Abstract

本发明涉及一种光催化材料及其制备方法,属于无机光催化材料领域。这种光催化材料包括炭黑、磷酸银及它们的混合物。本发明制备的光催化材料在400到1000nm波长范围内具有光催化活性,能够在可见光或自然光辐射下光催化降解有机污染物。

本发明涉及一种新型光催化材料。
本发明还涉及上述光催化材料的制备方法。
本发明还涉及上述光催化材料的用途。
背景技术
染料废水随着工业发展的加快越来越多,包括大分子的染料,高浓度的染料废水,处理起来越来越困难。目前工业处理废水的方法主要是芬顿反应,膜法水处理等。光催化降解有机污染物一直是处理废水研究的热点之一,在这个专利申请中,我们以高效的磷酸银材料为基础进行改性,发明了炭黑复合的磷酸银光催化材料,并用于废水处理。
发明内容
本发明的意义在于提供一种高效稳定的新型光催化材料,这种光催化材料能够被可见光激发,并且有非常好的光催化降解有机污染物的活性,同时制备过程简便、成本很低。
本发明提供的光催化材料是炭黑磷酸银复合光催化材料。
本发明提供的炭黑磷酸银复合光催化材料的制备方法如下:
将一定量的银盐溶于一定浓度的炭黑水溶液中。再将一定量的可溶性磷酸盐水溶液缓慢的加入到银盐的溶液中,得到的沉淀洗涤干燥后获得催化材料。
光催化活性测试方法:
光催化材料的活性测试是在自制的立式石英反应器中进行的。采用300W氙灯(λ>400nm)为辐射光源,反应液为100mL 20-40mg/L的甲基橙水溶液,催化剂的浓度为1g/L。以20mL/min的速率鼓入空气泡,在持续的搅拌下每隔2min抽取少量反应液,在463nm处测定溶液吸光度。再根据甲基橙的浓度-吸光度标准曲线确定溶液浓度。
具体实施方案
实施方案1
将0.5g硝酸银溶于20mL 1mg/L的炭黑溶液中,将2g磷酸铵溶于10ml去离子水中,在搅拌下将磷酸铵溶液滴加入硝酸银的溶液中,得到的沉淀抽滤,依次用蒸馏水和无水乙醇洗涤,然后80℃真空干燥6h得到相应的光催化材料。
实施方案2
将实施方案1中的磷酸铵换为磷酸二氢钠,其它条件不变。
实施方案3
将实施方案1中1mg/L的炭黑溶液变为1.5mg/L,其它条件不变。
实施方案4
将实施方案1中1mg/L的炭黑溶液变为2mg/L,其它条件不变。
实施方案5
将实施方案1中1mg/L的炭黑溶液变为3mg/L,其它条件不变。
实施方案6
将实施方案1中1mg/L的炭黑溶液变为4mg/L,其它条件不变。
本发明不限于以上实施方案。

Claims (3)

1.炭黑磷酸银复合光催化材料,其特征在于包括如下合成步骤:
将一定量的银盐溶于一定浓度的炭黑水溶液中。再将一定量的可溶性磷酸盐水溶液缓慢的加入到银盐的溶液中,得到的沉淀洗涤干燥后获得催化材料。
2.炭黑磷酸银复合光催化材料包括炭黑、磷酸银及它们的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1和2的光催化材料,其特征在于在可见光的辐射下能够降解有机污染物。
