Abstract

本发明涉及一种应用于轮胎冠带层的即用冠带帘子布条生产工艺,包括以下步骤:1)捻纱,将高强尼龙66工业丝进行初捻制得捻纱;2)合股加捻,对所得捻纱进行合股加捻制备帘子线;3)织造,对合股加捻的帘子线进行织造,且布边进行锁边处理;4)浸胶,对帘子布进行特殊胶液浸胶,特殊吸胶处理,经过浸胶、烘干、拉伸、定型处理后,经被动卷取,包装;5)分幅;6)分条、包装即得即用冠带帘子布条。此即用冠带帘子布条可以直接用于轮胎成型,代替压延橡胶帘子布冠带条,免去轮胎制造许多工序,减少轮胎冠带层橡胶使用量,大幅降低轮胎厂生产成本及原材料成本。

即用冠带帘子布条生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种应用于轮胎的即用冠带帘子布条,特别涉及一种应用于轮胎的即用冠带帘子布条及生产工艺。
背景技术
轮胎高速行驶产生离心力会导致轮胎在非接触地点处直径增大,带束层扩张,轮胎中配置冠带层可起到限制带束层在高速状态下扩张幅度的作用,保持高速状态下轮胎尺寸稳定性。
由于尼龙66工业丝具有断裂强度高、合适的干热收缩、适中的模量、耐热性好等特点,再加上尼龙66工业丝高收缩力有助于冠带层密封和箍紧带束层,因此浸胶帘子布成为半钢子午胎冠带层的最佳选择。
国内通用的冠带条是轮胎厂采购帘子布后,先在压延机上两面压橡胶,再到裁幅机上裁成30-50公分宽的长条,然后再到分条机上裁成1-3公分的长条,这些长条就可以用到轮胎成型上了。这种生产方式工序复杂,用橡胶多,成本高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种即用冠带帘子布条生产工艺,以高强尼龙66工业丝为原料,通过采用新型织布工艺与浸胶工艺实现即用冠带帘子布条的生产,解决现有技术中需要先压橡胶再分裁的问题,简化程序,减低成本。
即用冠带帘子布条生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)捻纱,将高强尼龙66工业丝进行初捻制得捻纱,初捻采用直捻机进行;
2)合股加捻,对所得捻纱进行合股加捻制备帘子线,合股加捻采用直捻机进行;
3)织造,对合股加捻的帘子线进行织造,织造采用喷气织机制造成白坯帘子布,布边进行锁边处理;
4)浸胶,对白坯帘子布进行浸胶,浸胶采用浸胶机进行,胶液配方特殊,吸胶特殊处理,经过浸胶、烘干、拉伸、定型处理后,经被动卷取成布卷,包装,即得帘子布;
5)分幅,将浸胶后帘子布进行分幅,分幅采用分幅机进行;
6)分条、包装,将分幅的帘子布上分条机分条,卷绕成成品包装,即得即用冠带帘子布条。
具体的,所述初复捻的目标捻度均为360~460捻/米。
具体的,所述的布边进行锁边处理为在布身组织经向边缘设置有多组布边组织,每组经向布边组织由交织在所述布身纬纱上的多根布边经纱相互缠绕形成。
具体的,所述的浸胶过程包括一浴浸胶和二浴浸胶。
优选的,所述的一浴浸胶的浸胶液由以下重量份的组分配制而成:聚异戊二烯100份,增粘树脂40-100份,稳定剂1-10份,将上述组分配制完成,形成一浴浸胶液。
优选的,所述的稳定剂是2,6-二特丁基-4-甲基苯酚、硫代二丙酸二月桂酯中的一种或二者的混合物。
具体的,所述的二浴浸胶的浸胶液由以下重量份组分配制而成:取间苯二酚40份加入纯水1786份,充分溶解后,加入烧碱2份,搅拌均匀后加入甲醛22份,反应完全后,加入VP胶乳360份,最后加入氨水2.5份,搅拌均匀,形成二浴浸胶液。
具体的,所述的烘干温度为100-150℃,所述的拉伸温度为220-250℃。本发明的有益效果为:
本发明所生产的即用冠带帘子布条可直接应用于轮胎成型,免去了现有工序中的压延工序,可以直接代替压延帘子布冠带层,优化了轮胎产品的生产工序,减少橡胶用量,大幅度降低成本。
本发明浸胶过程进行一浴浸胶工序,可以将帘子布经纬线角度进行固定,防止后续浸胶时经纬线角度的变化,同时能够使胶均匀得分布在帘子布内,使胶与帘子布结合牢固。一浴浸胶液可将经线和纬线牢固粘合在一起,同时又有轻微表面粘性,解决分幅,裁条后经纬线分离同时又不影响帘子线和橡胶的粘合。2,6-二特丁基-4-甲基苯酚、硫代二丙酸二月桂酯稳定剂的采用可有效提高一浴浸胶液的抗氧化性,提高使用寿命。
本发明在二次浸胶液的作用主要是解决纤维和橡胶的粘合问题。由于帘子线不能直接和橡胶粘合,经过二次浸胶液处理反应后,帘子线和橡胶会发生反应,会很好的粘合在一起,而且通过浸胶提高了帘子线的强力、得到帘子线合适的伸长率和干热收缩,从而保证尺寸稳定性。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明做进一步的详细说明,以令本领域技术人员参照说明书文字能够据以实施。
实施例1
一种即用冠带帘子布条生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)捻纱,将高强尼龙66工业丝进行初捻制得捻纱,初捻采用直捻机进行;
2)合股加捻,对所得捻纱进行合股加捻制备帘子线,合股加捻采用直捻机进行;
3)织造,对合股加捻的帘子线进行织造,织造采用喷气织机制造成白坯帘子布,布边进行锁边处理,锁边是在布身组织经向边缘设置有多组布边组织,每组经向布边组织由交织在所述布身纬纱上的多根布边经纱相互缠绕形成;
4)浸胶,对帘子布进行浸胶,浸胶采用浸胶机进行,胶液配方特殊,吸胶特殊处理,经过浸胶、烘干、拉伸、定性处理后,经被动卷取成布卷,包装,即得帘子布;
5)分幅,将浸胶后帘子布进行分幅,分幅采用分幅机进行;
6)分条、包装,将分幅的帘子布上分条机分条,卷绕成成品包装,即得即用冠带条帘子布。
所述的浸胶过程包括一浴浸胶和二浴浸胶。

本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于:所述的稳定剂是硫代二丙酸二月桂酯。所述的烘干温度为230℃,所述的拉伸温度为240℃。
实施例3
本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于:所述的稳定剂是2,6-二特丁基-4-甲基苯酚、硫代二丙酸二月桂酯二者的混合物,混合比例为按重量份数计算各占一半。
所述的烘干温度为225℃,所述的拉伸温度为245℃。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节。

1.即用冠带帘子布条生产工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)捻纱,将高强尼龙66工业丝进行初捻制得捻纱,初捻采用直捻机进行;
2)合股加捻,对所得捻纱进行合股加捻制备帘子线,合股加捻采用直捻机进行;
3)织造,对合股加捻的帘子线进行织造,织造采用喷气织机制造成白坯帘子布,布边进行锁边处理;
4)浸胶,对白坯帘子布进行浸胶,浸胶采用浸胶机进行,胶液配方特殊,吸胶特殊处理,经过浸胶、烘干、拉伸、定型处理后,经被动卷取成布卷,包装,即得浸胶冠带帘子布;
5)分幅,将浸胶后帘子布进行分幅,分幅采用分幅机进行;
6)分条、包装,将分幅的帘子布上分条机分条,卷绕成成品包装,即得即用冠带帘子布条。
2.根据权利要求1所述的即用冠带条帘子布生产工艺,其特征在于,所述初复捻的目标捻度均为360~460捻/米。
3.根据权利要求1所述的即用冠带帘子布条生产工艺,其特征在于,所述的布边进行锁边处理为在布身组织经向边缘设置有多组布边组织,每组经向布边组织由交织在所述布身纬纱上的多根布边经纱相互缠绕形成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的即用冠带帘子布条生产工艺,其特征在于,所述的浸胶过程包括一浴浸胶和二浴浸胶。
5.根据权利要求4所述的即用冠带帘子布条生产工艺,其特征在于,所述的一浴浸胶的浸胶液由以下重量份组分配制而成:取纯水786份加入烧碱2份搅拌,加入间苯二酚40份,充分溶解后,搅拌均匀后加入甲醛22份,反应完全后,加入到1000份纯水和VP胶乳360份混合液中,最后加入氨水2.5份,搅拌均匀,形成一浴浸胶液。
6.根据权利要求4所述的即用冠带帘子布条生产工艺,其特征在于,所述的二浴浸胶的浸胶液由以下重量份的组分配制而成:聚异戊二烯100份,增粘树脂40-100份,稳定剂1-10份,将上述组分配制完成,形成二浴浸胶液。
7.根据权利要求5所述的即用冠带帘子布条生产工艺,其特征在于,所述的稳定剂是2,6-二特丁基-4-甲基苯酚、硫代二丙酸二月桂酯中的一种或二者的混合物。
8.根据权利要求1所述的即用冠带帘子布条生产工艺,其特征在于,所述的烘干温度为100-150℃,所述的拉伸温度为220-250℃,所述的定型温度为220-250度。
