Abstract
本发明一种精制润滑油，采用：抗磨剂份、金属减活剂、杀菌剂、苯酚钙、硫化烷基酚钙、抗乳化剂和基础油为原料进行制备，解决了现有技术中存在的，在高温下润滑油的性质易发生改变的问题，提升了产品的稳定性。

技术领域
本发明属润滑油技术领域，具体涉及一种精制润滑油。
背景技术
机器运行过程中，由于做功和摩擦力会产生大量的热，使周围温度升高，而高温，会对润滑油的清净值和抗氧化性产生不利影响。
发明内容
本发明提供一种在高温下亦能保证稳定性的精制润滑油，为了达到上述目的，本发明提供了如下技术方案：
一种精制润滑油，所述润滑油原料按重量份配比为：抗磨剂1～10份、金属减活剂0.5～0.8份、杀菌剂2～8份、苯酚钙1～3份、硫化烷基酚钙1～5份、抗乳化剂0.2～1份和基础油100～150份；将各原料充分混合，得精制润滑油产品。
进一步的，所述抗磨剂包括硫化异丁烯、酸性硫代磷酸酯胺盐、1－羟基乙叉－1，1－二膦酸(二辛)酯和硼酸酯中的一种或多种；
进一步的，所述金属减活剂包括二巯基噻二唑、苯并三氮唑、苯三唑十八胺盐中的一种或多种。
进一步的，所述杀菌剂包括辛基异噻唑啉酮、亚甲基二吗啉、三甲基三嗪和吡啶钠中的一种或多种。
进一步的，所述抗乳化剂包括环氧丙烷二胺、环氧乙烷/环氧丙烷嵌段共聚物中的一种或两种。
进一步的，所述疏水剂原料按重量份配比为：硫化异丁烯5份、苯并三氮唑0.6份、亚甲基二吗啉4份、苯酚钙2份、硫化烷基酚钙2份、环氧丙烷二胺0.5份和基础油125份。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点：
本发明在添加杀菌剂，使产品的抗菌性能得到提升，苯酚钙和硫化烷基酚钙提升产品的清净值和酸中和能力，增强抗氧化性和抗腐蚀性，且硫化烷基酚钙在高温中亦可保证较好的清净值。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例，本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例，都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
原料按重量百分量配比为：硫化异丁烯5份、苯并三氮唑0.6份、亚甲基二吗啉4份、苯酚钙2份、硫化烷基酚钙2份、环氧丙烷二胺0.5份和基础油125份；将各原料充分混合得产品精制润滑油。
实施例2
原料按重量百分量配比为：硫化异丁烯1份、苯并三氮唑0.5份、亚甲基二吗啉2份、苯酚钙1份、硫化烷基酚钙1份、环氧丙烷二胺0.2份和基础油100份；将各原料充分混合得产品精制润滑油。
实施例3
原料按重量百分量配比为：硫化异丁烯10份、苯并三氮唑0.8份、亚甲基二吗啉8份、苯酚钙3份、硫化烷基酚钙5份、环氧丙烷二胺1份和基础油150份；将各原料充分混合得产品精制润滑油。
实施例4
原料按重量百分量配比为1－羟基乙叉－1，1－二膦酸(二辛)酯5份、苯并三氮唑0.6份、辛基异噻唑啉酮4份、苯酚钙2份、硫化烷基酚钙2份、环氧丙烷二胺0.5份和基础油125份；将各原料充分混合得产品精制润滑油。
实施例5
原料按重量百分量配比为：1－羟基乙叉－1，1－二膦酸(二辛)酯5份、二巯基噻二唑0.6份、亚甲基二吗啉4份、苯酚钙2份、硫化烷基酚钙2份、环氧乙烷/环氧丙烷嵌段共聚物0.5份和基础油125份；将各原料充分混合得产品精制润滑油。
实施例6
原料按重量百分量配比为：硼酸酯5份、苯并三氮唑0.6份、亚甲基二吗啉4份、苯酚钙2份、硫化烷基酚钙2份、环氧丙烷二胺0.5份和基础油125份；将各原料充分混合得产品精制润滑油。
对本领域的技术人员来说，可根据以上描述的技术方案以及构思，做出其它各种相应的改变以及形变，而所有的这些改变以及形变都应该属于本发明权利要求的保护范围之内。
Claims (6)
1.一种精制润滑油，其特征在于，所述润滑油原料按重量份配比为：抗磨剂1～10份、金属减活剂0.5～0.8份、杀菌剂2～8份、苯酚钙1～3份、硫化烷基酚钙1～5份、抗乳化剂0.2～1份和基础油100～150份；将各原料充分混合，得精制润滑油产品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的精制润滑油，其特征在于，所述抗磨剂包括硫化异丁烯、酸性硫代磷酸酯胺盐、1－羟基乙叉－1，1－二膦酸(二辛)酯和硼酸酯中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的精制润滑油，其特征在于，所述金属减活剂包括二巯基噻二唑、苯并三氮唑、苯三唑十八胺盐中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的精制润滑油，其特征在于，所述杀菌剂包括辛基异噻唑啉酮、亚甲基二吗啉、三甲基三嗪和吡啶钠中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的精制润滑油，其特征在于，所述抗乳化剂包括环氧丙烷二胺、环氧乙烷/环氧丙烷嵌段共聚物中的一种或两种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的精制润滑油，其特征在于，所述疏水剂原料按重量份配比为：硫化异丁烯5份、苯并三氮唑0.6份、亚甲基二吗啉4份、苯酚钙2份、硫化烷基酚钙2份、环氧丙烷二胺0.5份和基础油125份。
