Abstract

本发明公开了一种具有除湿干燥性能的烟用铝箔纸,包括原纸层、干燥层和铝箔层,所述的干燥层的两面分别与原纸层和铝箔层粘合,所述的铝箔层的表面淋覆一层防水层;通过在原纸层和铝箔层中加入含高活性吸附硅胶干燥剂的干燥胶,用于烟盒内部及卷烟的干燥,并在铝箔层的表面覆上一层防水层,用于防止从铝箔外侧渗入水分,从而使得制备的烟用铝箔纸自身具有良好的除湿干燥的性能,无需额外的加入干燥剂。

技术领域
本发明属于铝箔纸技术领域,具体涉及一种具有除湿干燥性能的烟用铝箔纸。
背景技术
随着社会和经济的发展,商品的包装也不断更新换代,以纸和塑料薄膜为基础的包装材料已逐渐被精致美观的铝箔纸所代替,铝箔纸的使用量日益递增,这给铝箔纸的生产带来了新的商业契机。
烟用铝箔纸是卷烟重要的包装材料之一,现有的烟用铝箔纸自身没有干燥除湿性能,需要额外的加入干燥剂,或者存放在适宜的干燥环境中进行存放,烟用铝箔纸在投入卷烟盒的包装使用后,若保存不当,或者遇到阴雨连绵的潮湿天气,铝箔纸易吸潮,从而卷烟易霉变,造成一定的损失。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有除湿干燥性能的烟用铝箔纸,解决了现有烟用铝箔纸易潮解,卷烟吸湿易霉变的问题。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种具有除湿干燥性能的烟用铝箔纸,包括原纸层、干燥层和铝箔层,所述的干燥层的两面分别与原纸层和铝箔层粘合,所述的铝箔层的表面淋覆一层防水层。
进一步,该烟用铝箔纸的制备工艺包括以下步骤:
S1、将原纸层和铝箔层分别同时通入贴合辊轮组,干燥胶通过贴合辊轮组的正上方流入原纸层和铝箔层之间进行贴合得到贴合铝箔纸,中间层即为干燥层;所述的贴合辊轮组的辊轮温度为65-70℃;
S2、贴合铝箔纸通入延压辊轮组,防水涂料通过延压辊轮组的正上方流入延压辊轮组之间,在铝箔层的表面覆上一层防水层,用于防止从铝箔外侧渗入水分;
S3、将覆有防水层的铝箔纸通入压制机中,进行压光或者压花,剪边收卷即得烟用铝箔纸;所述的压制机的温度为85-95℃。
进一步,步骤S1所述的干燥胶包括干燥剂和胶黏剂,干燥剂和胶黏剂的质量比为5.5-7:4-6。
进一步,所述的干燥剂为粒径100-300nm的高活性吸附硅胶干燥剂,所述的胶黏剂为聚氨酯胶黏剂。
进一步,步骤S2所述的防水涂料包括以下重量组分原料:水性有机硅树脂30-40%、硅橡胶10-25%、聚氨酯橡胶10-25%、交联剂1-4.5%、固化剂0.6-2.2%、颜料0.3-0.6%、丙三醇5-15%和水3-10%,经熔融挤出、搅拌乳化得到。
进一步,所述的交联剂为甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯,所述的的固化剂为间氨基甲胺,所述的颜料为天然矿物颜料。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)本发明提供的一种具有除湿干燥性能的烟用铝箔纸,通过在原纸层和铝箔层中加入含高活性吸附硅胶干燥剂的干燥胶,用于烟盒内部及卷烟的干燥,并在铝箔层的表面覆上一层防水层,用于防止从铝箔外侧渗入水分,从而使得制备的烟用铝箔纸自身具有良好的除湿干燥的性能,无需额外的加入干燥剂;
(2)制备防水层的防水涂料采用良好防水性能的水性有机硅树脂、硅橡胶和聚氨酯橡胶,经熔融挤出得到的防水层防水效果良好,同时具有高强度的粘黏性能,与铝箔层的粘接牢固,不会出现潮湿起皮现象,耐候性良好,延长了铝箔纸的使用寿命。
当然,实施本发明的任一产品并不一定需要同时达到以上所述的所有优点。

所述的干燥层2为干燥胶,该干燥胶包括干燥剂和胶黏剂,所述的干燥剂为粒径100-300nm的高活性吸附硅胶干燥剂,重量为5.5kg;所述的胶黏剂为聚氨酯胶黏剂,重量为4.2kg;
所述的防水层4为防水涂料,该防水涂料各组分原料重量为:水性有机硅树脂30kg、硅橡胶25kg、聚氨酯橡胶25kg、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯3kg、间氨基甲胺1kg、天然矿物颜料0.3kg、丙三醇8kg和水7.7kg,经熔融挤出、搅拌乳化得到;
该烟用铝箔纸的制备工艺包括以下步骤:
S1、将原纸层1和铝箔层3分别同时通入贴合辊轮组,干燥胶通过贴合辊轮组的正上方流入原纸层1和铝箔层3之间进行贴合得到贴合铝箔纸,中间层即为干燥层2,用于烟盒内部及卷烟的干燥;所述的贴合辊轮组的辊轮温度为65℃;

S3、将覆有防水层的铝箔纸通入压制机中,进行压光或者压花,剪边收卷即得烟用铝箔纸;所述的压制机的温度为90℃。

S1、将原纸层(1)和铝箔层(3)分别同时通入贴合辊轮组,干燥胶通过贴合辊轮组的正上方流入原纸层(1)和铝箔层(3)之间进行贴合得到贴合铝箔纸,中间层即为干燥层(2);所述的贴合辊轮组的辊轮温度为65-70℃;
S2、贴合铝箔纸通入延压辊轮组,防水涂料通过延压辊轮组的正上方流入延压辊轮组之间,在铝箔层(3)的表面覆上一层防水层(4),用于防止从铝箔外侧渗入水分;
S3、将覆有防水层的铝箔纸通入压制机中,进行压光或者压花,剪边收卷即得烟用铝箔纸;所述的压制机的温度为85-95℃。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种具有除湿干燥性能的烟用铝箔纸,其特征在于:步骤S1所述的干燥胶包括干燥剂和胶黏剂,干燥剂和胶黏剂的质量比为5.5-7:4-6。
