背景技术
塑料箱在汽车工业中越来越多地被使用,特别是作为燃料箱,并且最近被设计成使得尽可能少的排放物特别是碳氢化合物排放物(HC排放物)能够从塑料箱中逸出。
为此,塑料箱例如由高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)形成,并且为了实现目标排放,除其他事项外,可以使用包括多层的箱壁(多层箱),其包含例如防止碳氢化合物排放物的阻挡层。
已知的是,为了连接管线比如排气管线,例如使用连接装置,比如接头或喷嘴,其被生产为单独的部件,然后连接例如焊接至塑料箱。
然而,传统的连接装置表现出较高的碳氢化合物排放物。
发明内容

根据本发明,使用一种连接装置,该连接装置使用由低排放材料特别是聚甲醛(POM)制成的连接接头。连接接头从外部拧入或夹紧到至少部分位于塑料箱内部的配对件。密封件布置特别是夹紧在配对件和连接接头之间,该密封件在箱壁的外侧围绕开口布置在连接接头的密封面上。由于这种构造并且尤其是使用低排放连接接头和布置在连接接头和配对件之间的密封件,与已知的连接点相比可以减少在连接点处的排放。
塑料箱优选地由高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)构成,并且优选地包括多层。塑料箱的箱壁优选地包括防止碳氢化合物排放物的阻挡层。
配对件优选地由聚甲醛(POM)或高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)构成或者覆盖有HDPE。
连接接头优选地设计成用于连接管线,例如排气管线,或者连接接头包括温度传感器,特别是PT传感器。
根据一实施例,支撑套筒布置在配对件的内侧,用于在拧入或夹紧到连接接头时稳定配对件。
优选地将配对件在箱壁的内侧围绕开口平焊在箱壁上。在这种情况下,至少在其焊接表面上的箱壁和至少在其焊接表面上的配对件均优选地由HDPE构成。然后,可以优选地在生产塑料箱的过程中或在模制箱壁的过程中进行至配对件的焊接。
配对件可以钩在箱壁的内侧。在这种情况下,配对件不必焊接到箱壁上,并且可以从外部夹紧到箱壁的开口中,例如一旦已经生产了塑料箱。

另一方面,在图2的实施例中,配对件3钩在箱壁2的内侧。在此,配对件3未焊接到箱壁2。一旦已经制造了塑料箱并且在箱壁2中为开口切出圆形,配对件3就仅从外部插入开口中,并且钩或夹在该开口中。
在这种情况下,配对件3可以由例如与连接接头1相同的材料特别是聚甲醛(POM)构成。
连接接头1再次通过旋拧螺纹7拧入配对件3。在所示的实施例中,连接接头1具有内螺纹(由虚线示出),而配对件3具有外螺纹(由虚线示出)。
