本发明提供了一种产后调理的花胶弹性蛋白肽组合物及其制备方法,包含花胶1~150份、五指毛桃0.3~100份、金耳0.1~50份、黑婆罗门参0.1~60份、百合0.1~90份、胡椒芽0.1~30份、小蓟0.05~50份、蒲公英1~40份、牡丹低聚肽粉0.04~60份、金枪鱼胶原蛋白肽0.05~70份、弹性蛋白肽0.05~100份、鳗鱼肽粉0.05~45份、L‑茶氨酸0.05~9份。其经提取、酶解、干燥、粉碎及制剂成型等制成。本发明组合物有利于促进泌乳,减少产后水肿,降低产后抑郁并促进产后体质恢复。

本发明涉及医药、功能食品,具体涉及一种产后调理的花胶弹性蛋白肽组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
花胶又称鱼胶,是自古以来中医养生的滋补上品,在我国有着悠久的历史,北魏贾思勰《齐民要术》中就有把石首鱼鳔进行加工食用的记载。花胶在中医养生方面有着十分神奇的功效。历代的医学古籍对它都有记载,如《本草纲目》记载:“鳔,止折伤血出不止,鳔胶,烧存性,治妇人难产,产后风搐,破伤风痉,止呕血,散淤血,消肿毒。”《本草新编》:“入肾,补精益血。”等等。现代中药学认为鱼鳔甘、咸、平,入肾、肝二经,具有扶正固本、大补真元、强身健体之药效,同时有补血活血、养血止血、养肝补肾、御寒祛湿,提高免疫力,调节内分泌失调等功能,能降低高胆固醇、高血脂和高血糖,对慢性胃炎、支气管炎、神经衰弱、妇女经亏、小儿发育不良、产妇乳汁分泌不足,愈合伤口均有非常好的疗效作用。本发明目的在于针对产后身体形体变化、产后抑郁、缺奶等诸多不适,提供一种将花胶、弹性蛋白肽等多种原料进行合理组方加工,能充分有效地发挥和利用原料所含成分的功效,具有产后调理功能的花胶弹性蛋白肽组合物。

本发明第一目的在于提供一种产后调理的花胶弹性蛋白肽组合物,第二目的在于提供一种产后调理的花胶弹性蛋白肽组合物的加工制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的一种产后调理的花胶弹性蛋白肽组合物,其包含花胶、五指毛桃、金耳、黑婆罗门参、百合、胡椒芽、小蓟、蒲公英、牡丹低聚肽粉、金枪鱼胶原蛋白肽、弹性蛋白肽、鳗鱼肽粉、L-茶氨酸。
其中,按重量份数计,所述产后调理的花胶弹性蛋白肽组合物包含花胶1~150份、五指毛桃0.3~100份、金耳0.1~50份、黑婆罗门参0.1~60份、百合0.1~90份、胡椒芽0.1~30份、小蓟0.05~50份、蒲公英1~40份、牡丹低聚肽粉0.04~60份、金枪鱼胶原蛋白肽0.05~70份、弹性蛋白肽0.05~100份、鳗鱼肽粉0.05~45份、L-茶氨酸0.05~9份。
本发明所述的产后调理的花胶弹性蛋白肽组合物,可加入可接受的辅料或食品添加剂,制成口服液、颗粒剂、粉剂。
本发明所述的产后调理的花胶弹性蛋白肽组合物,所述金枪鱼胶原蛋白肽是以金枪鱼的骨、皮和肉及其降解产物为原料,使用食品工业用加工助剂植物活性炭、氢氧化钠、酶制剂、盐酸,经原料验收、预处理、浸泡脱灰、蒸煮提取、酶解、过滤、灭菌、脱色、过滤、离子交换、杀菌、浓缩、喷雾干燥、包装等主要工艺加工制成的金枪鱼胶原蛋白肽;

本发明还提供一种本发明所述产后调理的花胶弹性蛋白肽组合物的制备方法,所述制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将花胶、五指毛桃、金耳、黑婆罗门参、百合、胡椒芽、小蓟、蒲公英加入6~15倍量的水提取2次,每次提取1~3小时,合并2次滤液,250目筛滤过,收集滤液,滤渣保留,备用;
(2)将(1)中滤渣加入3~10倍量的水煎煮1~3小时,放置温度至37~65℃,加入3~38份菠萝蛋白酶、1~11份木瓜蛋白酶及0.5~9份猕猴桃蛋白酶,调节pH值为1.5~5.5,保温0.5~5小时,煮沸3~45min,250目筛滤过,收集滤液,备用,滤渣弃去;
(3)将(1)、(2)中滤液合并,滤液于40~85℃减压浓缩至密度1.10~1.31g/ml,50~80℃减压干燥,控制水份<3%,粉碎过40~300目筛,备用;
(4)将(3)中物料加入牡丹低聚肽粉、金枪鱼胶原蛋白肽、弹性蛋白肽、鳗鱼肽粉、L-茶氨酸及适宜辅料或食品添加剂,制成口服液、颗粒剂、粉剂。
本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明产后调理的花胶弹性蛋白肽组合物有利于促进泌乳,减少产后水肿,降低产后抑郁并促进产后体质恢复。

下面通过具体实施方式进一步说明本发明,下述实施例、试验例中所用的原料、试剂材料等,如无特殊说明,均购买市售产品。以下实施例仅用于说明本发明,其中所述的实验方法,如无特殊定义,均为常规方法。
实施例1
原料:花胶150份、五指毛桃100份、金耳50份、黑婆罗门参60份、百合90份、胡椒芽30份、小蓟50份、蒲公英40份、牡丹低聚肽粉0.04份、金枪鱼胶原蛋白肽0.05份、弹性蛋白肽0.05份、鳗鱼肽粉0.05份、L-茶氨酸0.05份。
制备方法:(1)将花胶、五指毛桃、金耳、黑婆罗门参、百合、胡椒芽、小蓟、蒲公英加入15倍量的水提取2次,每次提取3小时,合并2次滤液,250目筛滤过,收集滤液,滤渣保留,备用;
(2)将(1)中滤渣加入10倍量的水煎煮3小时,放置温度至65℃,加入38份菠萝蛋白酶、11份木瓜蛋白酶及9份猕猴桃蛋白酶,调节pH值为5.5,保温5小时,煮沸45min,250目筛滤过,收集滤液,备用,滤渣弃去;
(3)将(1)、(2)中滤液合并,滤液于85℃减压浓缩至密度1.31g/ml,80℃减压干燥,控制水份<3%,粉碎过300目筛,备用;
(4)将(3)中物料加入牡丹低聚肽粉、金枪鱼胶原蛋白肽、弹性蛋白肽、鳗鱼肽粉、L-茶氨酸及甜菊糖苷0.05份、结晶果糖15份,制成口服液。
实施例2
原料:花胶1份、五指毛桃0.3份、金耳0.1份、黑婆罗门参0.1份、百合0.1份、胡椒芽0.1份、小蓟0.05份、蒲公英1份、牡丹低聚肽粉60份、金枪鱼胶原蛋白肽70份、弹性蛋白肽100份、鳗鱼肽粉45份、L-茶氨酸9份。
制备方法:(1)将花胶、五指毛桃、金耳、黑婆罗门参、百合、胡椒芽、小蓟、蒲公英加入6倍量的水提取2次,每次提取1小时,合并2次滤液,250目筛滤过,收集滤液,滤渣保留,备用;
(2)将(1)中滤渣加入3倍量的水煎煮1小时,放置温度至37℃,加入3份菠萝蛋白酶、1份木瓜蛋白酶及0.5份猕猴桃蛋白酶,调节pH值为1.5,保温0.5小时,煮沸3min,250目筛滤过,收集滤液,备用,滤渣弃去;
(3)将(1)、(2)中滤液合并,滤液于40℃减压浓缩至密度1.10g/ml,50℃减压干燥,控制水份<3%,粉碎过40目筛,备用;
(4)将(3)中物料加入牡丹低聚肽粉、金枪鱼胶原蛋白肽、弹性蛋白肽、鳗鱼肽粉、L-茶氨酸及三氯蔗糖0.03份、赤藓糖醇20份、木糖醇10份,制成粉剂。
实施例3
原料:花胶75份、五指毛桃50份、金耳25份、黑婆罗门参30份、百合45份、胡椒芽15份、小蓟25份、蒲公英20份、牡丹低聚肽粉30份、金枪鱼胶原蛋白肽35份、弹性蛋白肽50份、鳗鱼肽粉25份、L-茶氨酸5份。
制备方法:(1)将花胶、五指毛桃、金耳、黑婆罗门参、百合、胡椒芽、小蓟、蒲公英加入10倍量的水提取2次,每次提取2小时,合并2次滤液,250目筛滤过,收集滤液,滤渣保留,备用;
(2)将(1)中滤渣加入7倍量的水煎煮2小时,放置温度至50℃,加入20份菠萝蛋白酶、6份木瓜蛋白酶及5份猕猴桃蛋白酶,调节pH值为3.5,保温3小时,煮沸28min,250目筛滤过,收集滤液,备用,滤渣弃去;
(3)将(1)、(2)中滤液合并,滤液于65℃减压浓缩至密度1.21g/ml,65℃减压干燥,控制水份<3%,粉碎过200目筛,备用;
(4)将(3)中物料加入牡丹低聚肽粉、金枪鱼胶原蛋白肽、弹性蛋白肽、鳗鱼肽粉、L-茶氨酸及乳糖30份、甜菊糖苷0.02、甘露糖醇10份,制成颗粒剂。
实施例4
原料:花胶10份、五指毛桃8份、金耳5份、黑婆罗门参5份、百合9份、胡椒芽5份、小蓟9份、蒲公英10份、牡丹低聚肽粉0.1份、金枪鱼胶原蛋白肽10份、弹性蛋白肽3份、鳗鱼肽粉2份、L-茶氨酸0.1份。
制备方法:(1)将花胶、五指毛桃、金耳、黑婆罗门参、百合、胡椒芽、小蓟、蒲公英加入8倍量的水提取2次,每次提取2小时,合并2次滤液,250目筛滤过,收集滤液,滤渣保留,备用;
(2)将(1)中滤渣加入6倍量的水煎煮2小时,放置温度至45℃,加入18份菠萝蛋白酶、9份木瓜蛋白酶及4份猕猴桃蛋白酶,调节pH值为2.5,保温3小时,煮沸15min,250目筛滤过,收集滤液,备用,滤渣弃去;
(3)将(1)、(2)中滤液合并,滤液于65℃减压浓缩至密度1.18g/ml,70℃减压干燥,控制水份<3%,粉碎过200目筛,备用;
(4)将(3)中物料加入牡丹低聚肽粉、金枪鱼胶原蛋白肽、弹性蛋白肽、鳗鱼肽粉、L-茶氨酸及木糖醇20份、罗汉果苷0.06份、柠檬酸0.02份,制成口服液。
实施例5
原料:花胶75份、五指毛桃50份、金耳25份、黑婆罗门参30份、百合45份、小蓟25份、蒲公英20份、金枪鱼胶原蛋白肽35份、弹性蛋白肽50份、鳗鱼肽粉25份、L-茶氨酸5份。制备方法:(1)将花胶、五指毛桃、金耳、黑婆罗门参、百合、小蓟、蒲公英加入10倍量的水提取2次,每次提取2小时,合并2次滤液,250目筛滤过,收集滤液,滤渣保留,备用;(2)将(1)中滤渣加入7倍量的水煎煮2小时,放置温度至50℃,加入20份菠萝蛋白酶、6份木瓜蛋白酶及5份猕猴桃蛋白酶,调节pH值为3.5,保温3小时,煮沸28min,250目筛滤过,收集滤液,备用,滤渣弃去;
(3)将(1)、(2)中滤液合并,滤液于65℃减压浓缩至密度1.21g/ml,65℃减压干燥,控制水份<3%,粉碎过200目筛,备用;
(4)将(3)中物料加入金枪鱼胶原蛋白肽、弹性蛋白肽、鳗鱼肽粉、L-茶氨酸及乳糖30份、甜菊糖苷0.02、甘露糖醇10份,制成颗粒剂。
实施例6

(2)将(1)中滤渣加入7倍量的水煎煮2小时,放置温度至50℃,加入20份菠萝蛋白酶、6份木瓜蛋白酶及5份猕猴桃蛋白酶,调节pH值为3.5,保温3小时,煮沸28min,250目筛滤过,收集滤液,备用,滤渣弃去;

原料:花胶75份、五指毛桃50份、金耳25份、黑婆罗门参30份、百合145份、胡椒芽15份、小蓟25份、蒲公英20份、牡丹低聚肽粉30份、金枪鱼胶原蛋白肽35份、弹性蛋白肽50份、鳗鱼肽粉25份、L-茶氨酸0.01份。
制备方法:(1)将花胶、五指毛桃、金耳、黑婆罗门参、百合、胡椒芽、小蓟、蒲公英加入10倍量的水提取2次,每次提取2小时,合并2次滤液,250目筛滤过,收集滤液,滤渣保留,备用;
(2)将(1)中滤渣加入7倍量的水煎煮2小时,放置温度至50℃,加入20份菠萝蛋白酶、6份木瓜蛋白酶,调节pH值为3.5,保温3小时,煮沸28min,250目筛滤过,收集滤液,备用,滤渣弃去;
(3)将(1)、(2)中滤液合并,滤液于65℃减压浓缩至密度1.21g/ml,65℃减压干燥,控制水份<3%,粉碎过200目筛,备用;
(4)将(3)中物料加入牡丹低聚肽粉、金枪鱼胶原蛋白肽、弹性蛋白肽、鳗鱼肽粉、L-茶氨酸及乳糖30份、甜菊糖苷0.02、甘露糖醇10份,制成颗粒剂。
实施例8
原料:花胶75份、五指毛桃50份、金耳25份、黑婆罗门参30份、百合45份、胡椒芽15份、小蓟25份、金枪鱼胶原蛋白肽35份、弹性蛋白肽50份、鳗鱼肽粉25份、L-茶氨酸5份。
制备方法:(1)将花胶、五指毛桃、金耳、黑婆罗门参、百合、胡椒芽、小蓟加入10倍量的水提取2次,每次提取2小时,合并2次滤液,250目筛滤过,收集滤液,滤渣保留,备用;(2)将(1)中滤渣加入7倍量的水煎煮2小时,放置温度至50℃,加入20份菠萝蛋白酶、6份木瓜蛋白酶及5份猕猴桃蛋白酶,调节pH值为3.5,保温3小时,煮沸28min,250目筛滤过,收集滤液,备用,滤渣弃去;
(3)将(1)、(2)中滤液合并,滤液于65℃减压浓缩至密度1.21g/ml,65℃减压干燥,控制水份<3%,粉碎过200目筛,备用;
(4)将(3)中物料加入金枪鱼胶原蛋白肽、弹性蛋白肽、鳗鱼肽粉、L-茶氨酸及乳糖30份、甜菊糖苷0.02、甘露糖醇10份,制成颗粒剂。
实施例9
原料:花胶75份、金耳25份、黑婆罗门参30份、百合45份、胡椒芽15份、小蓟25份、牡丹低聚肽粉30份、弹性蛋白肽50份、鳗鱼肽粉25份、L-茶氨酸5份。
制备方法:(1)将花胶、金耳、黑婆罗门参、百合、胡椒芽、小蓟加入10倍量的水提取2次,每次提取2小时,合并2次滤液,250目筛滤过,收集滤液,滤渣保留,备用;

实施例10

实施例11
原料:花胶175份、五指毛桃0.1份、金耳25份、黑婆罗门参30份、百合45份、胡椒芽15份、小蓟25份、蒲公英50份、牡丹低聚肽粉0.03份、金枪鱼胶原蛋白肽35份、弹性蛋白肽150份、鳗鱼肽粉25份、L-茶氨酸5份。
制备方法:(1)将花胶、五指毛桃、金耳、黑婆罗门参、百合、胡椒芽、小蓟、蒲公英加入10倍量的水提取2次,每次提取2小时,合并2次滤液,250目筛滤过,收集滤液,滤渣保留,备用;
(2)将(1)中滤渣加入7倍量的水煎煮2小时,放置温度至50℃,加入20份菠萝蛋白酶、6份木瓜蛋白酶及5份猕猴桃蛋白酶,调节pH值为3.5,保温3小时,煮沸28min,250目筛滤过,收集滤液,备用,滤渣弃去;

试验例1对产后缺乳的影响
1、人群及纳入标准:征集志愿者,年龄25岁~40岁产妇60人,平均分为3组。产后没有乳汁或乳汁稀少。乳腺发育正常,乳房无病变或发育不良,无重大疾患。
2、方法:本发明组:服用本发明实施例3项下样品,10g/次,1日2次;
对照组1:服用本发明实施例11项下样品,10g/次,1日2次;
对照组2:通草5克,穿山甲、王不留行各9克,当归6克,猪蹄150g,炖汤服,1日1剂。3、测试标准:
治愈:服用后奶水显著变多,可以正常育儿,无需额外补充奶粉。
有效:服用后奶水增多,但还需要额外补充部分奶粉。
无效:服用后奶水未增加。
4、评价结果:本发明组合物能够促进产后泌乳。具体效果见表1。

试验例2对产后水肿的效果观察
程某,女,27岁。产后小便不利,于第46天,下肢明显浮肿,按之凹陷,食欲不振,精神萎靡。服用本发明实施例3项下样品,20g/次,1日3次,3天后好转,连续服用2周,全身水肿消退,胃口好转,饮食正常,精神振作。
试验例3对产后抑郁的影响
1、人群及纳入标准:征集志愿者,年龄21岁~46岁产妇96人,平均分为12组,平均分为空白组、实施例1至11组。经SDS抑郁自评量表评价均有抑郁倾向,无精神病、人格障碍及重大疾病。
2、方法:实施例1至11组:服用本发明实施例1至11项下样品,实施例1组及实施例4组,30ml/次,1日3次;余下其他各组,10g/次,1日3次。空白组:糊精,10g/次,1日3次。以上各组均连续服用45天。
3、测试标准:采用SDS抑郁自评量表评估产后抑郁状态,SDS评分小于50分无抑郁状况。
4、评价结果:本发明组合物能够降低产后抑郁。具体效果见表2。

试验例4对产后康复的影响
1、人群及纳入标准:征集志愿者,年龄21岁~46岁产妇120人,平均分为12组,平均分为空白组、实施例1至11组。均无重大疾病。
2、方法:实施例1至11组:服用本发明实施例1至11项下样品,实施例1组及实施例4组,30ml/次,1日3次;余下其他各组,10g/次,1日3次。空白组:麦芽糊精,10g/次,1日3次。以上各组均连续服用120天。
3、测试标准:采用Mobility Evaluation System分别测量产妇的下肢肌肉分布(MD),身脂肪含量(BF%),股骨颈抗骨折的能力(FS)。
4、评价结果:本发明能够促进产后康复,提高体质、增强骨骼。具体效果见表3。

Claims (8)
1.一种产后调理的花胶弹性蛋白肽组合物,其包含花胶、五指毛桃、金耳、黑婆罗门参、百合、胡椒芽、小蓟、蒲公英、牡丹低聚肽粉、金枪鱼胶原蛋白肽、弹性蛋白肽、鳗鱼肽粉、L-茶氨酸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的产后调理的花胶弹性蛋白肽组合物,其特征在于,按重量份数计,所述产后调理的花胶弹性蛋白肽组合物包含花胶1~150份、五指毛桃0.3~100份、金耳0.1~50份、黑婆罗门参0.1~60份、百合0.1~90份、胡椒芽0.1~30份、小蓟0.05~50份、蒲公英1~40份、牡丹低聚肽粉0.04~60份、金枪鱼胶原蛋白肽0.05~70份、弹性蛋白肽0.05~100份、鳗鱼肽粉0.05~45份、L-茶氨酸0.05~9份。
3.根据权利要求1至2任一所述的产后调理的花胶弹性蛋白肽组合物,其特征在于加入可接受的辅料或食品添加剂,制成口服液、颗粒剂、粉剂。
4.根据权利要求1至3任一所述的产后调理的花胶弹性蛋白肽组合物,其特征在于,所述金枪鱼胶原蛋白肽是以金枪鱼的骨、皮和肉及其降解产物为原料,使用食品工业用加工助剂植物活性炭、氢氧化钠、酶制剂、盐酸,经原料验收、预处理、浸泡脱灰、蒸煮提取、酶解、过滤、灭菌、脱色、过滤、离子交换、杀菌、浓缩、喷雾干燥、包装等主要工艺加工制成的金枪鱼胶原蛋白肽;
优选地,所述金枪鱼胶原蛋白肽为荣成蓝润生物科技有限公司生产的金枪鱼胶原蛋白肽;
优选地,所述金枪鱼胶原蛋白肽生产检验执行标准为Q/RLR0001S-2018;
更优选地,所述金枪鱼胶原蛋白肽的分子量≤3000道尔顿、羟脯胺酸含量≥5.0%。
5.根据权利要求1至4任一所述的产后调理的花胶弹性蛋白肽组合物,其特征在于,所述鳗鱼肽粉是以鳗鱼为原料,添加蛋白酶,经酶解、分离、过滤、干燥、包装等生产工艺制成的鳗鱼肽粉;
优选地,所述鳗鱼肽粉为海南原肽生物科技有限公司生产的鳗鱼肽粉;
优选地,所述鳗鱼肽粉生产检验执行标准为Q/HNYT0003S-2017;
更优选地,所述鳗鱼肽粉的灰分≤10.0%、蛋白质≥85.0%。
6.根据权利要求1至5任一所述的产后调理的花胶弹性蛋白肽组合物,其特征在于,所述牡丹低聚肽粉是以油用牡丹籽饼粕为原料,经微沸提取、使用食品添加剂复合酶酶解、脱渣、过滤、浓缩、干燥、包装等生产工艺制成的牡丹低聚肽粉;
优选地,所述牡丹低聚肽粉为辽宁太爱肽生物工程技术有限公司生产的牡丹低聚肽粉;
优选地,所述牡丹低聚肽粉生产检验执行标准为Q/TAT0004S-2018;
更优选地,所述牡丹低聚肽粉的低聚肽以干基计≥20.0%、蛋白质≥22.0%。
7.根据权利要求1至6任一所述的产后调理的花胶弹性蛋白肽组合物,其特征在于,所述弹性蛋白肽是以牛心脉为主要原料,添加木瓜蛋白酶为加工助剂,经清洗、粉碎、酶解、过滤、浓缩、喷雾干燥等生产工艺制成的弹性蛋白肽;
优选地,所述弹性蛋白肽为海南盛美诺生物技术有限公司生产的弹性蛋白肽;
优选地,所述弹性蛋白肽生产检验执行的标准为Q/HSMN0017S-2017;
更优选地,所述弹性蛋白肽的蛋白质以干基计≥90.0%、灰分≤3.0%。
8.一种根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的产后调理的花胶弹性蛋白肽组合物的制备方法,所述制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将花胶、五指毛桃、金耳、黑婆罗门参、百合、胡椒芽、小蓟、蒲公英加入6~15倍量的水提取2次,每次提取1~3小时,合并2次滤液,250目筛滤过,收集滤液,滤渣保留,备用;
(2)将(1)中滤渣加入3~10倍量的水煎煮1~3小时,放置温度至37~65℃,加入3~38份菠萝蛋白酶、1~11份木瓜蛋白酶及0.5~9份猕猴桃蛋白酶,调节pH值为1.5~5.5,保温0.5~5小时,煮沸3~45min,250目筛滤过,收集滤液,备用,滤渣弃去;
(3)将(1)、(2)中滤液合并,滤液于40~85℃减压浓缩至密度1.10~1.31g/ml,50~80℃减压干燥,控制水份<3%,粉碎过40~300目筛,备用;
(4)将(3)中物料加入牡丹低聚肽粉、金枪鱼胶原蛋白肽、弹性蛋白肽、鳗鱼肽粉、L-茶氨酸及适宜辅料或食品添加剂,制成口服液、颗粒剂、粉剂。
