本发明提供了一种油膜轴承油组合物及其制备方法。本发明提供的油膜轴承油组合物包含:94.7~98.76份基础油,0.01~1份杀菌剂,0.01~0.1份抗乳化剂,1~2份极压抗磨剂,0.1~1份粘度改进剂,0.1~1份抗氧剂,0.01~0.1份防锈剂,0.01~0.1份抗泡剂;基础油选自HVIⅠ基础油和HVIII基础油中的一种或几种;杀菌剂选自异噻唑啉酮和季铵盐中的一种或几种;抗乳化剂选自胺与环氧乙烷的缩合物和乙二醇酯中的一种或几种;极压抗磨剂选自含硫型极压抗磨剂和含磷型极压抗磨剂中的一种或几种。上述轴承油不仅具有优异的抗菌性,还具有优异的抗氧化、极压耐磨、防锈防腐性能,较好的满足油膜轴承的使用需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及轴承油技术领域,特别涉及一种油膜轴承油组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着世界冶金工业的迅猛发展,钢板、棒材高速轧机和摩根无扭高速线材轧机等机械被广泛使用。自1980年我国引进第一套高速线轧机以来,轧钢机不断向着高速、重载、大型化等方向发展。
作为轧机“心脏”的轧钢机油膜轴承一般用作轧辊的支承,而油膜轴承油能够平衡负载、隔离轴颈与轴套,将金属间的固体摩擦转化为液体内部的分子摩擦,将摩擦磨损降至最低限度,因此能在最大范围内满足承载压力、抗冲击力、变换速度、轧制精度、结构尺寸与使用寿命等要求,对油膜轴承系统十分关键。
但油膜轴承制造精度要求高,价格昂贵,使用工况极为恶劣,因此,对油膜轴承油提出苛刻的性能要求,除了要适应高温、有冲击负荷的工况外,还不可避免地受到轧钢冷却水的污染。传统的油膜轴承油在有水混入且不能彻底进行分水时,由于细菌的滋生,导致油品腐败变质,影响使用效果,且会产生难闻异味,影响作业环境。
现有技术的解决方式通常是向油品内添加抗菌剂,但是油品体系复杂,组分之间相互影响较大,抗菌剂的引入,通常难以与其它组分适应,抗菌效果较差,且还会引起油品其它性能如抗氧化、极压耐磨性、防锈蚀等性能的降低,因此,综合性能优异的油膜轴承油的开发十分困难,抗菌性与抗氧、极压耐磨、防锈等性能难以兼顾平衡。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种油膜轴承油组合物及其制备方法。本发明提供的油膜轴承油不仅能够使油品具有优异的抗菌性,还使油品具有优异的抗乳化、抗氧化、极压耐磨、防锈防腐性能,是一种综合性能优异的轴承油。
本发明提供了一种油膜轴承油组合物,包含以下重量份的组分:
所述基础油选自HVIⅠ基础油和HVIII基础油中的一种或几种;
所述杀菌剂选自异噻唑啉酮和季铵盐中的一种或几种;
所述抗乳化剂选自胺与环氧乙烷的缩合物和乙二醇酯中的一种或几种;
所述极压抗磨剂选自含硫型极压抗磨剂和含磷型极压抗磨剂中的一种或几种。
优选的,所述季铵盐选自N-十八烷基-γ-双季铵盐和双十二烷基-γ-双季铵盐中的一种或几种。

试验结果表明,本发明提供的轴承油的细菌菌落总数<104cfu/ml,表现出优异的抗菌性;同时,具有优异的抗乳化、抗磨、抗氧化、防腐防锈性能。
具体实施方式
本发明提供了一种油膜轴承油组合物,包含以下重量份的组分:
所述基础油选自HVIⅠ基础油和HVIII基础油中的一种或几种;
所述杀菌剂选自异噻唑啉酮和季铵盐中的一种或几种;
所述抗乳化剂选自胺与环氧乙烷的缩合物和乙二醇酯中的一种或几种;
所述极压抗磨剂选自含硫型极压抗磨剂和含磷型极压抗磨剂中的一种或几种。
本发明提供的轴承油,采用特定的杀菌剂、特定抗乳化剂和极压抗磨剂搭配,三者协同作用的基础上,再配合其它添加剂,不仅能够使油品具有优异的抗菌性,能够很好的解决在有水混入且不能彻底进行分水时,细菌滋生、油品腐败变质等问题,满足油膜轴承润滑需求,且还不会影响其它性能,使油品同时具有优异的抗氧化、极压耐磨、防锈防腐性能,较好的满足油膜轴承的使用需求。
本发明中,所述基础油选自HVIⅠ基础油和HVIII基础油中的一种或几种。所述HVIⅠ基础油优选为HVIⅠ150、HVIⅠ400、HVIⅠ650和HVIⅠ750中的一种或几种。所述HVIII基础油优选为HVIII4、HVIII6、HVIII8和HVIII10中的一种或几种。本发明对所述基础油的来源没有特殊限制,为一般市售品即可。本发明中,所述基础油的含量为94.7~98.76质量份。
本发明中,所述杀菌剂选自异噻唑啉酮和季铵盐中的一种或几种。所述季铵盐优选为N-十八烷基-γ-双季铵盐和双十二烷基-γ-双季铵盐中的一种或几种。本发明对所述杀菌剂的来源没有特殊限制,为一般市售品即可。本发明中,以基础油含量94.7~98.76质量份为基准,所述杀菌剂的含量为0.01~1质量份。
本发明中,所述抗乳化剂选自胺与环氧乙烷的缩合物和乙二醇酯中的一种或几种。所述胺与环氧乙烷的缩合物优选为T1001。所述乙二醇酯优选为C404。本发明对所述抗乳化剂的来源没有特殊限制,为一般市售品即可。本发明中,以基础油含量94.7~98.76质量份为基准,所述抗乳化剂的含量为0.01~0.1质量份。
本发明中,所述极压抗磨剂选自含硫型极压抗磨剂和含磷型极压抗磨剂中的一种或几种;优选为硫化异丁烯(即T321)、多烷基苄硫化物、磷酸三甲酚酯(即T306)、硫代磷酸三苯酯和三苯基硫代磷酸盐中的一种或几种。所述多烷基苄硫化物优选为T324、T324A和T324B中的一种或几种。所述三苯基硫代磷酸盐优选为TPPT。本发明对所述极压抗磨剂的来源没有特殊限制,为一般市售品即可。本发明中,以基础油含量94.7~98.76质量份为基准,所述极压抗磨剂的含量为1~2质量份。
油膜轴承油体系中,抗菌剂及其它添加剂之间的相互作用较大,需要一定的匹配性和适应性,故现有技术中引入抗菌剂时,通常难以与其它组分适应,不仅抗菌效果较差,且还会引起油品其它性能如抗氧化、极压耐磨性、抗乳化、防锈蚀等性能的降低。经申请人研究发现,本发明在上述基础油体系中,引入特定的杀菌剂、特定的抗乳化剂和极压抗磨剂,三者协同作用的基础上,再配合本发明选定的其它添加剂,不仅能够使油品具有优异的抗菌性,还能使油品同时具有优异的极压耐磨、抗乳化、抗氧化、防锈防腐等性能,较好的满足油膜轴承的使用需求。省去上述三者中的任一组分,或者将三者中任一组分的种类进行替换(如将杀菌剂替换为异噻唑啉酮和季铵盐之外的其它杀菌剂,或将本发明中的抗乳化剂替换为其它抗乳化剂,或将本发明中的极压抗磨剂替换为其它极压抗磨剂),都难以达到优异的抗菌性、及优异的油品使用性能。
本发明中,所述粘度改进剂优选为烷基萘、聚酯和聚烯烃中的一种或几种,可帮助降低油品倾点和改善油品的低温流动性。所述烷基萘优选为C60~C66的烷基萘;在本发明的一个实施例中,为T801烷基萘。所述聚烯烃优选为聚α烯烃;在本发明的一个实施例中,为T803A聚α烯烃。本发明对所述粘度改进剂的来源没有特殊限制,为一般市售品即可。本发明中,以基础油含量94.7~98.76质量份为基准,所述粘度改进剂的含量为0.1~1质量份。
本发明中,所述抗氧剂优选为胺型抗氧剂和酚型抗氧剂中的一种或几种,更优选包括N-苯基-α-萘胺(即T531)、二壬基二苯胺、烷基化二苯胺、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、硫化烷基酚和2,6-二叔丁基酚中的一种或几种。本发明对所述抗氧剂的来源没有特殊限制,为一般市售品即可。本发明中,以基础油含量94.7~98.76质量份为基准,所述抗氧剂的含量为0.1~1质量份。
本发明中,所述防锈剂选自有机羧酸、有机羧酸盐、磺酸盐和杂环化合物中的一种或几种。所述有机羧酸优选为十二烯基丁二酸(即T746)、异壬基苯氧基乙酸和正油烯基肌氨酸中的一种或几种。所述有机羧酸盐优选为癸二酸钠和羧酸钠中的一种或几种。所述磺酸盐优选为磺酸钡和/或二壬基萘磺酸钡。所述杂环化合物优选为苯并三氮唑和十七烯基咪唑啉烯基丁二酸盐中的一种或几种。本发明对所述防锈剂的来源没有特殊限制,为一般市售品即可。本发明中,以基础油含量94.7~98.76质量份为基准,所述防锈剂的含量为0.01~0.1质量份。
本发明中,所述抗泡剂优选为硅型抗泡剂、非硅型抗泡剂、复合型抗泡剂中的一种或几种。在本发明的一个实施例中,抗泡剂为T901硅型抗泡剂。在本发明的另一个实施例中,抗泡剂为T911非硅型抗泡剂。在本发明的另一个实施例中,抗泡剂为T921复合型抗泡剂。本发明对所述抗泡剂的来源没有特殊限制,为一般市售品即可。本发明中,以基础油含量94.7~98.76质量份为基准,所述抗泡剂的含量为0.01~0.1质量份。
本发明还提供了一种上述技术方案所述的油膜轴承油组合物的制备方法,包括:
将基础油升温脱水后,降温至60~80℃,加入粘度改进剂、杀菌剂、抗氧剂、极压抗磨剂、抗乳化剂和防锈剂,混匀,得到油膜轴承油组合物。
其中,基础油、粘度改进剂、杀菌剂、抗氧剂、极压抗磨剂、抗乳化剂和防锈剂的种类、用量和来源均与上述技术方案中所述一致,在此不再一一赘述。所述升温的温度优选为110~130℃,更优选为120℃。升至目标温度后,优选保温1小时。
为了进一步理解本发明,下面结合实施例对本发明优选实施方案进行描述,但是应当理解,这些描述只是为进一步说明本发明的特征和优点,而不是对本发明权利要求的限制。
实施例1
原料:基础油HVIⅠ150 10份,基础油HVIⅠ650 87.23份,杀菌剂N-十八烷基-γ-双季铵盐0.1份,极压抗磨剂T306 1.5份,抗乳化剂T10010.05份,防锈剂T746 0.1份,粘度改进剂T801 0.5份,抗泡剂T921 0.02份,抗氧剂T531 0.5份。
制备:将基础油升温至120℃脱去水分后,降温至70℃,加入其它原料,混匀,得到油膜轴承油。
实施例2
原料:基础油HVIⅠ750 76.2份,基础油HVI II 4 20份,杀菌剂异噻唑啉酮1份,极压抗磨剂硫代磷酸三苯酯0.1份,抗乳化剂乙二醇酯0.1份,防锈剂癸二酸钠0.05份,粘度改进剂T803A 0.6份,抗泡剂T911 0.05份,抗氧剂二壬基二苯胺1份。
制备:将基础油升温至120℃脱去水分后,降温至70℃,加入其它原料,混匀,得到油膜轴承油。
实施例3
原料:基础油HVI I 500 95.53份,杀菌剂双十二烷基-γ-双季铵盐0.5份,极压抗磨剂硫化异丁烯2份,抗乳化剂T1001 0.02份,抗乳化剂乙二醇酯0.04份,防锈剂磺酸钡0.1份,粘度改进剂聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯1份,抗泡剂T901 0.1份,抗氧剂2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚0.4份,抗氧剂烷基化二苯胺0.4份。
制备:将基础油升温至120℃脱去水分后,降温至70℃,加入其它原料,混匀,得到油膜轴承油。
对比例1
原料:基础油HVI I 400 50份,基础油HVI I 750 50份,极压抗磨剂二苄基二硫化物1份,抗乳化剂T1001 0.05份,防锈剂T746 0.03份,黏度改进剂聚甲基丙烯酸酯1份,抗泡剂T901 0.01份,抗氧剂2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚0.5份。
制备:将基础油升温至120℃脱去水分后,降温至70℃,加入其它原料,混匀,得到油膜轴承油。
实施例4
对实施例1~3及对比例1所得的油膜轴承油进行性能测试,测试结果参见表1。

通过以上测试结果可知,本发明提供的轴承油组合物具有优异的杀菌性,同时具有优异的极压抗磨性、抗乳化性、及良好的抗氧性、防腐防锈性能。而打破本发明组分及配比的对比例1,杀菌效果明显变差,且极压抗磨性和抗乳化性能也显著降低,抗氧化性也变差。
以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本发明的方法及其核心思想。对这些实施例的多种修改对本领域的专业技术人员来说将是显而易见的,本文中所定义的一般原理可以在不脱离本发明的精神或范围的情况下,在其它实施例中实现。因此,本发明将不会被限制于本文所示的这些实施例,而是要符合与本文所公开的原理和新颖特点相一致的最宽的范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种油膜轴承油组合物,其特征在于,包含以下重量份的组分:
基础油 94.7~98.76份;
杀菌剂 0.01~1份;
抗乳化剂 0.01~0.1份;
极压抗磨剂 1~2份;
粘度改进剂 0.1~1份;
抗氧剂 0.1~1份;
防锈剂 0.01~0.1份;
抗泡剂 0.01~0.1份;
所述基础油选自HVIⅠ基础油和HVIⅡ基础油中的一种或几种;
所述杀菌剂选自N-十八烷基-γ-双季铵盐和双十二烷基-γ-双季铵盐中的一种或几种;
所述抗乳化剂选自胺与环氧乙烷的缩合物和乙二醇酯中的一种或几种;
所述极压抗磨剂选自硫化异丁烯、多烷基苄硫化物和三苯基硫代磷酸盐中的一种或几种;
所述粘度改进剂为烷基萘。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述HVIⅠ基础油选自HVIⅠ150、HVIⅠ400、HVIⅠ650和HVIⅠ750中的一种或几种;
所述HVIⅡ基础油选自HVIⅡ4、HVIⅡ6、HVIⅡ8和HVIⅡ10中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述烷基萘为C60~C66的烷基萘。
4.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述防锈剂选自有机羧酸、有机羧酸盐、磺酸盐和杂环化合物中的一种或几种;
所述有机羧酸选自十二烯基丁二酸、异壬基苯氧基乙酸和正油烯基肌氨酸中的一种或几种;
所述有机羧酸盐选自羧酸钠;
所述磺酸盐选自磺酸钡;
所述杂环化合物选自苯并三氮唑和十七烯基咪唑啉烯基丁二酸盐中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂包括N-苯基-α-萘胺、烷基化二苯胺、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、硫化烷基酚和2,6-二叔丁基酚中的一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述抗泡剂选自硅型抗泡剂、非硅型抗泡剂、复合型抗泡剂中的一种或几种。
7.根据权利要求4所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述有机羧酸盐为癸二酸钠;
所述磺酸盐为二壬基磺酸钡。
8.根据权利要求5所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述烷基化二苯胺为二壬基二苯胺。
9.一种权利要求1~8中任一项所述的油膜轴承油组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:
将基础油升温脱水后,降温至60~80℃,加入粘度改进剂、杀菌剂、抗氧剂、极压抗磨剂、抗乳化剂和防锈剂,混匀,得到油膜轴承油组合物。
