本发明发明涉及一种双密封副超高温双向密封蝶阀,包括阀体、蝶板、阀杆、传动机构、密封件和安装件,蝶板设有中心孔,阀杆穿过阀体上的轴孔和蝶板上的中心孔,并由固定销将蝶板与阀杆固定连接;其特征是:在阀体轴孔两侧设置第一阀座和第二阀座,蝶板中心孔两侧设置第一密封面和第二密封面,第一密封面与第一阀座相互配合组成第一密封副,第二密封面与第二阀座相互配合组成第二密封副,第一密封副和第二密封副同步启闭。蝶板上的双密封面与阀体双阀座相互配合组成双密封副结构,分别承担两个方向的承压密封,双向密封性能好;阀座采用碟簧吸收高温膨胀,防止高温卡死,减少超高温工况密封面的磨损,产品使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明属于阀门领域,尤其涉及一种双向密封蝶阀。
背景技术
蝶阀是利用蝶板压紧阀座实现密封,在正向介质时,介质压力推动蝶板与阀座压紧密封配合,而反向介质时,由于阀杆与阀体存在配合间隙,介质压力将会推动蝶板脱离与阀座的密封配合,所以,这种蝶阀为单向密封蝶阀,有使用方向限制。为了使蝶阀不受使用方向限制,普遍采用双向密封蝶阀,将阀座设计成浮动式结构,在反向介质时,蝶板反向承压向流体方向移动的同时,阀座也向流体方向移动与蝶板贴紧密封配合。但是,这种依靠介质推力推动阀座与蝶板密封的结构,其密封比压低,反向密封性能较差。特别在高温工况使用的蝶阀,密封副为金属结构,高温膨胀和频繁启闭操作密封圈会产生磨损和疲劳,导致密封失效造成泄漏,其密封可靠性差,产品使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术存在的缺点,提供一种利用蝶板上的双密封面分别与阀体通道内的两个阀座配合组成双密封副,双向密封性能好、产品使用寿命长的双密封副超高温双向密封蝶阀。
本发明的技术方案包括阀体、蝶板、阀杆、传动机构、密封件和安装件,蝶板设有中心孔,阀杆穿过阀体上的轴孔和蝶板上的中心孔,并由固定销将蝶板与阀杆固定连接;其特征是:在阀体轴孔两侧设置第一阀座和第二阀座,蝶板中心孔两侧设置第一密封面和第二密封面,第一密封面与第一阀座相互配合组成第一密封副,第二密封面与第二阀座相互配合组成第二密封副,第一密封副和第二密封副同步启闭。
最好是,阀体、阀杆、蝶板第一密封面组成第一三偏心蝶阀,阀体、阀杆、蝶板第二密封面组成第二三偏心蝶阀。
最好是,第一阀座由密封环、密封垫座、楔形密封圈和碟形弹簧组成浮动式阀座,密封环内环面设置锥形密封面,该锥形密封面的锥角向左,其圆锥中心线与阀体通道中心线具有偏心角,密封环两端由密封垫座和止推螺栓安装在阀体上的四开环与径向凸肩之间,在密封环左端面与密封垫座右端面之间安装碟形弹簧,楔形密封圈安装在密封环外环面与阀体通道内壁之间的环形楔槽内;第一密封面采用在蝶板中心孔左侧设置密封圈组成,该密封圈具有与密封环密封面相互配合的锥形密封面。
最好是,第二阀座由阀座密封圈通过固定板、螺钉安装在阀体通道内的四开环与径向台阶之间组成,阀座密封圈具有锥形密封面,该锥形密封面的锥角向右,其圆锥中心线与阀体通道中心线之间具有偏心角;第二密封面采用在蝶板中心孔右侧的蝶板外圆面设置与阀座密封圈相互配合的圆锥形密封面。
最好是,阀体上设有连通中腔的排气阀。
本发明与现有技术相比的有益效果是:蝶板上设置双密封面与阀体双阀座相互配合组成双密封副结构,分别承担两个方向的承压密封,双向密封性能好;阀座采用碟簧吸收高温膨胀,防止高温卡死,减少超高温工况密封面的磨损,产品使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示的双密封副超高温双向密封蝶阀,包括阀体1、蝶板5、阀杆2、传动机构18、密封件和安装件,蝶板5设有中心孔,阀杆2穿过阀体1上的轴孔和蝶板5上的中心孔,并由固定销4将蝶板5与阀杆2固定连接;其特征是:在阀体1轴孔两侧的通道内设置第一阀座和第二阀座,蝶板5中心孔两侧设置第一密封面和第二密封面,第一密封面与第一阀座相互配合组成第一密封副,第二密封面与第二阀座相互配合组成第二密封副,第一密封副和第二密封副同步启闭,相当于两个蝶阀同时启闭,而且第一密封副和第二密封副的承压密封方向相反,即右方向介质压力推动蝶板5使第一密封面与第一阀座压紧密封配合,左方向介质压力推动蝶板5使第二密封面与第二阀座压紧密封配合,解决了现有双向密封蝶阀反向密封比压低,密封性能差的问题。
阀体1、阀杆2、蝶板5第一密封面组成第一三偏心蝶阀,阀体1、阀杆2、蝶板5第二密封面组成第二三偏心蝶阀。
第一阀座由密封环17、密封垫座12、楔形密封圈16和碟形弹簧15组成浮动式阀座,密封环17内环面设置锥形密封面,该锥形密封面的锥角向左,即锥形密封面形成的圆锥顶点位于阀体1通道左侧反向上,其圆锥中心线与阀体1通道中心线具有偏心角,该偏心角与阀杆2中心线与阀体1通道中心线之间的偏心距、阀杆2中心线与蝶板5第一密封面之间的偏心距组成三偏心结构;密封环17两端由密封垫座12和止推螺栓11安装在阀体1通道内的四开环与径向凸肩19之间,在密封环17左端面与密封垫座12右端面之间安装碟形弹簧15,使密封环17在止推螺栓11与径向凸肩19之间可以轴向移动,构成浮动式阀座结构,楔形密封圈16安装在密封环17外环面与阀体1通道内壁之间的环形楔槽内,所述环形楔槽由密封环17外环面左部的圆锥面与阀体1通道内圆面组成,楔形密封圈16的内环面具有与密封环17的圆锥面相互配合的内圆锥面,密封垫座12右端面设有内环形台阶和外环形台阶,碟形弹簧15安装在内环形台阶上,外环形台阶压装在楔形密封圈16的左端面,介质压力推动密封环17与楔形密封圈16楔紧密封,压力越高密封性能越好;第一密封面采用在蝶板5中心孔左侧设置密封圈13组成,该密封圈13具有与密封环17密封面相互配合的锥形密封面。所述密封圈13采用压板14、沉头螺钉20固定安装在蝶板5上。
第二阀座由阀座密封圈3通过固定板6、螺钉安装在阀体1通道内的四开环7与径向台阶之间组成,阀座密封圈3具有锥形密封面,该锥形密封面的锥角向右,即锥形密封面形成的圆锥顶点位于阀体1通道右侧反向上,其圆锥中心线与阀体1通道中心线之间具有偏心角,该偏心角与阀杆2中心线与阀体1通道中心线之间的偏心距、阀杆2中心线与蝶板5第二密封面之间的偏心距组成三偏心结构;第二密封面采用在蝶板5中心孔右侧的蝶板外圆面设置与阀座密封圈3相互配合的圆锥形密封面。
阀体1上设有连通中腔的排气阀8,当阀门关闭状态下蝶板第一密封副与第二密封副之间的中腔产生异常高压时,通过排气阀8泄压,保护阀门安全。
在超高温工况下,阀体1采用加长结构,在加长部位设置散热片9,在散热片9上方的阀体1与阀杆2之间安装填料10,降低介质温度对传动机构18和填料10的影响。

1.一种双密封副超高温双向密封蝶阀,包括阀体(1)、蝶板(5)、阀杆(2)、传动机构(18)、密封件和安装件,蝶板(5)设有中心孔,阀杆(2)穿过阀体(1)上的轴孔和蝶板(5)上的中心孔,并由固定销(4)将蝶板(5)与阀杆(2)固定连接;其特征是:在阀体(1)轴孔两侧的通道内设置第一阀座和第二阀座,蝶板(5)中心孔两侧设置第一密封面和第二密封面,第一密封面与第一阀座相互配合组成第一密封副,第二密封面与第二阀座相互配合组成第二密封副,第一密封副和第二密封副同步启闭。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双密封副超高温双向密封蝶阀,其特征是:阀体(1)、阀杆(2)、蝶板(5)第一密封面组成第一三偏心蝶阀,阀体(1)、阀杆(2)、蝶板(5)第二密封面组成第二三偏心蝶阀。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的双密封副超高温双向密封蝶阀,其特征是:第一阀座由密封环(17)、密封垫座(12)、楔形密封圈(16)和碟形弹簧(15)组成浮动式阀座,密封环(17)内环面设置锥形密封面,该锥形密封面的锥角向左,其圆锥中心线与阀体(1)通道中心线具有偏心角,密封环(17)两端由密封垫座(12)和止推螺栓(11)安装在阀体(1)通道内的四开环与径向凸肩(19)之间,在密封环(17)左端面与密封垫座(12)右端面之间安装碟形弹簧(15),楔形密封圈(16)安装在密封环(17)外环面与阀体(1)通道内壁之间的环形楔槽内;第一密封面采用在蝶板(5)中心孔左侧设置密封圈(13)组成,该密封圈(13)具有与密封环(17)密封面相互配合的锥形密封面。
4.根据权利要求3所述的双密封副超高温双向密封蝶阀,其特征是:第二阀座由阀座密封圈(3)通过固定板(6)、螺钉安装在阀体(1)通道内的四开环(7)与径向台阶之间组成,阀座密封圈(3)具有锥形密封面,该锥形密封面的锥角向右,其圆锥中心线与阀体(1)通道中心线之间具有偏心角;第二密封面采用在蝶板(5)中心孔右侧的蝶板外圆面设置与阀座密封圈(3)相互配合的圆锥形密封面。
