本发明公开了一种硫化鞋围条,包括围条和共挤胶两层结构,所述共挤胶层设于所述围条的贴合面。本发明所述硫化鞋围条,所述共挤胶使用天然橡胶为主要基体树脂材料,以满足粘接性能的要求,在硫化过程中,既可以同围条交联,也可以同处理好的鞋面和鞋底实现交联,从而通过围条将鞋面和鞋底有效连接起来;所述围条共挤胶可以简化后期硫化鞋制造工艺,共挤胶常温下有弱粘性,通过简短的加热活化后,共挤胶层将产生粘性,直接同处理好的鞋面和鞋底进行贴合使用,贴到处理好的、带胶鞋面和鞋底上,完成贴合过程,工序简化,可以省略传统工艺流程中的围条刷处理剂、烘干、刷胶、再烘干等工序。同时,本发明还公开了所述硫化鞋围条的制备方法及其应用。

一种硫化鞋围条、其制备方法及应用
技术领域
本发明涉及一种硫化鞋用围条的制备方法及应用。
背景技术
传统的硫化鞋制造工艺中,围条需要先用处理剂处理,烘干后,再涂胶水,胶水再烘干后,才可以同鞋面和鞋底进行贴合;一条流水线需要2名工人完成以上操作;再加上围条处理剂和胶水通常是溶剂型化学品,烘干过程中会产生VOC排放,影响环境;排放的VOC,也会导致车间工作环境中,有大量VOC,从而对工人健康不利,减少VOC排放和减少人工一直是鞋业制造领域追求的目标。
发明内容
基于此,本发明的目的在于克服上述传统硫化鞋制造技术的不足之处而提供一种硫化鞋围条。所述硫化鞋围条是在围条生产过程中,把胶黏剂与围条做成一体、共同挤出的带共挤胶层的围条。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案为:一种硫化鞋围条,包括围条和共挤胶两层结构,所述共挤胶层设于所述围条的贴合面。
本发明所述硫化鞋围条,也可以称为带共挤胶围条、带胶围条等;所述围条共挤胶可以简化后期硫化鞋制造工艺,共挤胶常温下有弱粘性,通过简短的加热活化后,共挤胶层将产生粘性,可以直接同处理好、带胶的鞋面和鞋底贴合,工序简化,不需要传统的刷处理剂、烘干、刷胶、再烘干等工序;更加环保,零VOC排放,保护工人健康;后续可以根据需求扩展功能,如在共挤胶层增加防溢色层等。
带胶的围条,可以节省围条上涂刷处理剂和胶水的工序,节省了人工;带胶的围条不含VOC,可以实现生产过程的零VOC排放,实现了环保,也消除了VOC给工人健康带来的不利影响。
带胶的围条也有利于硫化鞋生产过程中的标准化,通过机器挤出的胶层,可以准确控制胶膜的厚度,相对于手工涂刷胶水,胶膜厚度波动小,有利于控制硫化鞋的接着品质。
优选地,所述硫化鞋围条与硫化鞋围条之间用离型纸或离型布进行隔离。这样堆叠存放带共挤胶层的围条时,可以有效防止层与层之间的互粘。
优选地,所述共挤胶层的厚度为0.1~1.2mm。
共挤胶层的厚度可以根据具体的鞋面材料,调整胶层厚度;对于常见的帆布款硫化鞋,胶层厚度在0.5mm左右时,可以获得较好的性能与效益的平衡。
优选地,所述共挤胶包含以下重量份的成分:天然橡胶或/和合成橡胶30~60份、白烟5~30份、纳米钙或/和活性碳酸钙5~35份、聚乙二醇0.5~2份、碳酸锌或氧化锌1~4份、防老剂SP 0.1~1.5份、增粘树脂5~15份、活性剂RX-87 0.1~1份、硬脂酸0.1~1份、硫磺0.5~2份、促进剂0.5~2份。本发明所述共挤胶能同围条和鞋面及鞋底上的胶水形成化学交联,从而实现有效接着。
更优选地,所述共挤胶包含以下重量份的成分:天然橡胶30~50份、白烟10~20份、纳米钙和活性碳酸钙20~35份、聚乙二醇1~2份、碳酸锌或氧化锌1~3份、防老剂SP0.5~1份、增粘树脂5~10份、活性剂RX-87 0.1~1份、硬脂酸0.1~1份、硫磺0.5~2份、促进剂0.5~2份。所述共挤胶能同围条和鞋面及鞋底上的胶水形成化学交联,使接着性能更好。
优选地,所述增粘树脂为C5石油树脂、C9石油树脂、萜烯酚醛树脂中的至少一种;所述促进剂为促进剂PX,或者所述促进剂为促进剂M、促进剂DM、促进剂TMTM、促进剂TBZTD中的至少一种。
同时,本发明还提供一种所述硫化鞋围条的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按照上述共挤胶的配比,将各成分进行密炼和开炼,混合均匀后得到共挤胶;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的共挤胶和围条胶在挤出机上同时挤出,经过复合、水冷、分切,得到所述设有共挤胶层的硫化鞋围条。
此外,在包装步骤(2)设有共挤胶层的硫化鞋围条时,可以在围条的层与层之间用离型纸或布分隔,堆叠存放带共挤胶层的围条。
再次,本发明还提供一种所述硫化鞋围条在制备硫化鞋中的应用。本发明所述围条共挤胶在应用时,先用60-70℃的温度活化共挤胶层,使共挤胶层产生初粘性;把带胶围条同处理好的、带胶鞋面和橡胶鞋底进行贴合、压合、硫化等工艺,硫化后,共挤胶与鞋面、鞋底上的胶粘剂实现交联,形成互穿交联网络的高分子结构。
相对于现有技术,本发明的有益效果为:
本发明所述硫化鞋围条,也称为带共挤胶围条或者带胶围条;所述共挤胶使用天然橡胶为主要基体树脂材料,以满足粘接性能的要求,在硫化过程中,可与围条材料进行交联,也可以同鞋面和鞋底上的胶粘剂进行交联,从而通过围条将鞋面和鞋底有效连接起来;所述带共挤胶围条可以简化后期硫化鞋制造工艺,共挤胶常温下有弱粘性,通过简短的加热活化后,共挤胶层将产生粘性,可以直接使用,贴到带胶的鞋面和橡胶鞋底上,工序简化,不需要传统的刷处理剂、烘干、刷胶、再烘干等工序;更加环保,零VOC排放,保护工人健康;后续可以根据需求扩展功能,如在共挤胶层增加防溢色层等。

实施例1
本发明所述硫化鞋围条的一种实施例,本实施例所述硫化鞋围条的结构示意图如附图1所示,包括围条1和共挤胶层2,共挤胶层2设于围条1的贴合面,共挤胶层2的厚度为0.1~1.2mm,共挤胶层2包含以下重量份的成分:天然橡胶42份、白烟16份、纳米钙和活性碳酸钙30份、聚乙二醇1.2份、碳酸锌2份、防老剂SP 0.9份、增粘树脂(C5石油树脂)8.4份、活性剂RX-87 0.5份、硬脂酸0.45份、硫磺1.05份、促进剂(PX粉)1.05份。
本实施例所述硫化鞋围条通过以下方法制备所得:
(1)按照上述共挤胶的配比,将各成分进行密炼和开炼,混合均匀后得到共挤胶;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的共挤胶和围条胶在挤出机上同时挤出,经过复合、水冷、分切等工序,得到所述硫化鞋围条;
(3)包装步骤(2)之有共挤胶层的硫化鞋围条时,可以在围条的层与层之间用离型纸和布分隔,堆叠存放带共挤胶层的围条。
实施例2
本发明所述硫化鞋围条的一种实施例,本实施例所述硫化鞋围条的结构示意图如附图1所示,包括围条1和共挤胶层2,共挤胶层2设于围条1的贴合面,共挤胶层2的厚度为0.1~1.2mm,共挤胶层2包含以下重量份的成分:天然橡胶和合成橡胶的混合物50份、白烟30份、纳米钙35份、聚乙二醇2份、氧化锌4份、防老剂SP 1.5份、增粘树脂(C9石油树脂)15份、活性剂RX-87 1份、硬脂酸1份、硫磺2份、促进剂(促进剂M)2份。
本实施例所述硫化鞋围条通过以下方法制备所得:
(1)按照上述共挤胶的配比,将各成分进行密炼和开炼,混合均匀后得到共挤胶;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的共挤胶和围条胶在挤出机上同时挤出,经过复合、水冷、分切等工序,得到所述硫化鞋围条;
(3)包装步骤(2)之有共挤胶层的硫化鞋围条时,可以在围条的层与层之间用离型纸和布分隔,堆叠存放带共挤胶层的围条。
实施例3
本发明所述硫化鞋围条的一种实施例,本实施例所述硫化鞋围条的结构示意图如附图1所示,包括围条1、共挤胶层2,共挤胶层2设于围条1的贴合面,共挤胶层2的厚度为0.1~1.2mm,共挤胶层2包含以下重量份的成分:天然橡胶30份、白烟5份、活性碳酸钙5份、聚乙二醇0.5份、碳酸锌1份、防老剂SP 0.1份、增粘树脂(萜烯酚醛树脂)5份、活性剂RX-87 0.1份、硬脂酸0.1份、硫磺0.5份、促进剂(促进剂TBZTD)0.5份。
本实施例所述硫化鞋围条通过以下方法制备所得:
(1)按照上述共挤胶的配比,将各成分进行密炼和开炼,混合均匀后得到共挤胶;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的共挤胶和围条胶在挤出机上同时挤出,经过复合、水冷、分切等工序,得到所述硫化鞋围条;
(3)包装步骤(2)之有共挤胶层的硫化鞋围条时,可以在围条的层与层之间用离型纸和布分隔,堆叠存放带共挤胶层的围条。
本发明所述围条共挤胶在应用时,具体应用方法如附图3所示:先用60-70℃的温度活化共挤胶层,使共挤胶层产生初粘性;把带胶围条和处理好的带胶鞋面和橡胶鞋底进行贴合、压合、硫化等工艺,硫化后,共挤胶与鞋面、鞋底上的胶粘剂实现交联,形成互穿交联网络的高分子结构。
采用本发明实施例1~3所述硫化鞋围条制造的硫化鞋的接着性能测试方法为:硫化后24小时,测试拉力,标准为3.0kg/cm;硫化后,24小时测试60°弯曲,标准为70000次以上。并设置传统硫化鞋制造工艺中,围条先用处理剂处理,烘干后再涂胶水,胶水再烘干后,再将鞋面与鞋底进行贴合制备得到的硫化鞋作为对照组,具体测试结果如表1所示:

从表1中可以很明显的看出,采用本发明带共挤胶围条制造的硫化鞋优于传统方法硫化鞋的接着性能。

3.如权利要求1所述的硫化鞋围条,其特征在于,所述共挤胶层的厚度为0.1~1.2mm。
4.如权利要求1~3任一项所述的硫化鞋围条,其特征在于,所述共挤胶包含以下重量份的成分:天然橡胶或/和合成橡胶30~60份、白烟5~30份、纳米钙或/和活性碳酸钙5~35份、聚乙二醇0.5~2份、碳酸锌或氧化锌1~4份、防老剂SP 0.1~1.5份、增粘树脂5~15份、活性剂RX-87 0.1~1份、硬脂酸0.1~1份、硫磺0.5~2份、促进剂0.5~2份。
5.如权利要求4所述的硫化鞋围条,其特征在于,所述共挤胶包含以下重量份的成分:天然橡胶30~50份、白烟10~20份、纳米钙和活性碳酸钙20~35份、聚乙二醇1~2份、碳酸锌或氧化锌1~3份、防老剂SP 0.5~1份、增粘树脂5~10份、活性剂RX-87 0.1~1份、硬脂酸0.1~1份、硫磺0.5~2份、促进剂0.5~2份。
6.如权利要求4所述的硫化鞋围条,其特征在于,所述增粘树脂为C5石油树脂、C9石油树脂、萜烯酚醛树脂中的至少一种;所述促进剂为促进剂PX,或者所述促进剂为促进剂M、促进剂DM、促进剂TMTM、促进剂TBZTD中的至少一种。
7.一种如权利要求1~6任一项所述的硫化鞋围条的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)按照共挤胶的配比,将各成分进行密炼和开炼,混合均匀后得到共挤胶;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的共挤胶和围条胶在挤出机上同时挤出,经过复合、水冷、分切,得到所述设有共挤胶层的硫化鞋围条。
8.一种如权利要求1~6任一项所述的硫化鞋围条在制备硫化鞋中的应用。
