Abstract

本发明公开了一种半合成液压油组合物,该半合成液压油组合物的组分和含量以质量百分比为:二烷基二硫代磷酸锌0.30‑0.50wt%、硫化三甘酯0.1‑0.2wt%、离子液体0.1‑0.3wt%、酚类抗氧剂0.2‑0.3wt%、胺类抗氧剂0.1‑0.15wt%、防锈剂0.02‑0.04wt%、抗泡剂0.02‑0.05wt%、破乳剂0.01‑0.03wt%、酯类基础油40‑60%、矿物基础油余量。本发明的半合成液压油组合物采用酯类油/矿物油为基础油,胆碱硫辛酸离子液体复配体系,通过严格筛选抗磨剂、抗氧剂、防锈剂等,使得本发明的半合成液压油组合物性能稳定优异,满足未来高压和超高压的苛刻系统工况要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种润滑油组合物,特别是适用于液压油系统的组合物。
背景技术
液压油几乎应用于所有的工业中,随着目前液压系统的小型化、轻量化等升级,对液压油的高温抗氧化、高抗磨、低油泥等提出苛刻要求,以满足各类高压,超高压的需求。通用的石蜡基液压油产品难以挑战苛刻的工况,而各类合成型液压油主要针对高低温工况而进行开发,新型抗氧抗磨液压油性能提升有限并且相对较少。
专利CN104987942B公开了一种液压油,具有更宽的使用温度和更高的燃点,同时具有较好的抗泡和氧化定性,有利于液压油的运输、储存和使用。
专利CN105733747B公开了一种无灰液压油组合物,具有优异是水解安定性、过滤性、抗磨性和氧化安定性以及低油泥的性能特点,满足GB11118.1-2011和Denison HF-0(2012)规格。
专利CN106590849B公开了一种无灰液压油组合物,包括屏蔽酚等添加剂,满足苛刻的抗氧化性能的需求,同时展现优异的清净分散性、抗磨和防锈性能。
上述专利文献中均未涉及液压油油中离子液体类添加剂组合物中的应用,也未见相关报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种半合成液压油组合物,该半合成液压油组合物具有高抗磨、优异分水保持性和超低油泥等性能,满足目前的高压、超高压等液压系统的苛刻工作。
为达上述目的,本发明提供一种半合成液压油组合物,该半合成液压油组合物的组分和含量按质量百分比为:二烷基二硫代磷酸锌0.30-0.50wt%、硫化三甘酯0.1-0.2wt%、离子液体0.1-0.3wt%、酚类抗氧剂0.2-0.3wt%、胺类抗氧剂0.1-0.15wt%、防锈剂0.02-0.04wt%、抗泡剂0.02-0.05wt%、破乳剂0.01-0.03wt%、酯类基础油40-60wt%、矿物基础油余量;该离子液体具有如下结构:

本发明所述的半合成液压油组合物,其中,抗磨剂二烷基二硫代磷酸锌为T203或T207。
本发明所述的半合成液压油组合物,其中,极压抗磨剂为硫化三甘酯。
本发明所述的半合成液压油组合物,其中,离子液体为胆碱硫辛酸离子液体,其结构优选:

从胆碱硫辛酸离子液体的分子结构式可以看出,离子液体为含氮-硫的化合物以及杂环化合物,能钝化金属活性,提高氧化寿命,并且具有较好的破乳化及抗磨性等功能,有较好的添加剂配伍性。
本发明所述的半合成液压油组合物,其中,酚类抗氧剂为4,4’-亚甲基双(2,6-二叔丁基苯酚)。
本发明所述的半合成液压油组合物,其中,胺类抗氧剂为烷基化苯基-α-萘胺。
本发明所述的半合成液压油组合物,其中,酚类抗氧剂:胺类抗氧剂=2:1。
本发明所述的半合成液压油组合物,其中,防锈剂优选为中性二壬基萘磺酸钡、碱性二壬基萘磺酸钡的一种或两种按任意比例的复配。
本发明所述的半合成液压油组合物,其中,抗泡剂优选为T901或T902,优选T901。
本发明所述的半合成液压油组合物,其中,破乳剂优选为聚醚类高分子化合物和乙二醇酯中的至少一种。
本发明所述的半合成液压油组合物,其中,酯类基础油优选为偏苯三酸酯,其脂肪醇支链碳数为n=10-15。
本发明所述的半合成液压油组合物,其中,矿物基础油优选为HVI P6,HVI H10等基础油。
本发明的抗磨剂优选为T203,能较好的平衡水解安定性、抗磨性、油泥等性能,液压油最主要的多功能添加剂。
本发明的极压抗磨剂优选为硫化三甘酯,边界润滑时提供金属与金属高压接触时的保护,硫化三甘酯能较好平衡热稳定性和铜片腐蚀特性,极端工况下形成硫化铁膜。
本发明的防锈剂优选为中性二壬基萘磺酸钡、碱性二壬基萘磺酸钡的一种或两种按任意比例的复配,通过在金属表面形成吸附性保护膜,进而抑制水和氧的接触,对钢铁、黄铜具有良好的防锈及抗盐雾效果。
本发明所述的半合成液压油组合物,其中,抗泡剂优选T901,具有较好的抗泡保持性,同时对抗乳化、空气释放性影响较小。
本发明所述的半合成液压油组合物,其中,酯类基础油优选为偏苯三酸酯,其脂肪醇支链碳数为n=10-15。酯类基础油具有较好的黏温性能,高温稳定性,极好的溶解性,有效抑制油泥和漆膜的沉积,使这些沉积物悬浮于油中,在过滤器处滤掉沉积物,避免出现卡阀等现象。
本发明所述的半合成液压油组合物,为保证油品的抗氧性,抗氧剂优选采用酚-胺复配抗氧体系,酚类抗氧剂:胺类抗氧剂=2:1。
相较于现有技术,本发明具有以下优点:
本发明的半合成液压油组合物采用胆碱硫辛酸离子液体复配体系,酚-胺抗氧体系,采用40-60wt%的偏苯三酸酯类基础油,本发明的半合成液压油组合物具有优异的抗磨性能、抗氧性能好、油泥生成量少、与其它添加剂配伍性好,通过各种添加剂相互配伍,具有优异的防锈性、破乳性、热稳定性等,其各项性能满足当今各类液压系统的技术要求。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的实施例作详细说明:本实施例在以本发明技术方案为前提下进行实施,给出了详细的实施方式和过程,但本发明的保护范围不限于下述的实施例,下列实施例中未注明具体条件的实验方法,通常按照常规条件。
抗磨剂:
在本发明中,半合成液压油组合物为抗磨-极压抗磨复配体系,T203/T 207为主抗磨剂,提供抗磨抗氧极压等性能,硫化三甘酯为极压抗磨剂,能在金属表面形成更好的保护硫化铁膜,减少磨损。
抗氧剂:
在本发明中,酚类抗氧剂4,4’-亚甲基双(2,6-二叔丁基苯酚)纯度99%以上即可满足要求。胺类抗氧剂为烷基化苯基-α-萘胺,纯度99%以上即可满足要求。
离子液体:
在本发明中,离子液体为胆碱硫辛酸离子液体,具有金属钝化、抗磨性和抗乳化等特性,良好的配伍性。
防锈剂:
在本发明中,对防锈剂并无特别限定,通常防锈剂可列举为中性二壬基萘磺酸钡、碱性二壬基萘磺酸钡的一种或两种按任意比例的复配。
抗泡剂:
在本发明中,对抗泡剂并无特别限定,通常抗泡剂可列举为T901或T902。
破乳剂:
在本发明中,对破乳剂优并无特别限定,通常破乳剂可列举为聚醚类高分子化合物或乙二醇酯。
酯类基础油:
在本发明中,对偏苯三酸酯并无特别限定,其脂肪醇支链碳数为n=10-15。
矿物基础油:
在本发明中,对矿物基础油并无特别限定,通常稀释剂为惰性中性油,根据液压油黏度需求,进行基础油选择,HVI150、HVI H10等均满足要求。

由上表结果可以看出,本发明的半合成液压油组合物具有优异的抗氧性、抗磨性、防锈性、破乳性、水解安定性和过滤性,热稳定性和氧化安定性的油泥极低,满足GB11118.1-2011对液压油的要求。
当然,本发明还可有其它多种实施例,在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员当可根据本发明作出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求书所界定的保护范围。

1.一种半合成液压油组合物,其特征在于,包含以下组分及含量:
以质量百分比计,二烷基二硫代磷酸锌0.30-0.50wt%、硫化三甘酯0.1-0.2wt%、离子液体0.1-0.3wt%、酚类抗氧剂0.2-0.3wt%、胺类抗氧剂0.1-0.15wt%、防锈剂0.02-0.04wt%、抗泡剂0.02-0.05wt%、破乳剂0.01-0.03wt%、酯类基础油40-60wt%、矿物基础油余量;所述离子液体具有以下结构:

8.根据权利要求7所述的半合成液压油组合物,其特征在于,所述抗泡剂为T901。
9.根据权利要求1所述的半合成液压油组合物,其特征在于,所述破乳剂为聚醚类高分子化合物和乙二醇酯中的至少一种。
10.根据权利要求1所述的半合成液压油组合物,其特征在于,所述酯类基础油为偏苯三酸酯,其脂肪醇支链碳数为10-15。
