本发明公开了一种自适应双柱液压刹车器,包括左壳体和右壳体,所述左壳体和右壳体通过螺杆连接,且左壳体和右壳体组合形成倒凹字型,所述左壳体的上端设有进油口,所述右壳体的上端设有出油口,所述左壳体和右壳体的下端均设有油腔,所述油腔内活动设有活塞体,所述油腔的内部设有油封,所述油腔、进油口和出油口之间通过油孔通道连通,所述活塞体的内端设有刹车片安装板,所述刹车片安装板上安装有刹车片。该自适应双柱液压刹车器,采用液压系统对该装置提供液压力,不管刹车接触面如何,能自适应抱紧主轴刹车盘,另外,该刹车器体积小,重量轻,提供刹车力大,同步性强,稳定可靠。

技术领域
本发明属于液压刹车器技术领域,具体涉及一种自适应双柱液压刹车器。
背景技术
现有的液压刹车器大多数是通过单侧液压装置带动一个刹板活动,该刹板通过连杆结构带动另一个刹板活动,从而实现刹车,但是通过连杆作用会导致两侧的刹板有活动偏差,一致性差,影响刹车效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种自适应双柱液压刹车器,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种自适应双柱液压刹车器,包括左壳体和右壳体,所述左壳体和右壳体通过螺杆连接,且左壳体和右壳体组合形成倒凹字型,所述左壳体的上端设有进油口,所述右壳体的上端设有出油口,所述左壳体和右壳体的下端均设有油腔,所述油腔内活动设有活塞体,所述油腔的内部设有油封,所述油腔、进油口和出油口之间通过油孔通道连通,所述活塞体的内端设有刹车片安装板,所述刹车片安装板上安装有刹车片。
优选的,所述左壳体和右壳体的油孔通道连接处设有密封圈。
本发明的技术效果和优点:该自适应双柱液压刹车器,采用液压系统对该装置提供液压力,不管刹车接触面如何,能自适应抱紧主轴刹车盘,另外,该刹车器体积小,重量轻,提供刹车力大,同步性强,稳定可靠。

本发明提供了如图1-2所示的一种自适应双柱液压刹车器,包括左壳体9和右壳体10,所述左壳体9和右壳体10通过螺杆连接,且左壳体9和右壳体10组合形成倒凹字型,所述左壳体9的上端设有进油口1,所述右壳体10的上端设有出油口2,所述左壳体9和右壳体10的下端均设有油腔4,所述油腔4内活动设有活塞体6,所述油腔4的内部设有油封5,所述油腔4、进油口1和出油口2之间通过油孔通道3连通,所述活塞体6的内端设有刹车片安装板7,所述刹车片安装板7上安装有刹车片8。
具体的,所述左壳体9和右壳体10的油孔通道3连接处设有密封圈。
采用液压系统对该装置提供液压力,从进油口1进油,油腔4内油液逐渐增多,刹车片8便可夹紧刹车盘,实现刹车;打开出油口2,排出油液,刹车片8张开。

1.一种自适应双柱液压刹车器,包括左壳体(9)和右壳体(10),其特征在于:所述左壳体(9)和右壳体(10)通过螺杆连接,且左壳体(9)和右壳体(10)组合形成倒凹字型,所述左壳体(9)的上端设有进油口(1),所述右壳体(10)的上端设有出油口(2),所述左壳体(9)和右壳体(10)的下端均设有油腔(4),所述油腔(4)内活动设有活塞体(6),所述油腔(4)的内部设有油封(5),所述油腔(4)、进油口(1)和出油口(2)之间通过油孔通道(3)连通,所述活塞体(6)的内端设有刹车片安装板(7),所述刹车片安装板(7)上安装有刹车片(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自适应双柱液压刹车器,其特征在于:所述左壳体(9)和右壳体(10)的油孔通道(3)连接处设有密封圈。
