二、复配增稠剂
本复配增稠剂添加于固体饮料中,具有增稠、悬浮、保持风味、提高固体饮料稳定性的作用。配方如下

复配增稠剂制备工艺说明:
(一)原料检验与验收:
根据原辅材料标准要求检验,合格后验收。
(二)工艺描述:
1.配料:称取配方量的结冷胶、黄原胶、羧甲基纤维素钠、麦芽糊精、圆苞车前子壳粉,备用。将备用的物料投入湿法制粒机中混合,混合15分钟后过30目筛,得总混粉。
2.灌装:将总混粉用全自动灌装机进行灌装,得半成品,5g/袋。
3.外包装:将装好的袋贴签、喷码,并进行质量检验,得成品。
4.入库:将合格产品入库存放,温湿度应符合产品要求。
饮用对比实验:
随机选取100名女性志愿者进行口感品评和效果试用。
取每包5g茶粉,为了增加口感,可以加入1-2包增稠剂,加水冲调至100毫升,一分钟后,饮用。经人群品评,反馈口感佳,温热口感适度。
该100名女性志愿者,连续服用3个月,有72人反馈暖宫、暖胃效果明显。其中有51名女性志愿者表示,在月经期间饮用驱寒暖宫饮品,痛经症状明显减轻。长期饮用,由宫寒导致的痛经、月经紊乱、盆腔炎、白带异常等有不同时间的好转。

1.一种驱寒暖宫饮品,其特征在于:功能成分包括如下组分及重量份数
2.根据权利要求1所述的驱寒暖宫饮品,其特征在于:还包括增稠包,增稠包成分如下
3.根据权利要求2所述的驱寒暖宫饮品,其特征在于:所述增稠包加入量为功能成分的0.1-3倍。
4.根据权利要求1所述的驱寒暖宫饮品,其特征在于:制备工艺如下
⑴配料:称取配方量的干姜粉、橘皮粉、红枣粉、蔓越莓粉、红糖粉、罗汉果甜苷,备用。将备用的物料投入湿法制粒机中混合,混合15分钟后过30目筛,得总混粉。
⑵灌装:将总混粉用全自动灌装机进行灌装,装盒,得半成品,5g/袋;
⑶外包装:将装好的瓶贴签、喷码,并进行质量检验,得成品。
5.根据权利要求3所述的驱寒暖宫饮品,其特征在于:制备工艺如下
