Abstract

本发明公开了一种耐刮型复合矿物质地板,包括OMG基材,所述OMG基材的下表面设有三聚氰胺浸胶纸,OMG基材的上表面设有三聚氰胺装饰纸,所述三聚氰胺装饰纸的上表面设有三氧化二铝改性三聚氰胺浸胶纸。本发明采用OMG替换实木、塑胶作为基材,节约了实木资源的使用,也避免了塑胶生产过程中带来的污染,在地板的上表面设有三氧化二铝改性三聚氰胺浸胶纸,使生产出的地板耐刮等级达到4N以上,耐磨等级最终达到AC5以上。本发明能同时满足地板的耐磨需求和环保需求。

Description

一种耐刮型复合矿物质地板及其生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐刮型复合矿物质地板及其生产工艺,属于地板生产技术领域。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,对于室内装潢的要求也随之提高,美观和实用缺一不可,塑胶、实木地板装修效果好,但是不够耐刮耐磨,故耐刮耐磨类型的底板一定更能适应市场需求,随着顾客环保意识、健康意识提高,对非塑胶需求越来越高,故我们提出一种耐刮型复合矿物质地板及其生产工艺。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种耐刮型复合矿物质地板及其生产工艺,能同时满足地板的耐磨需求和环保需求,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种耐刮型复合矿物质地板,包括OMG基材,所述OMG基材的下表面设有三聚氰胺浸胶纸,OMG基材的上表面设有三聚氰胺装饰纸,所述三聚氰胺装饰纸的上表面设有三氧化二铝改性三聚氰胺浸胶纸。
进一步的,所述三聚氰胺浸胶纸的制备方法为:(1)将原纸浸渍到三聚氰胺甲醛树脂与脲醛树脂的混合溶液中,浸渍5~8min后取出;
(2)将取出后的纸张置于烘干设备中进行烘干;
(3)烘干后取出将纸张置于三聚氰胺甲醛树脂中进行浸渍2~5min后取出;
(4)将取出后的纸张置于烘干设备中进行烘干至七成干燥后取出使其自然晾干,得到三聚氰胺浸胶纸。
进一步的,用于制备所述三氧化二铝改性三聚氰胺浸胶纸的改性胶包括:5~15份乙醇、10~15份水、2~5份偶联剂、6~13份三氧化二铝粉末、40~50份三聚氰胺胶液。
进一步的,所述改性胶的制备方法为:(1)向搅拌罐中加入上述份量的乙醇、水、偶联剂后不断搅拌,边搅拌边加入三氧化二铝粉末,充分搅拌后得到改性溶液;
(2)将步骤(1)所得的改性溶液烘干后再研磨,得改性固体粉末;
(3)将步骤(2)所得的改性固体粉末加入三聚氰胺胶液中不断搅拌混合均匀后得到改性胶。
进一步的,所述改性固体粉末的粒径为410目。
本发明还提供一种耐刮型复合矿物质地板的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:(1)使用涂覆机将OMG基材表面涂热固化胶粘剂;
(2)在OMG基材的上表面和下表面分别贴上三聚氰胺装饰纸和三聚氰胺浸胶纸,在三聚氰胺浸胶纸的上表面贴上三氧化二铝改性三聚氰胺浸胶纸;
(3)将经过步骤(2)处理的OMG基材置于多层压机中热压并冷却定型;
(4)将经过步骤(3)处理的OMG基材进行切割及深加工得到所需的地板。
进一步的,所述多层压机的热压温度为120~125℃。
本发明采用OMG替换实木、塑胶作为基材,节约了实木资源的使用,也避免了塑胶生产过程中带来的污染,在地板的上表面设有三氧化二铝改性三聚氰胺浸胶纸,使生产出的地板耐刮等级达到4N以上,耐磨等级最终达到AC5以上。本发明能同时满足地板的耐磨需求和环保需求。

具体实施方式
为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1所示,本实施例提供一种耐刮型复合矿物质地板,包括OMG基材,所述OMG基材的下表面设有三聚氰胺浸胶纸,OMG基材的上表面设有三聚氰胺装饰纸,所述三聚氰胺装饰纸的上表面设有三氧化二铝改性三聚氰胺浸胶纸。
采用OMG替换实木、塑胶作为基材,节约了实木资源的使用,也避免了塑胶生产过程中带来的污染,在地板的上表面设有三氧化二铝改性三聚氰胺浸胶纸,使生产出的地板耐刮等级达到4N以上,耐磨等级最终达到AC5以上。
进一步的,所述三聚氰胺浸胶纸的制备方法为:(1)将原纸浸渍到三聚氰胺甲醛树脂与脲醛树脂的混合溶液中,浸渍5~8min后取出;
(2)将取出后的纸张置于烘干设备中进行烘干;
(3)烘干后取出将纸张置于三聚氰胺甲醛树脂中进行浸渍2~5min后取出;
(4)将取出后的纸张置于烘干设备中进行烘干至七成干燥后取出使其自然晾干,得到三聚氰胺浸胶纸。
避免烘的过干而造成得到的三聚氰胺浸胶纸易碎。
进一步的,用于制备所述三氧化二铝改性三聚氰胺浸胶纸的改性胶包括:5~15份乙醇、10~15份水、2~5份偶联剂、6~13份三氧化二铝粉末、40~50份三聚氰胺胶液。
进一步的,所述改性胶的制备方法为:(1)向搅拌罐中加入上述份量的乙醇、水、偶联剂后不断搅拌,边搅拌边加入三氧化二铝粉末,充分搅拌后得到改性溶液;
(2)将步骤(1)所得的改性溶液烘干后再研磨,得改性固体粉末;
(3)将步骤(2)所得的改性固体粉末加入三聚氰胺胶液中不断搅拌混合均匀后得到改性胶。
进一步的,所述改性固体粉末的粒径为410目。
经过三氧化二铝改性后的三聚氰胺浸胶纸具有耐磨性、耐刮性好的优点。
本发明还提供一种耐刮型复合矿物质地板的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:(1)使用涂覆机将OMG基材表面涂热固化胶粘剂;
(2)在OMG基材的上表面和下表面分别贴上三聚氰胺装饰纸和三聚氰胺浸胶纸,在三聚氰胺浸胶纸的上表面贴上三氧化二铝改性三聚氰胺浸胶纸;
(3)将经过步骤(2)处理的OMG基材置于多层压机中热压并冷却定型;
(4)将经过步骤(3)处理的OMG基材进行切割及深加工得到所需的地板。
进一步的,所述多层压机的热压温度为120~125℃。

1.一种耐刮型复合矿物质地板,其特征在于:包括OMG基材,所述OMG基材的下表面设有三聚氰胺浸胶纸,OMG基材的上表面设有三聚氰胺装饰纸,所述三聚氰胺装饰纸的上表面设有三氧化二铝改性三聚氰胺浸胶纸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐刮型复合矿物质地板,其特征在于:所述三聚氰胺浸胶纸的制备方法为:(1)将原纸浸渍到三聚氰胺甲醛树脂与脲醛树脂的混合溶液中,浸渍5~8min后取出;
(2)将取出后的纸张置于烘干设备中进行烘干;
(3)烘干后取出将纸张置于三聚氰胺甲醛树脂中进行浸渍2~5min后取出;
(4)将取出后的纸张置于烘干设备中进行烘干至七成干燥后取出使其自然晾干,得到三聚氰胺浸胶纸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐刮型复合矿物质地板,其特征在于:用于制备所述三氧化二铝改性三聚氰胺浸胶纸的改性胶包括:5~15份乙醇、10~15份水、2~5份偶联剂、6~13份三氧化二铝粉末、40~50份三聚氰胺胶液。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种耐刮型复合矿物质地板,其特征在于:所述改性胶的制备方法为:(1)向搅拌罐中加入上述份量的乙醇、水、偶联剂后不断搅拌,边搅拌边加入三氧化二铝粉末,充分搅拌后得到改性溶液;
(2)将步骤(1)所得的改性溶液烘干后再研磨,得改性固体粉末;
(3)将步骤(2)所得的改性固体粉末加入三聚氰胺胶液中不断搅拌混合均匀后得到改性胶。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种耐刮型复合矿物质地板,其特征在于:所述改性固体粉末的粒径为410目。
6.一种权利要求1~5所述的任一耐刮型复合矿物质地板的生产工艺,其特征在于包括如下步骤:(1)使用涂覆机将OMG基材表面涂热固化胶粘剂;
(2)在OMG基材的上表面和下表面分别贴上三聚氰胺装饰纸和三聚氰胺浸胶纸,在三聚氰胺浸胶纸的上表面贴上三氧化二铝改性三聚氰胺浸胶纸;
(3)将经过步骤(2)处理的OMG基材置于多层压机中热压并冷却定型;
(4)将经过步骤(3)处理的OMG基材进行切割及深加工得到所需的地板。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种耐刮型复合矿物质地板的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述多层压机的热压温度为120~125℃。
