技术领域
本发明涉及建筑模板领域,具体涉及一种塑料建筑模板用脱模剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
混凝土成型需借助建筑模板来固定,待混凝土形成一定强度后需要拆除模板。为了防止模板拆除过程中混凝土粘连在模板上,给模板的再使用增加处理难度,通常会在模板内壁喷涂脱模剂。脱模剂在模板与混凝土表面之间起隔离与润滑作用,用以克服模板与混凝土表面的粘结力,使拆模时模板能顺利脱离混凝土,既保持混凝土形状完好无损,又保护模板表面不受损坏。但是现有的脱模剂容易造成塑料模板腐蚀,同时容易造成环境污染。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术不足,本发明提供一种塑料建筑模板用脱模剂及其制备方法,目的是使得模板可以顺利脱离混凝土,同时避免脱模剂对塑料建筑模板造成腐
蚀和可能造成的环境污染。
本发明的技术解决方案:
一种塑料建筑模板用脱模剂,其特征在于:由以下重量份的原料制成:
硅油20~25份,聚丙烯蜡10~14份,聚丙烯醇10~14份,滑石粉3~5份,复配乳化剂5~8份,缓冲剂3~5份,蓖麻油5~8份、山梨醇酐油酸酯4~6份、聚丙烯酰胺1~3份、尿素3~5份、纳米氧化铝1-2份、锌粉0.5-1份、醋酸丁酯12~18份、正丁醇12~18份。
优选的所述的硅油为甲基乙氧基硅油、甲基乙烯基硅油、甲基羟基硅油、乙基含氢硅油中的任意一种。
优选的所述的复配乳化剂是由乳化剂Span-80和OP-10复配得到,其重量比为1:2。
优选的所述的缓蚀剂是苯并三唑、磺化木质素、羟基乙叉二膦酸中的任意一种。

步骤一:向硅油中加入聚丙烯蜡、聚丙烯醇、纳米氧化铝,充分混合后加热到105~110℃,保温12min,再自然冷却到50~55℃,然后继续加热至135~140℃,保温12min;
步骤二:向醋酸丁酯中加入正丁醇、锌粉、尿素,充分混合,加热到110~120℃,并自然冷却到50~55℃;
步骤三:将步骤二制得的物料加入到步骤一制得的物料中,并加入滑石粉、复配乳化剂、缓冲剂、蓖麻油、山梨醇酐油酸酯、聚丙烯酰胺,充分混合,加热到110~120℃,并自然冷却到50~55℃,制得脱模剂。
本发明的有益效果:采用本发明制备的塑料建筑模板用脱模剂可以使得模板顺利
脱离混凝土,同时避免脱模剂对塑料建筑模板造成腐蚀和可能造成的环境污染。

实施例1
一种塑料建筑模板用脱模剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:
硅油20份,聚丙烯蜡10份,聚丙烯醇10份,滑石粉3份,复配乳化剂5份,缓冲剂3份,蓖麻油5份、山梨醇酐油酸酯4份、聚丙烯酰胺1份、尿素3份、纳米氧化铝1份、锌粉0.5份、醋酸丁酯12份、正丁醇12份。所述的硅油为甲基乙氧。所述的复配乳化剂是由乳化剂Span-80和OP-10复配得到,其重量比为1:2。所述的缓蚀剂是苯并三唑。

硅油23份,聚丙烯蜡12份,聚丙烯醇12份,滑石粉4份,复配乳化剂6份,缓冲剂4份,蓖麻油6份、山梨醇酐油酸酯5份、聚丙烯酰胺2份、尿素4份、纳米氧化铝1份、锌粉0.5份、醋酸丁酯14份、正丁醇14份。所述的硅油为乙基含氢硅油。所述的复配乳化剂是由乳化剂Span-80和OP-10复配得到,其重量比为1:2。所述的缓蚀剂是羟基乙叉二膦酸。
所述一种塑料建筑模板用脱模剂,其特征在于:由以下步骤制得:
步骤一:向硅油中加入聚丙烯蜡、聚丙烯醇、纳米氧化铝,充分混合后加热到108℃,保温12min,再自然冷却到53℃,然后继续加热至138℃,保温12min;
步骤二:向醋酸丁酯中加入正丁醇、锌粉、尿素,充分混合,加热到115℃,并自然冷却到53℃;
步骤三:将步骤二制得的物料加入到步骤一制得的物料中,并加入滑石粉、复配乳化剂、缓冲剂、蓖麻油、山梨醇酐油酸酯、聚丙烯酰胺,充分混合,加热到115℃,并自然冷却到53℃,制得脱模剂。
实施例3
一种塑料建筑模板用脱模剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:
硅油25份,聚丙烯蜡14份,聚丙烯醇14份,滑石粉5份,复配乳化剂8份,缓冲剂5份,蓖麻油8份、山梨醇酐油酸酯6份、聚丙烯酰胺3份、尿素5份、纳米氧化铝2份、锌粉1份、醋酸丁酯18份、正丁醇18份。所述的硅油为甲基乙烯基硅油。所述的复配乳化剂是由乳化剂Span-80和OP-10复配得到,其重量比为1:2。所述的缓蚀剂是磺化木质素。

步骤三:将步骤二制得的物料加入到步骤一制得的物料中,并加入滑石粉、复配乳化剂、缓冲剂、蓖麻油、山梨醇酐油酸酯、聚丙烯酰胺,充分混合,加热到120℃,并自然冷却55℃,制得脱模剂。

步骤三:将步骤二制得的物料加入到步骤一制得的物料中,并加入滑石粉、复配乳化剂、缓冲剂、蓖麻油、山梨醇酐油酸酯、聚丙烯酰胺,充分混合,加热到110~120℃,并自然冷却到50~55℃,制得脱模剂。
