益生菌是一类对宿主有益的活性微生物,是定植于人体肠道、生殖系统内,能产生确切健康功效从而改善宿主微生态平衡、发挥有益作用的活性有益微生物的总称。人体、动物体内有益的细菌或真菌主要有:酪酸梭菌、乳杆菌、双歧杆菌、放线菌、酵母菌等。目前世界上研究的功能最强大的产品主要是以上各类微生物组成的复合活性益生菌,其广泛应用于生物工程、工农业、食品安全以及生命健康领域。
益生菌适用于抵抗力较低的儿童,但是传统的益生菌产品,由于添加了鱼油等物质,会有特有的鱼腥味和其他让儿童不喜欢的味道的功能活性成分,会大大影响儿童发的接受程度。
蔓越莓一直以来被应用于胃溃疡和胃癌的相关治疗中,能够抑制幽门螺杆菌的滋生,并且改善便秘,但是在儿童肠道健康领域很少有应用的报道。

具体实施例1(优选例)
于电子天平上称取副干酪乳杆菌GM-080 1份,副干酪乳杆菌A AP-2 1份,鼠李糖乳杆菌GG 1份,动物双歧杆菌B94 1份,布拉迪酵母5份。
将鱼油粉、越橘提取物、蔓越莓粉、接骨木莓果汁粉、维生素C、β-胡萝卜素、低聚果糖、低聚半乳糖、罗汉果粉、抗性糊精和香兰素烘干,烘干温度为40℃,烘干时间为3h;
将上述烘干的物料分别过筛,过筛目数为100目。
按质量称量过筛后物料:鱼油粉20份,越橘提取物5份,蔓越莓粉30份,接骨木莓果汁粉7份,维生素C 10份,β-胡萝卜素5份,低聚果糖10份,低聚半乳糖30份,罗汉果粉6份,抗性糊精10份,香兰素1份。
将上述所有称量好的物料,放入混合机中进行混合,调节震动频率在40Hz,混合时间控制在15min,混合好后即得到儿童口服益生菌组合物。
将上述混合好的儿童口服益生菌组合物进行分装,每份15g,封装。室温保存。

益生菌组合物的营养成分检测
将具体实施例1得到的儿童口服益生菌组合物按照相关的国家/行业标准进行营养成分检测,参考标准如下:
GB 10765-2010食品安全国家标准婴儿配方食品;
其中,
蛋白质、脂肪和碳水化合物的检测结果如表1所示:

本发明所提供的儿童口服益生菌组合物,在蛋白质、脂肪和碳水化合物的含量上符合标准GB 10765-2010的规定。
维生素指标如表2所示:

本发明所提供的儿童口服益生菌组合物,在维生素的含量上复合标准GB 10765-2010的规定。
营养安全性评估
2018年2月至3月间,选择20名5-9岁的儿童志愿者服用本发明所提供的益生菌组合物固体饮料,服用剂量为每次10g,服用方式不限;每天早饭及午饭后1小时内各服用1次,于3个月后进行回访调查,调查结果如表3所示:

结果可知,服用本发明所提供的益生菌组合物固体饮料的儿童,总体反应良好,没有出现上火、便秘、湿疹和胀气的不良反应。
产品感官特性评估
对服用该组合物的20名儿童进行问卷调查,进行各项感官评价参数的打分,具体结果如表4所示:

抑菌能力检测
为评估具体实施例1得到的儿童口服益生菌组合物中的活性物质成分的抑菌能力,将G组链球菌、化脓性链球菌、C组链球菌、卡他布兰汉球菌以及金黄色葡萄球菌,5种常见的好氧致病细菌分别用标准LB平板37℃培养48h后挑取单克隆,接入LB摇瓶后在摇床上继续37℃,120rpn培养16h。将摇瓶培养后的菌液以5%的接种量接入到标准肉汤培养基中,37℃,120rpm培养16h。将培养完成的培养基均匀分成5份,分别按质量比加入1%,3%,5%和7%的活性物质,以不添加活性物质的肉汤培养基作为空白对照,继续37℃培养16h后对其活菌数进行测量。测量结果如图1所示,结果表明,该A物质有显著的抑菌效果。
上面对本发明的实施方式做了详细说明。但是本发明并不限于上述实施方式,在所属技术领域普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下做出各种变化。
