技术领域
本发明属于乙烯催化裂化设备技术领域,具体涉及一种双闸板闸阀。
背景技术
双闸板闸阀是一种平行式闸阀,两个阀板安装在眼镜式的眼镜板组件中,当阀门关闭时,两阀板被楔块撑开紧密地压在阀座上,形成强制密封。在阀门开关过程中,阀板始终紧贴着导板,阀板在导板中无间隙地运动,形成浮动密封,防止介质在开关过程中进入阀腔。当阀门完全开启时,相当于直通管道,导流孔组件和阀座形成弹性密封,防止介质进入阀腔。这种阀门的动作分两步,关闭时,阀板移动到位后才撑开密封,开启时,阀板收缩后再向上移。
目前公知的双闸板闸阀存在一定的不足和缺陷:
1)开位时,密封不理想。在阀门开位时,原有导流孔结构不能提供足够的密封力实现密封,导致介质进入阀腔,影响阀门动作。
2)储力碟簧易碎,无法在线更换。原有碟簧安装于阀腔内,受高温影响,碟簧破损严重,碟簧一旦破坏,将失去储力性能,影响阀门动作,但由于碟簧处在阀腔内,无法观察其状态,也无法对破损碟簧在线更换。
3)关位时,因阀门采用上顶楔结构,两阀板与楔块均为活动部件,当一侧阀板不能实现密封时,会影响另一侧阀板密封性能。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种双闸板闸阀,从而解决现有技术中的开位密封问题。
为了实现这一目的,本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种双闸板闸阀,包括以下部件:
一、阀体、阀盖、阀盖螺母、阀盖螺栓;
阀体与阀盖之间由密封垫密封,通过阀盖螺母、阀盖螺栓连接;
二、支架组件、阀杆、阀杆柱头、楔块、支撑楔块、销轴垫、销轴、开口销、阀板、支架组件螺母、支架组件螺栓;
支架组件与阀盖通过支架组件螺母、支架组件螺栓连接;
阀杆柱头上安装两块楔块;
支撑楔块通过销轴垫、销轴、开口销安装在眼镜板组件上;
在阀杆上设置胀紧连接套组件,胀紧连接套组件随阀杆一起运动;
三、眼镜板组件,阀座、导板、限位螺柱
阀杆插入眼镜板组件中与阀杆柱头连接在一起,阀板安装在眼镜板组件内;
阀座与阀体焊接在一起,阀座上安装导板;
眼镜板组件下部安装限位螺栓。

3)下顶楔结构,确保阀门关位实现可靠双向密封,阀板改为平板结构后,轴向方向可以实现自动调整,保证密封。

阀体101与阀盖200之间由密封垫116密封,通过阀盖螺母120、阀盖螺栓121连接;
二、为了改善阀门关位时的双向密封,本发明提供了一种下顶楔结构,其中包含支架组件500、阀杆115、阀杆柱头112、楔块107、支撑楔块108、销轴垫109、销轴110、开口销111、阀板106、支架组件螺母122、支架组件螺栓123;
支架组件500与阀盖200通过支架组件螺母123、支架组件螺栓122连接;
阀杆柱头112上安装两块楔块107;
支撑楔块108通过销轴垫109、销轴110、开口销111安装在眼镜板组件103上;
在阀杆115上设置胀紧连接套组件400,胀紧连接套组件400随阀杆115一起运动;
当阀门处于关位时,支撑楔块108处于限位状态,阀杆115带动楔块107下行,挤压支撑楔块108与阀板106,使阀板106紧贴阀座保证密封,当一侧阀板106出现密封不严时,因支撑楔块108的存在,另一侧密封不会受到影响,保证双向密封。

楔块107内侧与支撑楔块108接触,楔块107外侧与阀板106接触。
如图1所示,公知的平行双闸板闸阀,当阀门处于关位密封时,两阀板靠中间楔块挤压,当一侧阀板出现偏移或者与阀座贴紧密封时出现泄露,楔块会随之调整,因另一侧阀板同样与楔块相连,楔块的调整将影响另一侧阀板与阀座的密封性能。本发明因增加了支撑楔块108,隔离开了两个楔块107,使两侧阀板与阀座形成独立的密封副,相互之间不受影响,一侧密封出现问题时,不影响另一侧,实现阀门关位严格意义上的双向密封。
同时,公知的阀板结构中存在斜面与楔块配合,因斜面的存在限制了阀板轴线上的自由转动。本发明去除斜面,用平面与楔块接触,保证阀板轴线上的自由转动,实现自动调整密封功能。
四、可调节导流孔结构300、调整螺栓304、碟簧A307、碟簧垫片305、调力螺母308、锁紧螺母310、调距螺母313、填料A306、下法兰填料压盖303、下法兰螺柱309、下法兰螺母311
可调节导流孔结构300安装在眼镜板组件103下部腔体内;
可调节导流孔结构包括上法兰301、下法兰302、导向圆管312;
上法兰301与导向圆管312焊接在一起,上法兰301侧边均布槽孔,调整螺栓304安装在槽孔内;
碟簧A307、碟簧垫片305、调力螺母308、锁紧螺母310、调距螺母313顺序安装在调整螺栓304上;
通过碟簧垫片305及调力螺母308压紧;
下法兰302与导向圆管312之间填充填料A306,填料A306被下法兰填料压盖303压紧,保证下法兰与导向圆管之间的密封;调距螺母313与下法兰填料压盖303接触,根据阀门的阀座面心距调整上法兰密封面与下法兰密封面之间的面心距,并由锁紧螺母310锁紧,防止调距螺母313松动。
下法兰302与下法兰填料压盖303通过下法兰螺柱309、下法兰螺母311连接。
可调节导流孔结构300的密封面与导板102紧密贴合。
碟簧A307与槽孔下表面接触,通过碟簧垫片305及调力螺母308压紧,压缩量按照阀门密封力计算求得。
本发明上述可调节导流孔结构300在面心距一定的前提下,密封力可以调节。公知的波纹管导流孔结构,在面心距一定的前提下,密封力不能调节,且阀门运行一段时间后,由于密封面磨损,使导流孔结构面心距减小,难以保证阀门的密封性能。本发明通过调整调力螺母308提供阀门密封所需的密封力,保证密封性能的同时,不改变导流孔结构的面心距,使密封力的调节更加灵活、可靠。
同时,公知的波纹管导流孔结构,受其结构限制,面心距不能调节。随着密封面的磨损,导流孔结构的面心距将越来越小,最终失去密封性能。本发明通过调整调距螺母313实现面心距的可调,当面心距过大或者过小时,只需调整调距螺母313将面心距调节至合适距离即可,不影响密封力的提供,实现调距与调力的分开调节,且分布调整更加可靠、更加简便。
另一方面,公知的波纹管导流孔结构,因磨损、冲刷等原因,密封面面心距逐渐减小,失去密封性能,因其结构限制,面心距不可调,只能报废。本发明通过调整调距螺母313即可将缩小的面心距进行调整,且不影响其性能,使用寿命加长、维护成本降低。公知的波纹管导流孔结构,在加工过程中,波纹管与上、下法兰焊接时,因波纹管厚度低,焊接难度较大,不能保证加工精度,同时因焊接成型,波纹管刚度受焊接影响,将影响密封力大小的提供,且提供的密封力不均衡。本发明避免了使用波纹管,消除焊接影响,改为调力、调距分开调整,且为组装结构,均匀布置,保证了密封力的均匀提供,加工精度能够得到保障,同时为以后的检修提供了方便。
五、如图6所示,外置碟簧组件240、填料压盖螺柱118、填料压盖螺母119、填料压盖二117、填料压套一114、填料B202、填料C113、副阀杆填料压盖203、副阀杆填料压盖螺钉207;
阀杆115上安装外置碟簧组件240,外置碟簧组件中的副阀杆201与阀盖200之间填充填料C113,填料C113被填料压盖二117、填料压套一114压紧;
通过填料压盖螺柱118、填料压盖螺母119将填料压盖二117、填料压套一114与阀盖200连接;
外置碟簧组件240包含副阀杆201,副阀杆201与阀杆115之间填充填料B202,填料B202被副阀杆填料压盖203压紧,保证密封;
副阀杆填料压盖203与副阀杆201之间通过副阀杆填料压盖螺钉207连接,碟簧B205套在阀杆115上,被碟簧压板208压紧在副阀杆填料压盖203上。
碟簧压缩量通过阀门运行时的最大摩擦力计算得出。
公知的平行双闸板闸阀,阀门使用工况为高温,因碟簧处于阀腔内,亦处于高温工况。本发明通过上述外置碟簧组件240,可以避免阀门运动中卡涩现象,碟簧布置在阀腔外,降低了碟簧的使用温度,使用工况转换为常温,提高了碟簧的使用寿命;同时,公知的平行双闸板闸阀碟簧处于阀腔内,无法判断碟簧的工作状态,影响阀门的安全运行。本发明将碟簧置于阀腔外,可以随时观察碟簧的状态;公知的平行双闸板闸阀碟簧处于阀腔内,无法实现在线更换。本发明将碟簧外置,当发现碟簧损坏后,可以实现在线更换,简化维修流程,节省维修时间及成本。
可调节导流孔结构300可以调节上法兰301与下法兰302之间的面心距,同时可以调节碟簧压缩量,实现所需密封力大小调整,即面心距、密封力均可调,且两者互不影响。本发明的整体下顶楔结构,可以实现阀门的双向密封。
驱动装置驱动阀杆115向下运动时,阀杆115带动外置碟簧组件240、阀杆柱头112、楔块107、眼镜板组件103、阀板106、可调节导流孔结构300一起运动,运动至关位时,限位螺柱与阀体接触,眼镜板组件103、可调节导流孔300、支撑楔块108停止运动,阀杆115则带动楔块107继续向下运动,因楔形的存在,阀板106被楔块107挤压并向流道方向运动,直至压紧在阀座上形成密封,阀杆115停止运动并保持位置。同时,在阀杆115继续向下运行的过程中,因胀紧连接套组件400安装在阀杆115上,将随阀杆115继续向下运动,压缩碟簧B205,直至阀杆115停止运动并保持位置,阀门关闭过程结束。
阀门打开时,阀杆115带动阀杆柱头112、楔块107先运动,使阀板106与阀座脱开,不再压紧,同时,胀紧连接套组件400也随阀杆115一起运动,碟簧B205逐渐被松开。当运动至楔块107上部与眼镜板组件103接触后,阀杆115将带动阀板106、眼睛板组件103、可调节导流孔结构300、外置碟簧组件240一起运动,运动过程中阀板106、可调节导流孔结构300与导板102紧密贴合,形成密封,保证运行过程中阀门的密封性能。
阀门处于开位时,可调节导流孔结构300与阀座紧密贴合,将阀腔与流道隔离开,形成全通径流道,因可调节导流孔结构300具有弹性,可实现与阀座的密封,即弹性密封。
本发明可以有效解决现有平行双闸板闸阀开位密封性能差,碟簧易损坏、关位密封受对侧影响等问题,更加适用于现有乙烯生产工艺。

Claims (6)

1.一种双闸板闸阀,其特征在于:包括以下部件:
一、阀体(101)、阀盖(200)、阀盖螺母(120)、阀盖螺栓(121);
阀体(101)与阀盖(200)之间由密封垫(116)密封,通过阀盖螺母(120)、阀盖螺栓(121)连接;
二、支架组件(500)、阀杆(115)、阀杆柱头(112)、楔块(107)、支撑楔块(108)、销轴垫(109)、销轴(110)、开口销(111)、阀板(106)、支架组件螺栓(122)、支架组件螺母(123);
支架组件(500)与阀盖(200)通过支架组件螺母(123)、支架组件螺栓(122)连接;
阀杆柱头(112)上安装两块楔块(107);
支撑楔块(108)通过销轴垫(109)、销轴(110)、开口销(111)安装在眼镜板组件(103)上;
在阀杆(115)上设置胀紧连接套组件(400),胀紧连接套组件(400)随阀杆(115)一起运动;
三、眼镜板组件(103),阀座(104)、导板(102)、限位螺栓(124);
阀杆(115)插入眼镜板组件(103)中与阀杆柱头(112)连接在一起,阀板(106)安装在眼镜板组件(103)内;
阀座(104)与阀体(101)焊接在一起,阀座(104)上安装导板(102);
眼镜板组件下部安装限位螺栓(124);
上述一种双闸板闸阀还包括:
四、可调节导流孔结构(300)、调整螺栓(304)、碟簧A(307)、碟簧垫片(305)、调力螺母(308)、锁紧螺母(310)、调距螺母(313)、填料A(306)、下法兰填料压盖(303)、下法兰螺柱(309)、下法兰螺母(311);
可调节导流孔结构(300)安装在眼镜板组件(103)下部腔体内;
可调节导流孔结构包括上法兰(301)、下法兰(302)、导向圆管(312);
上法兰(301)与导向圆管(312)焊接在一起,上法兰(301)侧边均布槽孔,调整螺栓(304)安装在槽孔内;
碟簧A(307)、碟簧垫片(305)、调力螺母(308)、锁紧螺母(310)、调距螺母(313)顺序安装在调整螺栓(304)上;
通过碟簧垫片(305)及调力螺母(308)压紧;
下法兰(302)与导向圆管(312)之间填充填料A(306),填料A(306)被下法兰填料压盖(303)压紧,保证下法兰与导向圆管之间的密封;调距螺母(313)与下法兰填料压盖(303)接触;
下法兰(302)与下法兰填料压盖(303)通过下法兰螺柱(309)、下法兰螺母(311)连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种双闸板闸阀,其特征在于:可调节导流孔结构(300)的密封面与导板(102)紧密贴合。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种双闸板闸阀,其特征在于:碟簧A(307)与槽孔下表面接触。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种双闸板闸阀,其特征在于:还包括:
五、外置碟簧组件(240)、填料压盖螺柱(118)、填料压盖螺母(119)、填料压盖二(117)、填料压套一(114)、填料B(202)、填料C(113)、副阀杆填料压盖(203)、副阀杆填料压盖螺钉(207);
阀杆(115)上安装外置碟簧组件(240),外置碟簧组件中的副阀杆(201)与阀盖(200)之间填充填料C(113),填料C(113)被填料压盖二(117)、填料压套一(114)压紧;
通过填料压盖螺柱(118)、填料压盖螺母(119)将填料压盖二(117)、填料压套一(114)与阀盖(200)连接;
外置碟簧组件(240)包含副阀杆(201),副阀杆(201)与阀杆(115)之间填充填料B(202),填料B(202)被副阀杆填料压盖(203)压紧;
副阀杆填料压盖(203)与副阀杆(201)之间通过副阀杆填料压盖螺钉(207)连接,碟簧B(205)套在阀杆(115)上,被碟簧压板(208)压紧在副阀杆填料压盖(203)上。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种双闸板闸阀,其特征在于:可调节导流孔结构(300)的密封面与导板(102)紧密贴合。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种双闸板闸阀,其特征在于:碟簧A(307)与槽孔下表面接触。
