Abstract
本发明涉及一种耐硬水水溶性切削液,其组分及质量百分含量为:油性剂:5-10%、表面活性剂:15~31%、防锈剂:5-10%、铜缓蚀剂:0.1-0.5%偶合剂:3-5%铝缓蚀剂:0.5-1.5%防腐蚀剂:0.5-1.5%消泡剂:0.05-0.1%基础油:余量。本发明采用了高抗硬水的表面活性剂解决了乳化液在高硬水条件下的乳化稳定性差的问题。采用了有效复合的耦合剂解决了乳化液在长期添加水的情况下水的总硬度累积的问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于切削液领域,涉及水溶性切削液,尤其是一种耐硬水水溶性切削液。
背景技术
中国作为世界工厂,拥有众多的五金和机械加工企业,每年要消耗大量的水溶性切削液,由于国内很多五金加工企业为民营私企,工厂分布在全国各地,条件好的加工厂多采用自来水来稀释水溶性切削液,更多的民营私企分布于农村地区,这些工厂大多直接使用的地下井水,由于各地地下水的硬度不同,有的地区地下水硬度很高,达到700~800ppm,使用这种高硬度的地下水稀释切削液,会带来一系列的问题,造成乳化液分层、析皂,防锈性能降低,切削液寿命短,易腐败等。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种耐硬水水溶性切削液。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种耐硬水水溶性切削液,其组分及质量百分含量为:
油性剂:5-10%
表面活性剂:15~31%
防锈剂:5-10%
铜缓蚀剂:0.1-0.5%
偶合剂:3-5%
铝缓蚀剂:0.5-1.5%
防腐蚀剂:0.5-1.5%
消泡剂:0.05-0.1%
基础油:余量。
而且,所述的油性剂为三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯。
而且,所述的表面活性剂由阴离子表面活性剂、抗硬水表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂构成,其中阴离子表面活性剂占切削液总质量的8-15%,抗硬水表面活性剂占切削液总质量的4-8%,非离子表面活性剂占切削液总质量的3-8%。
而且,所述的阴离子表面活性剂为妥尔油与三乙醇胺及二乙醇胺的混合物;所述的抗硬水表面活性剂为烷基糖苷的胺盐;所述的非离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
而且,所述的防锈剂为硼酸胺盐。
而且,所述的铜缓蚀剂为苯并三氮唑。
而且,所述的偶合剂为异丙醇、丙二醇。
而且,所述的铝缓蚀剂为磷酸酯。
而且,所述的防腐蚀剂为吗啉衍生物。
而且,所述的消泡剂为乳化硅油。
而且:所述的基础油为40℃粘度为30cSt的环烷基基础油。
本发明根据耐硬水水溶性切削液的特点和要求,通过实验评价,筛选出水溶性冲压油所需基础油、阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性、高抗硬水表面活性剂、铜合金缓蚀剂、铝合金缓蚀剂、耦合剂、消泡剂等。在产品配方研制过程中,对选用的油性剂、表面活性剂、乳化剂、极压抗磨剂、防锈剂等进行合理的配伍,按正交法分配成几种配方方案,然后对各配方方案的性能进行测试,通过配方优化,研制出的油具有优良的乳化稳定性、消泡性、高抗硬水性能、润滑性、防锈性。
本发明的优点和积极效果是:
1、本发明采用了高抗硬水的表面活性剂解决了乳化液在高硬水条件下的乳化稳定性差的问题。
2、本发明采用了有效复合的耦合剂解决了乳化液在长期添加水的情况下水的总硬度累积的问题。

三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯:5%
妥尔油与三乙醇胺及二乙醇胺的混合物:11%
烷基糖苷的胺盐:4%
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚:6%
硼酸胺盐:4%
苯并三氮唑:0.5%
异丙醇:3%
磷酸酯:1.5%
吗啉衍生物:0.5%
乳化硅油:0.1%
基础油:余量

一种耐硬水水溶性切削液,其组分及质量百分含量为:
三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯:10%
妥尔油与三乙醇胺及二乙醇胺的混合物:8%
烷基糖苷的胺盐:5%
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚:4%
硼酸胺盐:3%
苯并三氮唑:0.1%
异丙醇、丙二醇类:5%
磷酸酯:0.5%
吗啉衍生物:1.5%

1.一种耐硬水水溶性切削液,其组分及质量百分含量为:
油性剂:5-10%
表面活性剂:15~31%
防锈剂:5-10%
铜缓蚀剂:0.1-0.5%
偶合剂:3-5%
铝缓蚀剂:0.5-1.5%
防腐蚀剂:0.5-1.5%
消泡剂:0.05-0.1%
基础油:余量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐硬水水溶性切削液,其特征在于:所述的油性剂为三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐硬水水溶性切削液,其特征在于:所述的表面活性剂由阴离子表面活性剂、抗硬水表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂构成,其中阴离子表面活性剂占切削液总质量的8-15%,抗硬水表面活性剂占切削液总质量的4-8%,非离子表面活性剂占切削液总质量的3-8%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的耐硬水水溶性切削液,其特征在于:所述的阴离子表面活性剂为妥尔油与三乙醇胺及二乙醇胺的混合物;所述的抗硬水表面活性剂为烷基糖苷的胺盐;所述的非离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
5.根据权利要求1所述的耐硬水水溶性切削液,其特征在于:所述的防锈剂为硼酸胺盐。
6.根据权利要求1所述的耐硬水水溶性切削液,其特征在于:所述的铜缓蚀剂为苯并三氮唑。
7.根据权利要求1所述的耐硬水水溶性切削液,其特征在于:所述的偶合剂为异丙醇、丙二醇。
8.根据权利要求1所述的耐硬水水溶性切削液,其特征在于:所述的铝缓蚀剂为磷酸酯。
9.根据权利要求1所述的耐硬水水溶性切削液,其特征在于:所述的防腐蚀剂为吗啉衍生物。
10.根据权利要求1所述的耐硬水水溶性切削液,其特征在于:所述的消泡剂为乳化硅油。
