Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于使塑料材料的贮罐部件(tank component)通气的通气接头、一种包括这种通气接头的贮罐装置和一种用于生产这种贮罐装置的方法。
背景技术
通气接头(即通气装置)本身是已知的,该通气装置固定到贮罐部件的开口,以能够借助该通气接头内的流体路径以及必要时借助连接到通气接头的通气管线使该贮罐部件通气和/或通风。
这种通气接头尤其用于使贮罐和填充贮罐的填充管路通气,以能够在贮罐的操作和/或填充期间恰当地通气和/或通风。
例如,EP3118042A1公开了一种这种通气接头。
关于塑料贮罐,最近使用塑料材料的通气接头,该塑料材料的通气接头可以简单地焊接到塑料材料贮罐或贮罐的其它塑料材料部件。
然而,尤其当塑料材料部件与机动车中的燃料罐一起使用时,希望保护环境以最大程度地防止由塑料材料引起的不希望的碳氢化合物排放。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于使塑料材料的贮罐部件通气的通气接头,其减少了通气接头区域中的不希望的碳氢化合物排放。
本发明的其它目的是提供一种包括这种通气接头的贮罐装置和一种这种贮罐装置的生产方法,其中,在贮罐装置的操作期间,碳氢化合物排放总是减少。
该目的通过用于使塑料材料的贮罐部件通气的通气接头来实现,其中,该通气接头具有凸缘,其中,凸缘围绕通气接头的通气开口环形地布置,其中,凸缘包括塑料材料,并且可以焊接到贮罐部件,其中,凸缘具有第一和第二环形轴环,其中,第一和第二轴环相对彼此共轴布置,其中,用于接收密封剂和/或粘合剂的环形中空空间设置在第一和第二轴环之间。
根据本发明,用于固定通气接头的凸缘由两个共轴轴环构成,使得两个轴环形成环形空间,该空间面向意于被焊接的贮罐部件,使得环形中空空间可以尤其借助所固定的贮罐部件的一面封闭。
具有绕通气接头的通气开口共轴布置的两个轴环的凸缘可以尤其经由贮罐部件本身的对应通气开口焊接到贮罐部件,使得可以经由通气接头实现贮罐部件的通气。
借助这种通气接头,在通气接头的焊接区域中设置环形中空空间,其用密封剂或粘合剂填充。
由于密封剂和/或粘合剂在焊接区域中的布置,对由于通气接头焊接到贮罐部件产生的碳氢化合物排放的阻挡的薄弱位置(这会导致在该区域中的增加的渗透)得以防止。
通气接头优选地具有注入孔,其将外部空间连接到环形中空空间,包括在通气接头焊接到贮罐部件之后也如此,使得可从外侧接近环形中空空间,并且密封剂和/或粘合剂可以经由注入孔引用,即使在焊接到贮罐部件之后也如此。
在特别优选的方式中,通气接头还具有通气孔,其将外部空间连接到环形空间,包括在通气接头焊接到贮罐部件之后也如此,使得空气可以经由通气孔逸出,即使在焊接到贮罐部件之后也如此。特别地,在从中空空间填充密封剂或粘合剂期间,空气可以由此从中空空间被引导。
通气孔优选地布置在环形中空空间的与注入孔相对的一侧,使得其在该位置通向环形中空空间。
通气接头优选地具有至少第一连接件,其中,第一连接件例如借助阀门连接到或者流体连接到通气开口,其中,第一连接件优选地具有保持肋。保持肋可用于固定软管或另一连接管线。特别地,第一连接件可基本上通常定位在通气接头的凸缘上,使得其从安装的通气接头横向地突出或者还可延伸出凸缘使得其位于通常在贮罐部件的表面上的安装位置。
通气接头可至少具有第二连接件,其与第一连接件不同,其中,第二连接件连接或流体连接到通气开口,其中,第二连接件优选地具有保持肋。第二连接件还可布置成与第一连接件相反地从通气接头横向地突出。
根据本发明,贮罐装置可包括塑料材料的贮罐部件和用于使塑料材料的贮罐部件通气的通气接头,其中,通气接头可如上所述般构成,其中,通气接头的第一和/或第二轴环焊接到贮罐部件,其中,密封剂和/或粘合剂接收在第一和第二轴环之,位于环形中空空间中。
在该情况下,具有通气接头的贮罐部件优选地是塑料材料贮罐或塑料材料填充管道。
密封剂和/或粘合剂可优选地是Henkel Corporation的Loctite(R)5810(TM)系列的产品,尤其是Loctite(R)5810B(TM)。
根据本发明的用于生产这种贮罐装置的方法可涉及利用凸缘的第一和/或第二轴环将通气接头焊接到贮罐部件,随后将密封剂和/或粘合剂注入环形中空空间中。该注入可尤其经由通气接头的注入孔实施,该注入孔通向中空空间。特别地,密封剂或粘合剂可以被注入中空空间中直到其在中空空间的通气孔处再次排出。

在图1至5中,以不同示图示出根据本发明的使塑料材料的贮罐部件通气的相同的通气接头,通气接头具有凸缘1,其中,凸缘1围绕通气接头的通气开口2环形地布置。
以与整个通气接头相同的方式,凸缘1包括塑料材料,并可焊接到贮罐部件,尤其是塑料材料贮罐或塑料材料填充管道,尤其使用通气接头的中央通气开口2布置在贮罐部件的对应通气开口上方,使得经由通气接头实施贮罐部件的通气。
为了焊接,凸缘1具有第一环形轴环3和第二环形轴环4,其中,第一和第二轴环3、4相对彼此共轴布置,并相对通气接头的通气开口2共轴布置。环形轴环3和4一般焊接到贮罐部件。

Claims (10)

其特征在于,所述凸缘(1)具有第一环形轴环(3)和第二环形轴环(4),其中,第一和第二轴环(3,4)相对彼此共轴地布置,其中,用于接收密封剂和/或粘合剂的环形中空空间(5)设置在第一和第二轴环(3,4)之间,
所述通气接头具有注入孔(6),所述注入孔将外部空间连接到环形中空空间(5),包括在将通气接头焊接到贮罐部件后也如此,使得密封剂和/或粘合剂经由注入孔(6)被引入,即使在焊接到贮罐部件之后也如此。
