Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及大黄鱼饲养领域,具体而言,涉及一种大黄鱼饲料及其应用。
背景技术
大黄鱼(Larimichthys croceus)是海水养殖鱼类,2016年中国人工养殖大黄鱼产量已达16.54万吨,居海水鱼类养殖产量第一。自然状态下野生大黄鱼皮肤金黄,唇部为红色,深受消费者的喜爱。然而,目前养殖大黄鱼体色严重退化,降低了消费者的认可度,其中最重要的原因之一就是养殖大黄鱼的体色远不如野生大黄鱼。
鱼类像其它脊椎动物一样,不能从头合成类胡萝卜素,必须从食物中摄取。饲料中应用的类胡萝卜类的色素通常为化工合成,价格昂贵,并且由于色素添加到饲料中仅是为了改善肉质颜色,没有其他营养功能,因此大大增加了饲料成本。此外,这些色素本身的化学性质不稳定,其商品形式通常需进行包被或微胶囊处理,以阻绝空气增强其稳定性,不同包被材料会影响色素的消化吸收和利用,影响生物效价。
有鉴于此,特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明的第一目的在于提供一种大黄鱼饲料,该饲料能够满足大黄鱼的各种营养需求,并促进大黄鱼对营养物质的吸收和利用,利于大黄鱼生长发育,具有较低的饲料系数;此外,该饲料能够改善大黄鱼的皮肤颜色,有效解决养殖大黄鱼体色偏淡的问题,提高商品价值。
本发明的第二目的在于提供一种大黄鱼饲养方法,该方法提高了饲养大黄鱼肤色中类胡萝卜素沉积含量,改善了大黄鱼肤色,并且能够促进大黄鱼的生长,降低饲料系数。
为了实现本发明的上述目的,特采用以下技术方案:
本发明的第一方面提供一种大黄鱼饲料,该大黄鱼饲料包括如下重量份的原料:白鱼粉25-36份、南极磷虾粉6.6-19.8份、豆粕15-20份、啤酒酵母1-3份、豆油1.5-3份、鱼油1.5-3份、大豆卵磷脂1-2份、小麦面粉25-30份、维生素预混物1-2.5份、矿物质预混物1.5-2.5份、氯化胆碱0.2-0.3份。
本发明通过上述特定原料及用量的选择,能够满足大黄鱼的各种营养需求,并促进大黄鱼对营养物质的吸收和利用,具有较低的饲料系数;此外,该饲料能够改善大黄鱼的皮肤颜色,有效解决养殖大黄鱼体色偏淡的问题,提高商品价值。
白鱼粉是指用鳕鱼、蝶鱼等白肉鱼种的全鱼或下脚料加工制成含脂低的鱼粉。
南极磷虾粉富含蛋白质,脂肪含量适度,同时含有丰富的类胡萝卜素,能够改善饲料的适口性;此外,南极磷虾粉氨基酸营养平衡,包括鱼类生长所需的10种必需氨基酸(EAA)和8种非必需氨基酸,且多不饱和脂肪酸含量与鱼粉基本相当;本发明中对南极磷虾粉的主要组成含量不作严格限制,优选地,所述南极磷虾粉中虾青素含量为150-250mg/Kg、水含量为11%-13%、粗蛋白含量为63%-65%、粗脂肪含量为6%-8%、灰分含量为13%-15%、氟含量为1.55%-1.65%。
豆粕是大豆经过提取豆油后得到的副产品,又称大豆粕。大豆粕中含有多种的应用物质,其中蛋白质含量占45%~52%左右,还含有大量的低聚糖、多糖和纤维素。
啤酒酵母是指用于酿造啤酒的酵母,菌体维生素、蛋白质含量高,可作食用、药用和饲料酵母,还可以从其中提取细胞色素C、核酸、谷胱甘肽、凝血质、辅酶A和三磷酸腺苷等;通过啤酒酵母的添加,能够提供蛋白质营养成分。
豆油是从大豆中提取出来的油脂,具有一定粘稠度,呈半透明液体状,其颜色因大豆种皮及大豆品种不同而异,从浅黄色至深褐色,具有大豆香味;豆油中包含棕榈酸、油酸、硬脂酸、亚油酸、花生酸和亚麻酸,能够为大黄鱼提供丰富的脂肪含量并且利于类胡萝卜素在大黄鱼体内的沉积。
鱼油是鱼体内的全部油类物质的统称,它包括体油、肝油和脑油,主鱼油是一种从多脂鱼类提取的油脂,富含ω-3系多不饱和脂肪酸(DHA和EPA),具有抗炎、调节血脂等健康益处。
大豆卵磷脂是精制大豆油过程中的副产品,是通过溶剂萃取然后离心分离后通过醇洗得到;大豆卵磷脂能够提供胆碱和脂肪酸,利于大黄鱼的生长发育。
小麦面粉经小麦磨制加工后即得,小麦面粉中富含蛋白质、碳水化合物、维生素和钙、铁、磷、钾、镁等矿物质,有养心益肾、健脾厚肠、除热止渴的功效;能够为大黄鱼提供能量以及各种营养物质。
氯化胆碱白色吸湿性结晶,无味,有鱼腥臭,能够促进营养物质的吸收,促进生长发育,并且其散发的腥臭味与啤酒酵母发酵散发的酒香味结合,能够更好的刺激大黄鱼的嗅觉,提高饲料的利用率。
本发明中对维生素预混物的维生素种类不作严格限制,优选地,所述维生素预混物包括维生素B1为23-27mg、核黄素为43-47mg、维生素B6为18-22mg、维生素B12为0.08-0.12mg、维生素K3为8-12mg、肌醇为780-820mg、维生素B5为58-62mg、烟酸为180-220mg、叶酸为18-22mg、生物素为1.0-1.4mg、维生素A为30-34mg、维生素D3为4-6mg、维生素E为110-130mg、维生素C为1900-2100mg、次粉为15-17g;更优选地,所述维生素预混物包括维生素B1为25mg、核黄素为45mg、维生素B6为20mg、维生素B12为0.1mg、维生素K3为10mg、肌醇为800mg、维生素B5为60mg、烟酸为200mg、叶酸为20mg、生物素为1.2mg、维生素A为32mg、维生素D3为5mg、维生素E为120mg、维生素C为2000mg、次粉为16.51g;通过维生素预混物的添加能够满足大黄鱼的自身营养需求,促进大黄鱼的生长发育。
本发明中对矿物质预混物的矿物质种类不作严格限制,优选地,所述矿物质预混物包括如下重量份的原料:氟化钠1.5-2.5mg、碘化钾16-20mg、氯化钴45-55mg、硫酸铜9-11mg、硫酸铁75-85mg、硫酸锌45-55mg、硫酸锰55-65mg、硫酸镁1100-1300mg、磷酸二氢钙9-11g、氯化钠90-110mg、沸石粉8-9g;更优选地,所述矿物质预混物包括如下重量份的原料:氟化钠2mg、碘化钾18mg、氯化钴50mg、硫酸铜10mg、硫酸铁80mg、硫酸锌50mg、硫酸锰60mg、硫酸镁1200mg、磷酸二氢钙10g、氯化钠100mg、沸石粉8.45g;通过矿物预混物的添加,能够满足大黄鱼营养需求,提高大黄鱼体内各种酶的活性,利于大黄鱼的生长发育。
进一步地,所述大黄鱼饲料包括如下重量份的原料:白鱼粉28-36份、南极磷虾粉13-19.8份、豆粕18-20份、啤酒酵母1-2份、豆油1.5-2.2份、鱼油2.2-3份、大豆卵磷脂1.5-2份、小麦面粉25-28份、维生素预混物1-1.7份、矿物质预混物1.5-2份、氯化胆碱0.25-0.3份;更进一步地,所述大黄鱼饲料包括如下重量份的原料:白鱼粉28份、南极磷虾粉13份、豆粕18份、啤酒酵母2份、豆油2.2份、鱼油2.2份、大豆卵磷脂1.5份、小麦面粉28份、维生素预混物1.7份、矿物质预混物2份、氯化胆碱0.25份。
本发明中对大黄鱼饲料的原料不作严格限制,优选地,所述原料还包括:诱食剂0.2-0.4份、防霉剂0.05-0.15份、抗氧化剂0.2-0.4份;更优选地,所述诱食剂0.3份、防霉剂0.1份、抗氧化剂0.3份。
通过上述特定用量原料的添加,能够避免饲料中营养物质的损失,以及提高饲料的适口性,利于提高大黄鱼对饲料的利用率,并减少饲料中类胡萝卜素的损失。
进一步地,诱食剂选自甘氨酸和/或甜菜碱;优选地,所述诱食剂由甘氨酸和甜菜碱按照重量份配比为1∶2组成。
进一步地,防霉剂选自富马酸和/或丙酸钙;优选地,所述防霉剂由富马酸和丙酸钙按照重量份配比1∶1组成。
进一步地,抗氧化剂为乙氧基喹啉。
进一步地,本发明所述大黄鱼饲料中脂肪含量为11%-12%;蛋白质含量为45%-46%。通过脂肪以及蛋白质含量的控制,能够促进大黄鱼的生长发育,还能够对大黄鱼肤色的改善具有一定作用。
本发明的第二方面提供一种大黄鱼饲养方法,该方法为采用上述大黄鱼饲料进行饲养。
上述方法提高了饲养大黄鱼肤色中类胡萝卜素沉积含量,改善了大黄鱼肤色,并且能够促进大黄鱼的生长,降低饲料系数。
进一步地,所述饲养方式为每天早晚饱食投喂两次,持续饲养63天;
本发明通过上述特定的饲养方法饲养后的大黄鱼背部皮肤中总类胡萝卜素含量为92.48-101.32mg/kg;腹部皮肤中总类胡萝卜素含量为149.76-158.78mg/kg;具体地,背部皮肤中总类胡萝卜素包括叶黄素48.79-52.85mg/kg,、金枪鱼黄素31.71-36.01mg/kg、玉米黄质11.49-12.97mg/kg;腹部皮肤中总类胡萝卜素包括叶黄素90.91-96.11mg/kg、金枪鱼黄素42.91-56.01mg/kg、玉米黄质10.69-11.91mg/kg。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果至少包括:
(1)本发明所述大黄鱼饲料能够满足大黄鱼的各种营养需求,并促进大黄鱼对营养物质的吸收和利用,利于大黄鱼生长发育,具有较低的饲料系数;此外,该饲料能够改善大黄鱼的皮肤颜色,有效解决养殖大黄鱼体色偏淡的问题,提高商品价值。
(2)本发明大黄鱼饲养方法提高了饲养大黄鱼肤色中类胡萝卜素沉积含量,改善了大黄鱼肤色,并且能够促进大黄鱼的生长,降低饲料系数。

下面将结合实施例对本发明的实施方案进行详细描述,但是本领域技术人员将会理解,下列实施例仅用于说明本发明,而不应视为限制本发明的范围。实施例中未注明具体条件者,按照常规条件或制造商建议的条件进行。所用试剂或仪器未注明生产厂商者,均为可以通过市购买获得的常规产品。
各实施例采用的各原料如下:
白鱼粉:其主要组成含量为粗蛋白71.09%、粗脂肪8.10%、灰分20%;可采用中国七好生物技术有限公司生产;
南极磷虾粉:其主要组成含量为虾青素含量为197mg/Kg、粗蛋白64.75%、粗脂肪7.73%、灰分14.92%;可采用中国水产有限公司生产;
啤酒酵母:其主要组成含量为粗蛋白55.24%、粗脂肪1.81%、灰分14.92%、水分10.32%;来源普通市购;
维生素预混物:主要组成为:维生素B1为25mg、核黄素为45mg、维生素B6为20mg、维生素B12为0.1mg、维生素K3为10mg、肌醇为800mg、维生素B5为60mg、烟酸为200mg、叶酸为20mg、生物素为1.2mg、维生素A为32mg、维生素D3为5mg、维生素E为120mg、维生素C为2000mg、次粉为16.51g;可采用青岛玛斯特生物科技有限公司生产;
矿物质预混物:主要组成为氟化钠2mg、碘化钾18mg、氯化钴(1%)50mg、硫酸铜10mg、硫酸铁80mg、硫酸锌50mg、硫酸锰60mg、硫酸镁1200mg、磷酸二氢钙10g、氯化钠100mg、沸石粉8.45g;可采用青岛玛斯特生物科技有限公司生产。
实施例1
本实施例为一种大黄鱼饲料,该大黄鱼饲料包括如下重量份的原料:白鱼粉25份、南极磷虾粉19.8份、豆粕20份、啤酒酵母1份、豆油3份、鱼油1.5份、大豆卵磷脂1份、小麦面粉25份、维生素预混物1份、矿物质预混物2.5份、氯化胆碱0.3份。
采用凯式定氮法(2300-自动凯氏定氮仪,FOSS,丹麦)和索氏抽提法(36680-抽提仪,BUCHI,瑞士)分别对上述大黄鱼饲料中的脂肪和蛋白质进行检测,检测结果为脂肪含量为12%干重,蛋白质含量为45.43%干重。
实施例2
本实施例为一种大黄鱼饲料,该大黄鱼饲料包括如下重量份的原料:白鱼粉25份、南极磷虾粉19.8份、豆粕20份、啤酒酵母1份、豆油3份、鱼油1.5份、大豆卵磷脂1份、小麦面粉25份、维生素预混物1份、矿物质预混物2.5份、氯化胆碱0.3份、诱食剂0.4份、防霉剂0.05份、抗氧化剂0.2份。
其中,诱食剂由甘氨酸和甜菜碱按照重量份配比为1∶2组成;
防霉剂由富马酸和丙酸钙按照重量份配比1∶1组成;
抗氧化剂为乙氧基喹啉。
采用实施例1的检测方法对上述大黄鱼饲料中的脂肪和蛋白质进行检测,检测结果为脂肪含量为11.99%干重,蛋白质含量为45.39%干重。
实施例3
本实施例为一种大黄鱼饲料,该大黄鱼饲料包括如下重量份的原料:白鱼粉36份、南极磷虾粉6.6份、豆粕15份、啤酒酵母3份、豆油1.5份、鱼油3份、大豆卵磷脂2份、小麦面粉30份、维生素预混物2.5份、矿物质预混物1.5份、氯化胆碱0.2份、诱食剂0.2份、防霉剂0.15份、抗氧化剂0.4份。
其中,诱食剂为甘氨酸;
防霉剂为丙酸钙;
抗氧化剂乙氧基喹啉。
采用实施例1的检测方法对上述大黄鱼饲料中的脂肪和蛋白质进行检测,检测结果为脂肪含量为11.13%干重,蛋白质含量为45.74%干重。
实施例4
本实施例为一种大黄鱼饲料,该大黄鱼饲料包括如下重量份的原料:白鱼粉28份、南极磷虾粉13份、豆粕18份、啤酒酵母2份、豆油2.2份、鱼油2.2份、大豆卵磷脂1.5份、小麦面粉28份、维生素预混物1.7份、矿物质预混物2份、氯化胆碱0.25份、诱食剂0.3份、防霉剂0.1份、抗氧化剂0.3份;
其中,诱食剂由甘氨酸和甜菜碱按照重量份配比为1∶2组成。
防霉剂由富马酸和丙酸钙按照重量份配比1∶1组成;
抗氧化剂为乙氧基喹啉。
采用实施例1的检测方法对上述大黄鱼饲料中的脂肪和蛋白质进行检测,检测结果为脂肪含量为11.12%干重,蛋白质含量为45.38%干重。
对照例1
本对照例为一种大黄鱼饲料,该大黄鱼饲料基本与实施例4中的大黄鱼饲料相同,区别仅在于南极磷虾粉的含量为4份,鱼粉为36.36份,小麦面粉为28.57份。
采用实施例1的检测方法对上述大黄鱼饲料中的脂肪和蛋白质进行检测,检测结果为脂肪含量为11.06%干重,蛋白质含量为45.28%干重。
对照例2
本对照例为一种大黄鱼饲料,该大黄鱼饲料基本与实施例4中的大黄鱼饲料相同,区别仅在于南极磷虾粉的含量为24份,鱼粉为18.14份,小麦面粉为26.79份。
采用实施例1的检测方法对上述大黄鱼饲料中的脂肪和蛋白质进行检测,检测结果为脂肪含量为11.24%干重,蛋白质含量为45.51%干重。
对照例3
本对照例为一种大黄鱼饲料,该大黄鱼饲料基本与实施例4中的大黄鱼饲料相同,区别仅在于将豆油替换成同等份数的豆粕。
采用实施例1的检测方法对上述大黄鱼饲料中的脂肪和蛋白质进行检测,检测结果为脂肪含量为5.62%干重,蛋白质含量为49.97%干重。
对照例4
本对照例为一种大黄鱼饲料,该大黄鱼饲料基本与实施例4中的大黄鱼饲料相同,区别仅在于将南极磷虾粉替换成虾青素,虾青素的添加量与南极磷虾粉中的虾青素含量相同,并且鱼粉为40份,小麦粉为28份。
采用实施例1的检测方法对上述大黄鱼饲料中的脂肪和蛋白质进行检测,检测结果为脂肪含量为11.02%干重,蛋白质含量为45.25%干重。
实验例1
选取鱼苗于4.0×8.0×4.0m的海水网箱中暂养2周驯化,驯化期间投喂未添加南极磷虾粉的组饲料,驯化结束后所有鱼饥饿24h,使用1:10000的丁香酚麻醉,选取规格一致的鱼称重并随机分配到8个1.0×1.0×1.8m中的网箱中,每个网箱放养50尾,其中,每条鱼体重为30±2g。
饲养方法:将实施例1-4公开的大黄鱼饲料分别对应饲喂1-4组网箱中的大黄鱼幼苗,对照例1-4公开的大黄鱼饲料分别对应饲喂5-8组网箱中的大黄鱼幼苗,饲喂期间每天饱食投喂两次(6:00和18:00),养殖周期为9周;饲喂期间控制水温19-28℃,盐度29-32g/L,溶氧6.5-8.0mg/L;
饲养周期结束后,随机抓取每个网箱中大黄鱼5条,采用校正后的CR-400型色彩色差计(柯尼卡-美能达,日本),对抓取的每组大黄鱼分别进行肤色测定,测定部位为大黄鱼背部和腹部,测定时,用吸水纸将鱼体表面水分去除;记录L*、a*、b*值,其中L*表示亮度值;a*表示红绿值,+a*表示偏红,-a*表示偏绿;b*表示蓝黄值,+b*表示偏黄,-b*表示偏蓝;对每组大黄鱼测定结果进行统计,统计结果参见表1;
采用UPLC-DAD-APCI-MS的分析方法对抓取的每组大黄鱼分别进行背部和腹部皮肤中叶黄素、金枪鱼黄素、玉米黄质的含量测定,对每组大黄鱼测定结果进行统计,统计结果参见表2。

本发明实施例1-4和对照例2组的大黄鱼背部和腹部颜色最深,可见采用各原料用量在本申请权利要求保护的范围内时改善大黄鱼肤色的效果最显著;另外,通过实施例1-4与对照例2相比较,当南极磷虾粉超出要求保护的范围时,对照例2组改善大黄鱼肤色的效果与实施例1-4相当,但是过多的南极磷虾粉提高了原料成本。

实施例1-4组制备的大黄鱼饲料能够显著提高类胡萝卜素在大黄鱼体内的沉积,改善大黄鱼肤色。

1.一种大黄鱼饲料,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的原料:白鱼粉25-36份、南极磷虾粉6.6-19.8份、豆粕15-20份、啤酒酵母1-3份、豆油1.5-3份、鱼油1.5-3份、大豆卵磷脂1-2份、小麦面粉25-30份、维生素预混物1-2.5份、矿物质预混物1.5-2.5份、氯化胆碱0.2-0.3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的大黄鱼饲料,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的原料:白鱼粉28-36份、南极磷虾粉13-19.8份、豆粕18-20份、啤酒酵母1-2份、豆油1.5-2.2份、鱼油2.2-3份、大豆卵磷脂1.5-2份、小麦面粉25-28份、维生素预混物1-1.7份、矿物质预混物1.5-2份、氯化胆碱0.25-0.3份;
优选地,所述大黄鱼饲料包括如下重量份的原料:白鱼粉28份、南极磷虾粉13份、豆粕18份、啤酒酵母2份、豆油2.2份、鱼油2.2份、大豆卵磷脂1.5份、小麦面粉28份、维生素预混物1.7份、矿物质预混物2份、氯化胆碱0.25份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的大黄鱼饲料,其特征在于,所述原料还包括:诱食剂0.2-0.4份、防霉剂0.05-0.15份、抗氧化剂0.2-0.4份;
优选地,所述诱食剂0.3份、防霉剂0.1份、抗氧化剂0.3份;
优选地,所述诱食剂选自甘氨酸和/或甜菜碱;
优选地,所述诱食剂由甘氨酸和甜菜碱按照重量份配比为1∶2组成;
优选地,所述防霉剂选自富马酸和/或丙酸钙;
优选地,所述防霉剂由富马酸和丙酸钙按照重量份配比1∶1组成;
优选地,所述抗氧化剂为乙氧基喹啉。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的大黄鱼饲料,其特征在于,所述南极磷虾粉中虾青素含量为150-250mg/Kg;
优选地,所述南极磷虾粉中水含量为11%-13%、粗蛋白含量为63%-65%、粗脂肪含量为6%-8%、灰分含量为13%-15%、氟含量为1.55%-1.65%。
5.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的大黄鱼饲料,其特征在于,每份所述维生素预混物包括如下重量份的原料:维生素B1为23-27mg、核黄素为43-47mg、维生素B6为18-22mg、维生素B12为0.08-0.12mg、维生素K3为8-12mg、肌醇为780-820mg、维生素B5为58-62mg、烟酸为180-220mg、叶酸为18-22mg、生物素为1.0-1.4mg、维生素A为30-34mg、维生素D3为4-6mg、维生素E为110-130mg、维生素C为1900-2100mg、次粉为15-17g。
6.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的大黄鱼饲料,其特征在于,每份所述矿物质预混物包括如下重量份的原料:氟化钠1.5-2.5mg、碘化钾16-20mg、氯化钴45-55mg、硫酸铜9-11mg、硫酸铁75-85mg、硫酸锌45-55mg、硫酸锰55-65mg、硫酸镁1100-1300mg、磷酸二氢钙9-11g、氯化钠90-110mg、沸石粉8-9g。
7.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的大黄鱼饲料,其特征在于,所述大黄鱼饲料中脂肪含量为11%-12%;蛋白质含量为45%-46%。
8.一种大黄鱼饲养方法,其特征在于,采用权利要求1-7任一所述的大黄鱼饲料进行饲养。
9.根据权利要求8所述的饲养方法,其特征在于,每天早晚饱食投喂两次,持续饲养63天;
优选地,饲养后大黄鱼背部皮肤中总类胡萝卜素含量为92.48-101.32mg/kg;腹部皮肤中总类胡萝卜素含量为149.76-158.78mg/kg。
10.根据权利要求9所述的饲养方法,其特征在于,背部皮肤中总类胡萝卜素包括叶黄素48.79-52.85mg/kg、金枪鱼黄素31.71-36.01mg/kg、玉米黄质11.49-12.97mg/kg;腹部皮肤中总类胡萝卜素包括叶黄素90.91-96.11mg/kg、金枪鱼黄素42.91-56.01mg/kg、玉米黄质10.69-11.91mg/kg。
