In embodiment 1 as shown in fig. 4 and 5, a seamless small cylinder fabric setting machine comprises a frame 1, a controller 24 and a fixed cavity 5 arranged on the frame, wherein a transversely arranged rotating shaft 2 is arranged on the frame, the rotating shaft is driven by a main motor (not shown in the figure) arranged on the frame, a rotating disc 3 perpendicular to the rotating shaft is arranged on the rotating shaft, the rotating disc comprises a left rotating disc 17 and a right rotating disc 18 (see fig. 6 and 8) which are coaxially and parallelly arranged, a fixing rod 19 connected with the left rotating disc and the right rotating disc is arranged between the left rotating disc and the right rotating disc, the left rotating disc and the right rotating disc are both provided with the fixed cavity and 10 fixed frames 4 perpendicular to the surfaces of the rotating discs, the fixed frames on the left rotating disc and the right rotating disc are of a symmetrical structure, the fixed cavity on the left rotating disc and the fixed cavity on the right rotating disc are also of a symmetrical structure, the left rotating disc is tightly attached to the right end surface of the fixed cavity on the left side, the right disc surface of the right rotary disc is tightly attached to the left end surface of the right fixed cavity (the fixed cavity positions on the left and right sides and the rotary disc position in the middle of the fixed cavity on the left and right sides are shown in figure 4).
The shaping frame comprises a fixed roller 10 and a movable roller 11 which are parallel to each other, the fixed roller is fixedly arranged on the turntable through a bearing and is in transmission connection with a fixed roller rotating motor 14 arranged on the turntable through a gear transmission mechanism 27; the rotary table is provided with a sliding chute 13, the sliding chute of the embodiment is an arc-shaped chute, the circle center corresponding to the arc-shaped chute is on the central axis of the rotary table, the movable roller is slidably arranged in the sliding chute on the rotary table through a sliding seat 12 and is in transmission connection with a movable roller rotating motor 15 arranged on the sliding seat, the sliding seat is provided with an arc-shaped sliding block 16 (see figure 9) matched with the arc-shaped chute, and the arc-shaped sliding block is slidably arranged in the sliding chute; the fixed rollers and the movable rollers which correspond to each other on the two turntables are connected with each other through the roller shafts 22, so that the fixed rollers which are coaxially arranged in the embodiment share one fixed roller rotating motor, and the fixed roller rotating motor drives the roller shafts to rotate to realize the rotation of the fixed rollers; the coaxially arranged movable rollers share one movable roller rotating motor, and the movable roller rotating motor drives the roller shafts to rotate to realize the rotation of the movable rollers. The diameter of the roll shaft is smaller than the diameter of the main body of the fixed roll or the movable roll, the size of the circular opening in the sizing cavity is matched with the diameter of the roll shaft, so that the size of the opening can be reduced, the heat loss in the sizing cavity is reduced, and the two end parts of the main body of the fixed roll and the two end parts of the main body of the movable roll in the sizing cavity are provided with anti-slip rings 23 of fabrics. Two turnplates are arranged on a rotating shaft of the embodiment, 10 shaping frames are arranged on two sides of a rack respectively, the rotation is carried out for a circle according to the 2 minutes of the turnplates under normal conditions, each machine can finish the shaping of 600 pieces of fabric every hour, and 2 operators can finish the shaping of 4800 pieces of fabric every 8 hours, so that the production efficiency is very high.

In embodiment 2 as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a seamless small cylinder fabric setting machine comprises a frame 1, a controller 24 and a fixed cavity 5 arranged on the frame, wherein a rotary table with a transversely arranged rotary shaft is arranged on the frame, the left side disc surface of the rotary table is tightly attached to the fixed cavity (fig. 1 shows the position of the fixed cavity on the left side and the position of the rotary table on the right side of the fixed cavity), 12 fixed frames 4 (fig. 2 and fig. 2 show the number of the fixed frames) perpendicular to the disc surface of the rotary table are arranged along the circumferential direction of the rotary table, each fixed frame comprises a fixed roller and a movable roller which are parallel to each other, the fixed rollers are arranged on the rotary table through bearings and are in transmission connection with a fixed roller rotating motor, and the movable rollers are arranged in a sliding groove on the rotary table through a sliding seat in a sliding manner and are in transmission connection with a movable roller rotating motor on the sliding seat; a roll spacing adjusting mechanism (not shown in the figure) for adjusting the distance between the movable roll and the fixed roll is arranged on the disc surface on one side of the turntable, which is far away from the fixed cavity, and the sliding seat is connected with the roll spacing adjusting mechanism; a notch 6 is formed at one side of the shaping cavity, a shaping frame inlet 7 and a shaping frame outlet 8 are arranged at the notch, and when the turntable rotates, at least 8 shaping frames on the turntable are positioned in the shaping cavity; seamless small circle tubular fabric forming machine still includes the auxiliary agent sprinkler, the auxiliary agent sprinkler is including setting up the atomising head 28 in the design frame exit, and the design frame rotation path downside of atomising head below is equipped with baffle 29, and one side that the design frame exit was kept away from to the atomising head is equipped with air cooling unit 30, roll spacing adjustment mechanism, fixed roll rotate motor, movable roll rotate motor, auxiliary agent sprinkler and air cooling unit all connection director.
In this embodiment, the structure in which the sizing frame and the sizing cavity are arranged on one side of the turntable is adopted, that is, compared with embodiment 1, the structure in which the sizing frame and the sizing cavity are arranged on one side can be realized without any creative work on the basis of embodiment 1.
The setting method of the seamless small cylinder fabric setting machine comprises the following steps:

The fabric rotates along with the shaping frame and enters the shaping cavity through the inlet of the shaping frame, when the shaping frame is about to enter the shaping cavity, the roller distance adjusting mechanism works to enable the distance between the fixed roller and the movable roller to be gradually increased, the fabric to be shaped is gradually tightened, and the fabric is shaped at high temperature in the shaping cavity.
d. The fabric leaves the fixed cavity through the outlet of the fixed frame after finishing the shaping in the fixed cavity, when the fixed cavity is left by the fixed frame, the roller distance adjusting mechanism works to gradually reduce the distance between the fixed roller and the movable roller, so that the fabric finished the shaping is loose relative to the fixed frame, and the fabric is convenient to take down from the fixed frame and load a new fabric.
e. And taking the fabric off the shaping frame outside the shaping cavity, installing a new seamless small cylindrical fabric on the shaping frame, and repeating the shaping process of the fabric.
f. When the fabric on the setting frame is tightened, the fixed roller rotating motor and the movable roller rotating motor rotate to drive the fixed roller and the movable roller to rotate at the same speed and drive the fabric to rotate on the setting frame, so that the fabric is ironed and leveled.
g. When the fabric leaves the shaping cavity from the outlet of the shaping frame, the aid spraying device is started to spray the functional aid to the fabric through the spraying head, and the air cooling device performs forced air cooling on the fabric after the spraying of the functional aid, so that the temperature of the fabric is rapidly cooled to below 50 ℃.
In the above process, the data such as the temperature, humidity and the residence time of the fabric in the sizing chamber (related to the rotation speed of the rotating disc) when the fabric is sized in the sizing chamber are related to the actual fabric to be sized, and the data are known to those skilled in the art or can be obtained through experiments, which are not innovative contents of the present invention, so the present invention is not described in detail.
