Abstract
本发明涉及含有1~100%质量离子液体的含油轴承用润滑剂。该润滑剂是蒸气压低、着火的危险性小,而且耐热性优异、且使用中能抑制低挥发成分或分解气体的产生的含油轴承用润滑剂;或者是可将由于润滑剂的流动带电产生的静电接地、具有防静电性的含油轴承用润滑剂。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及含油轴承用润滑剂。更详细地说,本发明涉及基油中含有离子液体、蒸气压低、着火的危险性小,而且耐热性优异、且使用中能抑制低挥发成分或分解气体的产生的含油轴承用润滑剂;或者含有离子液体作为防静电剂,可将由于润滑剂的流动带电产生的静电接地、具有防静电性的含油轴承用润滑剂。
背景技术
作为以磁盘或光盘为代表的主轴马达(spindle motor)的轴承,近年来,为了使其具有安静性和耐久性,采用流体轴承或烧结含油轴承等滑动轴承的情况逐渐增加。这些轴承的特征在于:通过润滑油将轴与轴承内面隔开,由轴支撑所加负荷,降低轴与轴承间发生的磨擦。因此,可以说这些轴承的性能在很大程度上依赖润滑油的性能。
这些滑动轴承的润滑油所需性能有粘度、耐久性、防静电性等。其中,粘度是决定主轴马达的电力损失、轴承刚性的不可缺少的一种性能,但最近的信息相关领域设备[特别是CD、DVD、HDD、激光打印机(多角镜)]中使用的主轴马达逐年在高速化(1万~5万转),因此最近的趋势是选择高速时电力损失小的低粘度。另一方面,如果润滑油的粘度降低,一般来说油的蒸发量会增加。因此,采用容易的低粘度油会导致油损失,使轴承内的润滑不良,最坏的情况下会引起轴承的损伤。考虑到这一点,作为满足低粘度和低蒸发性的轴承用润滑油的基油,例如专利文献1中提出了酯系化合物,专利文献2中提出了单酯,专利文献3中提出了碳酸酯,专利文献4和专利文献5中提出了结合使用聚-α-烯烃与酯,专利文献6中提出了结合使用二酯和多元醇酯,专利文献7中提出了新戊二醇酯,专利文献8中提出了芳族酯或二酯,专利文献9中提出了单酯,专利文献10中提出了包括草酸、丙二酸、琥珀酸等的特殊二酯等多种提案。
另一方面,在滑动轴承中,被油膜隔开的轴与轴承是完全不接触的。这样,因流动带电而容易产生静电,由于它们的放电,重要的电子部件(硬盘的MR头)可能带来故障。因此,在磁盘等精密仪器使用的滑动轴承中,特别需要静电接地,保护电子部件、磁部件。从这种观点考虑,上述所示的现有技术轴承用润滑油虽然能满足低粘度、低蒸发性,但这样的轴承用润滑油存在体积电阻率大,容易产生静电的问题。
针对这种情况,报道了配合有包含金属或金属氧化物的导电性微粒的例子(例如参照专利文献11、12),但包含这种微粒的油剂在马达起动、停止时磨擦面上存在微粒,可能会引起轴承的异常磨擦。
另外,作为不含这种金属粒子的润滑油,还提出了添加有磺酸或酚盐、水杨酸盐等有机金属盐的例子(参照专利文献13)。然而,这些有机金属盐类的防静电剂不大量添加就无法发挥防静电性。而且,存在长时间使用后劣化变质,生成不溶于油的无机盐(油泥)的问题。
近年来,自从报道了阴离子不同的一系列乙基甲基咪唑盐具有优异的热稳定性和高离子传导性,即便在空气中也是稳定的液体(例如参照非专利文献1)以来,由阳离子和阴离子构成的有机离子液体受到人们关注,利用其热稳定性(难挥发性、难燃性)、高离子密度(高离子传导性)、低粘性等特征的各种用途,例如作为太阳能电池等的电解液(例如参照专利文献14)、萃取分离溶剂、反应溶剂等的应用研究正在积极地进行。
该离子液体的分子间不是如分子性液体那样,通过分子间引力结合的,而是通过强离子键结合的,因此难以挥发,具有难燃性,对热或氧化具有稳定性的液体。由于在低粘度下也具有低蒸发性,并且耐热性优异,因此作为能满足将来需要的高要求的润滑油的基油受到人们关注。
再者,由于离子液体含有带正电荷和负电荷的阳离子与阴离子,相对于电场发生取向,在电极表面形成双电荷层等,也具有电特性。这暗示着离子液体的这种特性表现可能会对磨擦特性产生某些影响。
作为将这种离子液体用于润滑剂的例子,公开了如下流体轴承装置。该装置在套管的轴承孔与插在上述轴承孔中的轴之间形成的轴承间隙填充润滑剂,使上述轴承孔内面或轴表面的至少任一方具有动压产生沟,同时上述套管与上述轴相对旋转,向上述润滑剂中添加作为导电性赋予剂的离子液体(例如参照专利文献15)。然而,该技术是向流体轴承用润滑剂中添加作为导电性赋予剂的离子液体,而不是适用于含油轴承用润滑剂的技术。

发明所要解决的课题
在这种状况下,本发明的目的在于提供:蒸气压低、着火的危险性小,而且耐热性优异、且使用中能抑制低挥发成分或分解气体的产生的含油轴承用润滑剂;或者可将因润滑剂的流动带电产生的静电接地、具有防静电性的含油轴承用润滑剂。
解决课题的手段
本发明人等为开发具有上述优选性质的含油轴承用润滑剂进行了深入的研究,结果发现按一定比例含有离子液体的润滑剂能够实现上述目的。本发明正是基于上述发现而完成的。
即,本发明提供:
(1)含油轴承用润滑剂,其特征在于含有1~100%质量离子液体。
(2)(1)所述的含油轴承用润滑剂,其中基油含有50~100%质量离子液体。
(3)(2)所述的含油轴承用润滑剂,其中基油中所用离子液体的流动点为0℃以下。
(4)(1)所述的含油轴承用润滑剂,其含有离子液体作为防静电剂。
(5)(1)~(4)中任一项所述的含油轴承用润滑剂,其在25℃的体积电阻率为1×1010Ω·cm以下。
(6)(1)~(5)中任一项所述的含油轴承用润滑剂,其中离子液体是如下通式(I)所示的化合物:

式中Zp+表示阳离子,Aq-表示阴离子,p、q、k、m、p×k和q×m分别为1~3的整数,在满足p×k=q×m,k或m为2以上的情况下,Z或A各自可以相同或不同。
(7)(6)所述的含油轴承用润滑剂,其中通式(I)中p、k、q和m均为1。
(8)(1)~(5)中任一项所述的含油轴承用润滑剂,其中离子液体是阳离子与阴离子以共价键固定的两性离子型。

发明效果
本发明可以提供基油中含有离子液体、蒸气压低、着火的危险性小,而且耐热性优异、且使用中能抑制低挥发成分或分解气体的产生的含油轴承用润滑剂;或者含有离子液体作为防静电剂,可将因润滑剂的流动带电产生的静电接地、具有防静电性的含油轴承用润滑剂。

实施发明的最佳方式
本发明的含油轴承用润滑剂的特征在于,含有1~100%质量离子液体。
在本发明中,上述离子液体可以使用阳离子与阴离子以离子键结合的离子液体(以下有时称离子液体I)以及阳离子与阴离子以共价键固定的离子液体,即两性离子型(以下有时称离子液体II)。
离子液体I可以使用例如通式(1)表示的化合物:

式中Zp+表示阳离子,Aq-表示阴离子,p、q、k、m、p×k以及q×m分别为1~3的整数,在满足p×k=q×m,k或m为2以上的情况下,Z或A各自可以相同或不同。
该离子液体I优选上述通式(1)中p、k、q以及m均为1的化合物,即通式(I-a)表示的化合物:

式中Z+表示阳离子,A-表示阴离子。
对上述Z+表示的阳离子没有特别限制,可以从作为现有离子液体的阳离子公知的阳离子中适当选择任意阳离子,例如优选如下通式所示的阳离子,
式中R1~R12为选自氢原子、可具有醚键的碳原子数1~18的烷基以及碳原子数1~18的烷氧基的基团,R1~R12可以相同或不同。
R1~R12的可具有醚键的碳原子数1~18的烷基例如有甲基、乙基、正丙基、异丙基、正丁基、异丁基、仲丁基、叔丁基、各种戊基、各种己基、各种庚基、各种辛基、2-甲氧基乙基等。碳原子数1~18的烷氧基例如有甲氧基、乙氧基、正丙氧基、异丙氧基、正丁氧基、异丁氧基、仲丁氧基、叔丁氧基、各种戊氧基、各种庚氧基、各种辛氧基等。
本发明在上述阳离子中优选以氮原子为离子中心的阳离子。
另一方面,对A-表示的阴离子没有特别限制,可以从作为现有离子液体的阴离子公知的阴离子中适当选择任意阴离子,可以例举如BF4 -、PF6 -、CnH(2n+1)OSO3 -、(CnF(2n+1-x)Hx)SO3 -、(CnF(2n+1-x)Hx)COO-、NO3 -、CH3SO3 -、(CN)2N-、HSO3 -、C6H5SO3 -、CH3(C6H4)SO3 -、I-、I3-、F(HF)n -、([CnF(2n-1-x)Hx]Y1Oz)3C-、([CnF(2n+1-x)Hx]Y1Oz)2N-(式中Y1表示碳原子或硫原子,Y1为多个时,它们可以相同或不同;另外多个(CnF(2n+1-x)Hx)Y1O2可以相同或不同;n为0~6的整数,x为0~13的整数,z在Y1为碳原子时表示1~3的整数,在Y1为硫原子时表示0~4的整数)、B(CmY2 (2m+1))4 -,P(CmY2 (2m+1))6 -(式中Y2表示氢原子或氟原子,Y2为多个时,它们可以相同或不同;m为0~6的整数)以及下述通式
式中R13~R17为选自氢原子和(CnF(2n+1-x)Hx)的基团,R13~R17可以相同或不同,n和x与上述相同,
式中Rf1表示全氟烷基,Rf2~Rf6分别独立表示氟原子、全氟烷基或全氟苄基,p为0或1;R18和R19分别独立表示卤素原子或卤代烷基;R20~R22分别独立表示氢原子、羟基、巯基、氨基、羧基、四唑基、磺酸基、碳原子数1~10的烷基、碳原子数3~10的环烷基、碳原子数6~10的芳基或碳原子数7~10的芳烷基,氢原子以外的基团各自可具有取代基,表示的阴离子。
上述阴离子A-中,更优选PF6 -、CnH(2n+1)OSO3 -、(CnF(2n+1-x)Hx)SO3 -、(CnF(2n+1-x)Hx)COO-、NO3 -、CH3SO3 -、(CN)2N-、HSO3 -、([CnF(2n+1-X)Hx]Y1Oz)2N-(式中Y1表示碳原子或硫原子,Y1为多个时,它们可以相同或不同;n为0~6的整数,x为0~13的整数;z在Y1为碳原子时表示1~3的整数,在Y1为硫原子时表示0~4的整数)以及上述通式表示的阴离子,特别优选CnH(2n+1)OSO3 -、(CnF(2n+1-x)Hx)SO3 -、(CnF(2n+1-x)Hx)COO-、NO3 -、CH3SO3 -、(CN)2N-、HSO3 -(式中n为1~6的整数,x为0~13的整数)以及上述通式表示的阴离子。
离子液体II(两性离子型)可以例举如下通式表示的化合物,
式中R1′~R12′为选自氢原子、可具有醚键的碳原子数1~18的烷
基以及碳原子数1~18的烷氧基的基团,R1′~R12′可以相同或不
同,条件是R1′~R12′的至少一个具有-(CH2)n-SO3 -或-(CH2)n-
COO-,其中n为1以上的整数,以使亚烷基的碳原子数为1~18。该离子液体II中优选以氮原子为离子中心的阳离子。
在本发明中,上述离子液体I和II可以作为基油或添加剂包含在润滑剂中。作为基油使用时,基油中的离子液体的含量优选使用50~100%质量,更优选70~100%质量,进一步优选90~100%质量。
在离子液体用于基油时,优选该离子液体的流动点为0℃以下,更优选为-2.5℃以下。具有上述融点的离子液体例如可以如下得到:在离子液体I中,适当组合上述通式(I-a)中阳离子的Z+与阴离子的A-;或者使用两种以上离子液体的混合物。
用作基油的通式Z+·A-表示的离子液体I具体例子有四氟硼酸1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑、六氟硼酸1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑、六氟磷酸1-己基-3-甲基咪唑、1-甲基-3-乙基咪唑双(氟磺酰基)酰亚胺、1-甲基-1-丙基吡咯烷双(氟磺酰基)酰亚胺、1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑双(三氟甲磺酰基)酰亚胺、四氟硼酸烷基吡啶、六氟磷酸烷基吡啶、烷基吡啶双(三氟甲磺酰基)酰亚胺、四氟硼酸烷基铵、六氟磷酸烷基铵、烷基铵双(三氟甲磺酰基)酰亚胺、四氟硼酸N,N-二乙基-N-甲基(2-甲氧基乙基)铵、六氟磷酸N,N-二乙基-N-甲基(2-甲氧基乙基)铵以及N,N-二乙基-N-甲基(2-甲氧基乙基)铵双(三氟甲磺酰基)酰亚胺等。这些离子液体可以一种单独使用或二种以上组合使用。
这些化合物中,优选六氟磷酸烷基吡啶、烷基吡啶双(三氟甲磺酰基)酰亚胺、六氟磷酸烷基铵、烷基铵双(三氟甲磺酰基)酰亚胺、六氟磷酸N,N-二乙基-N-甲基(2-甲氧基乙基)铵以及N,N-二乙基-N-甲基(2-甲氧基乙基)铵双(三氟甲磺酰基)酰亚胺。
作为上述离子液体I的具体结构的例子,双(氟磺酰基)酰亚胺类如下所示。
在使用两种以上离子液体的混合物时,优选各离子液体的配合量基于混合物为10%质量以上。该混合物例如有:离子液体I中含有一种Z+和两种以上A-的混合物、含有两种以上Z+和一种A-的混合物以及含有两种以上Z+和两种以上A-的混合物。
具体例子有四氟硼酸1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑与1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑双(三氟甲磺酰基)酰亚胺的混合物、六氟磷酸烷基吡啶与烷基吡啶双(三氟甲磺酰基)酰亚胺的混合物、烷基铵双(三氟甲磺酰基)酰亚胺与1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑双(三氟甲磺酰基)酰亚胺的混合物、四氟硼酸1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑与N,N-二乙基-N-甲基(2-甲氧基乙基)铵双(三氟甲磺酰基)酰亚胺的混合物、六氟磷酸1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑与N,N-二乙基-N-甲基(2-甲氧基乙基)铵双(三氟甲磺酰基)酰亚胺的混合物、N,N-二乙基-N-甲基(2-甲氧基乙基)铵双(三氟甲磺酰基)酰亚胺与四氟硼酸烷基吡啶的混合物以及N,N-二乙基-N-甲基(2-甲氧基乙基)铵双(三氟甲磺酰基)酰亚胺与六氟磷酸烷基吡啶的混合物等。
其中,优选四氟硼酸1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑盐与N,N-二乙基-N-甲基(2-甲氧基乙基)铵双(三氟甲磺酰基)酰亚胺的混合物、六氟磷酸1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑与N,N-二乙基-N-甲基(2-甲氧基乙基)铵双(三氟甲磺酰基)酰亚胺的混合物、N,N-二乙基-N-甲基(2-甲氧基乙基)铵双(三氟甲磺酰基)酰亚胺与四氟硼酸烷基吡啶的混合物以及N,N-二乙基-N-甲基(2-甲氧基乙基)铵双(三氟甲磺酰基)酰亚胺与六氟磷酸烷基吡啶的混合物。
将离子液体II(两性离子型)用于基油时,通过将上述离子液体II中的阳离子部分与-(CH2)n-SO3 -或-(CH2)n-COO-(n为1以上的整数,以使亚烷基的碳原子数为1~18)表示的阴离子部分适当组合;或者使用两种以上离子液体II的混合物、离子液体II与离子液体I的混合物,可以得到具有所要融点的离子液体。
将离子液体II用于基油时,离子液体II的具体例子有1-甲基-1,3-咪唑-N-丁磺酸盐以及N,N-二乙基-N-甲基铵-N-丁磺酸盐等。
离子液体I或II作为添加剂用于润滑剂时,该添加剂可以例举如作为防静电剂发挥功能的物质。这种情况下,润滑剂中离子液体I和/或II的含量为1%质量以上即可,对其上限没有特别限定,但如果润滑剂在25℃的体积电阻率为1×1010Ω·cm以下,则能够发挥良好的防静电性能,抑制因润滑剂的流动带电而产生静电,可以防止放电带来的电子部件、磁部件(硬盘的MR头)的故障。更优选体积电阻率为1×109Ω·cm以下。
离子液体I或II作为这种添加剂使用时,只要能溶于基油即可,对其融点没有特别限定。
本发明中使用的离子液体优选离子浓度(阳离子或阴离子浓度)为1mol/dm3以上,更优选2mol/dm3以上,进一步优选3mol/dm3以上。离子浓度为1mol/dm3以上,则可以充分实现上述应用目的。
在本发明的含油轴承用润滑剂中,可以使用能够与上述离子液体混和的物质、或能溶解该离子液体的物质作为离子液体以外的基油。这种基油可以例举如聚亚烷基二醇类;单、二、聚醚类;磷酸酯类等极性基油。
在本发明的含油轴承用润滑剂中,在不损害本发明效果的范围内,可以含有各种添加剂,例如抗氧化剂、油性剂、磨擦降低剂、防锈剂、金属钝化剂、消泡剂以及粘度指数提高剂等。
(1)抗氧化剂的例子有胺类抗氧化剂、酚类抗氧化剂和硫类抗氧化剂等。
胺类抗氧化剂可以例举如单辛基二苯基胺、单壬基二苯基胺等单烷基二苯基胺类;4,4’-二丁基二苯基胺、4,4’-二戊基二苯基胺、4,4’-二己基二苯基胺、4,4’-二庚基二苯基胺、4,4’-二辛基二苯基胺、4,4’-二壬基二苯基胺等二烷基二苯基胺类;四丁基二苯基胺、四己基二苯基胺、四辛基二苯基胺、四壬基二苯基胺等多烷基二苯基胺类;α-萘胺、苯基-α-萘胺、丁基苯基-α-萘胺、戊基苯基-α-萘胺、己基苯基-α-萘胺、庚基苯基-α-萘胺、辛基苯基-α-萘胺、壬基苯基-α-萘胺等萘胺类,其中优选二烷基二苯基胺类抗氧化剂。
酚类抗氧化剂可以例举如2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚、2,6-二叔丁基-4-乙基苯酚等一元酚类,4,4’-亚甲基双(2,6-二叔丁基苯酚)、2,2’-亚甲基双(4-乙基-6-叔丁基苯酚)等二元酚类。
硫类抗氧化剂可以例举如吩噻嗪、季戊四醇四(3-月桂基硫代丙酸酯)、双(3,5-叔丁基-4-羟基苄基)硫化物、硫代二亚乙基双(3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基))丙酸酯、2,6-二叔丁基-4-(4,6-双(辛基硫代)-1,3,5-三嗪-2-甲基氨基)酚等。
这些抗氧化剂可以一种单独使用,也可以两种以上组合使用。其配合量以润滑剂总量为基准,通常在0.01~10%质量、优选0.03~5%质量的范围内选定。
(2)油性剂可以例举如硬脂酸、油酸等脂族饱和与不饱和单羧酸,二聚酸、加氢二聚酸等聚合脂肪酸,蓖麻油酸、12-羟基硬脂酸等羟基脂肪酸,月桂醇、油醇等脂族饱和与不饱和一元醇,硬脂胺、油基胺等脂族饱和与不饱和单胺,月桂酸酰胺、油酸酰胺等脂族饱和与不饱和单羧酸酰胺,硬脂酸锂、硬脂酸铝、油酸铝、12-羟基硬脂酸锂等上述各种脂肪酸的金属盐等。脂肪酸的金属盐的金属包括锂、钠、钾、铜、银、镁、钙、锌、铝、铁等。
这些油性剂可以一种单独使用,也可以两种以上组合使用。其配合量以润滑剂总量为基准,通常在0.01~10%质量、优选0.1~5%质量的范围内选定。
(3)磨擦调节剂一般可以使用作为油性剂或特压剂使用的试剂,特别优选磷酸酯、磷酸酯的胺盐以及硫类特压剂。
磷酸酯包括下述通式(II)~(VI)表示的磷酸酯、酸性磷酸酯、亚磷酸酯、酸性亚磷酸酯。
上述通式(II)~(VI)中,R23~R25表示碳原子数4~30的烷基、烯基、烷基芳基和芳基烷基,R23~R25可以相同或不同。

酸性亚磷酸酯可以例举如二丁基氢亚磷酸酯、二月桂基氢亚磷酸酯、二油基氢亚磷酸酯、二硬脂基氢亚磷酸酯、二苯基氢亚磷酸酯等。以上磷酸酯类中优选三甲苯基磷酸酯、三苯基磷酸酯。

硫类特压剂只要分子中具有硫原子,溶解或均匀地分散于润滑剂基油中,能发挥极压剂或优异的摩擦特性即可。这类特压剂可以例举如硫化油脂、硫化脂肪酸、硫化酯、硫化烯烃、二氢カルビル多硫(dihydrocarbyl polysulfides)、噻二唑化合物、硫代磷酸酯(硫代亚磷酸酯、硫代磷酸酯)、烷基硫代氨基甲酰基化合物、硫代氨基甲酸盐化合物、硫代萜烯化合物、二烷基硫代二丙酸酯化合物等。这里,硫化油脂是硫或含硫化合物与油脂(猪油、鲸油、植物油、鱼油等)反应得到的,其含硫量没有特别限制,一般适宜为5~30%质量。其具体例子可以例举如硫化猪油、硫化菜籽油、硫化蓖麻籽油、硫化大豆油、硫化米糠油等。硫化脂肪酸的例子可以例举如硫化油酸等,硫化酯的例子可以例举硫化油酸甲酯、硫化米糠脂肪酸辛酯等。
硫化烯烃可以例举如下通式(VIII)表示的化合物,

上述通式(IX)中,R29和R30可以例举如甲基、乙基、正丙基、异丙基、正丁基、异丁基、仲丁基、叔丁基、各种戊基、各种己基、各种庚基、各种辛基、各种壬基、各种癸基、各种十二烷基、环己基、环辛基、苯基、萘基、甲苯基、二甲苯基、苄基、苯乙基等。
该二氢カルビル多硫优选可以例举如二苄基多硫、各种二壬基多硫、各种二(十二烷基)多硫、各种二丁基多硫、各种二辛基多硫、二苯基多硫、二环己基多硫等。
噻二唑化合物优选使用例如下述通式(X)表示的1,3,4-噻二唑化合物、1,2,4-噻二唑化合物、1,4,5-噻二唑化合物等,
式中R31和R32分别表示氢原子、碳原子数1~20的烃基,f和g分别表示0~8的整数。
该噻二唑化合物优选可以例举如2,5-双(正己基二硫代)-1,3,4-噻二唑、2,5-双(正辛基二硫代)-1,3,4-噻二唑、2,5-双(正壬基二硫代)-1,3,4-噻二唑、2,5-双(1,1,3,3-四甲基丁基二硫代)-1,3,4-噻二唑、3,5-双(正己基二硫代)-1,2,4-噻二唑、3,6-双(正辛基二硫代)-1,2,4-噻二唑、3,5-双(正壬基二硫代)-1,2,4-噻二唑、3,5-双(1,1,3,3-四甲基丁基二硫代)-1,2,4-噻二唑、4,5-双(正辛基二硫代)-1,2,3-噻二唑、4,5-双(正壬基二硫代)-1,2,3-噻二唑、4,5-双(1,1,3,3-四甲基丁基二硫代)-1,2,3-噻二唑等。
硫代磷酸酯可以例举烷基三硫代亚磷酸酯、芳基或烷基芳基硫代磷酸酯、二月桂基二硫代磷酸锌等,特别优选月桂基三硫代亚磷酸酯、三苯基硫代磷酸酯。
烷基硫代氨基甲酰基化合物有例如下述通式(XI)表示的化合物,
式中R33~R36分别表示碳原子数1~20的烷基,h表示1~8的整数。
该烷基硫代氨基甲酰基化合物优选可以例举如双(二甲基硫代氨基甲酰基)单硫化物、双(二丁基硫代氨基甲酰基)单硫化物、双(二甲基硫代氨基甲酰基)二硫化物、双(二丁基硫代氨基甲酰基)二硫化物、双(二戊基硫代氨基甲酰基)二硫化物、双(二辛基硫代氨基甲酰基)二硫化物等。
硫代氨基甲酸盐化合物可以例举如二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸锌,硫代萜烯化合物可以例举如五硫化磷与蒎烯的反应物,二烷基硫代二丙酸酯化合物可以例举如二月桂基硫代二丙酸酯、二硬脂基硫代二丙酸酯等。这些化合物中,从特压性、磨擦特性、热氧化稳定性等角度出发,优选噻二唑化合物、苄基硫化物。
这些磨擦调节剂可以一种单独使用,也可以两种以上组合使用。从效果和经济性平衡等的角度考虑,其配合量以润滑剂总量为基准,通常在0.01~10%质量,优选0.05~5%质量的范围内选定。
(4)防锈剂可以使用例如十二碳烯基琥珀酸半酯、十八碳烯基琥珀酸酐、十二碳烯基琥珀酸酰胺等烷基或烯基琥珀酸衍生物,山梨聚糖单油酸酯、甘油单油酸酯、季戊四醇单油酸酯等多元醇部分酯,松香胺、N-油基肌氨酸、烷基胺等胺类,二烷基亚磷酸酯胺盐等。这些防锈剂可以一种单独使用,也可以两种以上组合使用。
这些防锈剂的优选配合量以润滑剂总量为基准,在0-01~5%质量的范围内,特别优选在0.05~2%质量的范围内。
(5)金属钝化剂可以使用例如苯并三唑类、噻二唑类、没食子酸酯类的化合物等。
这些金属钝化剂的优选配合量以润滑剂总量为基准,为0.01~0.4%质量,特别优选0.01~0.2%质量的范围。
(6)消泡剂的适当例子为液状硅酮,可以使用甲基硅酮、氟硅酮、聚丙烯酸酯。
这些消泡剂的优选配合量在润滑剂总量为基准,为0.0005~0.01%质量。
(7)粘度指数提高剂可以使用聚烷基甲基丙烯酸酯、聚烷基苯乙烯、聚丁烯、乙烯-丙烯共聚物、苯乙烯-二烯共聚物、苯乙烯-马来酸酐酯共聚物等烯烃共聚物。
这些粘度指数提高剂的优选配合量以润滑剂总量为基准,为0.1~15%质量,特别优选0.5~7%质量的范围。
本发明的含油轴承用润滑剂在温度40℃下的运动粘度优选1~1000mm2/s的范围。该运动粘度在上述范围内,则可以抑制蒸发损失、由粘性阻力引起的动力损失等。在温度40℃下更优选的运动粘度为5~300mm2/s。
从抑制低温时的粘性阻力考虑,流动点优选为-10℃以下,更优选-20℃以下,进一步优选-30℃以下。
从粘度相对于温度的变化不太大的角度考虑,粘度指数优选80以上,更优选100以上,进一步优选120以上。
5%减量温度优选350℃以上,更优选380℃以上。闪点优选200℃以上,更优选250℃以上,特别优选300℃以上。
从防止本发明的润滑剂适用的金属部件的腐蚀角度考虑,酸值优选1mgKOH/g以下,更优选0.5mgKOH/g以下,进一步优选0.3mgKOH/g以下。
本发明的含油轴承用润滑剂含浸于由金属系多孔体、塑料系多孔体、陶瓷系多孔体等构成的轴承中使用,特别适合用于将金属粉压粉烧结而成的烧结含油轴承。
用于信息设备(特别是CD或DVD)的主轴马达不断高精度化。这些信息设备用的主轴马达使用的轴承有现有的滚动轴承、动压流体轴承、烧结含油轴承等,从性能及成本等角度考虑,适合各用途的轴承每次可有计划地选定使用。
烧结含油轴承的加工性非常优良,可以大量生产,因此与滚动轴承或动压流体轴承相比具有可以低成本向市场提供的优点。
然而,做为高精度、高品位记录装置使用的HDD的主轴马达,需要具有高旋转精度、高可靠性,因此与旋转轴之间具有一定间隔、产生旋转不匀的烧结含油轴承有难以使用的问题。
为解决该问题,例如开发了一种特殊的机构,该机构利用烧结含油轴承的特性,同时使烧结含油轴承在特定方向上具有侧压,极力降低马达的旋转轴的振动(日本特开2001-295844号公报)。本发明的润滑剂可以适用于这种机构。
接下来,按照附图对上述机构进行说明。图1是说明主轴马达的一个例子的放大截面图,1表示外壳固定器,3表示轴承,5表示马达轴。外壳固定器1安装于基盘B等上并具有圆筒部分2,而且该圆筒部分2的外周有使线圈10卷绕而成的叠层芯9。
轴承3是将铜等金属粉压粉成型为能插入外壳固定器1内的大小,然后对其进行烧结,再用本发明的含油轴承用润滑剂含浸而构成的,并且轴承3在轴孔中间形成开口中心4,构成所谓的开口中心、无中心型,在长度方向的两端支承马达轴5。
马达轴5由具有可在上述轴承3内支承的外径的金属棒构成,在位于马达输出一侧的靠近端部的部分经保持部件6整体安装有转子7,该转子7覆盖上述叠层芯9和线圈10的外侧,并且在其内侧对应于上述叠层芯9的位置具有磁铁8,马达轴5的端部同样整体安装有安装HDD的旋转介质M的轮轴。
作为在特定方向上向压粉烧结金属粉而成的含油轴承3所支承的马达轴5施加侧压的手段,在夹着马达轴5固定在对称位置的叠层芯9中,使一侧的芯9在马达轴5方向(靠近旋转台11)上从a线位置到b线位置变化距离t-t。这样,通过将叠层芯9倾斜,可以经常迫使转子7沿箭头P方向高速旋转,结果可以经常向马达轴5施加特定方向(箭头Y方向)的侧压。
这样,通过在特定方向上向马达轴施加侧压,可以抑制相对于将金属粉压粉烧结而成的含油轴承的轴振动。
本发明的含油轴承用润滑剂可以含50%质量以上的离子液体作为基油。这种情况下,蒸气压低、着火的危险性小,而且耐热性优异,且使用中可以抑制低挥发成分或分解气体的产生。
本发明的含油轴承用润滑剂也可以含有离子液体作为防静电剂等添加剂。这种情况下,可以将润滑剂的流动带电产生的静电接地。在基油中使用离子液体的情况下,当然也可以发挥这种功能。
本发明的含油轴承用润滑剂可适用于各种家电用马达或汽车用马达。
本发明的含油轴承用润滑剂可适用的家电用马达有软盘驱动器、CD驱动器、MO驱动器、DVD驱动器、硬盘驱动器、冷却或送风用的电扇马达、多角镜驱动器、移动电话等的振动马达、光学透镜用的步进马达等。
本发明的含油轴承用润滑剂可适用的汽车用马达有光伸缩式马达、水泵马达、雨刷马达、前照灯清洁器用马达、门锁执行器马达、马达天线、电动风力马达、电动座椅马达、后视镜马达、伸缩式马达(telescopic motor)、倾斜转向马达、天窗马达、电动窗帘用马达、散热器冷却风扇用马达、送风机马达、空调器用冷却风扇马达、伺服马达、自动空调器用内部空气传感器用马达、燃料泄漏检测传感器用马达、空气净化器用马达、车高调节马达、防抱死制动系统马达、怠速控制马达、4WD差速器锁定马达、里程表步进马达、自动驾驶马达、燃料停止马达等。
本发明的含油轴承用润滑剂不溶于汽油、轻油、煤油等非极性溶剂,因此适合用于设在燃料罐内的马达轴承,特别适合用于燃料泄漏检测传感器用马达。
[实施例]
下面通过实施例更详细地说明本发明,但本发明不受这些例子的任何限定。润滑剂的各特性依据下述方法测定。
(1)运动粘度
依据JIS K2283规定的“石油制品运动粘度测试方法”测定。
(2)粘度指数
依据JIS K2283规定的“石油制品运动粘度测试方法”测定。
(3)流动点
依据JIS K2269测定。
(4)总酸值
依据JIS K2501规定的“润滑油中和测试方法”,通过电位差法测定。
(5)闪点
依据JIS K2265,通过C.O.C法测定。
(6)5%减量温度
使用示差热分析装置,以10℃/分钟的比例升温,测定从初期质量减少5%时的温度。5%减量温度越高,则可以说耐蒸发性、耐热性越优异。
(7)体积电阻率
依据JIS C2102测定。
(8)耐负荷性测试
依据ASTM D 2783,在转数1,800rpm、室温条件下进行。由最大非烧结负荷(LNL)与熔融负荷(WL)求出负荷摩耗指数(LWI)。该值越大,则耐负荷性越好。
(9)耐摩耗性测试
依据ASTM D 2783,在负荷196N、转数1,200rpm、油温75℃、测试时间60分钟的条件下进行。对3个1/2英寸球的摩痕直径进行平均,算出平均摩痕直径。

由表1可知,实施例1~5的润滑剂尽管粘度低,但仍具有超过300℃的闪点,另外5%减量温度超过360℃,低蒸发性、耐热性优异。而且,耐负荷性以及耐摩耗性也优异。
另一方面,比较例1的闪点为236℃,低于实施例1~5的润滑剂,且5%减量温度为269.3℃,也明显低于实施例1~5。
实施例7~14
制备表2所示组成的润滑剂,评价各特性,结果如表2所示。

产业实用性
本发明的含油轴承用润滑剂在含有离子液体作为基油时,蒸气压低、着火的危险性小,而且耐热性优异,且使用中能抑制低挥发成分或分解气体的产生。
在添加离子液体作为防静电剂时,可以将润滑剂的流动带电产生的静电接地。
本发明的润滑剂用于含浸由金属系多孔体、塑料系多孔体、陶瓷系多孔体构成的轴承,特别适合用于在信息设备中使用的主轴马达的烧结含油轴承。
本发明的润滑剂可适用于各种家电用马达和汽车用马达,由于不溶于汽油、轻油、煤油等非极性溶剂,适合用于设在燃料罐内的马达轴承,特别适合于燃料泄漏检测传感器用马达。
Claims (13)
1.含油轴承用润滑剂,其特征在于含有1~100%质量离子液体。

3.权利要求2的含油轴承用润滑剂,其中基油中所用离子液体的流动点为0℃以下。
4.权利要求1的含油轴承用润滑剂,其含有离子液体作为抗静电剂。
5.权利要求1~4中任一项的含油轴承用润滑剂,其在25℃的体积电阻率为1×1010Ω·cm以下。
6.权利要求1~5中任一项的含油轴承用润滑剂,其中离子液体是如下通式(I)所示的化合物:
(Zp+)k·(Aq-)m …(I)式中Zp+表示阳离子,Aq-表示阴离子,p、q、k、m、p×k和q×m分别为1~3的整数,在满足p×k=q×m、k或m为2以上的情况下,Z或A各自可以相同或不同。
7.权利要求6的含油轴承用润滑剂,其中通式(I)中p、k、q和m均为1。
8.权利要求1~5中任一项的含油轴承用润滑剂,其中离子液体是阳离子与阴离子以共价键固定的两性离子型。
9.权利要求6~8中任一项的含油轴承用润滑剂,其中离子液体具有以氮原子为离子中心的阳离子。
10.权利要求1~9中任一项的含油轴承用润滑剂,其在温度40℃的运动粘度为1~1000mm2/s。
11.权利要求1~10中任一项的含油轴承用润滑剂,其含浸于由金属系多孔体、塑料系多孔体或陶瓷系多孔体构成的轴承中。
12.含油轴承,其特征在于使用权利要求1~11中任一项的含油轴承用润滑剂。
13.马达单元,其特征在于使用权利要求12的含油轴承。
