Abstract

本发明涉及一种液压支架用防冻液压液,属于化工领域。述防冻液压液原料如下:抗冻剂29.0%~50.0%,铜缓蚀剂0.01%~0.5%,防腐防锈剂0.5%~5.0%,pH调节剂0.1%~3.0%,极压抗磨剂0.3%~3.0%,消泡剂0.001%~0.01%,染料0%~0.002%。所述防冻液压液稳定性好,对铜棒、钢棒和铸铁缓蚀效果明显,对橡胶材料具有良好的橡胶适应性;采用水溶性有机钼添加剂TM‑535作为极压抗磨剂应用于所述防冻液压液中,无毒,环保,极低的添加量即能起到良好的润滑作用,并且能够显著抑制钢铁腐蚀;生产工艺简单,适合工业化生产。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种液压支架用防冻液压液,具体地说,是一种能够应用于煤矿液压支架用的防冻液压液,属于化工领域。
背景技术
液压支架是煤矿开采过程中用于控制采煤工作面矿顶的高度并支撑矿顶,形成一个可移动的井下采煤空间,以保障工人的安全和各项工作的正常运行的一种支护设备。而液压支架工作过程中的支撑、升降、移动、推溜和过载保护等动作都由液压液来实现能量的传递和转换。
目前液压支架系统普遍使用乳化液作为液压液,然而,乳化液属于热力学不稳定性体系,易出现油皂析出现象;同时乳化液在冬季使用时由于其凝点较高易造成缸体破裂损坏液压元件。近年来,有些企业使用车用防冻液代替乳化液在液压支架中使用,取得了一定效果,但车用防冻液并不能完全满足液压液对于润滑性、密封材料相容性等性能方面的特殊要求。
液压支架用防冻液压液要求具有良好的润滑性能、抗极压性能和防冻性能,因此需要在产品中加入极压抗磨剂来提高产品的最大无卡咬负荷。目前水溶性的极压抗磨剂多选用含硫、磷、硼的添加剂,该添加剂需要的添加量较大且多含有刺激性气味。
发明内容
针对乳化液和车用防冻液作为液压支架用液压液在使用中的缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种液压支架用防冻液压液,所述防冻液压液不但能够避免乳化液在使用中稳定性差的不足,同时也能够很好的满足液压支架用液压液对于防冻性、润滑性、稳定性及密封材料相容性等方面的性能要求。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种液压支架用防冻液压液,以所述防冻液压液原料的总体质量为100%计,其中,各组分成分及其质量分数如下:
其中,抗冻剂为乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇和丁二醇中的一种以上。
铜缓蚀剂为苯并三氮唑、甲基苯并三氮唑和巯基苯并噻唑钠中的一种以上。
防腐防锈剂为苯甲酸钠、癸二酸、葡萄糖酸钠、磷酸氢二钠和硝酸钠中的一种以上。
pH调节剂为氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、一乙醇胺、二乙醇胺和三乙醇胺中的一种以上。
极压抗磨剂为水溶性有机钼添加剂;优选所述水溶性有机钼添加剂为山东诚斯达润滑剂有限公司生产的水溶性有机钼添加剂TM-535。
消泡剂为聚醚改性消泡剂;优选消泡剂为合肥新万成环保科技有限公司生产的聚醚改性消泡剂6823。
染料本领域内常规所使用的染料。
本发明所述液压支架用防冻液压液的制备方法为复配方法,通过将所述防冻液压液原料的各组成成分:水、抗冻剂、铜缓蚀剂、防腐防锈剂、极压抗磨剂、pH调节剂、消泡剂和染料,在常温下混合至均匀透明,得到一种本发明所述液压支架用防冻液压液。
有益效果
1.本发明提供了一种液压支架用防冻液压液,所述防冻液压液稳定性好,通过各组分,尤其是铜缓蚀剂和防腐防锈剂之间的协同作用,对铜棒、钢棒和铸铁缓蚀效果明显,对橡胶材料具有良好的橡胶适应性;
2.本发明提供了一种液压支架用防冻液压液,所述防冻液压液采用山东诚斯达润滑剂有限公司生产的水溶性有机钼添加剂TM-535作为极压抗磨剂应用于防冻液压液中,无毒,环保,极低的添加量即能起到良好的润滑作用,并且能够显著抑制钢铁腐蚀;
3.本发明提供了一种液压支架用防冻液压液,所述防冻液压液中不含亚硝酸盐,安全环保;
4.本发明提供了一种液压支架用防冻液压液,所述防冻液压液中各组成成分极易溶解于抗冻剂和水组成体系中,生产工艺简单,适合工业化生产。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明,但并不限于此。
其中,极压抗磨剂为山东诚斯达润滑剂有限公司生产的水溶性有机钼添加剂TM-535;
消泡剂为合肥新万成环保科技有限公司生产的聚醚改性消泡剂6823。
实施例1
一种液压支架用防冻液压液,以所述防冻液压液原料的总体质量为100%计,其中,各组分及其质量分数如下:
乙二醇29.0%,苯并三氮唑0.01%,苯甲酸钠0.4%,葡萄糖酸钠0.1%,三乙醇胺0.1%,水溶性有机钼添加剂TM-535 0.3%,聚醚改性消泡剂6823 0.001%,液体绿BG0.001%,余量为水。
本实施例所述液压支架用防冻液压液的制备方法为复配方法,将水、乙二醇、苯并三氮唑、苯甲酸钠、葡萄糖酸钠、三乙醇胺、水溶性有机钼添加剂TM-535、聚醚改性消泡剂6823和液体绿BG在常温下混合至均匀透明即可。
实施例2
一种液压支架用防冻液压液,以所述液防冻液压液原料的总体质量为100%计,其中,各组分及其质量分数如下:
乙二醇40.0%,甲基苯并三氮唑0.1%,癸二酸1.0%,磷酸氢二钠0.5%,氢氧化钠0.3%,三乙醇胺1.5%,水溶性有机钼添加剂TM-535 1.5%,聚醚改性消泡剂68230.005%,液体绿BG 0.001%,余量为水。
本实施例所述液压支架用防冻液压液的制备方法为复配方法,将水、乙二醇、甲基苯并三氮唑、癸二酸、磷酸氢二钠、氢氧化钠、三乙醇胺、水溶性有机钼添加剂TM-535、聚醚改性消泡剂6823和液体绿BG在常温下搅拌至均匀透明即可。
实施例3
一种液压支架用防冻液压液,以所述防冻液压液原料的总体质量为100%计,其中,各组分及其质量分数如下:
乙二醇50.0%,巯基苯并噻唑钠0.5%,癸二酸1.0%,葡萄糖酸钠2.0%,硝酸钠2.0%,氢氧化钠0.6%,三乙醇胺2.4%,水溶性有机钼添加剂TM-535 3.0%,聚醚改性消泡剂6823 0.01%,液体绿BG 0.002%,余量为水。
本实施例所述液压支架用防冻液压液的制备方法为复配方法,将水、乙二醇、巯基苯并噻唑钠、癸二酸、葡萄糖酸钠、硝酸钠、氢氧化钠、三乙醇胺、水溶性有机钼添加剂TM-535、聚醚改性消泡剂6823和液体绿BG在常温下搅拌至均匀透明即可。
实施例1~3制备得到的液压支架用防冻液压液的检测
按照MT76-2011《液压支架用乳化油、浓缩液及其高含水液压液》的标准对实施例1~3制备得到的液压支架用防冻液压液进行检测,结果如下表。

Claims (5)

1.一种液压支架用防冻液压液,其特征在于:以所述防冻液压液原料的总体质量为100%计,其中,各组分成分及其质量分数如下:
抗冻剂为乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇和丁二醇中的一种以上;
铜缓蚀剂为苯并三氮唑、甲基苯并三氮唑和巯基苯并噻唑钠中的一种以上;
防腐防锈剂为苯甲酸钠、癸二酸、葡萄糖酸钠、磷酸氢二钠和硝酸钠中的一种以上;
pH调节剂为氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、一乙醇胺、二乙醇胺和三乙醇胺中的一种以上;
极压抗磨剂为水溶性有机钼添加剂;
消泡剂为聚醚改性消泡剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种液压支架用防冻液压液,其特征在于:极压抗磨剂为山东诚斯达润滑剂有限公司生产的水溶性有机钼添加剂TM-535。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种液压支架用防冻液压液,其特征在于:消泡剂为合肥新万成环保科技有限公司生产的聚醚改性消泡剂6823。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种液压支架用防冻液压液,其特征在于:消泡剂为合肥新万成环保科技有限公司生产的聚醚改性消泡剂6823。
5.一种如权利要求1~4中任一项所述的液压支架用防冻液压液的制备方法,其特征在于:所述方法为复配方法,通过将所述防冻液压液原料的各组成成分:水、抗冻剂、铜缓蚀剂、防腐防锈剂、极压抗磨剂、pH调节剂、消泡剂和染料,在常温下混合至均匀透明,得到所述液压支架用防冻液压液。
