histamine (HIS) is one of the self-active substances with various physiological activities widely distributed in the body, and is an important mediator for allergic reactions, which can cause degranulation of these cells when the body is subjected to physicochemical stimuli or allergic reactions, resulting in histamine release. Immunoglobulin E (IgE) refers to an antibody of human body, and is present in serum, the content of IgE in the serum of normal human is lower, and the content of IgE in the serum is obviously higher than that of normal human, so that the content of IgE in the serum is too high, which usually indicates the existence of genetic allergic constitution or type I allergy.
The compositions of examples 1 to 10 and comparative examples 1 to 4 were prepared as test sample solutions using deionized water as 6% aqueous solutions, respectively.
In the experiment, 160 SD rats were selected and randomly divided into 16 groups of 10 rats, namely a normal group, a model group, an example 1-example 10 group and a comparative 1-comparative 4 group. The animals were depilated 24 hours before the experiment and had their backs depilated to an area of about 3cm by 3 cm. The skin of the back of rats was molded with 2, 4-Dinitrochlorobenzene (DNCB) in each group except the normal group and irradiated with ultraviolet rays for 12 hours, after the molding was successful (the skin showed symptoms of dryness, desquamation, burning, stabbing pain, swelling, erythema, etc.). The normal and model groups were each coated with 0.5ml of deionized water on the back depilated area over a range of about 2.5cm by 2.5cm, and the remaining groups were each coated with 0.5ml of a different group of test sample solutions once a day for 14 consecutive days. On day 15, the skin condition of the right back of each group of rats was visually observed and recorded according to the test criteria of table 1, and the concentrations of HIS and IgE in each sample serum were measured.

The statistical result shows that the concentrations of HIS and IgE in the serum of the rat in the model group are obviously higher than those in the normal group, and the statistical significance is very obvious; after the sample solutions of the compositions of examples 1-10 of the invention are applied, the concentrations of HIS and IgE are obviously lower than those of a model group, and allergic symptoms are obviously relieved and almost recovered to a normal level, which shows that the composition of the invention has obvious anti-inflammatory and anti-irritation efficacies, and can well relieve allergic skin and symptoms such as skin dryness, desquamation, burning, stabbing pain, swelling, erythema and the like caused by ultraviolet irradiation; and especially, the composition of the example 10 has the best effect, the concentrations of HIS and IgE in the serum of the rat are not obviously different from those in the normal group, and the skin allergy symptoms disappear; although the concentrations of HIS and IgE were reduced after the test sample solutions applied with the compositions of comparative examples 1-4, the concentrations were significantly lower than the changes of the examples, and the allergic symptoms were only slightly relieved, which indicates that hesperidin methylchalcone, gentian extract, bamboo extract, uncaria citri sinensis extract, linden extract, and hinoki wood seed extract in the composition of the present invention have synergistic effects, and when they were compounded in a specific ratio, the composition of the present invention effectively achieved the effects of relieving the allergic skin symptoms and anti-inflammatory and anti-irritation.
Claims (5)
1. The skin care composition capable of relieving allergic skin, resisting inflammation and resisting irritation is characterized by mainly comprising the following components in parts by weight: 0.5-3 parts of hesperidin methyl chalcone, 1-8 parts of gentian extract and 3-10 parts of bamboo extract;
the bamboo extract is the extract of the mixture of green-skin bamboo and Qulpaertea bambusicola;
the bamboo extract is prepared by the following steps:
respectively cleaning, drying and crushing the green tangerine peel bamboo stems and the Quipara Sasa, sieving the green tangerine peel bamboo stems and the Quipara Sasa with a sieve of 100 meshes and 150 meshes, uniformly mixing the green tangerine peel bamboo stems and the Quipara Sagittifolia according to the mass ratio of 1:1, adding absolute ethyl alcohol, carrying out ultrasonic extraction for 2 to 3 times at the ultrasonic frequency of 50 to 70kv, wherein the material-liquid ratio of each extraction is 1 (5-10), the extraction temperature is 50 to 70 ℃, the extraction time is 20 to 40min, filtering, combining filtrates, concentrating and drying in vacuum, dissolving the dried powder in a proper amount of deionized water to ensure that the mass concentration of active ingredients is 0.5 to 2 percent, and thus obtaining the bamboo extract.
2. The skin care composition for soothing allergic skin, diminishing inflammation and resisting irritation as claimed in claim 1, further comprising 1 to 4 parts of an extract of leaves of caragana lemongensis.
3. The skin care composition for soothing sensitive skin, relieving inflammation and resisting irritation according to claim 1, further comprising 0.5-3 parts of extract of tilia europaea.
4. The skin care composition for soothing sensitive skin, relieving inflammation and resisting irritation as claimed in claim 1, further comprising 0.5-3 parts of Cupressus Sempervirens seed extract.
5. The skin care composition for soothing sensitive skin, relieving inflammation and resisting irritation as claimed in claim 1, wherein the composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 2 parts of hesperidin methyl chalcone, 5 parts of radix gentianae extract, 6 parts of bamboo extract, 2.5 parts of lemon gudgeon vine leaf extract, 1.5 parts of European basswood extract and 1.5 parts of Chinese juniper seed extract.
