Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗菌型液压支架用乳化油。该乳化油采用亚硝酸钠、三乙醇胺、乳化剂、基础油,环烷酸,土耳其红油、氢氧化钠、乙二胺四乙酸、苯并三氮唑,香精、改性纳米氧化锌、乙二醇和水按照特定配比制成。本发明原料添加改性后的纳米氧化锌并与其他特定配比的分散剂等配合使用,使纳米粒子分散性能良好,使乳化油具有优异的抗菌性、防腐性、防锈性、抗磨抗极压性,有效避免因环境脏乱差带来的细菌增殖等引起油质发生变化导致的乳化油品质下降;同时本发明还添加了植物型香精,与其他组分相容性良好且有效改善了乳化油难闻的气味,提供了更有利于矿工健康的工作环境。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种乳化油,具体的说是涉及一种抗菌型液压支架用乳化油。
背景技术
液压支架是安设在采煤工作面的机械设备,其是综采工作面的关键设备之一,它由立柱、油缸、顶梁、底座、各种控制阀及管路组成,它的支撑、升降、移动、推溜和过载保护都是借助乳化液在一定结构的管路和控制元件组成的系统中流动,来实现能量的传递和转化,因此用乳化油配制的乳化液被称作液压支架系统的“血液”,毫无疑问地,乳化油的质量是设备得以正常运行的关键。通常,液压支架会在井下极为苛刻环境的状况条件下使用,环境脏乱差,传统乳化油气味难闻且在使用过程中由于固态杂质与杂油的污染,细菌繁殖等因素所引起的氧化,使乳化油易于变质退化,影响其冻融性、抗磨抗极压性、防锈防腐蚀性等性能,减少液压系统使用寿命。具体表现为:在使用过程中会出现污浊现象,有油、皂等污物的析出,这样不仅使得设备系统难以保持清洁、干净,而且增加了系统中过滤器、阀件的拆装次数,影响了系统的正常运行;在使用过程中会导致液压支架出现动作缓慢现象,影响了作业的效率及安全性。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供了一种抗菌型液压支架用乳化油。该乳化油添加改性后的纳米氧化锌并与其他特定配比的分散剂等配合使用,使纳米粒子分散性能良好,使乳化油具有优异的抗菌性、防腐性、防锈性、抗磨抗极压性。
本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种抗菌型液压支架用乳化油,其特征在于,它是由以下重量百分比的原料制成:亚硝酸钠5-10%、三乙醇胺8-15%、乳化剂3-6%、基础油5-15%,环烷酸10-20%,土耳其红油10-20%、氢氧化钠2-7%、乙二胺四乙酸4-10%、苯并三氮唑0.1-1%,香精0.5-2%、改性纳米氧化锌0.5-3%、乙二醇3-5%、水余量。
所述改性纳米氧化锌为硬脂酸改性纳米氧化锌,粒径范围为20-50nm。
所述基础油为植物型基础油。
所述乳化剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠和聚氧乙烯月桂醚按照重量比1:3的比例制成。
所述香精为植物源香精。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的乳化油在井下极苛刻复杂的环境下,抗菌性能优异,有效避免因环境脏乱差带来的细菌增殖等引起油质发生变化导致的乳化油品质下降,长期使用系统清洁干净,有效提高工作效率;同时本发明还添加了植物型香精,与其他组分相容性良好且有效改善了乳化油难闻的气味,提供了更有利于矿工健康的工作环境;本发明的乳化油采用改性的纳米氧化锌与其他添加剂配伍良好,很好的分散在体系中,可以在摩擦表面形成一层易剪切的薄膜降低摩擦因数,而且还能对摩擦表面进行一定程度的填补和修复,起到自修复作用,因而本发明添加纳米氧化锌的乳化油具有突出的抗极压性能和优异的抗磨性,较好的润滑性能,适合在重载、低速、高温下工作。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明
实施例1
一种抗菌型液压支架用乳化油,它是由以下重量百分比的原料制成:亚硝酸钠5%、三乙醇胺15%、乳化剂6%、基础油5%,环烷酸10%,土耳其红油20%、氢氧化钠2%、乙二胺四乙酸4%、苯并三氮唑0.1%,香精2%、改性纳米氧化锌3%、乙二醇3%、水余量。
所述改性纳米氧化锌为硬脂酸改性纳米氧化锌,粒径范围为20-50nm。
所述基础油为植物型基础油。
所述乳化剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠和聚氧乙烯月桂醚按照重量比1:3的比例制成。
所述香精为植物源香精。
实施例2
一种抗菌型液压支架用乳化油,它是由以下重量百分比的原料制成:亚硝酸钠10%、三乙醇胺8%、乳化剂3%、基础油15%,环烷酸20%,土耳其红油10%、氢氧化钠7%、乙二胺四乙酸10%、苯并三氮唑1%,香精0.5%、改性纳米氧化锌0.5%、乙二醇5%、水余量。
所述改性纳米氧化锌为硬脂酸改性纳米氧化锌,粒径范围为20-50nm。
所述基础油为植物型基础油。
所述乳化剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠和聚氧乙烯月桂醚按照重量比1:3的比例制成。

实施例3
一种抗菌型液压支架用乳化油,它是由以下重量百分比的原料制成:亚硝酸钠7%、三乙醇胺12%、乳化剂5%、基础油15%,环烷酸15%,土耳其红油15%、氢氧化钠4%、乙二胺四乙酸6%、苯并三氮唑0.5%,香精1.5%、改性纳米氧化锌2%、乙二醇3%、水余量。
所述改性纳米氧化锌为硬脂酸改性纳米氧化锌,粒径范围为20-50nm。
所述基础油为植物型基础油。
所述乳化剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠和聚氧乙烯月桂醚按照重量比1:3的比例制成。
所述香精为植物源香精。

综上所述,该乳化油具有良好的冻融性、抗磨抗极压性、防锈防腐蚀性。与传统乳化油相比,参考国标GB4789.2-94,对使用过后的乳化油菌落总数进行测定,对测试器具进行灭菌操作。本发明乳化油使用过后细菌含量明显低于传统乳化油,可满足液压支架在井下苛刻环境的状况条件下使用,避免了因较差环境下细菌滋生导致的乳化油品质变质影响工作效率现象的发生。

1.一种抗菌型液压支架用乳化油,其特征在于,它是由以下重量百分比的原料制成:亚硝酸钠5-10%、三乙醇胺8-15%、乳化剂3-6%、基础油5-15%,环烷酸10-20%,土耳其红油10-20%、氢氧化钠2-7%、乙二胺四乙酸4-10%、苯并三氮唑0.1-1%,香精0.5-2%、改性纳米氧化锌0.5-3%、乙二醇3-5%、水余量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌型液压支架用乳化油,其特征在于,所述改性纳米氧化锌为硬脂酸改性纳米氧化锌,粒径范围为20-50nm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌型液压支架用乳化油,其特征在于,所述基础油为植物型基础油。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌型液压支架用乳化油,其特征在于,所述乳化剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠和聚氧乙烯月桂醚按照重量比1:3的比例制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌型液压支架用乳化油,其特征在于,所述香精为植物源香精。
