本发明涉及一种将附件连接到纸盒上新的改进的方法及设备。更具体地说,本发明涉及一种设备和方法,它可以将一塑料附件(包括一倒出口和位于其一端的翻边,以及位于其对置端的封口)通过超声波焊接到一个通常用来灌装牛奶及其它制品的纸板盒上。根据本发明,附件被放入纸盒的一个开口端,并与该纸盒壁板上的一个孔眼对齐,使该附件横向移动,直到该出口的封闭端穿过纸盒壁的孔眼,而且其翻边与盒壁的内侧相贴,然后将其焊接到纸盒壁的内侧。
                         背景技术
本发明所采用的通用型附件是现有技术公知的。这种类型附件改进的实例在US,5,174,465以及US,5,249,695中有所公开,它们归其申请的受让人所有,当然在其他文件中也有所公开。用于组装纸包装的方法和连续并逐片地将翻边的出口连接到大量纸制半包装上的设备公开于US4788811中。在该文件中,包装具有空心的矩形筒体,具有封闭的顶端部和底端部。其中方法包括步骤:将出口连续连接在每个包装的封闭的顶端部上;将翻边的出口通过一个壁或翼部送入形成在每个包装特别选定位置处的接收口中;密封地将翻边的出口连接到每个包装的壁或翼部上;每个包装被覆盖于芯轴单元的芯轴臂其中之一的尖端上,使得将要与出口熔接在一起的包装顶端部表面保持与芯轴单元的转动平面平行。其中,装置包括:具有多个半包装支架的转动架;用于间歇性转动所述转动架的驱动装置;包装送入及排出装置;出口送入及密封装置;半包装前进及后退装置。
                    发明内容
本发明所应用的通用型纸板盒一般用来灌装牛奶、果汁以及其他产品。迄今为止,用于这种纸盒的附件的翻边一般采用超声波焊接在纸盒壁的内侧或外侧。
将附件用于这种纸盒的一个重要优点在于它们有利于对盒内的包装物进行分配。不采用这种附件的纸盒需要将帐篷形封口的上端打开,这是一项比较困难的事情。
本发明设备的优选实施例可以用于纸板盒的连接,该纸板盒的结构为:其上端是开口状,其侧面直立成矩形的纸筒,其中的一个壁面带有予先冲制的孔眼,所连接的热塑性附件具有一出口,其一端带有一个周向的翻边,另一端为一封口。
本发明的设备被安装在纸板盒灌装线的一个工位上,例如Tetrapak*TR6,该设备安装在一个机架上,而机架又安装在一个沿纵向间歇运动的纸盒传送器的上方,该传送器放置在机器的一个水平横向支架元件上。
将附件运至一个装载工位,其中具有一个气动的气缸,该气缸每隔一段时间便把一个附件送往传送器的终端。
二个横向水平间隔开的棒被安装在该设备的机架上,它们构成该设备其他移动元件的运动轨道。第一托架在该棒上沿横向作水平方向的往复运动,在该托架上枢轴式安装着一个L形的臂。一个砧板或夹板被安装在臂的一端,它位于枢轴式L形臂的上部(例如,水平线上35°),以便在它被推出附件终端时,可以接纳该附件。随后,臂向下作枢轴运动而抵达其垂直位置,并进入纸盒的开口端,纸盒沿着灌装机的传送器作间歇运动。该附件与纸盒壁上的一个孔眼沿水平和垂直方向对齐。当纸盒保持静止时,第一支架或滑动装置进行运动,将附件的封闭端推出纸盒壁上的孔眼,直到该附件上的翻边与平板的内侧面相贴合。同时,安装在第二支架上的超声波焊接口沿着与第一支架运动方向相反的方向运动,使焊接口与附件翻边相对的纸盒板相接触,并将附件通过超声波焊接到纸盒上去。
本发明的方法包括如下步骤:平行于一第二垂直面水平移动一第一托架到一第一托架回缩位置,所述第二垂直面与所述第一垂直面垂直;将所述的纸盒静止定位在一个附件供应工位上,使其开口端暴露出来;将一枢转安装在所述第一托架上的摆臂平行于所述第二垂直面移至第一臂位,所述臂具有一个夹板可拆卸地安装附件于所述臂上的部件;当所述的臂位于其第一臂位时,将附件安装到送至所述部件处的夹板处;平行于所述第一垂直面水平移动所述纸盒到一附件安装位置,此时所述开口端暴露,然后使得所述纸盒静止;将所述臂再平行于所述第二垂直面移至其第二臂位,使所述夹板部件与所述附件位于纸盒内部,并使附件与所述的孔眼对正;将所述装有上述臂的第一托架平行于所述第二垂直面水平地从第一托架回缩位置移至第一托架前移位置,从而横向移动所述附件,使所述出口其封闭端从所述孔眼中穿过,并使翻边与所述纸板的内一个壁的内侧相接;将装有一个环形焊接头的第二托架平行于第二垂直面水平地从第二托架回缩位置移至第二托架伸出位置,使所述焊头与所述的一个侧壁相结合,并环绕着所述的孔眼,所述的封出口放置在与焊头的内侧配合;将所述的一个壁板与所述的翻边夹在焊头与所述臂夹板之间;并以液体密封焊接的方式将所述的翻边焊在所述的壁板上。
本发明的设备包括:一个安装该设备的支架,在所述支架上有一个传送装置,所述传送装置间歇地平行于一第一垂直面水平地移动,以便将纸盒移至所述的设备处,而且使纸盒的上端暴露;一个第一托架,可往复运动地安装在所述支架上,以平行于一第二垂直面水平地往复运动于一伸出位置和一回缩位置,该第二垂直面垂直于第一垂直面;一个臂,安装在所述第一托架上,具有可拆卸地安装一附件于所述臂上的部件,以及所述臂具有一个插入所述出口内部的夹板,所述臂一焊接区域,的其形状与所述的附件翻边相接触配合;臂安装致动装置,可枢转地安装所述臂,用于将臂平行于所述第二垂直面在从第一臂位送至和第二臂位之间摆动,所述臂安装致动装置又被安装在作摆动运动的第一托架上,以及平行于所述第二垂直面水平地往复移动所述第一托架于所述回缩位置和所述伸出位置之间;摆动所述臂到所述第一臂位以将附件安装到所述部件上,然后摆动所述臂到所述第二臂位以将所述部件和其上的附件插入所述纸盒的上端并与所述孔眼对齐、然后水平往复移动所述所述第一托架到所述伸出位置以移动所述出口伸出通过所述孔眼、而所述附件的翻边与所述纸盒的内壁配合的装置将所述的第一托架从一回缩位置送至伸出位置的装置,以便将所述夹板和其上的附件送入所述纸盒的上端,使之与所述的孔眼对齐,然后再将所述第一托架移至所述伸出位置,使所述的封口从所述孔眼中伸出,并使所述附件的翻边与所述纸盒的一个内壁面相接触。
通常,纸盒灌装机与一条或二条灌装线相配合,也就是说,有二条纸盒线沿相互平行的二条独立传送器纵向运动。本发明的一个特点是所需的空间很小,所以后面将要谈到的二台设备可以端部相对地安装,以便与二条灌装线相配合。
所以,根据本发明,将至少具有一个开口端而且在该开口端附近的侧壁上开有一个孔眼的矩形纸筒放置到一条灌装线的传送器上,传送器将该纸盒送往一个附件装配位,在此处将附件放置到纸盒内,并与其孔眼对正,使附件的封闭端从孔眼中穿过,并将其翻边焊接到纸盒的内侧。
本发明的一个主要优点是它可以很方便地将附件插入纸盒的开口端,并使附件的封闭端从纸盒的孔眼中穿出,再将其翻边焊接到纸盒的内侧壁上。
本发明的另一个优点是可以将机器安装在一条纸盒灌装机上,在对纸盒进行灌装时,在其停顿的时间即可将附件连接上去。根据本发明,对于普通使用的灌装机械来说,仅需要作很小的、甚至不需要作任何变换或时间调整即可,甚至当灌装机的速度被操作者改变时也可使用。
本发明还有一个重要的优点是该纸盒可以是立起的,对标准灌装机只需作很小的变动即可将附件焊接上去。
本发明可以更迅速地将附件连接到纸盒上,从而使附件与纸盒连接的过程更为经济,更可为公众所接受。该设备被安装在灌装线的一个工位上,它仅需要有限的空间,因此不需对灌装线作大的变动,也不会影响该灌装线的操作速度。
现代化的灌装线采用已过滤的空气,以减少对纸盒的污染。本发明的另一个优点是该设备不会污染灌装机过滤后的空间,可以将之安装在该灌装机的封闭体之内。
本发明还有一个优点是在二条平行灌装线中的每一条线上,都可以以每小时2500个的速度进行插接和焊接。

                        具体实施方式
以下将参照附图中所描述的本发明的优选实施例对本发明作详细说明。尽管本发明是参照这些优选实施例进行说明的,但是应当理解,这些实施例并不对本发明构成限制。恰恰相反,可以包含在权利要求书所限定的本发明的原理及范围内的所有的替代物、改型以及同等物,都属于本发明的内容。
在用本发明的设备进行处置之前,纸盒21已经由一种带有涂层的平纸板坯料装配成一个矩形的筒管,其底部可以是封闭的,但顶部23为开口。孔22位于带孔侧板24上端部23的下方,与之有一定间距。应当理解,在附件31被装接上之后,纸盒21便被送到一个灌装位,在那里对该纸盒进行灌装,并且其上端都被制成传统帐篷状的封口,关于这一点,现有技术已是公知的了。孔22(以及采用本发明的设备上装的附件31)位于整个纸盒的一个倾斜的部位上。
附件31是用热塑材料制成的,它包括一个出口32,出口的一端设有一个周向的翻边33,其另一端为封口34。附件31要经受相当大的变化,可以带有配合使用的填充表示装置(tamper evidencing means)。适合的附件在受让人的美国专利5,174,465以及5,249,695中有所解释和说明。其他一些附件也可以使用。
如前所述,本发明被装在一条纸板盒灌装线上,例如TETRAPAK*TR6,其中,一条具有公知结构的水平传送带36沿着与图2所在的平面相垂直的纵向将纸盒21间断地向前输送。一个水平横向横梁37构成该灌装机的一个整体部件,本发明的设备通过一个角状装置38连接到梁37上,在角状装置上还连有一块垂直横向板39。该设备纵向延伸的距离要小于纵向传送器的进程,而其横向则在该灌装器的底部之内(未示出)。托架41从平板39上向前伸出,该托架支承着二根水平横向杆42,该杆的作用是为该设备的其他部件提供一种作往复运动的路径,这一点后面将会解释。
如图4和5所具体描述的那样,一种用来传送附件的钢丝斜道传送器44将附件31从一个叠置在上方的供料斗(未示出)送至一个传送器卸料箱或终端46。卸料箱46具有一个开口的顶部53,附件可以从中穿过。侧部47从顶部53悬垂下来。在侧部47的前部边缘上设有沟槽48,它可接纳卸料箱46内的附件31的周向翻边33。如图5所具体描述的那样,侧部47的下端部向下变窄,从而使翻边33可以从沟槽48中脱出,但是出口32被放置在一个具有特殊形状的接收装置54中,该装置与一个方形的导引棒56相连,而导引棒则在卸料箱46内的一支架57中作往复运动。气缸51安装在卸料箱46上,与棒56对正,气缸的活塞52可将棒56推向左方,如图4所示,以便将附件31送出卸料箱,其作用将在后面解释。当一个附件被送出卸料箱时,另一个则借助重力而落下,与接收器54相接触。当接收器54回缩时,另一个附件就处在该设备的下一个循环操作时将之前送的位置上。
如图2所示,第一支架或滑架61安装在该设备的左侧。一对带有轴承63的套管62在杆42上往复运动。从滑架61向上伸出一个吊耳64,该吊耳连接在双作用式水平气缸66的杆67上。这样,当气缸66获得能量时,滑架61便在杆42上往复运动。
如图9所示,气缸66与吊耳64相连接,并且通过叉杆销72与L形支臂73的第一端77相连。支臂73的第二端78,其外端部带有夹板或砧板74,当支臂73位于其上部位置时(图2中虚线所示的位置),附件31从接收器54转入砧板74。在夹板74的内端周围有一个焊接的辅助支承76,该支承与附件31的翻边33的外侧相连接。
如图2所示,臂73可以进行振动,臂叉81与臂73相连,臂叉81的相对端通过销82而与气缸83的杆84相连。气缸83的上端通过枢轴销87而与固定在平板39上的支架86相连。
气缸83的驱动力迫使臂73在第一托架61上绕枢轴72运动,它从图2中实线所示的竖直位置转至上方35°的倾斜位置,以便将一个附件31从下倾35°的接收器54中取出,然后返回图2中实线所示的竖直位置。当纸盒沿着传送器36移至附件连接工位来接收附件31时,附件31便可位于纸盒的开口端内,并与孔22相互对齐。位于夹板81上的吸振元件111与托架61相接,以便限制和缓冲臂73向下方的运动,维持其垂直位置。当气缸66被致动时,第一托架61将从图2中实线所示的位置移至其右方,以便将附件31右移,使其中的封底34从壁板24的孔22中伸出,并使其翻边33与臂板24的内侧相接。
如图2所示,第二托架91安装在该设备的右手侧,托架91具有一对套筒92,其内带有沿杆42滑动的套筒轴承95。托架91具有一个向上突起的耳部93,它连接在气动气缸96的杆97的外端,而气缸96则固定在与底板39相连的平板94上。托架61连带着向上延伸的支脚,以便限制托架的相互运动,所述的支脚是通过固定在支架94上的第二托架91上的可调止动器实现连接的。一个超声波焊接口98及其致动器97从托架91上悬垂下来,并被固定住。在托架91上还固定着一个纸盒定位器101,它由水平延伸的臂杆组成。如图2所示,当第二托架92移至其左方时,纸盒定位器101便与纸盒21的外侧相接触,并将之保持在垂直向上的位置。
现在再来看图10和11,附件31穿过纸盒24的顶部开口而定位,从而使之与平板24的壁孔22水平对齐。第一托架61的前移将推动附件31从图10所示的位置移至图11所示的位置,使翻边33与平板24的内侧相接触,并且使封底34穿过孔22而突出。焊接口98具有一个管腔103,其形状适合接收出口32,如图11所示。焊接口98的环形焊接区域104与翻边33对面的平板24的外侧相连接。这样,纸盒便被夹在焊接挡块76与焊接区104之间。随着焊接口98的动作,附件便被焊到纸盒上。
参照图12,上述的设备可以在一分钟内将附件装接到大约42个纸盒上,按照这种速度,纸盒的转位或向前移动为595毫秒,而停顿为833毫秒。即,每分钟42个纸盒(最高速度)=1428毫秒/周期,纸盒周期=转位(=595毫秒)+停顿(=833毫秒)。应当提出,自然也可采用其他的速度和比例来进行移动停顿。
在该循环作业开始时,传送器36向前移动约5英寸,在这一过程中,已装上附件的纸盒朝着灌装工位方向向前移动,同时,一个新的纸盒被移至其位。在该运动过程中,臂73位于其向上的位置,其端部73向上倾斜,与水平方向成35°角,夹板74接近附件排放箱46。第一托架61回缩(朝向图2的左侧),第二托架91也回缩(朝向图2的右侧)。随着纸盒的移动,气缸51也被启动,以便使接收器54将附件31从箱46中推至夹板74上。就在纸盒抵达其停止位置时,气缸83被启动,使臂73从其初始位置下降至端部77向下垂直延伸的位置。在这一运动过程中,附件31及夹板74进入纸盒21的上部开口,而且附件31与纸盒21的开口22水平对齐。在气缸96和66的分别影响下,第二托架91及第一托架61先后前移,托架61的运动使封底34从孔22中突出,翻边33与平板24的内侧相接触。托架91的运动使环形焊接区104与平板24的外侧相接,将有关部件夹在一起。焊口致动器96的启动可使焊口98将翻边33焊接到壁板24上,然后支承着完成全部焊接。气缸66、96及83的反向操作将使第一托架61及第二托架91回缩至其原始位置,使臂73回缩至起始位置,在下一个循环作业中,另一个附件可以被放置到夹板74上。该作业循环重复进行。
图3和6描述一种改型的实例。气缸83a被放置在一个U型的支架116内,该支架通过枢轴销117与叉架118相接,而叉架又固定在一个支架41a上。杆84a通过销82a与臂81a相接。图3和6所示改进实例的其他方面,与先前的实例相似,在参考标号下加下脚a,以表示相应的部件。

Claims (8)

1.一种将附件连接到纸盒上去的方法,其中,所述纸盒可平行于一第一垂直面水平移动,所述纸盒包括一个空心筒,其具有壁板和一个向上的开口,其中一个所述壁板上设有一个孔眼,所述的附件包括一个比所述孔眼小的出口,所述出口一端的一个周向的翻边,所述翻边大于所述孔眼,所述方法包括以下步骤:
平行于一第二垂直面水平移动一第一托架到一第一托架回缩位置,所述第二垂直面与所述第一垂直面垂直;
将一枢转安装在所述第一托架上的摆臂平行于所述第二垂直面移至第一臂位,所述臂具有一个可拆卸地安装附件于所述臂上的部件;
当所述的臂位于其第一臂位时,将附件安装到所述部件处;
平行于所述第一垂直面水平移动所述纸盒到一附件安装位置,此时所述开口端暴露,然后使得所述纸盒静止;
将所述臂再平行于所述第二垂直面移至其第二臂位,所述部件与所述附件位于纸盒内部,并使附件与所述的孔眼对正;
将所述第一托架平行于所述第二垂直面水平地从第一托架回缩位置移至第一托架前移位置,从而横向移动所述附件,使所述出口从所述孔眼中穿过,并使翻边与所述的一个壁的内侧相接;
将装有一个环形焊接头的第二托架平行于第二垂直面水平地从第二托架回缩位置移至第二托架伸出位置,使所述焊头与所述的一个壁相结合,并环绕着所述的孔眼,所述的出口与焊头的内侧配合;
将所述的一个壁与所述的翻边夹在焊头与所述臂之间;
将所述的翻边焊在所述的壁上。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一与第二托架水平对齐,以便相互作相对及相反方向的运动。
3.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,当所述的臂位于第二臂位时,所述的焊头与所述部件水平对齐。
4.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,它还包括:设置一个附件排放箱及一个将所述附件送进所述箱内的轨道,当所述臂在其第一臂位时,所述箱靠近所述的部件,它还包括:
将附件放入所述的箱中;
以及每次将一个附件从所述的箱中移至所述的部件。
5.一种将附件连接到纸盒上的设备,这类纸盒包括一个空心筒,所述筒上端为开口,在纸盒的一个壁面上开有一个孔眼,所述的附件包括一个比所述孔眼小的出口,在所述出口的一端带有一个比所述孔眼大的周向翻边,所述设备包括:
一个安装该设备的支架,在所述支架上有一个传送装置,所述传送装置间歇地平行于一第一垂直面水平地移动,以便将纸盒移至所述的设备处,而且使纸盒的上端暴露;
一个第一托架,可往复运动地安装在所述支架上,以平行于一第二垂直面水平地往复运动于一伸出位置和一回缩位置,该第二垂直面垂直于第一垂直面;
一个臂,安装在所述第一托架上,具有可拆卸地安装一附件于所述臂上的部件,以及一焊接区域,其形状与所述的附件翻边相配合;
臂致动装置,可枢转地安装所述臂,用于将臂平行于所述第二垂直面在第一臂位和第二臂位之间摆动,所述臂致动装置又被安装在第一托架上,以及平行于所述第二垂直面水平地往复移动所述第一托架于所述回缩位置和所述伸出位置之间;
摆动所述臂到所述第一臂位以将附件安装到所述部件上,然后摆动所述臂到所述第二臂位以将所述部件和其上的附件插入所述纸盒的上端并与所述孔眼对齐、然后水平往复移动所述所述第一托架到所述伸出位置以移动所述出口伸出通过所述孔眼、而所述附件的翻边与所述纸盒的内壁配合的装置。
6.如权利要求5所述的设备,其特征在于,它还包括一个焊接口和一个为所述焊接口提供能量的装置;
第二托架安装装置,所述的焊接口安装在其上;
移动第二托架平行于所述第二垂直面水平地运动以使所述的焊接口与纸盒的一外侧壁相接触,并与所述附件对齐,将附件的翻边夹持在纸盒的内侧壁上的装置,所述第二垂直面垂直于所述第一垂直面,所述的焊接口加能装置将所述的附件翻边焊接到所述纸盒上。
7.如权利要求5所述的设备,其特征在于,它还包括一个用来将附件送往箱内的附件轨道,和一次将一个附件从所述箱内移出并使所述附件与部件相结合的装置。
8.如权利要求6所述的设备,其特征在于,所述的附件是热塑材料的,所述的纸盒是一种带涂层的纸板,所述的焊接口加能装置为超声波致动器。
