Abstract

本发明公开了LVT超耐磨地板贴三聚氰胺浸胶装饰纸，包括固定连接在LVT地板层下端的平衡纸，所述LVT地板层上端固定连接有喷涂纸，所述平衡纸的下端固定连接有静音垫，所述喷涂纸的下端与LVT地板层的上端通过热压贴合连接一起，所述平衡纸的上端与LVT地板层的下端通过热压贴合连接在一起。本发明通过在地板层的上表面设置喷涂纸，可以减小对地板表面的摩擦或刮擦，从而提升地板的使用寿命；通过在地板下端设置平衡纸，可以良好的防止地板层露底，防止地板上下各装饰纸层变形通过设置静音垫，可以吸收噪音，进而提升地板的使用性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及地板装饰技术领域，尤其涉及LVT超耐磨地板贴三聚氰胺浸胶装饰纸。
背景技术
近年来，LVT地板表面的耐刮性、耐磨性一直被各生产厂家所关注，这两个性能决定了地板的使用寿命长短，所以性能、结构两大块的优化设计是各厂家研究的重要课题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点，而提出的LVT超耐磨地板贴三聚氰胺浸胶装饰纸。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用了如下技术方案：
LVT超耐磨地板贴三聚氰胺浸胶装饰纸，包括固定连接在LVT地板层下端的平衡纸，所述LVT地板层上端固定连接有喷涂纸，所述平衡纸的下端固定连接有静音垫。
优选地，所述喷涂纸的下端与LVT地板层的上端通过热压贴合连接一起，所述平衡纸的上端与LVT地板层的下端通过热压贴合连接在一起，所述静音垫的上端与平衡纸的下端通过胶合连接在一起。
优选地，所述喷涂纸为高压三聚氰胺浸渍纸，浸渍高压三聚氰胺树脂，树脂含量60％，厚度为5-10mm。
优选地，所述平衡纸为低压三聚氰胺浸渍纸，浸渍低压三聚氰胺树脂，树脂含量为130％，厚度为5-10mm。
优选地，所述静音垫由聚氨酯泡棉及再生橡胶由聚氨酯胶水粘合而成，厚度为10-15mm。
本发明具有以下有益效果：
1、通过在地板层的上表面设置喷涂纸，可以减小对地板表面的摩擦或刮擦，从而提升地板的使用寿命；
2、通过在地板下端设置平衡纸，可以良好的防止地板层露底，防止地板上下各装饰纸层变形；
3、通过设置静音垫，可以吸收噪音，进而提升地板的使用性能。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图，对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。

参照图1，LVT超耐磨地板贴三聚氰胺浸胶装饰纸，包括固定连接在LVT地板层3下端的平衡纸2，LVT地板层3上端固定连接有喷涂纸4，平衡纸2的下端固定连接有静音垫1。其中，喷涂纸4的上表面涂有装饰图案5，从而可提高LVT地板层3的装饰效果。
喷涂纸4的下端与LVT地板层3的上端通过热压贴合连接一起，平衡纸2的上端与LVT地板层3的下端通过热压贴合连接在一起，静音垫1的上端与平衡纸2的下端通过胶合连接在一起。喷涂纸4为高压三聚氰胺浸渍纸，浸渍高压三聚氰胺树脂，树脂含量60％，厚度为5-10mm，平衡纸2为低压三聚氰胺浸渍纸，浸渍低压三聚氰胺树脂，树脂含量为130％，厚度为5-10mm，静音垫1由聚氨酯泡棉及再生橡胶由聚氨酯胶水粘合而成，厚度为10-15mm。
本发明中，通过在LVT地板层3的上表面设置喷涂纸4，可以减小对LVT地板层3表面的摩擦或刮擦，从而提升LVT地板层3的使用寿命；通过在LVT地板层3下端设置平衡纸2，可以良好的防止LVT地板层3露底，防止LVT地板层3上下各装饰纸层变形；通过设置静音垫1，可以吸收噪音，进而提升LVT地板层3的使用性能。

1.LVT超耐磨地板贴三聚氰胺浸胶装饰纸，包括固定连接在LVT地板层(3)下端的平衡纸(2)，其特征在于，所述LVT地板层(3)上端固定连接有喷涂纸(4)，所述平衡纸(2)的下端固定连接有静音垫(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LVT超耐磨地板贴三聚氰胺浸胶装饰纸，其特征在于，所述喷涂纸(4)的下端与LVT地板层(3)的上端通过热压贴合连接一起，所述平衡纸(2)的上端与LVT地板层(3)的下端通过热压贴合连接在一起，所述静音垫(1)的上端与平衡纸(2)的下端通过胶合连接在一起。
3.根据权利要求1所述的LVT超耐磨地板贴三聚氰胺浸胶装饰纸，其特征在于，所述喷涂纸(4)为高压三聚氰胺浸渍纸，浸渍高压三聚氰胺树脂，树脂含量60％，厚度为5-10mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的LVT超耐磨地板贴三聚氰胺浸胶装饰纸，其特征在于，所述平衡纸(2)为低压三聚氰胺浸渍纸，浸渍低压三聚氰胺树脂，树脂含量为130％，厚度为5-10mm。
