技术背景：
中国咽喉系统疾病患者约占总人口的3.9％，咽喉炎是一种常见和多发性疾病，具体分为急性和慢性两类，常见症状为咽喉疼痛、声音嘶哑或吞咽不适等，致病原因繁多：病毒细菌感染；周围刺激性因素如温差、粉尘、烟雾、刺激性气体等；此外还有不良的工作、生活、饮食习惯等。
黄氏响声丸为江苏无锡著名喉科世家九代祖传秘方，由薄荷、浙贝母、连翘、蝉蜕、胖大海、酒大黄、川芎、儿茶、桔梗、诃子肉、甘草及薄荷脑制备而成，被誉为“方出世家，经典传承，现代医学，治嗓灵验。”方中桔梗辛苦入肺，辛散苦泄，功能开宣肺气而利胸膈咽喉，兼能祛痰止咳，为君药。蝉衣疏散风热，开宣肺气；薄荷、薄荷脑宣散风热，利咽喉；诃子敛肺利咽；胖大海清宣肺气；贝母清肺化痰散结；儿茶清肺化痰生津，共为臣药。君臣相配，则痰热化，音窍开。佐川芎活血行气止痛，化瘀通络以利咽；大黄、连翘清热解毒，大黄兼能引火下行。甘草调和药性兼能清热解毒，为使药。诸药互济，共达利咽开音，清热化痰，消肿止痛之功。药理研究发现该药具有抗炎、祛痰及改善微循环等作用，临床治疗效果明确，在喉科用药市场销量排名第七。
该药已有二十多年临床应用，由于包衣不同，有糖衣丸和炭衣丸两种，且又开发出黄氏响声含片和黄氏响声茶两种新剂型。其中，黄氏响声含片加入了甜味剂成分，为灰褐色至棕褐色片，气香，味辛、甜而微苦。
但不管是黄氏响声丸，还是黄氏响声含片或茶，均不太适宜儿童服用，吞咽不变，服药顺应性也相对差，本发明提供了一种便于儿童服用的利咽开音，润喉清热的润喉糖。
有益效果：在黄氏响声方的基础上改良而成，既保证了黄氏响声方的药效，又为儿科新增了一种服用顺应性好，口感好的新药。
发明内容：
本发明的目的在于提供一种利咽开音润喉糖及其制备方法，主要将黄氏响声方相关药材提取制备黄氏响声提取物，进一步制备成糖块。
为此，本发明提供一种利咽开音润喉糖组合物，其由以下成分制备而成：
薄荷50-70份、浙贝母80-100份、连翘60-80份、蝉蜕20-40份、胖大海4-6份、酒大黄20-40份、川芎20-40份、儿茶50-70份、桔梗60-80份、诃子肉20-40份、甘草60-80份、薄荷脑2-4份，倍他环糊精50-80份，甜味剂适量，调味剂适量，水适量。
其中所述甜味剂选自：蔗糖，葡萄糖，饴糖，红糖或黑糖，优选蔗糖。
所述调味剂选自：枸橼酸，苹果酸，乳糖酸，优选枸橼酸。
所述包合物选自环糊精，优选倍他环糊精
以上组分中，中药的配比均和黄氏响声含片中的配比相同。

①大黄、浙贝母、桔梗粉碎成粗粉，用60％乙醇作溶剂，渗漉，收集渗漉液，过滤并回收乙醇浓缩成相对密度为1.33(80℃)；
②另取川芎、连翘、薄荷提取挥发油，药渣与蝉蜕、胖大海、诃子肉、儿茶、甘草合并，加水煎煮三次(1.5、1.5、1小时)，滤过，滤液合并，浓缩成相对密度为1.33(80℃)；
③挥发油与薄荷脑混匀，加入倍他环糊精制成倍他环糊精包合物。
本发明进一步包括本发明利咽开音润喉糖的制备方法，所述方法，步骤如下：
1)将甜味剂和调味剂加入水熬煮，过滤，得糖液；
2)根据现有技术，将12味中药提取，获得黄氏响声提取液或将提取液喷雾成药粉；
3)挥发油成分加入倍他环糊精进行包合，得到包合物；

②另取川芎40g、连翘80g、薄荷70g提取挥发油，药渣与蝉蜕40g、胖大海6g、诃子肉40g、儿茶70g、甘草80g合并，加水煎煮三次(1.5、1.5、1小时)，滤过，滤液合并，浓缩成相对密度为1.33(80℃)；
③挥发油与薄荷脑4g混匀，制成倍他环糊精包合物。

①将蔗糖加入烊糖罐内，再加入30％蔗糖量的纯化水，加入0.1％蔗糖量的枸橼酸，加热(加热时不断搅拌至全部溶化)至沸，保温半小时。
②将试验1制备的黄氏响声提取液使用喷雾干燥机喷雾成细粉，并过筛。将包合物加入细粉中，充分混匀。
③将混匀后的细粉加入蔗糖溶液中，搅匀，加入适量薄荷香精以调味。

实施例6[润喉糖制备方法]
①将蔗糖加入烊糖罐内，再加入30％蔗糖量的纯化水，加入0.1％蔗糖量的枸橼酸，加热(加热时不断搅拌至全部溶化)至沸，保温半小时。
②将试验2制备的黄氏响声提取液加入蔗糖溶液中，充分混匀。
③将包合物与调味薄荷香精混匀，加入上述溶液中，搅匀。
④溶液注入模具中冷却成型，检测数据见表1。

Claims (10)

1.一种利咽开音润喉糖，其由以下成分制备而成：
薄荷、浙贝母、连翘、蝉蜕、胖大海、酒大黄、川芎、儿茶、桔梗、诃子肉、甘草、薄荷脑，甜味剂，调味剂，包合物，水。
其中所述甜味剂选自：蔗糖，葡萄糖，饴糖，红糖或黑糖，
其中所述调味剂选自：枸橼酸，苹果酸，乳糖酸，
其中所述包合物选自环糊精。
2.根据权利要求1所述的利咽开音润喉糖，其中所述甜味剂选自：蔗糖。
3.根据权利要求1所述的利咽开音润喉糖，其中所述调味剂选自：枸橼酸。
4.根据权利要求1所述的利咽开音润喉糖，其中所述包合物选自：倍他环糊精。
5.根据权利要求1所述的利咽开音润喉糖，其由以下成分制备而成：
薄荷50-70份、浙贝母80-100份、连翘60-80份、蝉蜕20-40份、胖大海4-6份、酒大黄20-40份、川芎20-40份、儿茶50-70份、桔梗60-80份、诃子肉20-40份、甘草60-80份、薄荷脑2-4份，倍他环糊精50-80份，甜味剂50-2000份，调味剂0.1-10份，水1000-12000份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的利咽开音润喉糖，其由以下成分制备而成：
薄荷50-70份、浙贝母80-100份、连翘60-80份、蝉蜕20-40份、胖大海4-6份、酒大黄20-40份、川芎20-40份、儿茶50-70份、桔梗60-80份、诃子肉20-40份、甘草60-80份、薄荷脑2-4份，倍他环糊精50-80份，甜味剂200-1000份，调味剂0.1-5份，水2000-8000份。
7.根据权利要求1所述的利咽开音润喉糖，其由以下成分制备而成：
薄荷50-70份、浙贝母80-100份、连翘60-80份、蝉蜕20-40份、胖大海4-6份、酒大黄20-40份、川芎20-40份、儿茶50-70份、桔梗60-80份、诃子肉20-40份、甘草60-80份、薄荷脑2-4份，倍他环糊精50-80份，甜味剂300-500份，调味剂0.5-1份，水4000-6000份。
8.一种权利要求1所述利咽开音润喉糖的制备方法，其特征在于，将黄氏响声提取物辅以辅料而制成。
9.根据权利要求8所述的方法，步骤如下：
1)将甜味剂和调味剂加入水熬煮，过滤，得糖液；
2)根据现有技术，将12味中药提取，获得黄氏响声提取液，提取液喷雾成药粉；
3)挥发油成分加入倍他环糊精进行包合，得到包合物；
4)将药粉，包合物与糖液混合，倒入模具成型；或将黄氏响声提取液与糖液混合均匀后，再加入包合物混合均匀，倒入模具成型。
10.权利要求1所述的润喉糖的应用，其特征在于用于利咽开音，消肿止痛。
