Abstract
本发明公开了一种纤维织物浸胶液及其制备方法,由以下质量份数配方成分组成:环氧树脂20‑30份、丙三醇缩水甘油醚10‑12份、天然乳胶6‑8份、RF树脂5‑15份、水性溶液14‑16份、去离子水80‑120份、植物甾醇酯2‑4份、甲醛1‑3份、丁吡胶乳5‑7份、间苯二酚E 6‑8份、固化剂1‑3份,本发明原料来源广泛,无毒无害,制备工艺流程简单;另外,浸胶液可以在室温条件下稳定保存较长时间,方便贮存以及工业应用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织物技术领域,具体而言涉及一种纤维织物浸胶液及其制备方法。
背景技术
当下,纤维/橡胶复合材料在轮胎、传送带和软管等领域得到了广泛应用,但因为其使用条件苛刻,纤维/橡胶界面的粘合性能成为了关键问题。在橡胶工业中,橡胶与纤维织物的界面处理手段最常用的就是间苯二酚-甲醛-胶乳(RFL)浸渍体系,这一方法至今已经沿用了六十多年。RFL体系可在橡胶与纤维层间形成过渡层胶膜,对橡胶与纤维层起到粘结作用。但RFL体系中的间苯二酚对人体肝脏和心血管都有毒害作用;而甲醛对人体的危害更大,在2009年被国际癌症研究中心列为导致白血病的化学品之一。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种纤维织物浸胶液及其制备方法,本发明原料来源广泛,无毒无害,制备工艺流程简单;另外,浸胶液可以在室温条件下稳定保存较长时间,方便贮存以及工业应用。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种纤维织物浸胶液及其制备方法,由以下质量份数配方成分组成:环氧树脂20-30份、丙三醇缩水甘油醚10-12份、天然乳胶6-8份、RF树脂5-15份、水性溶液14-16份、去离子水80-120份、植物甾醇酯2-4份、甲醛1-3份、丁吡胶乳5-7份、间苯二酚E 6-8份、固化剂1-3份。
进一步:由以下质量份数配方成分组成:环氧树脂20份、丙三醇缩水甘油醚10份、天然乳胶6份、RF树脂5份、水性溶液14份、去离子水80份、植物甾醇酯2份、甲醛1份、丁吡胶乳5份、间苯二酚E 6份、固化剂1份。
进一步:由以下质量份数配方成分组成:环氧树脂25份、丙三醇缩水甘油醚11份、天然乳胶7份、RF树脂10份、水性溶液15份、去离子水100份、植物甾醇酯3份、甲醛2份、丁吡胶乳6份、间苯二酚E 7份、固化剂2份。
进一步:由以下质量份数配方成分组成:环氧树脂30份、丙三醇缩水甘油醚12份、天然乳胶8份、RF树脂15份、水性溶液16份、去离子水120份、植物甾醇酯4份、甲醛3份、丁吡胶乳7份、间苯二酚E 8份、固化剂3份。
进一步:本发明制备方法具有如下步骤:
步骤一、将环氧树脂、天然乳胶、RF树脂和固化剂加入到反应容器中,40~80℃下均匀搅拌,反应20~60min;
步骤二、加入去离子水,常温下均匀搅拌30~90min,使其混合均匀,充分溶解;
步骤三、继续加剩余原料,常温下继续搅拌1~6h,得到纤维织物浸胶液。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明原料来源广泛,无毒无害,制备工艺流程简单;
2、浸胶液可以在室温条件下稳定保存较长时间,方便贮存以及工业应用。

实施例一:
一种纤维织物浸胶液由以下质量份数配方成分组成:环氧树脂20-30份、丙三醇缩水甘油醚10-12份、天然乳胶6-8份、RF树脂5-15份、水性溶液14-16份、去离子水80-120份、植物甾醇酯2-4份、甲醛1-3份、丁吡胶乳5-7份、间苯二酚E 6-8份、固化剂1-3份。
实施例二:
一种纤维织物浸胶液由以下质量份数配方成分组成:环氧树脂20份、丙三醇缩水甘油醚10份、天然乳胶6份、RF树脂5份、水性溶液14份、去离子水80份、植物甾醇酯2份、甲醛1份、丁吡胶乳5份、间苯二酚E 6份、固化剂1份。
实施例三:
一种纤维织物浸胶液由以下质量份数配方成分组成:环氧树脂25份、丙三醇缩水甘油醚11份、天然乳胶7份、RF树脂10份、水性溶液15份、去离子水100份、植物甾醇酯3份、甲醛2份、丁吡胶乳6份、间苯二酚E 7份、固化剂2份。
实施例四:
一种纤维织物浸胶液由以下质量份数配方成分组成:环氧树脂30份、丙三醇缩水甘油醚12份、天然乳胶8份、RF树脂15份、水性溶液16份、去离子水120份、植物甾醇酯4份、甲醛3份、丁吡胶乳7份、间苯二酚E 8份、固化剂3份。
实施例五:
一种纤维织物浸胶液的制备方法制备方法包括如下步骤:
步骤一、将环氧树脂、天然乳胶、RF树脂和固化剂加入到反应容器中,40~80℃下均匀搅拌,反应20~60min;
步骤二、加入去离子水,常温下均匀搅拌30~90min,使其混合均匀,充分溶解;
步骤三、继续加剩余原料,常温下继续搅拌1~6h,得到纤维织物浸胶液。
此外,应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。

1.一种纤维织物浸胶液,其特征在于:由以下质量份数配方成分组成:
环氧树脂20-30份、丙三醇缩水甘油醚10-12份、天然乳胶6-8份、RF树脂5-15份、水性溶液14-16份、去离子水80-120份、植物甾醇酯2-4份、甲醛1-3份、丁吡胶乳5-7份、间苯二酚E6-8份、固化剂1-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纤维织物浸胶液,其特征在于:由以下质量份数配方成分组成:
环氧树脂20份、丙三醇缩水甘油醚10份、天然乳胶6份、RF树脂5份、水性溶液14份、去离子水80份、植物甾醇酯2份、甲醛1份、丁吡胶乳5份、间苯二酚E 6份、固化剂1份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种纤维织物浸胶液,其特征在于:由以下质量份数配方成分组成:
环氧树脂25份、丙三醇缩水甘油醚11份、天然乳胶7份、RF树脂10份、水性溶液15份、去离子水100份、植物甾醇酯3份、甲醛2份、丁吡胶乳6份、间苯二酚E 7份、固化剂2份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种纤维织物浸胶液,其特征在于:由以下质量份数配方成分组成:
环氧树脂30份、丙三醇缩水甘油醚12份、天然乳胶8份、RF树脂15份、水性溶液16份、去离子水120份、植物甾醇酯4份、甲醛3份、丁吡胶乳7份、间苯二酚E 8份、固化剂3份。
5.一种根据权利要求1所述的一种纤维织物浸胶液的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
步骤一、将环氧树脂、天然乳胶、RF树脂和固化剂加入到反应容器中,40~80℃下均匀搅拌,反应20~60min;
步骤二、加入去离子水,常温下均匀搅拌30~90min,使其混合均匀,充分溶解;
步骤三、继续加剩余原料,常温下继续搅拌1~6h,得到纤维织物浸胶液。
