本发明提供一种轮胎防刺割层用芳纶织物的生产方法,该生产方法包括加捻、浸胶和经编,与一般机织物芳纶帆布生产过程不同,先把芳纶纱线进行浸胶处理,然后进行经编织造,制得织物结构稳定不易变形,实现多轴向耐切割防护,提高了耐切割性能,制得的芳纶织物形成四边形或六边形的空隙结构,可容橡胶原料充分穿透,复合性能好,耐切割系数可达到4‑5级,芳纶织物与橡胶的粘合力,粘合剥离力达到240‑252N/2.5cm,具有优异的综合性能。

本发明属于轮胎防护技术领域,具体涉及一种轮胎防刺割层用芳纶织物的生产方法。
背景技术
对位芳纶最突出的性能是其高强度、高模量和出色的耐热性,同时,它还具有适当的韧性可供纺织加工。标准PPTA芳纶的重量比拉伸强度是钢丝的6倍,玻纤的3倍,高强尼龙工业丝的2倍;其拉伸模量是钢丝的3倍,玻纤的2倍,高强尼龙工业丝的10倍;在200℃下经历100hr,仍能保持原强度的75%,在160℃下经历500hr,仍能保持原强度的95%。据此,对位芳纶大多被用作轻质、耐热的纺织结构材料或复合结构增强材料。
CN 200410035689.8公开一种混捻芳纶浸胶帘子布的生产方法,其选用高性能纤维—芳纶丝和耐温性能好、强度较高的涤纶工业长丝或锦纶66工业长丝作为经向材料,采用棉纱为纬向材料,生产的浸胶混捻芳纶帘子布,表面摩擦系数大、粘合性能突出,该芳纶帘子布虽可作为轮胎增强材料使用,但只有单向的增强作用,不能实现多轴向耐切割防护。
目前通过对位芳纶纤维进行织布、浸胶处理,制成轮胎用芳纶机织布,使芳纶机织布具有一定的耐切割功能,但由于织物孔隙较小,橡胶原料不能穿透该空隙,与橡胶粘合力差;芳纶机织布其面密度较大,应力集中,是适合用作子午胎骨架材料,不适合用作轮胎防刺割层。
发明内容
为解决现有技术存在的问题,对现有工艺进行进一步优化,本发明提供一种轮胎防刺割层用芳纶织物的生产方法,以实现以下发明目的:
1、 芳纶织物结构稳定,不受浸胶处理时产生的拉伸变形影响;
2、 具有多轴向耐切割防护,提高耐切割性能;
3、提高与橡胶粘合力
为解决以上技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种轮胎防刺割层用芳纶织物的生产方法,其特征在于,所述生产方法包括加捻、浸胶和经编,所述芳纶织物形成四边形或六边形的空隙结构;
所述加捻,其特征在于,对位芳纶长丝的线密度为550dtex-3400 dtex,纱线的加捻机械捻度为5-10捻/10cm;所述纱线的加捻机械捻度为5-10捻/10cm,捻向为Z向(右捻)或S向(左捻);
所述浸胶,其特征在于,将加捻后的芳纶纱线进行双浴法浸胶处理,所述浸胶处理,前干燥区温度为130-165℃,张力100-1000KN;拉伸区温度230-248℃,张力200-1500KN;后干燥区温度130-165℃,张力100-1000KN;回复区温度230-245℃,张力200-1300KN;

(2)称取定量40%丁吡胶乳,存放在混合罐中;
(3)称取定量软化水加入到另一塑料或不锈钢容器中,并将定量甲醛加到该容器中;
(4)当预缩合树脂在氨水溶液中溶解以后,将阶段Ⅰ的溶液加到阶段Ⅱ溶液的混合罐中,混合均匀后,再向其中加入阶段Ⅲ溶液,搅拌30min,将混合物熟化12小时后,制得二浸液即可使用;

采用上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果为:
1、采用本发明芳纶织物与一般机织物芳纶帆布不同,先把芳纶纱线进行浸胶处理,然后进行经编织造,织物结构稳定不易变形;
2、采用本发明芳纶织物的生产方法,芳纶织物具有多轴向耐切割防护,可提高其耐切割性能,耐切割系数达到4-5级,满足轮胎防刺割层的使用要求;
3、采用本发明芳纶织物的生产方法,可提高芳纶织物与橡胶的粘合力,粘合剥离力达到240-252N/2.5cm。

1、加捻

实施例3一种轮胎防刺割层用芳纶织物的生产方法
所述芳纶帆布为轮胎防刺割层用芳纶织物1500型;
1、加捻
将对位芳纶长丝加捻成纱线;
所述对位芳纶长丝的线密度为3400 dtex,颜色为棕色;
所述纱线的加捻机械捻度为8捻/10cm,捻向为Z向(右捻);;
2、浸胶
将加捻后的芳纶纱用线绳浸胶机进行双浴法浸胶处理;
所述浸胶处理,浸胶速度30米/分钟;
所述浸胶处理,采用的浸胶温度及张力参数见下表3,

所述双浴法浸胶,浸胶液包括预浸液和二浸液,按重量百分比计,其原材料组成,包括以下组分:
所述预浸液,包括:软化水94.6%、10%碳酸钠溶液 0.4%、5%湿润剂OT溶液1.0%、EX-313环氧树脂4.0%;
所述预浸液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将水、碳酸钠(10%溶液)、湿润剂OT(5%溶液)加入混合罐中,搅拌30min,后缓慢将环氧树脂加到上述混合溶液中,搅拌30min,得到预浸液;
使用前搅拌15min,搅拌后胶液使用有效期为24小时;
所述二浸液,包括:
阶段Ⅰ:软化水31%、28%氨水溶液1.45%、75%预缩合树脂2.5%;
阶段Ⅱ:40%丁吡胶乳52.0%;
阶段Ⅲ:37%甲醛溶液2.40%、软化水10.65%
所述二浸液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)、先称出软化水加到反应罐中,在称出的水中加上氨水溶液,启动搅拌器,搅拌3min,边搅拌边慢慢加入预缩合树脂,搅拌40min;
2)、称取定量40%丁吡胶乳,存放在混合罐中;
3)、称取定量软化水加入到另一塑料或不锈钢容器中,并将定量甲醛加到该容器中;
4)、当预缩合树脂在氨水溶液中溶解以后,将阶段Ⅰ的溶液加到阶段Ⅱ溶液的混合罐中,混合均匀后,再向其中加入阶段Ⅲ溶液,搅拌30min,将混合物熟化12小时后,制得二浸液即可使用;
3、经编
把浸胶后的浸胶芳纶纱,在针织机中经编成三明治织物,利用经纱纵行结圈连成织物,它所形成的线圈沿经纱方向排列,由相邻的纱线相互套接而成;
所述三明治织物,织物所述间隙孔结构的孔径为1.6cm;
所述芳纶织物编织后孔隙结构为六边形;
所述芳纶织物的面密度为每平方米950克。
采用是实施例3的技术方案制备的芳纶织物,结构稳定,耐切割系数达到5级,可满足轮胎轮胎防刺割层的使用要求,芳纶织物与橡胶的粘合力强,粘合剥离力达到246N/2.5cm。

Claims (9)

1.一种轮胎防刺割层用芳纶织物的生产方法,其特征在于,所述生产方法包括加捻、浸胶和经编,所述芳纶织物形成四边形或六边形的空隙结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的生产方法,所述加捻,其特征在于,对位芳纶长丝的线密度为550dtex-3400 dtex,纱线的加捻机械捻度为5-10捻/10cm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的生产方法,所述浸胶,其特征在于,将加捻后的芳纶纱线进行双浴法浸胶处理,所述浸胶处理,前干燥区温度为130-165℃,张力100-1000KN;拉伸区温度230-248℃,张力200-1500KN;后干燥区温度130-165℃,张力100-1000KN;回复区温度230-245℃,张力200-1300KN。
4.根据权利要求3所述的生产方法,所述浸胶,其特征在于,浸胶速度5-30米/分钟。
5.根据权利要求3所述的生产方法,所述浸胶,其特征在于,浸胶液包括预浸液和二浸液;所述预浸液,按重量百分比计,原材料组成包括:软化水94.6-97%、10%碳酸钠溶液 0.1-0.4%、5%湿润剂OT溶液0.4-1.0%、EX-313环氧树脂2.5-4.0%;所述二浸液,按重量百分比计,原材料组成包括:软化水31-33%、28%氨水溶液1.20-1.45%、75%预缩合树脂2.0-2.5%、40%丁吡胶乳51.25-52.0%、37%甲醛溶液2.10-2.40%、软化水10.41-10.65%。
6.根据权利要求5所述的生产方法,其特征在于,所述二浸液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)先称出软化水加到反应罐中,在称出的水中加上氨水溶液,启动搅拌器,搅拌2-3min,边搅拌边慢慢加入预缩合树脂,搅拌30-40min;
(2)称取定量40%丁吡胶乳,存放在混合罐中;
(3)称取定量软化水加入到另一塑料或不锈钢容器中,并将定量甲醛加到该容器中;
(4)当预缩合树脂在氨水溶液中溶解以后,将阶段Ⅰ的溶液加到阶段Ⅱ溶液的混合罐中,混合均匀后,再向其中加入阶段Ⅲ溶液,搅拌30min,将混合物熟化12小时后,制得二浸液即可使用。
7.根据权利要求1所述的生产方法,所述经编,其特征在于,所述织物间隙孔结构的孔径为0.1cm-3cm。
8.根据权利要求1所述的生产方法,所述经编,其特征在于,所述芳纶织物的面密度为每平方米200-1000克。
9.根据权利要求1所述的生产方法,其特征在于,制得的芳纶织物,耐切割系数达到4-5级,芳纶织物与橡胶的粘合力,粘合剥离力达到240-252N/2.5cm。
