Abstract

本发明公开了一种环保金属底漆,其制备方法如下:(1)将石墨加到水中,1200‑1500r/min搅拌,加入羧甲基纤维素钠,继续搅拌制备石墨溶液A;(2)将环氧树脂、聚乙二醇改性氨基树脂、聚丙烯酸聚二甲基硅氧烷加入到乙醇中,1000r/min搅拌至固体溶解,再加入锌黄、炭黑和气相二氧化硅,继续搅拌均匀制备溶液B;(3)在1500r/min的搅拌条件下,将溶液A缓慢加入到溶液B中,搅拌均匀,制备浆料;(4)浆料经过研磨、过滤得到底漆。本发明工艺简单,使用溶剂绿色环保,对环境友好,工艺配方中的石墨和锌黄有防锈作用且石墨分散稳定性良好,制备的底漆是一种有效的防锈底漆,可广泛应用于金属防锈领域。

一种环保金属底漆
技术领域
本发明涉及环保油漆技术领域,具体为一种环保金属底漆。
背景技术
防锈底漆除了具有底漆的基本性能外,还可以保护金属免受自然介质腐蚀。传统的防锈底漆含有大量的铅、六价铬等重金属,对人体和环境不宜,因此使用受限。因此,制备环保、有效的防锈底漆十分必要。
石墨是六方晶系的结晶碳,化学性质不活泼,具有良好的导电、导热性以及极高的耐侵蚀性和热稳定性,广泛地应用于耐火材料、陶瓷、涂料等行业。因此,用石墨制备的金属底漆应该具有良好的耐酸、碱、化学药品、溶剂腐蚀的性能。但是石墨容易聚集,使石墨能够稳定均匀分散是制备有效金属底漆的关键。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种环保金属底漆,解决了目前多数防锈底漆不利于环保、防锈性能不佳的问题,也解决了石墨分散稳定性的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案一种环保金属底漆,包括如下重量份组分:
环氧树脂20-30份、聚乙二醇改性氨基树脂15-30份、石墨10-20份、羧甲基纤维素钠3-5份、锌黄0.5-2份、聚丙烯酸3-5份、炭黑5-10份、聚二甲基硅氧烷2-5份、气相二氧化硅3-5份、水100-120份、乙醇40-60份。
优选的,所述石墨的大小为200-500目。
优选的,所述炭黑的大小为100-300目。
优选的,所述气相二氧化硅的大小为800-1000目。
上述环保金属底漆,制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将石墨加到水中,1200-1500r/min搅拌,加入羧甲基纤维素钠,继续搅拌制备石墨溶液A;
(2)将环氧树脂、聚乙二醇改性氨基树脂、聚丙烯酸聚二甲基硅氧烷加入到乙醇中,1000r/min搅拌至固体溶解,再加入锌黄、炭黑和气相二氧化硅,继续搅拌均匀制备溶液B;
(3)在1500r/min的搅拌条件下,将溶液A缓慢加入到溶液B中,搅拌均匀,制备浆料;
(4)浆料经过研磨、过滤得到底漆。
(三)有益效果
本发明提供了一种环保金属底漆,具备以下有益效果:
(1)本发明工艺配方中的石墨是六方晶系的结晶碳,化学性质不活泼,与酸、碱等药剂不易起作用,耐化学腐蚀。制备的金属底漆具有良好的耐酸、碱、化学药品、溶剂腐蚀的性能,同时耐高温和耐光。
(2)本发明工艺配方中的锌黄是一种常用的化学防锈材料,加入锌黄可进一步提高底漆的防锈功能。
(3)本发明工艺配方及过程非常简单,配方中所使用的溶剂均为对人体和环境无毒无害的,绿色环保,制备的金属底漆可广泛应用于金属防锈领域。

下面将结合本发明的实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
一种环保金属底漆的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将10份200目的石墨加到100份的水中,1200r/min搅拌,加入3份羧甲基纤维素钠,继续搅拌制备石墨溶液A;
(2)将20份环氧树脂、15份聚乙二醇改性氨基树脂、2份聚丙烯酸聚二甲基硅氧烷加入到40份乙醇中,1000r/min搅拌至固体溶解,再加入0.5份锌黄、5份100目的炭黑和3份800目的气相二氧化硅,继续搅拌均匀制备溶液B;
(3)在1500r/min的搅拌条件下,将溶液A缓慢加入到溶液B中,搅拌均匀,制备浆料;
(4)浆料经过研磨、过滤得到底漆。
实施例2
一种环保金属底漆的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将15份500目的石墨加到110份的水中,1400r/min搅拌,加入4份羧甲基纤维素钠,继续搅拌制备石墨溶液A;
(2)将25份环氧树脂、20份聚乙二醇改性氨基树脂、3份聚丙烯酸聚二甲基硅氧烷加入到50份乙醇中,1000r/min搅拌至固体溶解,再加入1份锌黄、8份200目的炭黑和4份1000目的气相二氧化硅,继续搅拌均匀制备溶液B;
(3)在1500r/min的搅拌条件下,将溶液A缓慢加入到溶液B中,搅拌均匀,制备浆料;
(4)浆料经过研磨、过滤得到底漆。
实施例3
一种环保金属底漆的制备方法包括如下步骤:
环氧树脂20-30份、聚乙二醇改性氨基树脂15-30份、石墨10-20份、羧甲基纤维素钠3-5份、锌黄0.5-2份、聚丙烯酸3-5份、炭黑5-10份、聚二甲基硅氧烷2-5份、气相二氧化硅3-5份、水100-120份、乙醇40-60份。
(1)将20份500目的石墨加到120份的水中,1500r/min搅拌,加入5份羧甲基纤维素钠,继续搅拌制备石墨溶液A;
(2)将30份环氧树脂、30份聚乙二醇改性氨基树脂、5份聚丙烯酸聚二甲基硅氧烷加入到60份乙醇中,1000r/min搅拌至固体溶解,再加入2份锌黄、10份300目的炭黑和5份1000目的气相二氧化硅,继续搅拌均匀制备溶液B;
(3)在1500r/min的搅拌条件下,将溶液A缓慢加入到溶液B中,搅拌均匀,制备浆料;
(4)浆料经过研磨、过滤得到底漆。

1.一种环保金属底漆,其特征在于,包括如下重量份组分:
环氧树脂20-30份、聚乙二醇改性氨基树脂15-30份、石墨10-20份、羧甲基纤维素钠3-5份、锌黄0.5-2份、聚丙烯酸3-5份、炭黑5-10份、聚二甲基硅氧烷2-5份、气相二氧化硅3-5份、水100-120份、乙醇40-60份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保金属底漆,其特征在于,所述石墨的大小为200-500目。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保金属底漆,其特征在于,所述炭黑的大小为100-300目。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保金属底漆,其特征在于,所述气相二氧化硅的大小为800-1000目。
5.一种环保金属底漆的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将石墨加到水中,1200-1500r/min搅拌,加入羧甲基纤维素钠,继续搅拌制备石墨溶液A;
(2)将环氧树脂、聚乙二醇改性氨基树脂、聚丙烯酸聚二甲基硅氧烷加入到乙醇中,1000r/min搅拌至固体溶解,再加入锌黄、炭黑和气相二氧化硅,继续搅拌均匀制备溶液B;
(3)在1500r/min的搅拌条件下,将溶液A缓慢加入到溶液B中,搅拌均匀,制备浆料;
(4)浆料经过研磨、过滤得到底漆。
