Abstract
本发明涉及一种扩张式金属壁锚及其制造方
法。包括有锚杆,有后端有固定物体的装置,前端有
一截面缩小部分,与一胀锥相连,其上还有一胀套,胀
套上有纵向狭槽及突出于胀套直径外部的锁紧元
件。为提高紧固力和允许随后胀锥滑动及胀套扩张,
裂缝形成导致钻孔扩大,锁紧元件包括若干沿胀片纵
向互连的冲片。冲片为三角形,尖端朝向胀片前端。
为改善滑动性能,胀套坯料轮廓线预压为稍小尺寸,
在后续压制工艺中金属板被压薄,然后冲压出冲片。
Description
本发明涉及一种固定于部件钻孔中用的扩张式金属壁锚,及其制造方法。该壁锚包括有一锚杆,其后端带有固定物体用的装置,而前端有一横截面缩小部分,与一胀锥相连,在该部分上还有一胀套,其上有纵向狭槽分开的胀片(expansible segments),锁紧元件伸出胀套直径以外并位于胀片上。
此类扩张式壁锚特别适合于用在硬的建筑材料上;通过将螺母拧在伸出待固定部件和物件的螺杆上,与螺杆整体形成的胀锥受拉进入紧靠钻孔壁支承的胀套。随后胀套扩张并在钻孔内变成楔状。胀套通过其上的锁紧元件而在钻孔中撑开,锁紧元件卡住孔壁。
胀套上开有几个纵向狭槽以便于扩张。纵向狭槽把胀套分成若干个胀片,但是在其末端仍保持胀套封闭。这种扩张式壁锚的紧固力主要取决于胀套壁厚。但胀套壁厚过大,则螺杆阶梯部会因截面缩减过大而降低强度。若胀套壁厚不够,因而胀片刚度不够,那么胀锥从胀套中退出的位移就相应变长,紧固力便明显减弱,尤其是当钻孔较大时。同样的情况在孔因裂缝而扩张时也会出现。由于刚度不够,胀片会在胀锥上弯曲,也会造成紧固力的明显损失。因此,在混凝土内存在拉应力产生的裂缝的拉伸部位中,已有的扩张式壁锚不适用。
本发明提供一种改进的扩张式壁锚来解决上述问题,使其能可靠地使用在混凝土构件的拉伸部位。
本发明为解决上述问题采用一种用在混凝土构件上钻孔中的固定用扩张式壁锚,包括:一锚杆,其后端带有固定物体用的装置,而其前端有一横截面缩小部分,与一胀锥相连,在该部分上还有一胀套,其上有纵向狭槽分开的胀片(expansible segments),锁紧元件伸出胀套直径以外并位于胀片上,其特征是,锁紧元件包括若干沿胀片纵向连续排列的冲片(punchings),每个冲片为三角形且尖端朝向胀片前端。纵向狭槽从胀套前端一直延伸到大部,形成能够由于拉入与锚杆整体成形的胀锥而扩张的胀片。在胀片上冲压出冲片加强了胀片,使胀锥不容易从变形的胀套中退出来,保证了与钻孔壁的紧固。扩张程度越大,其紧固力就越大。当钻孔因裂缝而扩张时,由于胀片刚度较大,减小了对胀锥的表面压力,胀锥可较好地滑动。同时,胀套继续扩张,补偿了孔径的扩大。
为拉入胀锥使胀套紧固在钻孔中,所有冲片同时充当锁紧元件。尖端朝向胀片前端的三角形冲片有若干边缘且连续排列并与扩张式壁锚退出方向成合适角度,有效地防止松脱。在扩张过程中,这些边缘会陷入钻孔壁。由于冲片的尖端朝向胀片前端,扩张式壁锚可以方便地插入预定钻孔中。
本发明有许多优点及较佳改进。每一胀片上的4个冲片,即保持胀片有足够的刚度,又保证扩张式壁锚拧紧力适中。冲片总长约为胀套长度的1/2,其最大宽度约为每个胀片宽度的1/3。另外,冲片高度约为胀套壁厚的1/3且每一冲片向其尖端倾斜。
在一种更有利的结构中,胀片纵向边缘可制成若干相对的凹部(indentations)。在凹部区域,胀片原先的壳体和宽度减小,韧性提高。胀片受冲片加固,至少在局部韧性提高。使胀套沿胀锥滑动时更加方便,而在扩张时所需外加力矩也减小。在孔因裂缝而扩张时,有助于胀套扩张。
为改善胀套与胀锥间的摩擦特性,胀套内部前端有斜面。同样的原因,胀套上每个胀片的前端转角边缘做成圆角。
本发明解决的另一个问题是生产扩张式壁锚及胀套的方法,基于该制造方法保证扩张式壁锚功能的改善。
为解决上述问题,本发明包括下列特点。胀套经压制后发生结构变化,提高了表面屈服点。胀套表面更硬,压制后表面变光滑,改善了胀套在胀锥上的滑动特性。这些对扩张和继续扩张都有利。表面屈服点提高,胀套就可以承受更大的弹性变形。当钻孔因诸如裂缝等原因扩大时,胀套象弹性元件一样扩张,胀锥则被允许在胀套上滑动。
压制操作带来的另一好处是压制钢板坯料的延伸。胀套纵向狭槽宽度减小而胀片的有效面积扩大,因此可以用相当粗而耐磨的冲具来冲出轴向狭槽。
为了便于装在扩张式壁锚的缩小部分上的胀套胀开,最好在压制操作后在冲出锁紧元件的同时,把胀套预弯成U型。

图1所示扩张式壁锚包括锚杆1,其后端有螺纹部2,用于可靠地紧固物体。锚杆1前端有阶梯部3,与其相邻朝向前端的是胀锥4,接近阶梯部3的是胀套5,其膨胀部分带有纵向狭槽6,起于胀套前端。胀套5上每个胀片形成沿纵向排列的4个互连的冲片(punchings)7作为锁紧元件把胀套紧固于钻孔中。冲片7为三角形状,且其突端8朝向胀片前端。同时,冲片7向着尖端8倾斜,使扩张式壁锚进入钻孔中很方便。冲片7的高度约为胀套5壁厚的1/3。这样在冲片7的前端就形成了倒刺,使胀套紧固在钻孔中。
图2为沿A-A剖面形成的剖视图。当胀锥4拉入胀套5时,由纵向狭槽6、6′分开的胀片9向外胀开,以固定扩张式壁锚,胀套5上有斜面10,便于胀套5在胀锥4上滑动。
图3表示固定在混凝土构件12上钻孔11中的扩张式壁锚。在扩张式壁锚的螺纹部2上拧紧螺母14,使壁锚固定的同时使物体13夹紧。通过扩张式壁锚的锚杆1的轴向位移,将胀锥4拉入钻孔中的胀套5,靠锁紧元件将胀套紧固。
图4是用金属板冲压的胀套5的展开图,包括3个胀片9。每个胀片上冲压出连续排列的4个冲片7。冲片为三角形状,尖端8朝向胀套前端。胀片9由纵向狭槽6及压制件的边界6′分开。胀片9的纵向边缘上相对的凹部15减小了胀片9的实际宽度。本发明的扩张式壁锚是将冲压过的部件弯曲,套在锚杆1的阶梯部3上而成的。胀片9转角边缘做成圆角16,以减小胀锥与胀套间的磨擦。
图5示出了经压制工序后胀套5的压制金属坯料。虚轮廓线17表示经压制后胀套轮廓线向外略有扩大。
经冲压,冲片7形成。随后胀套5预弯成U型,把它从侧面装在扩张式壁锚阶梯部3上。在另一工序中,胀套的纵向边缘弯绕在阶梯部3上。
如果胀套采用不锈钢材料,表面增加的涂层能进一步改善滑动特性。这种镍和聚四氟乙烯混合物表面涂层可由已证明非常有效的化学浸没工艺形成。
Claims (8)
1、一种用在混凝土构件上钻孔中的固定用扩张式壁锚,包括:一锚杆,其后端带有固定物体用的装置,而其前端有一横截面缩小部分,与一胀锥相连,在该部分上还有一胀套,其上有纵向狭槽分开的胀片(expansible segments),锁紧元件伸出胀套直径以外并位于胀片上,其特征是锁紧元件包括若干沿胀片(9)纵向连续排列的冲片(punchings)(7),每个冲片为三角形且尖端(8)朝向胀片前端。
2、根据权利要求1所述的扩张式壁锚,其特征是,每个胀片(9)上有4个冲片(7),总长度约为胀套长的1/2、最大宽度约为一个胀片(9)宽度的1/3。
3、根据权利要求1所述的扩张式壁锚,其特征是,冲片(7)的高度约为胀套(5)壁厚的1/3,且每一冲片向着其尖端(8)倾斜。
4、根据权利要求1所述的扩张式壁锚,其特征是,胀片(9)的纵向边缘有若干相对凹部(15)。
5、根据权利要求1所述的扩张式壁锚,其特征是,胀套(5)内边前端有斜面(10)。
6、根据权利要求1所述的扩张式壁锚,其特征是,胀片(9)前端转角边缘为圆角(16)。
7、根据上述权利要求之一的扩张式金属壁锚的制造方法,其特征是,胀套(5)坯料的外形被预冲压成尺寸略小,在随后的冲压中将金属板材压薄,在板材压制后冲出锁紧元件(7)。
8、根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征是,锁紧元件(7)被冲出,胀套(5)预弯成U型。
