Abstract

一种抗静电涂料及其制备方法,属于涂料领域。本发明抗静电涂料利用微乳液法合成聚吡咯导电聚合物胶乳,所合成的聚吡咯具有粒径小、分散性好、稳定性好等优点,有利于涂料的涂覆;添加碳纤维粉的使用可以增强涂料的强度和耐磨性;添加无机填料可以增加涂料的硬度和附着力;本发明抗静电涂料制备工艺简单,操作方便。

一种抗静电涂料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂料的制备方法,具体地涉及一种抗静电涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
抗静电涂料由于含有导电成分,电阻率低,所以具有传导电流、排除物体积累的静电荷的作用。同时它又具备涂料的防护功能。抗静电涂料是一组体积电阻率在105-109Ω范围内的特种功能涂料,它最早的研究记载实在美国公布的导电胶专利。日本在20世纪50年代就研究出银系和炭系为主的抗静电涂料,并应用于电子工业和军事领域,而对石油工业领域静电危害的认识到80年代才完全成熟。我国在这方面的研究起步较晚,但发展较快,尤其是自1992年国家强制性要求石油罐采用抗静电涂料以来,这类涂料在石油罐方面的应用迅速发展起来。随着现代科技的发展,一些有洁净要求和抗静电要求的墙面和地面的场所,如在电子电器厂房、计算机房、印刷厂、纺织厂及制药厂等的应用也多了起来,抗静电涂料受到越来越广泛而深入的重视。
抗静电涂料应用最多的是石油储罐,石油储罐的设计寿命通常在10-15年,基于储罐如此长的寿命,高造价和储存物质的重要性及特殊性,对石油储罐进行防护极为必要。根据所储存油品的不同,分为原油储罐、中间产品罐和成品罐。所有储罐在使用过程中,均存在两个共同的问题,即静电和腐蚀。过去的一些应用中,由于对这两个问题的认识不足,因而油罐爆炸、泄露核穿孔的事故屡有发生。近年来,我国在这方面的研究较多,加之国家和行业的重视,在石油罐的防护和使用上也相继采用了抗静电涂料、防腐涂料及牺牲阳极保护等一系列措施。
目前,常用的抗静电涂料多为添加型,是导电填料、绝缘性成膜物,助剂和溶剂的混合物,利用导电填料的导电作用产生防静电效果,比如加入石墨、炭黑、炭纤维、银、镍、铜等填料,但这种抗静电涂料性能不稳定,填料分散不均匀便会影响抗静电效果。
为解决现有技术不足,本发明提出一种由具有导电性的聚合物为主要成分的抗静电涂料,具有施工方便,性能稳定等优点。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种抗静电涂料及其制备方法,本发明实现上述目的所采用的技术如下:
一种抗静电涂料及其制备方法,由以下重量份的组分组成:
聚吡咯导电聚合物 30-40份;
流平剂 5-10份;
钛白粉 12-16份;
滑石粉 8-10份;
炭纤维粉末 2-7份。
其中所述的聚吡咯的合成工艺如下:
分别将3.6-4.7g十二烷基苯磺酸钠、8.9-9.6g异丙醇、22.9-27.0g去离子水加入聚合釜,搅拌均匀后,加入1.2-2.3g的过硫酸铵,然后通入10.9-13.8g吡咯单体,80-100℃下反应4-10h后,加0.7-1.3g对苯二酚终止剂,冷却后出料,即得聚吡咯导电聚合物胶乳。
其中所述的流平剂由以下份数的组份组成,所述份数均为重量份:
甲基硅油 2-5份;
二甲基硅油 3-5份。
所述钛白粉的目数为200-300目。
所述滑石粉的目数为100-200目。
其中所述的碳纤维粉是将碳纤维长丝经研磨、高温烘干后而获得的碳纤维微小圆柱体粉末,可以增加涂料的强度和耐磨性。
本发明抗静电涂料的制备工艺如下:
将各组份按照聚吡咯导电聚合物、流平剂、钛白粉、滑石粉、炭纤维粉末的顺序分别加入混料器,以80-150r/min的转速,40-60℃下,搅拌1-2h即可施工使用。
本发明所具有的有益效果是:
1、利用微乳液法合成聚吡咯导电聚合物胶乳,所合成的聚吡咯具有粒径小、分散性好、稳定性好等优点,有利于涂料的涂覆;
2、碳纤维粉的使用可以增强涂料的强度和耐磨性;
3、添加无机填料可以增加涂料的硬度和附着力;
4、本发明抗静电涂料制备工艺简单,操作方便。
具体实施方式
下面将结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明,具体实施例不限制本发明。
实施例1:本发明提供了一种抗静电涂料及其制备方法,由以下重量份的组分组成:
聚吡咯导电聚合物 30份;
甲基硅油 2份;
二甲基硅油 3份;
钛白粉 12份;
滑石粉 8份;
炭纤维粉末 2份。
本发明抗静电涂料的制备工艺如下:
(1)聚吡咯导电聚合物合成:分别将3.6g十二烷基苯磺酸钠、8.9g异丙醇、22.9g去离子水加入聚合釜,搅拌均匀后,加入1.2g的过硫酸铵,然后通入10.9g吡咯单体,80℃下反应4h后,加0.7g对苯二酚终止剂,冷却后出料,即得聚吡咯导电聚合物胶乳。
(2)将上述各组分分别加入混料器,以80r/min的转速,40℃下,搅拌1h即可施工使用。
实施例2:本发明提供了一种抗静电涂料及其制备方法,由以下重量份的组分组成:
聚吡咯导电聚合物 32份;
甲基硅油 35份;
二甲基硅油 4份;
钛白粉 13份;
滑石粉 9份;
炭纤维粉末 4份。
本发明抗静电涂料的制备工艺如下:
(1)聚吡咯导电聚合物合成:分别将3.9g十二烷基苯磺酸钠、9.0g异丙醇、23.6g去离子水加入聚合釜,搅拌均匀后,加入1.9g的过硫酸铵,然后通入11.9g吡咯单体,85℃下反应4-10h后,加0.8g对苯二酚终止剂,冷却后出料,即得聚吡咯导电聚合物胶乳。
(2)将上述各组分分别加入混料器,以90r/min的转速,45℃下,搅拌1.5h即可施工使用。
实施例3:本发明提供了一种抗静电涂料及其制备方法,由以下重量份的组分组成:
聚吡咯导电聚合物 38份;
甲基硅油 4份;
二甲基硅油 4份;
钛白粉 15份;
滑石粉 9份;
炭纤维粉末 6份。
本发明抗静电涂料的制备工艺如下:
(1)聚吡咯导电聚合物合成:分别将4.5g十二烷基苯磺酸钠、9.1g异丙醇、26.3g去离子水加入聚合釜,搅拌均匀后,加入2.2g的过硫酸铵,然后通入12.6g吡咯单体,90℃下反应9h后,加1.2g对苯二酚终止剂,冷却后出料,即得聚吡咯导电聚合物胶乳。
(2)将上述各组分分别加入混料器,以120r/min的转速,50℃下,搅拌2h即可施工使用。
实施例4:本发明提供了一种抗静电涂料及其制备方法,由以下重量份的组分组成:
聚吡咯导电聚合物 40份;
甲基硅油 5份;
二甲基硅油 5份;
钛白粉 16份;
滑石粉 10份;
炭纤维粉末 7份。
本发明抗静电涂料的制备工艺如下:
(1)聚吡咯导电聚合物合成:分别将4.7g十二烷基苯磺酸钠、9.6g异丙醇、27.0g去离子水加入聚合釜,搅拌均匀后,加入2.3g的过硫酸铵,然后通入13.8g吡咯单体,100℃下反应10h后,加1.3g对苯二酚终止剂,冷却后出料,即得聚吡咯导电聚合物胶乳。
(2)将上述各组分分别加入混料器,以150r/min的转速,60℃下,搅拌2h即可施工使用。

Claims (6)

1.一种抗静电涂料,由下述原料构成,所述份数均为重量份:
聚吡咯导电聚合物 30-40份;
流平剂 5-10份;
钛白粉 12-16份;
滑石粉 8-10份;
炭纤维粉末 2-7份;
其中所述的聚吡咯的合成工艺如下:分别将3. 6-4. 7g十二烷基苯磺酸钠、8.9-9. 6g异丙醇、22. 9-27. 0g去离子水加入聚合釜,搅拌均匀后,加入1. 2-2. 3g的过硫酸铵,然后通入10. 9-13. 8g吡咯单体,反应4-10h后,加0. 7-1. 3g对苯二酚终止剂,冷却后出料,即得聚吡咯导电聚合物胶乳。
2.权利要求1的一种抗静电涂料,其特征在于:反应温度为80-100℃。
3.权利要求1的一种抗静电涂料,其特征在于:所述钛白粉的目数为200-300目。
4.权利要求1的一种抗静电涂料,其特征在于:所述滑石粉的目数为100-200目。
5.权利要求1的一种抗静电涂料,其特征在于:其中所述的炭纤维粉是将炭纤维长丝经研磨、高温烘干后而获得的炭纤维微小圆柱体粉末。
6.权利要求1所述的一种抗静电涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:将各组份按照聚吡咯导电聚合物、流平剂、钛白粉、滑石粉、炭纤维粉末的顺序分别加入混料器,以80-150r/min的转速,40-60℃下,搅拌1-2h即可。
