技术领域
本发明涉及一种降三高食补剂。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高和生活节奏的改变,被称为“富贵病”的“三高症”(即高血压、高血糖和高血脂),已变为常见病,特别是己成为50岁以上中老年人健康的常见病。高血脂可以引起血管栓塞;高血压可以引起脑出血和脑血管破裂;高血糖可以引起糖尿病。全世界每年死于心脑血管疾病的人数高达1500万人,居各种死因首位。
患“三高症”的主要原因是饮食过多。传统治疗“三高症”的方法,大多以控制病发展的西药为主,治疗周期慢,需要长时间的坚持服药,才能使病情得以控制,但不能从根本上对疾病治愈,市场上售卖的西药大都价格高昂,且大多含有对人体有害的成分,长时间服用对人的肌体损害较大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种降三高食补剂,食后有饱腹感,能减少人体饮食量,对高血压、高血糖和高血脂有一定的治疗作用,具有抑制血栓形成、预防心血管系统的脂肪沉积,保持血管弹性,防止动脉硬化,减少皮下脂肪沉积、降压、降血糖的作用,且有成本低,无毒副作用,使用效果好和营养丰富的优点。

一种降三高食补剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将余甘子、何首乌、葛根、麦芽、肉桂、花椒、陈皮、菊芋、燕麦,分别磨成粉;
(2)将带籽玉米棒烘干、温度100℃,烘干后,连磨成粉;
(3)将山楂、烘干,带籽磨成粉;
(4)将冬瓜皮、洋葱烘干、温度100℃,烘干后,连磨成粉;
(5)将竹笋烘干、温度100℃,烘干后,磨成粉得竹笋膳午纤维;
(6)将大豆分离蛋白、啤酒酵母和低聚木糖磨成粉;
(7)将上述各粉状物混合均匀,制成混合料,用紫外灯杀菌灯进行消毒后,装袋密封,每袋装10g,得成品;
(8)使用时,取一袋,午饭前一个小时,开水浸泡饮用。
所述的洋葱选用紫皮洋葱。

本发明的余甘果盛含人体所须的18种氨基酸、16种微量元素、丰富的维生素C和SOD、有机硒,其中维生素C含量高达0.6-1.56%,比“维生素C之王”猕猴桃还要高5倍,可有效替代少食引起的人体营养不足。
啤酒酵母几乎不含脂肪和糖,优质完全蛋白可缓慢释放能量,保持血糖的稳定,是时优质膳食纤维可增加饱腹感,让人感觉不饿,防止吃太多食物(淀粉类、脂肪类),既保证充足营养、又减少脂肪和热量的摄入。啤酒酵母富含大量优质膳食纤维,吸水膨胀后可以吸附脂肪,它可携带着吃进胃肠的脂肪滴从大便中排出,从而减少脂肪的吸收。啤酒酵母中富含的B族维生素、稀有矿物质能增进基础代谢,加快体内脂肪和能量代谢。脂肪细胞被排空后,很容易再次充满脂肪,形成反弹。啤酒酵母的最优胜之处就在于三大天然瘦身元素(膳食纤维、B族维生素、酵母铬等微量元素)将脂肪细胞排空的同时,迅速填入全面均衡的营养(蛋白质、维生素、矿物质、核酸等),充满营养素的细胞体积比充满脂肪的细胞体积要小得多,所以能达到只减脂肪不减营养的健康塑身效果。
燕麦是一种低糖、高营养、高能食品。燕麦中粗蛋白质达15.6%,脂肪8.5%,以及磷、铁、钙等元素,燕麦中水溶性膳食纤维分别是小麦和玉米的4.7倍和7.7倍。燕麦中的B族维生素、尼克酸、叶酸、泛酸都比较丰富,特别是维生素E,每100克燕麦粉中高达15毫克。此外燕麦中还含有谷类食粮中均缺少的皂甙(人参的主要成分)。蛋白质的氨基酸组成比较全面,人体必需的8种氨基酸含量的均居首位,尤其是含赖氨酸高达0.68克。燕麦中含有磷、钾、铁、泛酸、铜和纤维,可以降低胆固醇,对脂肪肝、糖尿病、便秘等也有辅助疗效。1997年美国FDA认定燕麦为功能性食物,具有降低胆固醇、平稳血糖的功效。美国《时代》杂志评选的“全球十大健康食物”中燕麦位列第五,是唯一上榜的谷类。燕麦中的β-葡聚糖。燕麦耐寒,抗旱,对土壤的适应性很强,能自播繁衍。燕麦富含膳食纤维,能促进肠胃蠕动,利于排便,热量低,升糖指数低,降脂降糖,也是高档补品之一。
竹笋膳午纤维的营养价值高,每百克中约含蛋白质4.1克,脂肪0.1克,糖类5.7克,钙22毫克,磷56毫克,铁0.1毫克,还含有胡萝卜素和多种维生素等。竹笋膳午纤维中的蛋白质组成比较好,人体必需的赖氨酸、色氨酸、苏氨酸、苯丙氨酸,以及在蛋白质代谢过程中占有重要地位的谷氨酸和有维持蛋白质构型作用的胱氨酸,都有一定的含量。另外,竹笋具有低脂肪、低糖、多纤维的特点,食用竹笋不仅能促进肠道蠕动,帮助消化,去积食,防便秘,而且是肥胖者的减肥佳品。
本发明还含有类黄酮物质芦丁,维生素E、维生素C等多种维生素,活性元素硒,富含多达13种异黄酮类物质,包括葛根素,葛雌素,葛根素木糖甙,大豆黄酮等,葛根异黄酮。含有槲皮素,异槲皮甙,金丝桃甙,芸香甙,右旋儿茶精,恩醌,谷氨酸,丙氨酸等多种氨基酸。含有二十九烷,三十烷醇,三十一烷,羽扇豆醇棕榈酸酯,棕榈酸蜂花醇酯,棕榈酸十六醇酯,内消旋肌醇,β-谷甾醇,鞣质及多糖,羽扇豆醇,异秦皮定和东莨菪素。含有加拿大麻甙,K-毒毛旋花子次甙-β及毒毛旋花子甙元。含有柠檬烯,咖啡碱,熊果醇,桂皮醛,乙酸桂皮酯,苹果酸盐,阿魏酸,多糖A、B,大黄酸、大黄素,大黄酚,莲碱,荷叶碱,酒石酸。含有黄酮类化合物主要有牡荆素、槲皮素、槲皮苷、金丝桃苷、葡萄糖苷、山楂酸、柠檬酸、熊果酸。含1,8-桉叶素、月桂烯、a-和β-蒎烯、香桧烯、β-水芹烯、芳樟醇、4-松油烯酸、爱草脑、桂皮醛、乙酸桂皮酯、桂皮酸乙酯、苯甲酸苄酯、香豆精、β-荜澄茄烯、菖蒲烯、β-榄香烯、原儿茶酸、左旋-表儿茶精-3-o-β-葡萄糖甙、左旋-表儿茶精-8-β-葡萄糖甙、肉桂新醇A、B、C1、D2、的-19-O-β-D-葡萄糖甙、D4的-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖甙等,
本发明能维持血管壁的正常透性与脆性,软化血管,可抑制和消除人体内过剩的自由基,活化巨噬细胞,消除皮肤的色素沉积,增强人体免疫机能,减轻抗癌药物的负作用,能促进有毒物质的排泄,降低血清的总胆固醇及LDL胆固醇的含量。能有助于体内有毒物质的排除。
本发明可降低血液中高胆固醇25%及三酸甘油脂65%,将多余的低密度胆固醇(LDL)转变成胆酸排出体外。可降低高血压,减少血脂含量,同时提高不饱和脂肪酸的水平,改善血液浓度,减低血液的黏性,保持血液的流动性,预防血管阻塞及有关疾病。能通过增加血管通透性和弹性而降低血压,有较好的降压功效。消除血管壁上的沉积成份,改善血液流变性,增进红细胞的变形能力,降低血液粘稠度,使血流通畅,可预防和治疗脑出血和脑梗塞。对高血压、高血脂、高血糖和心脑血管疾病有疗效。
本发明经实践降三高显效率达到85%,好转率达到98%以上。服用后,可减少食物摄入量20-30%,且对人体无伤害。
具体实施方式
实施例1:按下述配比称取原料:低聚木糖6Kg、余甘子11Kg、玉米纤维12Kg、何首乌6Kg、葛根8Kg、啤酒酵母7Kg、麦芽15Kg、肉桂7Kg、花椒6Kg、陈皮7Kg、菊芋10Kg、燕麦18Kg、山楂14Kg、冬瓜皮8Kg、竹笋膳午纤维16Kg、洋葱11Kg、大豆分离蛋白16Kg。所述的洋葱选用紫皮洋葱。大豆分离蛋白、低聚木糖为市场所售产品。
制备方法是:取上述重量配比的原料,将余甘子、何首乌、葛根、麦芽、肉桂、花椒、陈皮、菊芋、燕麦,分别磨成粉。将带籽玉米棒烘干、温度100℃,烘干后,连磨成粉。将山楂、烘干,带籽磨成粉。将冬瓜皮、洋葱烘干、温度100℃,烘干后,连磨成粉。将竹笋烘干、温度100℃,烘干后,磨成粉得竹笋膳午纤维。将大豆分离蛋白、啤酒酵母和低聚木糖磨成粉。将上述各粉状物混合均匀,制成混合料,用紫外灯杀菌灯进行消毒后,装袋密封,每袋装10g,得成品。
使用时,取一袋,午饭前一个小时,开水浸泡饮用。孕妇不宜服用。
