理想的治疗糖尿病的功能性食品。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明,但本发明的保护范围不限于此:
实施例1
一种适用于糖尿病人的功能性食品,其组成为:荞麦10g、苦荞30g、莜麦20g、黎麦5g、青稞20g、黄豆15g、红豆10g、碗豆10g、山药25g、葛根20g、枸杞子18g、玉米25g、南瓜18g、桑叶12g、黄精28g、茯苓25g、土豆5g、梨10g、苹果5g、小麦粉50g、谷朊粉15g、香菇3g、金针菇3g、猴头菇3g、西兰花30g、芦笋3g和紫菜3g。
将上述的原料组分制成面条的制备方法是在温度为15~18℃条件下将各组分粉碎后加水搅拌,揉成面团状,放入挤面机中制成面条。
实施例2
一种适用于糖尿病人的功能性食品,其组成为:荞麦5g、苦荞5g、莜麦5g、黎麦15g、青稞10g、黄豆12g、红豆20g、碗豆2g、山药3g、葛根15g、枸杞子3g、玉米15g、南瓜5g、桑叶10g、黄精5g、茯苓5g、土豆10g、梨20g、苹果10g、小麦粉30g、谷朊粉2g、香菇15g、金针菇15g、猴头菇15g、西兰花15g、芦笋15g和紫菜15g。
将上述的原料组分制成面条的制备方法是在温度为15~18℃条件下将各组分粉碎后加水搅拌,揉成面团状,放入挤面机中制成面条。
实施例3

将上述的原料组分制成面条的制备方法是在温度为15~18℃条件下将各组分粉碎后加水搅拌,揉成面团状,放入挤面机中制成面条。
对照组1
其他条件同实施例1,除了组分中缺少黄豆15g、红豆10g、碗豆10g。
对照组2
其他条件同实施例2,除了组分中缺少黄精5g、茯苓5g、土豆10g、梨20g。
对照组3
其他条件同实施例3,除了组分中缺少山药20g、葛根30g、枸杞子30g。
疗效测试:
1、临床观察
治疗组1选本发明(按照实施例1方法制备的面条)治疗糖尿病患者101例,其中男性85例,女性16例。
治疗组2选本发明(按照实施例1方法制备的面条)治疗糖尿病患者109例,其中男性75例,女性34例。
治疗组3选本发明(按照实施例1方法制备的面条)治疗糖尿病患者112例,其中男性80例,女性32例。
对照组1选本发明(按照对照组1方法制备的面条)治疗糖尿病患者100例,其中男性82例,女性18例。
对照组2选本发明(按照对照组2方法制备的面条)治疗糖尿病患者80例,其中男性52例,女性28例。
对照组3选本发明(按照对照组3方法制备的面条)治疗糖尿病患者92例,其中男性58例,女性34例。
2、面条食用量
治疗三个疗程(30天一疗程),一天2次,一次50~100g。
3、诊断标准
2010年ADA糖尿病诊断标准:
1)、糖化血红蛋白A1c≥6.5%。
2)、空腹血糖FPG≥7.0mmol/L。空腹定义为至少8h内无热量摄入。
3)、口服糖耐量试验时2h血糖≥11.1mmol/L。
4)、在伴有典型的高血糖或高血糖危象症状的患者,随机血糖≥11.1mmol/L。
5)、在无明确高血糖时,应通过重复检测来证实标准1~3。
4、疗效标准
显效:治疗后症状基本消失,空腹血糖<7.2mmol/L,(130mg/dL),餐后2小时血糖<8.3mmol/L(150mg/dL),24小时尿糖总量<10.0g,或血糖、24小时尿糖总量较治疗前下降30%以上。
有效:治疗后症状明显改善,空腹血糖<8.3mmol/L(150mg/dL),餐后2小时血糖<10.0mmol/L(180mg/dL),24小时尿糖总量<25.0g,或血糖、24小时尿糖总量较治疗前下降10%以上。
无效:治疗后症状无明显改善,血糖、尿糖下降未达到上述标准。
5、治疗结果

1.一种适用于糖尿病人的功能性食品,其特征在于:该食品由以下重量份的原料组成:荞麦5~50份、苦荞5~50份、莜麦5~50份、黎麦5~50份、青稞5~50份、黄豆2~20份、红豆2~20份、碗豆2~20份、山药3~30份、葛根3~30份、枸杞子3~30份、玉米3~30份、南瓜3~30份、桑叶3~30份、黄精3~30份、茯苓3~30份、土豆3~30份、梨3~20份、苹果3~20份、小麦粉20~50份、谷朊粉2~20份、香菇3~30份、金针菇3~30份、猴头菇3~30份、西兰花3~30份、芦笋3~30份和紫菜3~30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的适用于糖尿病人的功能性食品,其特征在于:该食品由以下重量份的原料组成:

6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的适用于糖尿病人的功能性食品,其特征在于:将上述重量份的原料制成面条、饼干或面包。
7.根据权利要求6所述的适用于糖尿病人的功能性食品,其特征在于:所述的面条的制备方法是在温度为15~18℃条件下将各组分粉碎后加水搅拌,揉成面团状,放入挤面机中制成面条。
