本发明公开了一种环保型帘子布浸胶液。该浸胶液由固化剂干重6~70份,交联剂干重2~30份,增粘剂干重3~40份,液体胶乳干重20~80份,成膜剂干重1~10份,以及低纯水制备而成。该浸胶液不含有间苯二酚、甲醛和氨水,该胶液无毒无害、无味,明显降低对人体的危害即对环境造成的污染。且在成膜剂的存在下,该胶液能够明显降低胶液的成膜温度,改善胶液的聚结性,加快胶液固化,提高该胶液与基材的附着力,有效抑制气泡的产生。具有很好的应用前景。

技术领域
本发明属于浸胶液制备技术领域,具体涉及一种环保型帘子布浸胶液。
技术背景
对于表面光滑的人造丝、尼龙、聚酯、芳纶、玻璃丝等组成的帘子布均必须使用粘结剂进行前处理,使用粘结剂处理之后才能保证这些材料和橡胶有足够的粘结力。
目前使用最多的粘结剂为RFL浸胶液,RFL浸胶液是由间苯二酚与甲醛的水溶液在碱性催化剂作用下进行反应,然后将得到的产物与乳胶混合制备而成;在其反应过程中,酚醛的反应不是一个单一的反应,随着缩合反应的进行,反应产物逐渐由低分子过渡到高分子,从线型高分子逐渐转化为网状,最后成为三维体状交联的高分子(热固性树脂),这种物质能在帘子线的表面形成一层很牢固的皮膜,与橡胶有很好的粘结力,而且RFL浸胶液有良好的经济实用性。因此,RFL液作为帘子线的粘结剂一直受到人们的广泛认可,得到广泛的应用。
但是,RFL的原材料间苯二酚、甲醛均是毒性很大的化学物质,在生产、运输、存储和使用过程中,均会对环境及人体造成严重的危害。制备得到的RFL浸胶液在使用过程中也会对人体及环境造成一定的影响。随着国际、国内对高关注物质管控的长远要求,以及人们环保意识的大幅度提高,RFL浸胶液已远远达不到长期发展的要求。因此,各种替代间苯二酚、甲醛原料制备浸胶液的技术成为了本领域人员研究的热点。
申请号为201210410572.8的发明专利公开了“聚酯帘子线与橡胶粘结用双组份浸胶液及其制备工艺”,该文件制备的双组份浸胶液替代了FRL中的间苯二酚及甲醛,避免了间苯二酚及甲醛对环境及人体造成的危害。申请号为2016104242333的发明专利公开了“一种帆布浸胶液的配方及帆布浸胶制备方法”,该文件以单宁酸、多元胺、乳胶及去离子水为原料,制备得到的帆布浸胶液,减少了间苯二酚及甲醛的毒害作用。申请号为201610488992.6的发明专利所述的“一种环境友好型纤维骨架材料浸胶液及浸胶工艺”,其采用纤维骨架材料浸胶液避免了间苯二酚及甲醛对环境造成的危害,环境友好。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是:本发明提供的环保型帘子布浸胶液替代传统的RFL液,能很好的保持橡胶与尼龙、聚酯、芳纶、复合芳纶、复合涤纶、粘胶纤维、人造丝的粘结性,该浸胶液减少了对作业人员的危害、明显减少了对环境造成的影响;而且该浸胶液通过成膜剂的加入与其它物质的相互作用、降低了胶液的成膜温度(能够降低10℃左右),改善了胶液的聚结性,成膜更均匀,加快了胶液的固化,提高了其与基材的粘结力,能够有效抑制气泡的产生。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的
一种环保型帘子布浸胶液,该浸胶液包括以下重量份的原料:固化剂干重4~70份,交联剂干重1~30份,增粘剂干重3~40份,液体胶乳干重20~80份,成膜剂干重1~10份,还包括低纯水。
所述的环保型帘子布浸胶液,所得浸胶液中,低纯水占浸胶液总质量的百分比为70~96%。
所述的环保型帘子布浸胶液,所述的固化剂为甲苯二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、亲水改性六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体(亲水改性HDI三聚体)、甲基环己基二异氰酸酯、二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯、己二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯中的任一种或任几种;所述的异氰酸酯化合物均为封闭剂封端的异氰酸酯化合物,所述的封闭剂为己内酰胺。

该胶液能够降低胶液的成膜温度,与现有浸胶液相比、在低于现有浸胶液成膜温度10℃的条件下即可成膜,改善胶液的聚结性,加快胶液固化、缩短了胶液的固化时间,提高该胶液与基材的附着力,有效抑制了气泡的产生;
该胶液配制方便、使用灵活、胶液的存储期长(常温密闭状态下保存7天时间、其性能没有任何变化);通过该胶液浸胶后得到的浸胶帘线耐低温、耐摩擦、抗疲劳、初始粘结力性能好;且具有很好的阻燃性(本发明制备的浸胶液,在燃烧受热膨胀时分解出惰性气体,在气体作用下形成蓬松有孔封闭结构的炭层。其本身不燃,且可削弱聚合物与热源间的热传导,并阻止气体扩散。从而达到了阻燃的性能)。
本发明所述的浸胶液中的固化剂和交联剂受热后,两者之间发生内交联反应,形成一种特性网络树脂;增粘剂与胶乳之间形成氢键,同时与固化剂和交联剂所形成的网络树脂构成互穿网络,形成物理联锁。织物在浸胶液中浸渍后,通过挤压辊挤压,浸胶液渗透到纤维织物内层和附着在纤维织物表面形成一层胶膜,随着浸胶液水分的蒸发,在成膜剂的作用下粘结剂胶膜则快速发生固化交联;固化剂、交联剂、增粘剂、胶乳发生内交联和物理联锁,同时与织物通过氢键、偶极作用而形成外交联,从而达到粘结剂与织物粘结的目的。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式对本发明进行更加详细的说明,但是并不用于限制本发明的保护范围。
以下实施例中所用试剂:
水性封闭异氰酸酯/乳液封闭异氰酸酯(购自斯维科技有限公司,JU-6W;质量百分比浓度为50%),亲水改性六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体(购自万华化学集团股份有限公司,HT-600),聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯复合体(购自万华化学集团股份有限公司,8529),改性木质素(购自广州林格高分子材料科技有限公司,LTN-100),冷聚丁苯胶乳(购自欧诺法功能化学,SB2108);所述的试剂均为市售试剂。
低纯水指标:PH 6.5~7.5、M碱度≤1mg/l、电导率<1.5μs/cm。
以下实施例中,所述的浸胶工艺及硫化处理过程中的实验条件如表1所示:

实施例1
一种环保型帘子布浸胶液,由以下原料制备而成:二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯8.2g(质量百分比浓度为50%的水性溶液),聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯复合体3.1g(质量百分比浓度为40%的水性溶液),改性木质素干重17.3g,丁吡胶乳200g(质量百分比浓度为40%的乳液),乙二醇单丁醚干重2.2g,以及低纯水310g;
选取尼龙,在该浸胶液中进行一浴浸胶,采用浸胶机(日本中外炉T/C热处理加工机1M-4100)进行浸胶、干燥、牵伸、定型及冷却处理并卷取;然后将浸胶处理之后的尼龙置于平板硫化机中与橡胶进行硫化处理;其中浸胶及硫化处理的实验数据如表1所示:经过浸胶处理之后及硫化处理之后的检测结果如表2所示。
实施例2
一种环保型帘子布浸胶液,由以下原料制备而成:缩水甘油醚11g(质量百分比浓度为50%的水性溶液),聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯复合体4.2g(质量百分比浓度为40%的水性溶液),改性木质素干重18.5g,丁吡胶乳180g(质量百分比浓度为40%的乳液),乙二醇单丁醚干重2.2g,以及低纯水630g;
选取芳纶+尼龙,在该浸胶液中进行一浴浸胶,采用浸胶机进行浸胶、干燥、牵伸、定型及冷却处理并卷取;然后将浸胶处理之后的尼龙置于平板硫化机中与橡胶进行硫化处理;其中浸胶及硫化处理的实验数据如表1所示:经过浸胶处理之后及硫化处理之后的检测结果如表2所示。

实施例3
一种环保型帘子布浸胶液,由以下原料制备而成:甲基环己基二异氰酸酯8.2g(质量百分比浓度为50%的水性溶液),缩水甘油醚干重3.1g,羟甲基丙烯酸树脂15.2g(质量百分比浓度为46%的水性溶液),丁吡胶乳200g(质量百分比浓度为40%的乳液),十二碳醇酯干重1.0g,以及低纯水310g;
选取尼龙,在该浸胶液中进行一浴浸胶,采用浸胶机(日本中外炉T/C热处理加工机1M-4100)进行浸胶、干燥、牵伸、定型及冷却处理并卷取;然后将浸胶处理之后的尼龙置于平板硫化机中与橡胶进行硫化处理;其中浸胶及硫化处理的实验数据如表1所示:经过浸胶处理之后及硫化处理之后的检测结果如表3所示。
实施例4
一种环保型帘子布浸胶液,由以下原料制备而成:甲基环己基二异氰酸酯10.5g(质量百分比浓度为50%的水性溶液),缩水甘油醚干重3.1g,羟甲基丙烯酸树脂15.2g(质量百分比浓度为46%的水性溶液),丁吡胶乳200g(质量百分比浓度为40%的乳液),十二碳醇酯干重1.0g,以及低纯水310g;
选取聚酯,在该浸胶液中进行一浴浸胶,采用浸胶机进行浸胶、干燥、牵伸、定型及冷却处理并卷取;然后将浸胶处理之后的尼龙置于平板硫化机中与橡胶进行硫化处理;其中浸胶及硫化处理的实验数据如表1所示:经过浸胶处理之后及硫化处理之后的检测结果如表3所示。

由表2及表3的实验结果可知:经过本发明所述的浸胶液进行一浴浸胶后,H抽出、疲劳后强力保持率、附胶量,胶液存放7天后复浸H抽出和帘线保存半年后H抽出检测数据,环保胶与RFL胶液差异不大,即本发明所述的环保型的浸胶液完全能够代替RFL胶液使用,且对人体及环境没有任何影响。而且该浸胶液的疲劳后强力保持率%、胶液存放性能、耐低温性能及阻燃性能优于RFL的性能;尤其是初始粘结力得到明显提高。
实施例5
该实施例采用二浴浸胶法进行浸胶,采用的浸胶机(上海方电双浴浸胶试验机)。
一种环保型帘子布浸胶液,一浴浸胶液包括以下原料:水性封闭异氰酸酯11g(质量百分比浓度为50%的水性溶液),缩水甘油醚干重3.8g,低纯水100g;二浴浸胶液包括以下原料:环氧丙烯酸树脂13g(质量百分比浓度为40%的乳液),丁吡胶乳165g(质量百分比浓度为40%的乳液),十二碳醇酯干重1.5g,以及低纯水185g;
选取聚酯,采用浸胶机先进行一浴浸胶、干燥、牵伸、冷却处理;然后进入二浴浸胶液中进行浸胶,然后干燥、定型及冷却处理并卷取,随后将浸胶处理之后的尼龙置于平板硫化机中与橡胶进行硫化处理;其中浸胶及硫化处理的实验数据如表1所示:经过浸胶处理之后及硫化处理之后的检测结果如表4所示。
实施例6
该实施例采用二浴浸胶法进行浸胶,采用的浸胶机(上海方电双浴浸胶试验机)。
一种环保型帘子布浸胶液,一浴浸胶液由以下原料制备而成:水性封闭异氰酸酯11g(质量百分比浓度为50%的水性溶液),缩水甘油醚干重3.8g,低纯水100g;二浴浸胶液由以下原料制备而成:环氧丙烯酸树脂13g(质量百分比浓度为40%的乳液),丁吡胶乳165g(质量百分比浓度为40%的乳液),十二碳醇酯干重1.5g,以及低纯水185g;
选取芳纶,采用浸胶机先进行一浴浸胶、干燥、牵伸、冷却处理;然后进入二浴浸胶、干燥、定型及冷却处理并卷取,然后将浸胶处理之后的尼龙置于平板硫化机中与橡胶进行硫化处理;其中浸胶及硫化处理的实验数据如表1所示:经过浸胶处理之后及硫化处理之后的检测结果如表4所示。

由上述结果可知:本申请所制备的浸胶液,一浴浸胶方法的效果优于二浴浸胶液,尼龙浸胶时的效果较好,尼龙及与芳纶相结合时,进行一浴浸胶后的初始粘结力得到明显提高。

Claims (10)

1.一种环保型帘子布浸胶液,其特征在于,该浸胶液包括以下重量份的原料:固化剂干重4~70份,交联剂干重1~30份,增粘剂干重3~40份,液体胶乳干重20~80份,成膜剂干重1~10份;还包括低纯水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保型帘子布浸胶液,其特征在于,所得浸胶液中,低纯水占浸胶液总质量的百分比为70~96%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的环保型帘子布浸胶液,其特征在于,所述的固化剂为甲苯二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、亲水改性六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体、甲基环己基二异氰酸酯、二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯、己二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯中的任一种或任几种;所述的异氰酸酯化合物均为封闭剂封端的异氰酸酯化合物,所述的封闭剂为己内酰胺;
所述的交联剂为双酚A环氧树脂、缩水甘油醚、缩水甘油醚环氧树脂、水性脂肪族聚氨酯分散体、聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯复合体中的任一种或任几种。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的环保型帘子布浸胶液,其特征在于,所述的增粘剂为环氧丙烯酸树脂、羟甲基丙烯酸树脂、马来酸酐树脂、间氨基苯酚、六次甲基四胺和改性木质素中的任一种或任几种。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的环保型帘子布浸胶液,其特征在于,所述的液体胶乳为丁苯胶乳、羧基丁苯胶乳、冷聚丁苯胶乳、丁吡胶乳、羧基丁吡胶乳和天然胶乳中的任一种或任几种。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的环保型帘子布浸胶液,其特征在于,所述的成膜剂为十二碳醇酯、丙二醇苯醚、乙二醇单丁醚和苯甲醇中的任一种或任几种。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的环保型帘子布浸胶液,其特征在于,所述该浸胶液的浸胶方式包括一浴法浸胶和二浴法浸胶,
所述的一浴浸胶法为,依次进行以下处理:纤维骨架材料或帘子布置于浸胶液中进行浸胶、干燥、牵伸、定型、冷却、卷取;
所述的二浴浸胶法为:首先将纤维骨架材料或帘子布在一浴浸胶液中进行浸胶处理,然后再采用二浴浸胶液进行进胶处理,具体如下:将纤维骨架材料或帘子布置于一浴浸胶液中进行浸胶、干燥、牵伸、冷却;冷却后依次进行二浴浸胶液浸胶、干燥、定型、冷却、卷取。
8.根据权利要求7所述的环保型帘子布浸胶液,其特征在于,所述一浴浸胶液包括固化剂、交联剂和低纯水,所述的一浴浸胶液中固化剂干重、交联剂干重和低纯水的重量比为1:0.6~0.7:18~19;所述的二浴浸胶液包括增粘剂、液体胶乳、成膜剂和低纯水,所述二浴浸胶液中增粘剂干重、液体胶乳干重、成膜剂干重和低纯水的重量比为1:12~13:0.2~0.3:35~36。
9.根据权利要求7所述的环保型帘子布浸胶液,其特征在于,所述干燥过程中的干燥温度均为105~185℃、和/或干燥时间均为1~3min;所述牵伸过程中的温度均为185~245℃、和/或牵伸时间均为1~4min;所述定型过程中的温度均为185~245℃、和/或定型时间均为1~4min;所述冷却时冷却区域的温度均为≤60℃。
10.根据权利要求7所述的环保型帘子布浸胶液,其特征在于,所述的纤维骨架材料包括尼龙、聚酯、芳纶、复合芳纶、复合涤纶、粘胶纤维以及人造丝。
