《神农本草经》于两药配伍效应上便有记载,药“有相须者,有相使者,有相畏者,有相恶者,有相反者,有相杀者”。在运用方式及禁忌上,经文建议“当用相须、相使者,勿用相恶、相反者”。所谓药对,又称对药,是临床用药中相对固定的两味药物的配伍形式,在方剂配伍中能起到相辅相成的作用。
药对指两味药成对相配,多有协同增效或减毒作用。即将二味或二味以上,大多数是两味药物配合在一起服用的用药形式,是中药配伍中最小的固定单位。药对具有药味简单,理论深奥,药力专一的特点。其目的在于获得比单用一种药物更好的治疗效果。“营养药对”就是结合现代中药制剂技术,形成的可单独或与其它原料一起合用而具备一定功能的标准中间产品,其可广泛应用于食品、保健食品、化妆品及动物营养品等。
在大健康产业实践中,一些企业和产品设计者开发了大量产品,虽然推向市场但反应良莠不齐,原因之一就是将中药按功效简单叠加组方,走入技术误区。药对可以发挥比单味中药更强、更全面的作用,所以科学配伍组方的药对产品,更符合现代消费者对健康的诉求。
目前人们的生活压力越来越大,焦躁、紧张等情绪不可避免的影响到人们的工作、生活。而西药中的镇静药物不可避免的存在一些副作用,如吗啡。因此人们在精神方面的不适感不严重时一般不予处理,这对生活质量造成较大影响。
因此开发一种由食材制备的可用于镇静安神的营养药对,对于镇静安神的食品、保健食品、动物营养品、药品的开发有重要意义。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种用于镇静安神的营养药对组合物,相较于单一的一种或两种单用,其能全面入五脏,达到更好的镇定安神效果。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:
一种用于镇静安神的营养药对组合物,其为百合、莲子、银耳、蘑菇的提取物。
作为优选的方案,上述组合物中百合、莲子、银耳、蘑菇的用量比为0.8-1.2:1.5-2:2-4:1-1.5。
进一步,上述组合物中百合、莲子、银耳、蘑菇的用量比为1:1.8:3:1.2。
本发明使用的百合、莲子、银耳、蘑菇有如下功效:
百合,具有养阴润肺,清心安神的功效。用于阴虚燥咳,劳嗽咳血,虚烦惊悸,失眠多梦,精神恍惚。百合干性微寒、味甘,归肺、心、胃经。养阴润肺,清心安神。主治虚热上扰,失眠,心悸等。
莲子具有补心益脾、养血安神等功效。莲子甘、涩、平。归脾、肾、心经。能养心血,益肾气,交通心肾而有安神之功,治疗心肾不交,心失所养所致的心烦失眠,多梦。生物学家经过试验证实,莲子中含有的莲子碱、芳香甙等成分有镇静作用;食用后可促进胰腺分泌胰岛素,进而可增加5羟色胺的供给量,故能使人入睡。
莲子与百合配,一则养阴安神,二者清养脾胃,二者同用,尤适用于脾胃虚弱,虚热内扰所致的心烦失眠,乏力,心悸等症。
银耳味甘、淡、性平、无毒,具有强精、补肾、润肠、益胃、补气、和血、强心、壮身、补脑、提神、美容、嫩肤、延年益寿之功效。银耳是一味滋补良药,特点是滋润而不腻滞,具有补脾开胃、益气清肠、安眠健胃、补脑、养阴清热、润燥之功,对阴虚火旺不受参茸等温热滋补的病人是一种良好的补品。银耳的有效成分为酸性多糖类物质。
蘑菇,补脾益气,润燥化痰。性微寒、味甘,入肝、胃经。巴西某研究所从蘑菇中提取到一种物质Act-2,具镇痛、镇静功效。
本发明的营养药对中百合、莲子、银耳、蘑菇四者联用,联用后能入肝、心、脾、肺、肾经,且四者味甘,甘能补益,因此能够全面作用、滋养五脏,联用后达到更好的镇静安神效果。

2)乙醇回流:对重量份的所述莲子细粉用乙醇回流提取法进行提取,提取条件为:乙醇水溶液浓度65-80%(v/v)、乙醇水溶液用量为莲子细粉体积的4倍、提取次数3次、每次提取时间3h,过滤后得乙醇提取液,收集备用;
3)热水浸提:步骤2)的滤渣干燥后,与重量份的所述百合、银耳、蘑菇的细粉混合,按液料比40-50:1(ml:g)加水浸提,浸提条件为:浸提温度92℃、浸提时间2-3h,离心后取上清液,并加入上清液3-5倍体积的无水乙醇沉降,离心得沉淀;
4)步骤2)所述乙醇提取液与步骤3)所述沉淀混合,浓缩、干燥至恒重,得权利要求1所述的药对组合物。

2)使用本发明的药对组合物的制备方法能够获得四味药中的有效成分,利于其发挥作用。
3)本发明的营养药对由食材制备,副作用小,对于镇静安神的食品、保健食品、动物营养品、药品的开发有重要意义。
具体实施方式
以下将对本发明的优选实施例进行详细描述。优选实施例中未注明具体条件的实验方法,通常按照常规条件,所举实施例是为了更好地对本发明的内容进行说明,但并不是本发明的内容仅限于所举实施例。所以熟悉本领域的技术人员根据上述发明内容对实施方案进行非本质的改进和调整,仍属于本发明的保护范围。
实施例1营养药对组合物1
1.原料
百合100g、莲子180g、银耳300g、蘑菇120g
2.制备方法
1)将百合、莲子、银耳、蘑菇分别研磨成细粉,过40目筛;
2)乙醇回流:取180g的莲子细粉,用乙醇回流提取法进行提取,提取条件为:乙醇水溶液浓度70%(v/v)、乙醇水溶液用量为莲子细粉体积的4倍、提取次数3次、每次提取时间3h,过滤后得乙醇提取液,收集备用;
3)热水浸提:步骤2)的滤渣干燥后,与百合100g、银耳300g、蘑菇120g的细粉混合,按液料比45:1(ml:g)加水浸提,浸提条件为:浸提温度92℃、浸提时间3h,离心后取上清液,并加入上清液4倍体积的无水乙醇沉降,离心得沉淀;
4)步骤2)所述乙醇提取液与步骤3)所述沉淀混合,浓缩、干燥至恒重,即获得本发明的营养药对组合物。
实施例2小鼠实验
1.实验材料
昆明鼠、动物活动箱、实施例1制备的营养药对粉末、水。
2.试验方法
1)选用18-22g的小鼠,雄性,随机分为4组,每组10只,共40只,分为对照组(水0.2ml/只)、营养药对低剂量组(0.05g/只)、中剂量组(0.2g/只)和高剂量组(0.5g/只),口服给药5天。
2)第5天给药30min、1小时后,分别记录2分钟内小鼠走动时间及双前肢向上抬举次数。
3.结果

本发明的营养药对能使实验动物在给药后安静,小鼠自由活动减少,镇静效果显著(P<0.05)。
本发明提供的营养药对组合物具有很好的镇定安神效果,且由食材制备,副作用小,对于镇静安神的食品、保健食品、动物营养品、药品的开发有重要意义。
最后说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的宗旨和范围,其均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围当中。
Claims (8)
1.一种用于镇静安神的营养药对组合物,其特征在于,所述药对组合物为百合、莲子、银耳、蘑菇的提取物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的药对组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物中百合、莲子、银耳、蘑菇的用量比为0.8-1.2:1.5-2:2-4:1-1.5。
3.根据权利要求2所述的药对组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物中百合、莲子、银耳、蘑菇的用量比为1:1.8:3:1.2。
4.权利要求1所述的药对组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)将所述百合、莲子、银耳、蘑菇分别研磨成细粉,过筛;
2)乙醇回流:对重量份的所述莲子细粉用乙醇回流提取法进行提取,提取条件为:乙醇水溶液浓度65-80%(v/v)、乙醇水溶液用量为莲子细粉体积的4倍、提取次数3次、每次提取时间3h,过滤后得乙醇提取液,收集备用;
3)热水浸提:步骤2)的滤渣干燥后,与重量份的所述百合、银耳、蘑菇的细粉混合,按液料比40-50:1(ml:g)加水浸提,浸提条件为:浸提温度92℃、浸提时间2-3h,离心后取上清液,并加入上清液3-5倍体积的无水乙醇沉降,离心得沉淀;
4)步骤2)所述乙醇提取液与步骤3)所述沉淀混合,浓缩、干燥至恒重,得权利要求1所述的药对组合物。
5.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤2)所述乙醇水溶液浓度为70%(v/v)。
6.权利要求1所述的药对组合物在用于制备镇静安神的药物的用途。
7.权利要求1所述的药对组合物在用于制备镇静安神的食品的用途。
8.一种镇静安神的药物,其特征在于,所述药物包含权利要求1所述的药对组合物以及赋予它的药学的载体。
