Description
本发明涉及一种复合材料及制造方法,特别涉及一种高分子水泥石的制造方法。
在《建筑施工工长手册》P9表1-11、《国内、外新型建材配方与制作250例》P34表2-1、P38表2-3、P40表2-4,《混凝土学》P256~258、P52~54、P67表1-68介绍的纤维、有机物、集料,增强水泥石有一个共同特点,其配方由C-水硬性材料、W-水、有机物、增强材料,其它材料为原料按比例配成的水泥浆。
本发明的目的是开发一种易成型、价廉、高比抗拉强度、高韧性、耐腐、耐磨、保温、隔振的高分子水泥石及制造方法、用作金属、塑料、钢筋混凝土部代用品。
本发明介绍的是高分子水泥石由C-水泥加其它粉末、P-含有交链基团的水溶性有机物,h-P的助剂,W-水,e-C、P、h、W的次要成份或杂质,根据需要加g-增强材料、集料为原料,C、g、P、h、W、e在半密封搅拌器内搅拌均匀,经成型、养护制 高分子水泥石,基本上克服普通水泥石的脆性,作用金属、塑料、钢筋混凝土的部份廉价代用品。
本发展公开的是高分子水泥石的原材料中含有C、P、W、h、e并根据需要加和g,其中C是选择已知的水泥中加混合材料、水化固体膨胀剂、水泥无机外加剂 中的一种或几种,其中P是选择满足下列两个参数的有机物:①P以15%PH=12.4±0.2磷酸钠为溶液在20±2℃温度下测得P的粘均分子量为Mη1,将此溶液在常压空气中于50±5℃温度下保温1h后于20±2℃温度同条件下测得P的粘均分子量为Mη2且Mη2≥0.5Mη1,②P2g加入15%PH=12.4±0.2磷酸钠水溶液中在氧分压保持大于170mmHg的密封容器中于20±2℃温度,搅拌2h,溶于水溶液中的P大于1g(水溶性),将此溶液的氧分压低于10mmHg,加入引发剂和利用P分子中含有的交链基团使P聚合成有机高分子,以15%PH=12.4±0.2磷酸钠为溶剂于20±2℃温度下同条件①测得有机高分子的粘均分子量为Mη3且Mη3≥2万和Mη3≥2Mη1,本发明将P分为b和d,

1、C的参数选择:

水化固体膨胀剂(用于非膨胀水泥),可选用现已知的氧化钙、氧化镁或它们和硫铝酸盐复合型膨胀剂、但应根据不同品种用不同筛使筛余量控制在5-20%过筛部份作高分子水泥石的膨胀剂。
2、P的选择和制造方法:d的选择和制造方法,选择已知的有机物、β-萘磺酸甲醛缩合物高效减水剂、三聚氰胺甲醛磺酸盐缩合物、用含有亲水基团的单体和含有链转移基团的单体可在加入其它单体用引发剂引发共聚成少支链的水溶性聚合物如:氯乙烯、偏氯乙烯、丁二烯、戊二烯、氯丁二烯等和丁烯二酸酐、丁烯二酸、丁烯二酸单脂、丙烯酸盐、丙烯酸、乙烯磺酸、丙烯磺酸盐等单体共聚例:氯乙烯30~60份,顺丁烯二酸单甲酯40~70份,偶氮二异丁腈3-8份于50~60℃温度下共聚10~18h,除去未反应单体和引发剂后加石灰乳调整PH=8-9,丁二烯(戊二烯)30~55份,丙烯酸40~70
2~10份于55~65℃温度下共聚3~5h,除去未反应物和引发剂;用已知的嵌段共聚方法在水溶性聚合物分子中引入自由基发生团和交链转移基团,如双官能团引发剂或多官能团调节剂,用已知方法用SO3、SO2、Cl2、HCl、氯磺化低聚乙烯(低聚丙烯、液体橡胶)等使氯磺化后有机物硫含量在9~16%,在水溶性聚合物引入交链基团,当水溶性聚合物分子中含有一定数量醇基,成盐后RO,在无水密封条件下加[ClC2H4]2NCH5、ClC2H5N[C2H5]2、ClC2H5SC2H5、ClC2H5SC3H7、[ClC2H4]2S、[CH2=CH-CO]2O反应,如PEG1500钾盐100份、[ClC2H4]2NC2H52~5份于80~90℃温度下在密封容器中加热2~3h,在加入石灰乳10份加热1h,粘均分子量小于2万的聚糖、纤维醚、木质素磺酸盐,用碱-氢氧化钠使PH=12~13于密封容器中加2%-10%ClC2H5N[C2H5]2、于80~90℃温度下反应1~3h后加石灰乳10份加热1h以上,当水溶性聚合物分子中含有酸酐酰氯、磺酰氯基等,如乙烯、丙烯、丁烯、氯乙烯、醋酸乙烯脂、氯丙烯、苯丙烯、乙烯基醚等单体和丁烯二酸酐、丁烯二酸、丁烯二酸单脂等用已知的方法共聚,使丁烯二酸酐及衍生物含量大于30%,用含有丙烯酸酐、丙烯酰氯、乙烯(丙烯)磺酰氯的单体和其它能共聚单体聚合成的水溶性聚合物(在非水相共聚)加NH2C2H4N[C2H5]2、NH2C2H4S-C2H5、HOOC[CH3]2-R[R=CH3、
]、NH2CH2NHCOCH=CH2NH2C1-2H2-4COCH=CH2、NaN3、N2H4等发链剂,如乙烯顺丁二酸酐交替共聚物减水剂100份,叔丁基过氧化氢0.3~3份,氢氧化钠0.3~3份于20~50℃温度下反应2~5h、当水溶性聚合物分子中含有RCOOH、RSO- 3等基团可加入NH2CH2NHCOCH=CH2NH2C2H4N[C2H5]2等交链剂及应或用SO2Cl2、PCl5使水溶性聚合物的部分RCOOH、RSO3H、RCOOCH3基团反应成酰氯、磺酰氯如乙烯、氯乙烯、偏氯乙烯、苯乙烯、甲苯乙烯、醋酸乙烯(丙烯)脂和磺酸基乙烯(丙烯)共聚,使聚合物中的磺酸乙烯(丙烯)基含量不低于35%,苯乙烯、甲苯乙烯、氯乙烯、偏氯乙烯、丁二烯、戍二烯和丙烯酸、丙烯醛、羟乙基丙烯酸脂共聚,使聚合物中的丙烯酸、丙烯醛、羟乙基丙烯酸酯三种基团之和大于40%,含有丙烯酸水溶性聚合物100份,二甲苯50份,NH2C2H4C2H4SC2H55-15份加热至沸1h后,加碳酸钠3-10份加热10min,当水溶性聚合物分子中含有ROCH2OH、RCOH、RCOH2OH等基团或水溶性聚合物分子中含有RCONH2、RCONHR'、RCOCH3用低级醛-甲醛、丙烯醛作链桥使它半缩醛化引入二乙胺、乙胺、丙烯酰胺、NH2C2H4S-C2H5、NH2C1-2H2-4COCH=CH2、NH2C2H4N[C2H5]2、NH2CH2NHCOCH=CH2、[CH2=CH-CO]2O等如改性聚醛是甲醛、乙醛、丙烯醛之和占水溶性聚合物大于50%并引入交链基团的水溶性聚醛,如甲醛(三聚甲醛)加环氧乙烷(二氧戊烷)、乙醛丙烯醛、二乙胺、乙胺的水溶性低聚物(分子量在300~5000)100份加乙胺、二乙胺2~10份在耐压釜(带搅拌器最好)中于130~180℃温度下加热10~12min,抽去未反应物,使甲醛占水溶性聚合物的50~90%,选择由乙烯、丙烯、丁烯、戍烯、环戍烯、醋酸乙烯(丙烯)和CO、SO2共聚,使酮基(CO)、砜基(SO2)的含量在聚合物中占25%、30%以上。
b的参数选择:b在C碱性,中有相对稳定活性,最高聚合温度应高于分子水泥石成型温度及和d中交链基因活性相联系。
h的参数选择:其中引发剂可从已知系列中选择,脂溶性引发剂制成乳胶型引发剂,最佳引发温度和高分子水泥石成型养护温度相近,水溶性引发剂在碱相中相对稳定,一般条件下引发剂产生的气体体积控制在P固化收缩体相近大约是0.5~10ml/l,引发剂产生的自由基体积要小,用脂相和水相双向引发剂效果较好,放气引发剂最好在脂相,其中ClO-3、ClO-4、H2O-2、BrO-3、ClO-等对C中的易变价元素有一定的抑制作用(氧化沉淀),引发剂用量较一般高分子合成用量大。
高分子水泥石的制造方法是:高分子水泥石的原材料C、P、W、h、e、g由加入系统输送至搅拌器经搅拌混合均匀和检验合格后的高分子水泥浆输送至成型系统在力的使用下入模并于常温-200℃温度下带模养护5mm以上,如将C中固体成份中的空气压力降低至70mmHg以下(Ⅳ),将P、W、h根据可混合原则制成液体后,除去其中的空气(Ⅳ)使含气率小于2%(体积比),将固体成份加入螺杆搅拌器第一段,液体成份用环形掏槽水门(4)加入螺杆搅拌器(Ⅴ)的第二、第三段并加入标记物,使它们在螺杆搅拌器(Ⅴ)中搅拌混合均匀后从出口(16)流出的高分子水泥浆有足够的压力能够直接进入下一道工序(直接入模),经入模后的高分子水泥浆于50~150℃温度下带模养护0.1~48h,主要靠高分子水泥浆固化热和模板外保温养护,标记物是磁粉、颜料,利用测定标记物在高分子水泥浆中的分布作为高分子水泥浆的均匀性指标,如氧化铁红颜料、磁铁矿粉作标记物。
最好是高分子水泥石主要原料配合比应同时满足:P/C=0.05~0.12和P/(W+P)=0.25~0.5和P/C+W/C=0.15~0.3。

注:改性乙烯顺丁烯二酸酐共聚物是乙烯顺西烯二酸酐减水剂引入1%~2%叔丁基过氧化氢和部分酸酐水化
将水泥、膨胀剂、二氧化硅烟灰预混合均匀并抽除其中的空气使氧分压低于20mmHg,将改性乙烯顺丁烯二酸酐、氯酸钠、氧化铁红、水配成溶液Ⅰ、丙烯酰胺、NN′-甲撑双丙烯酰胺配成溶液Ⅱ,或将丁二烯丙烯酸(SM减水剂)、丙烯酸(丙烯酰胺)、NN′-甲撑双丙烯酰胺、氧化铁红加入60%2胶磨矿渣制造器中共磨成溶液Ⅰ。30%双氧水、氯酸钠制成溶液Ⅱ,液体成份经除泡处理使含气率低于0.3%(体积比),将固体成份加入螺杆搅拌器第一段,液体Ⅰ加入螺杆搅拌器第二段,液体Ⅱ加入螺杆搅拌器的第三段,用红色光检验高分子水泥浆任意几点几乎无色差后在5kg/mm2压力下,将高分子水泥浆压入模具内。
副图中,螺杆搅拌器(Ⅴ)用于将高分子水泥石原料制成高分子水泥浆,并使从螺杆搅拌器出口(16)流出的水泥浆有一定的压力,螺杆搅拌器分为Ⅳ段,固体加入段(Ⅰ段),液体成份加入段(Ⅱ段、Ⅲ段),均匀段(Ⅳ段),排气系统(Ⅳ),用于除去高分子水泥石原料中的部份空气,环型掏槽水门(4)是将高分子水泥石原料中的液体成份加入螺杆搅拌器(Ⅴ)。
Claims (12)
1、水泥石-高分子水泥石其配方由C-水硬性材料、W-水、有机物、增强材料,其它材料为原料按比例配成的水泥浆其特征是所述的有机物是P,P是选择聚合物d和有机单体b组成并满足下列两个参数的有机物:①P以15%PH=12.4±0.2磷酸钠为溶液在20±2℃温度下测得P的粘均分子量为Mη1,将此溶液在常压空气中于50±5℃温度下保温1h后于20±2℃温度同条件下测得P的粘均分子量为Mη2且Mη2≥0.5Mη1,②P2g加入15%PH=12.4±0.2磷酸钠水溶液中在氧分压保持大于170mmHg的密封容器中于20±2℃温度,搅拌2h,溶于水溶液中的P大于1g(水溶性),将此溶液的氧分压低于10mmHg,加入引发剂和利用P分子中含有的交链基团使P聚合成有机高分子,以15%PH=12.4±0.2磷酸钠为溶剂于20±2℃温度下同条件①测得有机高分子的粘均分子量为Mη3且Mη3≥2万和Mη3≥2Mη1,其中b是选择已知的亲水性的数均分子量为50-500有机单体,如

d是由已知单体有方法合成的亲水性并带有交链基团的聚合、缩合物,d可以选择改性水溶性聚醛、水溶性线性酚醛树脂、改性聚醚、β-萘磺酸甲醛缩合物、聚芳香烃磺酸盐、聚密胺甲醛磺酸盐、改性水溶性聚糖、改性木质素磺酸盐、改性尿醛树脂、硫含量在9-16%氯磺化低聚乙烯(低聚丙烯、液体橡胶)、磺化苯乙烯、聚多烯多胺、水溶性聚酮、水溶性聚砜及:CH2=C<X Y当x=H、CH3、Cl、OCH3时,y=H、CH3、Cl、
COR′[R′=OH、H、NHC1-4H2-8OH、OC2-4H4-8OH、
OC1-4H4-8OH、OC1-4H3-8、CH2OH]、SO3H、CN、OOCCH3、

-CH(CH3)-、R2=C2H5、-CH3、-C3H7、-CHCH2=CH2
和双键、芳香烃联接的亚甲基等强链转移基团含有引发剂基团
2、根据权利要求1的高分子水泥石其特征是所述的d是选择由乙烯、丙烯、丁烯、戊烯、环戊烯、醋酸乙烯(丙烯)和CO2、SO2共聚,使酮基(CO)、砜基(SO2)的含量在聚合物中占25%、30%以上。
3、根据权利要求1的高分子水泥石其特征是所述的d是选乙烯、氯乙烯、偏氯乙烯、苯乙烯、甲苯乙烯、醋酸乙烯(丙烯)脂和磺酸基乙烯(丙烯)共聚,使聚合物中的磺酸乙烯(丙烯)基含量不低于35%,并含有交链基团。
4、根据权利要求1的高分子水泥石其特征是所述的d是选择乙烯、丙烯、丁烯、氯乙烯、醋酸乙烯脂、氯丙烯、苯丙烯、乙烯基醚单体和丁烯二酸酐、丁烯二酸单脂,用已知的方法共聚,使丁烯二酸酐及生物含量大于30%,并带有交链基团。
5、根据权利要求1的高分子水泥石其特征是所述的d是选择苯乙烯、甲苯乙烯、氯乙烯、偏氯乙烯、丁二烯、戊二烯和丙烯酸、丙烯醛、羟乙基丙烯酸脂共聚,使聚合物中的丙烯酸、丙烯醛、羟乙基丙烯酸脂三种基团之和大于40%,并带有交链基团。
6、根据权利要求1的高要子水泥石特征是所述的d是选择β-萘磺酸甲醛缩合物高效减水剂、三聚氰胺甲醛磺酸盐缩合物。
7、根据权利要求1的高分子水泥石其特征是所述d是选择改性聚醛是甲醛、乙醛、丙烯醛之和占水溶性聚合物大于50%并引入交链基团的水溶性聚醛。
8、根据权利要求1的高分子水泥石其特征是所述的d是选PEG、沾均分子量小于2万的聚糖、纤维醚、木质素磺酸盐,并含有交链基团。
9、根据权利要求1的高分子水泥石其特征是所述的引发剂一般条件下引发剂产生的气体体积控制在P固化收缩体积相近大约0.5~10ml/l,
10、根据权利要求1的高分子水泥石其特征是所述的阻聚剂、促进剂是利用C中有促进、阻聚作用易变价元素铁、铬、锰、硫及碱相和P中有阻聚作用的有机物β-萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物、聚密胺甲醛磺酸盐、线性酚醛聚合物。
11、高分子水泥石的制造方法是:高分子水泥石的原材料C、P、W、h、e、g由加入系统输送至搅拌器经搅拌混合均匀和检验合格后的高分子水泥浆输送至成型系统在力的使用下入模并于常温-200℃温度下带模养护5mm以上,其特征是所述的加入系统中有排气系统,将C中固体成份中的空气压力降低至70mmHg以下(Ⅳ),将P、W、h根据可混合原则制成液体后,除去其中的空气(Ⅳ)使含气率小于2%(体积比),才能加入搅拌器,所述的搅拌器是螺杆搅拌器(Ⅴ)所述的检验合格是标记物检验合格,所述的输送至成型系统是在螺杆搅拌器内搅拌混合均匀后从出口(16)流出的高分子水泥浆有足够的压力能够直接进入下一道工序,所述的于常温-200℃温度下带模养护5mm以上是于50~150℃温度下带模养护0.1~48h。
12、根据权利要求11高分子水泥石的制造方法其特征是所述的液体加入搅拌器是液体成份用环形掏槽水门(4)加入螺杆搅拌器(Ⅴ)的第二、第三段。
