本发明涉及海参深加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种海参营养胶囊的制造方法。
背景技术:
现代科学研究证明,海参营养价值很高,每百克中含蛋白质15克,脂肪1克、碳水化合物0.4克,钙357毫克、磷12毫克,铁2.4毫克,以及维生素B1、B2、尼克酸等50多种对人体生理活动有益的营养成分,其中蛋白质含量高达55%以上,其含有18种氨基酸牛磺酸、硫酸软骨素、刺参粘多糖多种成分,精氨酸是构成男性精细胞的主要成分,又是合成人体胶原蛋白的主要原料,可促进机体细胞的再生和机体受损后的修复,还可以提高人体的免疫功能,延年益寿,消除疲劳。

海参作为中药中的一味,被广为记载,如,《本草从新》:补肾益精,壮阳疗痿。《药性考》:降火滋肾,通肠润燥,除劳怯症。《食物宜忌》:补肾经,益精髓,消痰涎,摄小便,壮阳疗痿,杀疮虫。《纲目拾遗》:生百脉血,治休息痢。《本草求原》:润五脏,滋精利水。《随息居饮食谱》:滋阴,补血,健阳,润燥,调经,养胎,利产。凡产后、,宜同火腿或猪羊肉煨食。《现代实用中药》性味:性微寒,味甘、咸。归肺、肾、大肠经。补肾益精;养血润燥;止血。主治:精血亏损;虚弱劳怯;阳痿;梦遗;肠燥便秘;肺虚咳嗽咯血,肠风便血,外伤出血。
海参含有蛋白质、钙、钾、锌、铁、硒、锰等活性物质外,海参体内其它活性成分有海参素及由氨基已糖、已糖醛酸和岩藻糖等组成刺参酸性粘多糖,另含18种氨基酸且不含胆固醇。因为海参性温,具有补肾益精、滋阴健阳,补血润燥、调经祛劳、养胎利产等阴阳双补功效。能提高男性内分泌能力,提高女性的新陈代谢,促进性激素分泌能力,提高性功能。从中医角度讲,肾是人体之本,只要肾脏出现问题,则不仅仅是性生活质量降低的问题,而且其他器官会相应枯竭。而海参对人体的作用主要补肾固本,也就是俗话说的培元固本。只要人体肾脏强健,各器官经络都会相应强健,最终人体会更加健康,抵抗疾病的能力大大增强。
目前海参的服用方法,仍然以食补为主,食补导致人体吸收率不足,而且,一些烹饪的禁忌也常常导致海参营养成分损失,如,海参不能用醋做调味品。因此,市面上出现了一些海参深加工产品,如口服液,片剂,胶囊,蜜炼丸剂等等,深加工的过程中,往往加入中成药以提高产品的吸收率或增加其他附属功能,但是,有些配方不合理,例如,海参不能与甘草配伍等等。因此,本发明旨在提供一种制造方法简单,制得的产品配比简单,组方搭配合理,补肾益精、滋阴健阳,补血润燥、调经祛劳、提高人体免疫力的一种海参营养胶囊的制造方法。

本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的缺点,提供一种制造方法简单,制得的产品配比简单,组方搭配合理,补肾益精、滋阴健阳,补血润燥、调经祛劳、提高人体免疫力的一种海参营养胶囊的制造方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种海参营养胶囊的制造方法,其中,包括如下步骤:
备料,选择优质的下述中药组分和海参,备用:
A、清洗的步骤:将杜仲,白芍,菟丝子,芝麻,栗子,山药,胡桃,桂圆,党参,薏苡仁,漏芦,虎杖,黄芪,地黄,使用滚筒式洗药机进行清洗,清洗时间控制在2-3分钟,避免药效流失;
B、润药的步骤:将步骤A清洗干净的中药组分,使用注水式润药机进行润药操作,润药使失水的植物细胞吸水膨胀,润药时间1-1.5小时,为提取工序创造条件;
C、上述组份加重量8倍量乙醇,加热回流提取3次,每次2小时,将3次提取液合并,减压回收乙醇,并浓缩至药液浓度为0.5g生药/mL,抽滤后,滤液的相对密度为20℃时1.1;所述滤液流经体积为10L的大孔吸附树脂柱,之后用10倍树脂柱体积的去离子水或蒸馏水洗脱,再用5倍树脂柱体积的95%乙醇洗脱,收集乙醇洗脱液,去除乙醇溶剂,得到中药药粉,再经80目筛子过筛后,经紫外线杀菌后备用;
D、海参深加工的步骤:鲜活海参,沿腹部从头至尾全剖开,去除内脏,将杂质清洗干净;接着进行冷冻干燥,冷冻温度为-20~-25℃,真空度为5-15Pa,快速冷冻2-3h,将冷冻干燥后的海参放入粉碎机,粉碎10-30min,过60 目筛,得到粗海参粉;将海参粗粉通过气流粉碎机进行超微粉碎,时间2-3h,得到超微海参粉;然后将超微海参粉通过高速剪切超细粉碎机进行纳米化粉碎,粉碎时间为3-5h;
向容器中加入纯净水,使纳米化粉碎后的海参粉与水以1 :5-10 质量比溶解,得到海参浆,称取海参重量0.3-0.4% 的复合蛋白酶,复合蛋白酶为胃蛋白酶的菠萝酶胃的混合物,蛋白酶:菠萝酶的质量比=2:1,使用纯净水将复合蛋白酶溶化后,连同海参浆一起放入酶解罐中,在强度为500-1000w 的微波环境中静置1-2min,进行微波酶解作业,酶解完成后,将酶解液迅速升温度至90℃灭酶10-30min ;完成酶的灭活后,对酶解罐停止加热,将酶解液迅速冷却至常温;酶解罐用纯净水冲洗,冲洗液放入酶解液中;将降温后的酶解液先用普通离心机离心20min,过滤;取滤液,低温超高速离心20min,过滤,得滤液;将滤液通过纳滤以除去盐分;剩余物过100 目筛,得到海参提取液;
E、制备胶囊的步骤:将步骤C所得中药药粉加入到步骤D所得的海参提取液中,中药药粉:海参提取液的重量比为1-1.2:1-1.5;混合均匀后经过离心过滤,干燥,得干浸膏,过60目筛,置真空干燥器内干燥,干燥后得药粉,再将药粉按照每颗胶囊10g装入胶囊。
经本发明制造方法制得的海参营养胶囊,其中,包括按照重量份数配置的如下活性组分:
杜仲30-50份,白芍20-40份,菟丝子20-40份,芝麻20-40份,栗子10-30份,山药10-30份,胡桃10-30份,桂圆10-30份,党参10-30份,薏苡仁10-30份,漏芦10-30份,虎杖10-30份,黄芪10-30份,地黄10-30份,海参300-500份。

向容器中加入纯净水,使纳米化粉碎后的海参粉与水以1 :5-10 质量比溶解,得到海参浆,称取海参重量0.3-0.4% 的复合蛋白酶,复合蛋白酶为胃蛋白酶的菠萝酶胃的混合物,蛋白酶:菠萝酶的质量比=2:1,使用纯净水将复合蛋白酶溶化后,连同海参浆一起放入酶解罐中,在强度为500-1000w 的微波环境中静置1-2min,进行微波酶解作业,酶解完成后,将酶解液迅速升温度至90℃灭酶10-30min ;完成酶的灭活后,对酶解罐停止加热,将酶解液迅速冷却至常温;酶解罐用纯净水冲洗,冲洗液放入酶解液中;将降温后的酶解液先用普通离心机离心20min,过滤;取滤液,低温超高速离心20min,过滤,得滤液;将滤液通过纳滤以除去盐分;剩余物过100 目筛,得到海参提取液;
E、制备胶囊的步骤:将步骤C所得中药药粉加入到步骤D所得的海参提取液中,中药药粉:海参提取液的重量比为1-1.2:1-1.5;混合均匀后经过离心过滤,干燥,得干浸膏,过60目筛,置真空干燥器内干燥,干燥后得药粉,再将药粉按照每颗胶囊10g装入胶囊。

杜仲50份,白芍40份,菟丝子40份,芝麻40份,栗子30份,山药30份,胡桃30份,桂圆30份,党参30份,薏苡仁30份,漏芦30份,虎杖30份,黄芪30份,地黄30份,海参500份。
制备方法,

C、上述组份加重量8倍量乙醇,加热回流提取3次,每次2小时,将3次提取液合并,减压回收乙醇,并浓缩至药液浓度为0.5g生药/mL,抽滤后,滤液的相对密度为20℃时1.1;所述滤液流经体积为10L的大孔吸附树脂柱,之后用10倍树脂柱体积的去离子水或蒸馏水洗脱,再用5倍树脂柱体积的95%乙醇洗脱,收集乙醇洗脱液,去除乙醇溶剂,得到中药药粉,再经80目筛子过筛后,经紫外线杀菌后备用;

使用效果举例
1、张某,46岁,男,夜尿尿量多尿量过多或过少(正常尿量为1000—2000毫升/日,平均为1500毫升/日左右。尿量增多或减少,都可能是肾脏病的表现,特别是夜间多尿往往是肾脏病的信号。)常常头昏眼花,腰痛腿软,眼圈发黑,容易脱发。晨起眼睑或面部水肿,午后多消退,劳累后加重,休息后减轻。
服用本实施例1所制得的海参营养胶囊,每日早晚各一粒,服用15天后,水肿消失,继续服用15天,腰痛腿软症状消失,精神好、脚步轻快、睡眠好、耳聪目明。
2、刘某,52岁,头痛、头昏、眼花、耳鸣,尿化验异常尿常规检查发现有蛋白,因肾阳虚损引起的腰膝酸软,下肢无力,头晕目眩,手足不温等症状。
服用本实施例2所制得的海参高营养胶囊,每日早晚各一粒,服用15天后,耳鸣消失,继续服用15天,腰膝酸软,下肢无力症状消失。
3、黄某,31岁,房劳过度,因肾精亏虚引起的脑髓不充,失眠健忘,头晕耳鸣等症状。
服用本实施例3制得的海参高营养胶囊,每日早晚各一粒,服用15天后,失眠症状消失,继续服用10天,头晕症状消失。
4、王某,39岁,脾肾虚弱引起的腰膝酸软,头晕耳鸣,纳谷不香,面色晦暗,乏力倦怠,尿量过少(正常尿量为1000—2000毫升/日,平均为1500毫升/日左右。尿量增多或减少,都可能是肾脏病的表现,特别是夜间多尿往往是肾脏病的信号。)。
服用本实施例1所示制得的海参高营养胶囊,每日早晚各一粒,服用20天后,不适症状消失。

将步骤C所得中药药液,肾虚人群20人服用,作为A组,
将步骤D所得海参提取液,肾虚人群20人服用,作为B组
20人服用传统的传统海参胶囊,做为C组,
20人食用海参,每人每天一只,作为D组。
具体例1供肾虚20人服用,作为E组。
具体例2供肾虚20人服用,作为F组。
具体例3供肾虚20人服用,作为G组。
连续服用30天后,比较如下

选10只小白鼠喂食传统海参口服液作为对照组,
选10只小白鼠喂食本发明作为比较组。
比较如下:
其中,比较组钙及矿物质的吸收快,增殖双歧杆菌、乳酸菌数目多,血脂、血糖、调节胆固醇的指标较对照组的低。3-5日内反复置于阴暗环境与暴晒环境,对照组染病几率大,所以,比较组免疫力强。
本发明的优点为:制造方法简单,制得的产品配比简单,组方搭配合理,补肾益精、滋阴健阳,补血润燥、调经祛劳、提高人体免疫力。具体为:本发明在海参提取液的基础上加入中药粉,充分溶解后再将溶有中药粉的海参提取液制备成为干浸膏,干燥后得药粉,药粉经胶囊分装后得本发明,本发明的中药组方补肾益精、滋阴健阳,而且,通过肾经,脾经进而养肝(中医认为肝不可直接补,一补即上火,而补脾、补肾即可养肝)在不益肾滋阴补血的同时,添加适度调养肝脏的药物,整体协调内脏环境,增加免疫力。
Claims (1)
1.一种海参营养胶囊的制造方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
备料,选择优质的下述中药组分和海参,备用:
A、清洗的步骤:将杜仲,白芍,菟丝子,芝麻,栗子,山药,胡桃,桂圆,党参,薏苡仁,漏芦,虎杖,黄芪,地黄,使用滚筒式洗药机进行清洗,清洗时间控制在2-3分钟,避免药效流失;海参的份数为杜仲的10倍;
B、润药的步骤:将步骤A清洗干净的中药组分,使用注水式润药机进行润药操作,润药使失水的植物细胞吸水膨胀,润药时间1-1.5小时,为提取工序创造条件;
C、上述组份加重量8倍量乙醇,加热回流提取3次,每次2小时,将3次提取液合并,减压回收乙醇,并浓缩至药液浓度为0.5g生药/mL,抽滤后,滤液的相对密度为20℃时1.1;所述滤液流经体积为10L的大孔吸附树脂柱,之后用10倍树脂柱体积的去离子水或蒸馏水洗脱,再用5倍树脂柱体积的95%乙醇洗脱,收集乙醇洗脱液,去除乙醇溶剂,得到中药药粉,再经80目筛子过筛后,经紫外线杀菌后备用;
