A roller spacing adjusting mechanism for adjusting the distance between the movable roller and the fixed roller is arranged between the two turntables, and the movable roller is connected with the roller spacing adjusting mechanism. The roller spacing adjusting mechanism comprises a roller spacing adjusting motor 20, the roller spacing adjusting motor is arranged in the middle of a fixing plate 25 between the left rotary table and the right rotary table, the roller spacing adjusting motor is in transmission connection with a screw rod 21 through a belt transmission mechanism 26, and the screw rod is perpendicular to the movable roller and is in threaded connection with the sliding seat; the both sides of roll spacing accommodate motor of this embodiment all are equipped with the lead screw, two lead screws respectively with the movable roller slide spiro union on left turn dish and the right turn dish, roll spacing accommodate motor is connected with the controller in the frame through setting up at the epaxial collecting ring of commentaries on classics, and when roll spacing accommodate motor rotated, the lead screw rotated and drives the slide on the carousel of both sides along spout synchronous motion, ensured that the movable roller on the carousel of both sides keeps parallel with the fixed roll when the roll spacing changes.
The fixed roller is fixed on the turntable through a bearing, the fixed roller can rotate relative to the turntable, a fixed roller rotating motor 14 is arranged on the turntable, and the fixed roller rotating motor is in transmission connection with the fixed roller through a gear transmission mechanism 27; the fixed roller rotating motor is connected with a controller on the rack through a collecting ring arranged on the rotating shaft.
Example 2 a fabric setting method of a fabric setting machine, in addition to the setting method of example 1, further comprising the steps of: f. when the shaping frame is about to enter the shaping cavity, the roller spacing adjusting mechanism works, the roller spacing adjusting motor rotates to drive the sliding seat to move along the sliding groove through the lead screw, so that the distance between the fixed roller and the movable roller is gradually increased, and the fabric to be shaped is gradually tightened; when the shaping frame is about to leave the shaping cavity, the roller spacing adjusting mechanism works, the roller spacing adjusting motor rotates reversely to drive the sliding seat to move reversely along the sliding groove through the screw rod, so that the distance between the fixed roller and the movable roller is gradually reduced, the shaped fabric is loosened relative to the shaping frame, and the fabric is convenient to take down from the shaping frame and load a new fabric.
g. When the fabric on the setting frame is tightened, the fixed roller rotating motor and the movable roller rotating motor rotate to drive the fixed roller and the movable roller to rotate at the same speed and drive the fabric to rotate on the setting frame, and the fabric is ironed and leveled.
Two turnplates are arranged on a rotating shaft of the embodiment, 10 shaping frames are arranged on two sides of a rack respectively, the rotation is carried out for a circle according to the 2 minutes of the turnplates under normal conditions, each machine can finish the shaping of 600 pieces of fabric every hour, and 2 operators can finish the shaping of 4800 pieces of fabric every 8 hours, so that the production efficiency is very high.
It should be noted that the data of the temperature, humidity and the residence time of the fabric in the setting chamber (related to the rotation speed of the rotating disc) are related to the actual fabric to be set, and the data are known to those skilled in the art or can be obtained through experiments, and are not the innovation of the present invention, so the present invention is not described in detail.

A fabric setting machine comprises a rack, a setting cavity and a controller, wherein the setting cavity and the controller are arranged on the rack, the rack (1) is provided with a rotary disc (3) with a rotary shaft (2) transversely arranged, at least one side of the rotary disc is provided with a plurality of setting frames (4) vertical to the surface of the rotary disc along the circumferential direction of the rotary disc, the setting cavity (5) is arranged on one side of the rotary disc provided with the setting frames, one side of the setting cavity is provided with a notch (6), the notch is provided with a setting frame inlet (7) and a setting frame outlet (8), and more than half of the setting frames on the rotary disc are positioned in the setting cavity when the rotary disc rotates; the stock frame includes fixed roll (10) and activity roller (11), the fixed roll is parallel to each other with the activity roller, and the activity roller passes through slide (12) slidable and sets up in spout (13) on the carousel, is equipped with the roll spacing adjustment mechanism who is used for adjusting distance between activity roller and the fixed roll on the carousel, the activity roller links to each other with roll spacing adjustment mechanism, and roll spacing adjustment mechanism links to each other with the controller.

The fabric setting machine according to claim 1, wherein the cross section of the setting cavity is fan-shaped, one end of the setting cavity close to the rotary disc is provided with a circular opening, the wall of the setting cavity is provided with a heat insulating layer (9), the central angle corresponding to the two ends of the fan-shaped is 280 to 320 degrees, the opening of the fan-shaped is arranged on one side of the lower part of the frame to form the notch, the inlet of the setting frame is arranged on the upper part or the lower part of the notch, and the outlet of the setting frame is arranged on the lower part or the upper part of the notch.

The fabric setter as recited in claim 5, wherein the setting frame on the left turn disc and the setting frame on the right turn disc are symmetrical, the corresponding fixed roller and the movable roller on the left and right turn discs are coaxially disposed, and the movable roller on the left turn disc and the movable roller on the right turn disc are coaxially disposed and connected to the roller distance adjusting mechanism disposed between the left turn disc and the right turn disc.

The fabric setting machine according to claim 1 or 6, wherein the roller spacing adjusting mechanism comprises a roller spacing adjusting motor (20) which is in transmission connection with a screw rod (21) through a transmission mechanism, the screw rod is perpendicular to the movable roller and is in threaded connection with the sliding base, the roller spacing adjusting motor is connected with a controller, and when the roller spacing adjusting motor rotates, the screw rod rotates to drive the sliding base to move along the sliding groove.

A setting method of the fabric setting machine according to claim 1, wherein the setting frame comprises a fixed roller and a movable roller, the fixed roller and the movable roller are parallel to each other, the movable roller is slidably arranged in a chute on a rotating disc through a sliding seat, the rotating disc is provided with a roller spacing adjusting mechanism for adjusting the distance between the movable roller and the fixed roller, the movable roller is connected with the roller spacing adjusting mechanism, and the roller spacing adjusting mechanism is connected with a controller; the fixed roller is fixed on the turntable through a bearing, a fixed roller rotating motor is arranged on the turntable, and the fixed roller rotating motor is in transmission connection with the fixed roller through a transmission mechanism; the sliding seat is provided with a movable roller rotating motor, the movable roller rotating motor is in transmission connection with the movable roller through a transmission mechanism, and the fixed roller rotating motor and the movable roller rotating motor are both connected with a controller; the method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a. the turntable rotates to drive the shaping frame to circularly rotate along the inlet of the shaping frame → the shaping cavity → the outlet of the shaping frame → the inlet of the shaping frame;
b. sleeving a cylindrical fabric on a transverse shaping frame outside the shaping cavity;
c. the fabric rotates along with the shaping frame, enters the shaping cavity through the inlet of the shaping frame and is shaped at high temperature in the shaping cavity;
d. the fabric leaves the fixed cavity through the outlet of the fixed frame after the fabric is fixed in the fixed cavity;
e. taking the fabric off the shaping frame outside the shaping cavity, installing a new fabric on the shaping frame, and repeating the shaping process of the fabric;
f. when the shaping frame is about to enter the shaping cavity, the roller spacing adjusting mechanism works to gradually increase the distance between the fixed roller and the movable roller and gradually tighten the fabric to be shaped; when the shaping frame is about to leave the shaping cavity, the roller distance adjusting mechanism works to gradually reduce the distance between the fixed roller and the movable roller, so that the shaped fabric is loosened relative to the shaping frame, and the fabric is convenient to take down from the shaping frame and load a new fabric;
g. when the fabric on the setting frame is tightened, the fixed roller rotating motor and the movable roller rotating motor rotate to drive the fixed roller and the movable roller to rotate at the same speed and drive the fabric to rotate on the setting frame, and the fabric is ironed and leveled.
