本发明涉及帘子布制备技术领域,具体为一种中分锦纶6浸胶帘子布制备方法。
背景技术
帘子布是用强力股线作经,用中、细支单纱作纬,织制的轮胎用骨架织物。经线排列紧密,纬纱排列稀疏,状似帘子,故名。
帘子布用作轮胎等多种橡胶制品的骨架,能够承受巨大压力、冲击负荷和强烈震动,因此帘子布是影响轮胎性能和寿命的重要材料。
帘子布种类繁多,就锦纶6帘子布而言,主要工序为锦纶的生产和浸胶,两者直接影响到产品的性能。浸胶方面,目前市场上用RFL(RFL浸渍胶制备:间苯二酚和甲醛预先配置成RF溶液;还要将丁二烯、苯乙烯、2-乙烯基吡啶通过乳液聚合合成VP胶;最后将RF溶液和VP乳胶混合成RFL),最后浸渍胶浸渍锦纶6帘子布。
传统的间苯二酚-甲醛-胶乳浸胶液,在浸胶帘子布的生产过程,不但存在强度低问题,而且还存在以下问题;苯二酚及甲醛具有毒害作用,不环保,对环境而言不友好。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种中分锦纶6浸胶帘子布制备方法,制得的帘子布具有强度高,粘结性好的优点,解决了背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种中分锦纶6浸胶帘子布制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:初捻捻纱,取用锦纶6的工业丝,然后在直捻机上进行初捻制得捻纱;
S2:合股加捻,取初捻后的捻纱,然后在直捻机上进行合股加捻制备帘子线;
S3:编织织造,取合股加捻后的帘子线,然后在喷气织机上编织成白坯帘子布;
S4:浸胶机浸胶,取编织织造后的白坯帘子布,然后在浸胶机上经过浸胶、烘干、拉伸、定型处理后,被卷成布卷;
S5:分幅机分幅,取卷成布卷后的帘子布,然后在分幅机上进行中分幅;
S6:分条及包装,取分幅后的帘子布,然后在分条机上分条,卷绕成成品包装,即得锦纶6浸胶帘子布。
优选的,所述S3中:加捻的目标捻度为360~460捻/米。

优选的,所述S3中:编织后的白坯帘子布进行锁边处理,锁边处理为在布身组织经向边缘设置有多组布边组织,每组经向布边组织由交织在布身纬纱上的多根布边经纱相互缠绕形成。

所述一浴浸胶的方法为依次进行以下处理:将帘子布置于浸胶液中进行浸胶、干燥、牵伸、定型、冷却、卷取;
所述二浴浸胶方法为:将帘子布在一浴浸胶液中进行浸胶处理,然后再采用二浴浸胶液进行进胶处理,具体如下:将帘子布置于一浴浸胶液中进行浸胶、干燥、牵伸、冷却;冷却后依次进行二浴浸胶液浸胶、干燥、定型、冷却、卷取。
优选的,所述一浴浸胶液包括固化剂干重4~70份、交联剂干重1~30份、低纯水若干份,所述一浴浸胶液中低纯水占浸胶液总质量的百分比为70~96%,固化剂干重、交联剂干重和低纯水的重量比为1:0.6~0.7:18~19。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明的浸胶液替代传统的RFL液,能够很好的保持较好的粘结性,且由于不含有间苯二酚、甲醛和氨水,该胶液无色无味、无毒无害,能够降低对环境造成的污染,属于环境友好型产品。
2、本发明的浸胶液,在燃烧受热膨胀时,会分解出一种惰性气体,在这种惰性气体作用下,会形成蓬松有孔封闭结构的炭层,这种炭层本身不燃,而且还能削弱热传导,阻止气体扩散,从而使得帘子布也能达到阻燃的性能。
3、本发明的浸胶液在一次浸胶液和二次浸胶液的作用下,帘子线会很好的粘合在一起,而且通过浸胶提高了帘子线的强力、得到帘子线合适的伸长率和干热收缩,从而保证尺寸稳定性。

所述的增粘剂可以为环氧丙烯酸树脂、羟甲基丙烯酸树脂、马来酸酐树脂、间氨基苯酚、六次甲基四胺和改性木质素中的任一种或任几种。
所述的液体胶乳可以为丁苯胶乳、羧基丁苯胶乳、冷聚丁苯胶乳、丁吡胶乳、羧基丁吡胶乳和天然胶乳中的任一种或任几种。

5.根据权利要求1所述的中分锦纶6浸胶帘子布制备方法,其特征在于:所述S4中:浸胶包括一浴浸胶与二浴浸胶;
所述一浴浸胶的方法为依次进行以下处理:将帘子布置于浸胶液中进行浸胶、干燥、牵伸、定型、冷却、卷取;
所述二浴浸胶方法为:将帘子布在一浴浸胶液中进行浸胶处理,然后再采用二浴浸胶液进行进胶处理,具体如下:将帘子布置于一浴浸胶液中进行浸胶、干燥、牵伸、冷却;冷却后依次进行二浴浸胶液浸胶、干燥、定型、冷却、卷取。
6.根据权利要求5所述的中分锦纶6浸胶帘子布制备方法,其特征在于:所述一浴浸胶液包括固化剂干重4~70份、交联剂干重1~30份、低纯水若干份,所述一浴浸胶液中低纯水占浸胶液总质量的百分比为70~96%,固化剂干重、交联剂干重和低纯水的重量比为1:0.6~0.7:18~19。
7.根据权利要求5所述的中分锦纶6浸胶帘子布制备方法,其特征在于:所述二浴浸胶液包括增粘剂干重3~40份、液体胶乳干重20~80份、成膜剂干重1~10份、低纯水若干份,所述二浴浸胶液中低纯水占浸胶液总质量的百分比为70~96%,增粘剂干重、液体胶乳干重、成膜剂干重和低纯水的重量比为1:12~13:0.2~0.3:35~36。
8.根据权利要求1所述的中分锦纶6浸胶帘子布制备方法,其特征在于:所述S4中:卷成布卷的条件为:速度75~85m/min,压力180~200daN。
