背景技术
目前,稻谷属于禾本科稻属,是我国主要粮食品种,目前年产约2亿吨,90%以上过度加工成精制大米,去掉富含蛋白质、脂肪、维生素和矿物质的米胚和皮层。糙米是稻谷脱去外保护皮层稻壳后的颖果,口感较粗,质地紧密,煮起来也比较费时,但其瘦身效果显著。与普通精致大米相比,糙米维他命、矿物质与膳食纤维的含量更丰富,被视为是一种绿色的健康食品,尤适于肥胖、胃肠功能障碍、贫血、便秘等人食用。燕麦是一种低糖、高营养、富含膳食纤维的高能食品。燕麦性味甘平,能益脾养心、敛汗。薏仁是常用的中药,性味甘淡微寒,有利水消肿、健脾去湿、舒筋除痹、清热排脓等功效。山药,是《中华本草》收载的草药,具有滋养强壮,助消化,敛虚汗,止泻之功效,主治脾虚腹泻、肺虚咳嗽、糖尿病消渴。莲子,具有补脾止泻,止带,益肾涩精,养心安神之功效。常用于脾虚泄泻,带下,遗精,心悸失眠。茯苓,用于水肿尿少,痰饮眩悸,脾虚食少,便溏泄泻,心神不安,惊悸失眠。蛹虫草既能补肺阴,又能补肾阳,主治肾虚,阳痿遗精,腰膝酸痛,病后虚弱,久咳虚弱,劳咳痰血,自汗盗汗等,是一种能同时平衡、调节阴阳的中药。蛹虫草 中含有大量的虫草素,中医认为其起扶正固本作用,对老年性慢性支气管炎、肺原性心脏病有显著疗效,能提高肝脏解毒能力,起护肝作用,提高身体抗病毒和抗辐射能力。米稀,主要为片状,经冲调后成具有一定粘度和稠度的半固态物质。是由大米、燕麦等谷物经粉碎、水解、干燥成型、粉碎后得到。米稀可迅速为人体所消化吸收,谷物香气释放充分,增进感官享受,可促进食欲,同时可迅速为身体提供能量。米稀较早用于婴幼儿辅食的食品,近年来逐步应用于即食营养代餐方向,以大米、燕麦等谷物为主,适当添加薏仁、山药、莲子、茯苓、蛹虫草等药食同源的原料制成的米稀类产品,不仅解决原料的粗糙、苦涩感,还增强营养物质利用,是当下市场发展方向。随着生活水平的提高,即食营养代餐快速发展,功能性米稀产品是一个值得研究的课题。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对目前上述之不足,而提供一种美容养颜的燕窝米羹。
本发明具体包括以下重量份的原料:糯米600-800份、银耳100-160份、冰糖60-150份、莲子20-100份和燕窝1-10份。
由以下重量份的原料组成:
糯米700份、银耳130份、冰糖100份、莲子60份和燕窝5.5份。
制备方法如下:
A、将糯米蒸熟后阴干,阴干过程中把黏在一起的熟糯米团掰散,形成颗颗分离的米粒,得到阴干熟糯米。
B、将阴干熟糯米、银耳、冰糖、莲子、燕窝分别加入到粉碎机中粉碎,粒度为80-100目。
C、取银耳、冰糖、莲子、燕窝加入到混合机中进行预混合,预混后加入所述重量份额糯米进行再次混合,得到均匀物料。
D、取混合后的均匀物料,采用天然有机酶进行可控适度水解,得到均匀的浆液。
E、将水解均匀的浆液通过管道输送到滚筒刮板干燥机上,进行干燥、成型、灭菌,得到成型的物料。
F、取成型的物料,加入到粉碎机中粉碎,制成3-5mm的薄片。
