具备盐雾防锈性的液压油添加剂组合物
技术领域
本发明涉及一种液压油添加剂组合物,尤其涉及一种具备盐雾防锈性的液压油添加剂组合物。
背景技术
液压元件制造企业普遍使用矿物液压油作为液压元件出厂测试油,测试合格后残余液压油作为防锈油使用,市售矿物液压油不能满足液压元件储存和运输过程中的防锈性要求。
矿物液压油规格GB 11118.1-2011L-HM(普通)对液压油的综合性能做了详细规定,同时液压元件制造企业要求防锈液压油的盐雾箱时间大于24小时,湿热箱时间大于10天,这对液压油的防锈性能提出了较高要求。在常规含锌液压油添加剂组合物的基础上,筛选多种防锈剂,才能在满足GB11118.1-2011L-HM(普通)的同时,通过盐雾箱和湿热箱试验。
专利CN104893789A公开了一种高压防锈液压油的制备工艺,包括甲、乙、丙组分,所述乙组分包括A、B组分,其特征在于,其成分按质量份数计包括以下组分:甲组分:硫化异丁烯29-33份,环氧植物油17-25份,羽扇醇棕榈酸酯16-28份;乙组分:A组分:柠檬酸钠18-32份,聚丙烯酰胺11-17份,纳米硼酸盐13-15份;B组分:丙三醇9-15份,聚乙二醇13-19份,磷酸二氢钾14-16份;丙组分:异辛基磷酸酯十八胺3-7份,二烷基二硫代磷酸锌7-13份,二烷基苯磺酸钙8-10份,吐温5-11份。
专利CN104450058A公开了一种无锌抗磨液压油,其组分硅油100-120份、液体石蜡50-60份、异戊二烯苯乙烯共聚物2-6份、石油醚11-16份、磷酸二氢钾3-7份、柠檬酸钠1-4份、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌1-4份、石墨微粉0.5-1.5份和防锈添加剂5-10份;所述防锈添加剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠、石油磺酸钠、环烷酸锌和聚乙二醇二硬脂酸酯的混合物组成。
专利CN106753702A公开了一种防锈润滑油,其特征在于包括如下质量份的组分:三羟甲基丙烷5份-15份,失水山梨醇单油酸酯1份-5份,酸式磷酸盐3份-8份,纳米碳酸钙0.5份-0.8份,猪油2份-4份,聚甲基丙烯酸酯0.5份-0.8份,水杨酸盐0.01份-0.02份,磷酸酯2份-4份。
上述专利文献中均未涉及在含锌液压油复配多种防锈剂,调制的防锈液压油既要满足GB 11118.1-2011(L-HM普通)规格,又要通过盐雾箱和湿热箱试验。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具备盐雾防锈性的液压油添加剂组合物,该液压油添加剂组合物在I类基础油中调制防锈液压油,既能通过盐雾箱和湿热箱试验,又要满足GB11118.1-2011(L-HM普通)规格,并且盐雾箱时间大于24h,湿热箱时间大于10天。
为达上述目的,本发明提供一种具备盐雾防锈性的液压油添加剂组合物,该液压油添加剂组合物的组分和含量按质量百分比为:二烷基二硫代磷酸盐10-20wt%、屏蔽酚型抗氧剂5-10wt%、二苯胺类抗氧剂5-10wt%、苯三唑类衍生物金属钝化剂1-5wt%、防锈剂30-50wt%、破乳剂1-5wt%、油溶性硫化酰胺化合物1-5wt%、稀释剂余量;所述二烷基二硫代磷酸盐具有如下结构:

本发明所述的液压油添加剂组合物,其中,防锈剂为司苯-80、石油磺酸盐、环烷酸锌和苯并三氮唑中的至少一种。
本发明所述的液压油添加剂组合物,其中,破乳剂为醚型破乳剂或含氮环氧丙烷聚合物类破乳剂的一种或两种按任意比例的复配。
本发明所述的液压油添加剂组合物,其中,稀释剂优选为一类基础油。
本发明所述的液压油添加剂组合物,石油磺酸盐防锈剂的金属类型为钠、钙或钡。石油磺酸盐是高效防锈剂,但也是一种潜在的乳化剂,液压油对分水性要求较高,因此选择石油磺酸盐时既要注重防锈性,又要注重其对分水性的影响。
本发明所述的液压油添加剂组合物,其中新合成的油溶性酰胺类化合物具有一定的润滑性和优异的防锈性,是一种多功能化合物。
本发明所述的液压油添加剂组合物,为保证油品的抗氧性,抗氧剂优选采用屏蔽酚型和胺型抗氧剂的复配。
相较于现有技术,本发明具有如下优点:
本发明通过引入芳烃基团增强油溶性,引入酰胺基团增强防锈性,通过烯烃基团的聚合增加分子量,有助于提高压油添加剂组合物的成膜性,增强润滑效果。本发明的液压油添加剂组合物包括二烷基二硫磷酸盐,酚型和胺型抗氧剂,多种防锈剂、破乳剂等,具有抗磨性好、氧化安定性好、分水性好等特点;其各项性能即能满足GB/T11118.1-2011L-HM(普通)规格,同时盐雾箱时间大于24h,湿热箱时间大于10天,其各项性能又能通过盐雾箱以及湿热箱试验。

抗磨剂:
在本发明中,对抗磨剂并无特别限定,通常抗磨剂可列举为中性辛丁基硫磷酸锌或中性辛基硫磷酸锌的一种或两种按任意比例的复配。
抗氧剂:
在本发明中,对抗氧剂并无特别限定,通常抗氧剂为芳胺型抗氧剂或屏蔽酚型抗氧剂的一种或两种按任意比例复配。
防锈剂:
在本发明中,对防锈剂并无特别限定,通常防锈剂可列举为司苯-80、石油磺酸盐、环烷酸锌、苯并三氮唑衍生物中的两种或三种按任意比例的复配。
破乳剂:
在本发明中,对破乳剂并无特别限定,通常破乳剂可列举为醚型破乳剂或含氮环氧丙烷聚合物类破乳剂的一种或两种按任意比例的复配。
稀释剂:
在本发明中,对稀释剂并无特别限定,通常稀释剂为一类基础油,可以是150SN-400SN基础油,一类基础油对极性添加剂的溶解性好,有利于添加剂组合物的稳定。

由上表结果可以看出,本发明的采用多种添加剂调制的防锈液压油具有抗磨性好,防锈性强的特点,盐雾箱时间大于24小时,湿热箱时间大于10天,同时又满足GB11118.1-2011L-HM(普通)的指标要求。既可以作为液压元件测试油又可以作为防锈油使用。
当然,本发明还可有其它多种实施例,在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员当可根据本发明作出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求书所界定的保护范围。

以质量百分比计,二烷基二硫代磷酸盐10-20wt%、屏蔽酚型抗氧剂5-10wt%、二苯胺类抗氧剂5-10wt%、苯三唑类衍生物金属钝化剂1-5wt%、防锈剂30-50wt%、破乳剂1-5wt%、油溶性硫化酰胺化合物1-5wt%、稀释剂余量;所述二烷基二硫代磷酸盐具有以下结构:
