背景技术
用于电机的定子组件通常包括数个定子芯部,每个定子芯部常常形成为c形形状。每个c形形状定子芯部具有背部和两个极臂(其从背部延伸),其中在每个极臂的端部处具有极面。线轴被提供在c形定子芯部上,绕组围绕线轴缠绕。图1示出了用于依照现有技术的定子组件1的典型的绕组方案的示意性图示。四个c形定子芯部2被提供,且绕组3围绕每个定子芯部2缠绕。四个定子芯部和绕组的每个是相同的。为了在c形定子芯部2中感生电场,电流穿过绕组3。如图1中所示,如果绕组如所示被连接到正端子和负端子,则交替北极和南极将如所示在极面处感生。
大体期望以数种方式改进电机,比如无刷电机。特别地,改进可在尺寸,重量,制造成本,效率,可靠性和噪音等方面被期望。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种定子组件,包括至少一对c形定子芯部,每个c形定子芯部具有线轴和围绕每个线轴缠绕的绕组,其中相邻c形定子芯部上的绕组以相反方向被缠绕。
结果,定子组件的绕组的端子方案可被简化。通过沿相反方向在相邻c形定子芯部上缠绕绕组,在一对c形形状芯部之间最接近彼此的绕组的端部被供给相同的电能。这可导致简化和更加整洁的端子方案,其可允许包括定子组件的电机的尺寸被制造得更小。
属于一个c形定子芯部的第一绕组的端部可与属于相邻c形定子芯部的第二绕组的最近端部聚合,该端部被聚合以便形成它们之间的电连接。结果,到绕组的电连接的数量可被减半。替代需要分别连接每个绕组的每个端部,到绕组端部的组的连接是可能的。这可进一步允许端子方案的尺寸被减小,且包括定子组件的电机可被制造得更小。
定子组件还可包括端子块,电连接的绕组端部组被联接到端子块中的端子以提供电功率到它。端子块提供了简单的接口以允许绕组更容易地被连接到电源。通过提供要被连接的绕组端部组,端子块中所需的端子的数量可被减少,且定子组件的总尺寸和包括上述定子组件的任何电机可被减小。
定子组件可包括四个c形定子芯部。在每个c形定子芯部具有两个极的情况下,这提供了具有八个极的定子组件。相邻绕组的最接近的端部可被电气聚合以形成四组绕组端子。结果,仅仅四个连接被需要以电连接定子组件到电机。
定子组件还可包括端子块,其具有桥接端子,其连接聚合绕组端子的对角相对的对。这提供了简单的端子方案用于具有四个c形定子芯部的定子组件,其中简单的电连接可被提供到一对桥接端子,随着每个端子提供电连接到电连接绕组端部组。结果,更小且更机械化简单的定子组件可被实现,且包括定子组件的任何电机的尺寸可由此被减小。
本发明还提供了一种电机,包括依照上述陈述的任一个的定子组件的电机,电机包括框架,定子组件被固定到该框架。每个c形定子芯部可被单独地安装到框架。
在实施例中,其中定子组件包括端子块,所述端子块可被安装到框架、邻近c形定子芯部。

图2显示了电机10的分解透视图。为了清晰起见,某些部件(比如控制电子器件和外部壳体)没有被示出。电机10包括转子组件12,框架14和定子组件,该定子组件包括四个定子部件16,18,20和22,每个定子部件包括c形定子芯部。当电机10被装配时,转子组件12定位在框架14内且被安装到框架14,且定子部件位于框架14内的相应槽内。例如,定子部件20位于框架内的槽24内。框架14可为一件式结构,例如被铸造为单个物体。在图2中所示的实施例中,电机1是压缩机,且由此转子组件12包括叶轮,且框架14包括叶轮罩26,其覆盖叶轮。电机10还包括扩散器28。
每个定子部件16,18,20和22具有围绕它缠绕的绕组,分别标示为17,19,21和23。绕组可沿两个不同方向的一个缠绕,其将被称为顺时针方向(CW)和逆时针方向(CCW)。定子部件被提供具有绕组,其沿交替方向缠绕,以使定子部件的绕组将相对两个相邻定子部件每个上的绕组沿相反方向缠绕。
例如,如果定子部件16上的绕组17沿顺时针方向缠绕,那么定子部件18和22上的绕组19和23将沿逆时针方向缠绕,且定子部件20上的绕组21将沿顺时针方向缠绕。其原因将在下文中参考图3更详细地探究。
图3示出了绕组方案(比如图2中所示的电机10中所用的)的示意性图示。定子组件30包括四个c形定子芯部32,34,36和38。如c形定子芯部36上的标号,c形定子芯部32,34,36和38的每个由定子背部40与从背部延伸的极臂42形成。在每个极臂42的端部为极面44。绕组33,35,37和39分别围绕每个c形定子芯部32,34,36和38缠绕。绕组沿交替方向缠绕,如提供在绕组边上的标号CW和CCW所示。绕组33和37沿顺时针方向(CW)缠绕,绕组35和39沿逆时针方向(CCW)缠绕。为了抵消两个绕组的颠倒绕组方向的影响,和实现在极面处为电机运作所需的交替磁极性,用于每个绕组端子的电荷也被针对绕组的交替组颠倒。
例如,对比图3中的方案和图1中的方案,可看出针对绕组35和39,被供应到绕组的每个端部的电荷(由+和–符号表示)相比于图1中所示的那些被颠倒。这是因为绕组35和39的绕组方向相比于图1中被颠倒。
图3中的方案相对于图1中的方案的的益处在于相似的带电端子可在相邻定子芯部之间被聚合到一起。
图4示出了装配的电机10穿过垂直于转子组件12的旋转轴线的平面的横截面视图。定子部件16,18,20,22被示出为包括它们的相应的绕组。定子部件内的c形芯部(绕组围绕其缠绕)可清晰地看到。定子部件18和22具有绕组50,其沿第一方向缠绕,且定子部件16和20具有绕组52,其沿第二方向缠绕,该第二方向与第一方向相反。定子部件16,18,20,22被示出为被插入框架14内的它们相应的槽中。例如,定子组件16被插入槽54,而定子组件20被示出为被插入槽24。
当所有定子部件16,18,20,22在框架中的位置中时,极面被定位为紧密邻近于转子组件12的磁体64(其被附接到轴60)。
图5显示了装配的电机10。定子组件的相邻定子部件16和22被示出,且相应的绕组52和50的线端部70,72被示出。由于绕组52和50沿相反方向缠绕,可能聚合端部线70和72在一起,如上文关于图3中的示意性图示描述的。因此,属于定子部件16的c形定子芯部的绕组52的端部70与属于定子部件22的相邻c形定子芯部的绕组50的最接近端部72编组。端部70和72被聚合以形成它们之间的电连接,得到聚合绕组端子。其他聚合绕组端子76和78可被看到,其包括自其他邻近对定子部件的聚合端部线。因此,尽管存在绕组的八个端部需要连接,定子组件仅仅具有四个聚合绕组端子用于连接。这可帮助保持端子方案简单,且减小电机的尺寸。
端子块80被安装到框架14,临近于定子部件16,18,20和22的端部和它们相应的c形定子芯部。端子块80具有端子82,84,聚合绕组端子74,76和78被连接到端子82,84。端子82,84是桥接端子,其延伸穿过端子块,且连接对角相对的聚合绕组端子对。例如,聚合绕组端子76和78两者都被连接到单个桥接端子84。由此,两个桥接端子82和84可从仅仅两个功率端子86和88连接到电源。

Claims (9)

1.一种定子组件,包括至少一对c形定子芯部,每个c形定子芯部具有线轴和围绕每个线轴缠绕的绕组,其中相邻c形定子芯部上的绕组以相反方向被缠绕。
2.根据权利要求1所述的定子组件,其中属于一个c形定子芯部的第一绕组的端部与属于相邻c形定子芯部的第二绕组的最近端部聚合,该端部被聚合以便形成它们之间的电连接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的定子组件,其中定子组件还包括端子块,被电连接的绕组端部的组被联接到端子块中的端子,以提供电功率到那。
4.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的定子组件,包括四个c形定子芯部。
5.根据权利要求4所述的定子组件,其中相邻绕组的最接近端部被电聚合以形成四个聚合绕组端子。
