Application test example 1

Therefore, the light sources with the wavelengths of 505 +/-10 nm, 460 +/-10 nm and 375 +/-10 nm have the best trapping effect on 1-year-old locusts.
Application test example 3
Using a device of fig. 1, randomly treating 5 light sources as a group, treating 3-year nymphs of 50 locusts migratoria in east Asia, performing dark treatment for 15min before treatment, repeating for 3 times for 30min every treatment, taking dark conditions as contrast, screening out treatment with better phototaxis, and recombining for treatment. The trapping effect of 10 light sources on 3-year-old nymphs of locusts migratorius in east Asia is tested, and the results are shown in figure 3, the trapping rate of 10 light sources on 3-year-old nymphs of locusts migratorius in east Asia is 375 +/-10 nm & gt 505 +/-10 nm & gt 365 +/-10 nm & gt 435 +/-10 nm & gt 460 +/-10 nm, an incandescent lamp & gt 575 +/-10 nm, 600 +/-10 nm, 645 +/-10 nm and 690 +/-10 nm in sequence from high to low, and the trapping rate of light sources with the wavelength of 375 +/-10 nm on 3-year-old nymphs of locusts is obviously higher than 505 +/-10 nm and 435 +/-10 nm. Therefore, the light source with the wavelength of 375 +/-10 nm has the best trapping effect on the 3-year-old nymphs of locusts.
Therefore, the best trapping effect on the adult locusta migratoria in east Asia is a light source with the wavelength of 460 +/-10 nm; the light source with the wavelength range of 375 +/-10 nm-505 +/-10 nm has the best effect on trapping nymphs.
