Abstract

本发明公开了一种防水阻燃抗染色商标带生产工艺,包括如下步骤:1)水洗退浆,采用连续式水洗退浆工艺处理织物原料,织物原料经过阻燃处理,控制pH在4.0‑7.5;2)定型,在浸轧配方中加入有防水剂和防染剂;3)配置涂层浆料,涂层浆料中加入阻燃剂;4)涂层,采用刮涂工艺,160‑185℃烘干,涂胶量为25‑60g/m2。本发明采用的技术方案,在浸轧配方中加入防水剂和防染剂,同时采用阻燃剂处理过的聚酯纱线为织造原料,并在涂层浆料中添加阻燃剂,因此生产出的商标带同时具备防水阻燃抗染色功能。

防水阻燃抗染色商标带生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织技术,尤其涉及商标带生产工艺。
背景技术
商标带用作商品标志的小块织物,生产中连续织制成带状。每一小块织物上有商品牌号、制造厂、国名、规格等标志,大小依需要而定。印刷商标带用高支棉纱、涤纶丝、锦纶丝或人造丝作经纬线,在织带机上织出平纹或缎纹带坯,经过染整加工,再由带类商标印刷机印刷而成。由于商标带的使用要求,同时具备防水阻燃抗染色功能具有广阔的市场前景。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题就是提供一种可生产出同时具备防水阻燃抗染色功能的商标带生产工艺。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:防水阻燃抗染色商标带生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)水洗退浆,采用连续式水洗退浆工艺处理织物原料,织物原料经过阻燃处理,控制pH在4.0-7.5;
2)定型,在浸轧配方中加入有防水剂和防染剂;
3)配置涂层浆料,涂层浆料中加入阻燃剂;
4)涂层,采用刮涂工艺,160-185℃烘干,涂胶量为25-60g/m2
优选的,选用采用阻燃剂处理过的聚酯68D×100D纱线为织造原料,经纬密度为41×30。
优选的,定型的工艺参数为:
轧车压力:0.10-0.40MPa
轧余率:60%-80%
定型温度:170-200℃
车速:50-80m/min;
浸轧配方:
防水剂:1.5%
聚氨酯树脂:2%
防染剂:1.5%
其余为水;
轧光工艺参数为:
轧光温度:190-210℃
轧光压力:7-9MPa
优选的,所述涂层浆料的质量组成为:涂层水性树脂10~50%、阻燃剂5~30%、填料10~37%、交联剂1~5‰,增稠剂1~4‰,其余为其他添加剂。
优选的,所述填料为钛白粉、碳酸钙、滑石粉、白炭黑其中的一种或多种,所述交联剂为环氧基树脂,硅烷偶联剂,异氰酸酯,氮丙啶,密胺树脂,氨基树脂中的一种或多种。
本发明采用的技术方案,在浸轧配方中加入防水剂和防染剂,同时采用阻燃剂处理过的聚酯纱线为织造原料,并在涂层浆料中添加阻燃剂,因此生产出的商标带同时具备防水阻燃抗染色功能。
具体实施方式
防水阻燃抗染色商标带生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
步骤一,采用阻燃剂处理过的聚酯68D×100D纱线为织造原料,经纬密度为41×30,水洗退浆工艺选用连续式水洗退浆工艺,烘干速率控制特定范围,控制pH在4.0-7.5。
步骤二,定型:采用40-150g/l的阻燃剂溶液浸轧(可添加适量交联剂),带液率为60-80%,150-190℃烘干,烘干速率固定在特定范围内。
定型工艺参数:
浸轧方式:一浸一轧
轧车压力:0.10-0.40MPa
轧余率:60%-80%
定型温度:170-200℃
车速:50-80m/min.
浸轧配方:
防水剂:1.5%
聚氨酯树脂:2%
防染剂:1.5%
轧光工艺参数:
轧光温度:190-210℃
轧光压力:7-9MPa
轧光车速:20-30m/min
轧光次数:1-4次
步骤三,配置涂层浆料,浆料配方见下表:
其中填料为钛白粉、碳酸钙、滑石粉、白炭黑其中的一种或多种;交联剂为环氧基树脂,硅烷偶联剂,异氰酸酯,氮丙啶,密胺树脂,氨基树脂中的一种或多种。其他助剂的种类根据需要添加,具体种类为本领域的常规技术,在此不再赘述。
步骤四,涂层,采用刮涂工艺,160-185℃烘干,涂胶量为25-60g/m2,可以达到优秀的阻燃效果。
另外,在实际生产过程中,可采用一种或多种阻燃剂进行复合阻燃改性。

Claims (5)

1.防水阻燃抗染色商标带生产工艺,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
1)水洗退浆,采用连续式水洗退浆工艺处理织物原料,织物原料经过阻燃处理,控制pH在4.0-7.5;
2)定型,在浸轧配方中加入有防水剂和防染剂;
3)配置涂层浆料,涂层浆料中加入阻燃剂;
4)涂层,采用刮涂工艺,160-185℃烘干,涂胶量为25-60g/m2
2.根据权利要求1所述的防水阻燃抗染色商标带生产工艺,其特征在于:选用采用阻燃剂处理过的聚酯68D×100D纱线为织造原料,经纬密度为41×30。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防水阻燃抗染色商标带生产工艺,其特征在于:定型的工艺参数为:
轧车压力:0.10-0.40MPa
轧余率:60%-80%
定型温度:170-200℃
车速:50-80m/min;
浸轧配方:
防水剂:1.5%
聚氨酯树脂:2%
防染剂:1.5%
其余为水;
轧光工艺参数为:
轧光温度:190-210℃
轧光压力:7-9MPa
轧光车速:20-30m/min。
4.根据权利要求1至3任意一项所述的防水阻燃抗染色商标带生产工艺,其特征在于:所述涂层浆料的质量组成为:涂层水性树脂10~50%、阻燃剂5~30%、填料10~37%、交联剂1~5‰,增稠剂1~4‰,其余为其他添加剂。
