Abstract
本发明公开了一种润肺滋肾的营养组合物,涉及保健食品技术领域,所述组合物由如下重量份数的原料制备而成:芦笋粉30‑50份、虫草多糖粉15‑35份、黄精粉3‑20份、枸杞粉1‑10份、羊肚菌真菌多糖粉10‑30份。本发明一种润肺滋肾的营养组合物根据健康中国预防为主战略部署,结合中医五行心肝脾肺肾相生相克辨证施治原理,将芦笋、北冬虫夏草等五种生物营养品相结合,以营养干预的方式,来增强免疫能力,预防肺病的发生。

技术领域
本发明涉及保健食品技术领域,具体涉及一种润肺滋肾的营养组合物。
背景技术
肺炎是指终末气道、肺泡和肺间质的炎症,是我国常见的致死性疾病之一。临床症状起病急,寒战、高烧、咳嗽、胸痛和呼吸困难。病因主要是细菌感染和病毒感染,以及真菌侵袭、放射性侵害。其危害可并发感染性休克、血压下降、心动过速和心律失常。现有肺炎治疗原则主要是抗感染,肺癌治疗的方法主要是放化疗,存在的技术缺陷是:
1、有病就去医院,缺少营养干预产品的研发。
在环境污染和不良生活方式的影响下,许多人对肺病预防的意识不强。平时不保养,更不愿定期体检,病重了才去医院。由于肺癌早期症状不明显,往往发现时就到中晚期了。而在医院的治疗就是抢救,谈不上扶正固本。放化疗虽然来得快,但毒副作用也特别明显。如果平时注重膳食补充,就可以增强免疫不得病,或少得病,得轻病,就会不去医院或减少去医院的次数。
2、治疗主要使用抗生素,缺少非药物治疗产品。
目前,对于肺炎的治疗主要是选青霉素类、头孢菌素等抗生素治疗。这些药物虽然治疗效果好,毒副作用低,但是过量应用,也带来了一些毒副作用。如青霉素的过敏表现为荨麻疹、皮疹、哮喘、溶血性贫血、白细胞减少、肾功能损害,凝血障碍及青霉素脑病等;头孢菌类会造成低凝血酶原血症、免疫溶血性贫血及血小板功能障碍等。这样的话,肺炎治疗好了,发过来还要治疗这些不良症状。
对于肺癌治疗的方法主要是化学治疗、靶向治疗、手术治疗和放射性治疗,以及中药治疗等。肺癌靶向药在化疗时毒副作用虽然小,但是也会有一定的健康危害,如消化道不良反应:如恶心、呕吐或厌食,骨髓抑制等,对正常的血细胞会有一些杀伤作用。放射治疗如果不当,常引起放并发症放射性肺炎、放射性食管炎、放射性肺纤维化和放射性脊髓炎等。
3、就诊检测频繁或超量存在的健康危害
不论肺炎或肺癌,就诊首先要检测诊断,除血常规检查血清学检查、病毒分离外,还要进行X线胸透或CT扫描,以及磁共振成像检查。如果频繁或过量接受照射,就会对人体有害。我国使用X线胸透的几率非常高,在不少地方,竟成为每年入学体检、升学体检、从业体检,以及单位健康体检中的一个“保留节目”,并普遍存在着放射防护的问题。
在CT检查中,一些辐射损伤不会立即被发现,并且可能在十年或二十年后的下一个生命期中被发现。并且可能增加患癌症的风险。核磁共振虽然没有辐射,但是长时间的处于1.5T高磁场环境下,人体的质子在有磁矩状态,对细胞组织的正常的新陈代谢将产生影响,长此以往就会出现症状。
从以上分析中可见,预防肺炎呼吸系统疾病是关键,在治疗过程中减少抗生素使用是重点,还要减少去医院次数。研发具有防治的肺炎呼吸系统疾病膳食补充方剂,对于建设健康中国,减少慢性呼吸系统疾病死亡率,具有重要意义。
发明内容
为此,本发明提供一种润肺滋肾的营养组合物,制备的营养组合物通过特殊膳食营养合理的配伍,以营养干预的方式,来增强人体免疫能力,预防肺病的发生,以解决现有肺炎呼吸系统疾病的治疗方法存在明显毒副作用、易引起并发症、检测过于频繁对身体有伤害等问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
根据本发明的第一方面,一种润肺滋肾的营养组合物,所述组合物由如下重量份数的原料制备而成:芦笋粉30-50份、虫草多糖粉15-35份、黄精粉3-20份、枸杞粉1-10份、羊肚菌真菌多糖粉10-30份。
进一步地,所述组合物由如下重量份数的原料制备而成:芦笋粉35-45份、虫草多糖粉20-30份、黄精粉5-15份、枸杞粉2-8份、羊肚菌真菌多糖粉15-25份。
进一步地,所述组合物由如下重量份数的原料制备而成:芦笋粉40份、虫草多糖粉25份、黄精粉10份、枸杞粉5份、羊肚菌真菌多糖粉20份。
根据本发明的第二方面,上述的组合物的制备方法,所述制备方法包括如下步骤:
取芦笋粉30-50份、虫草多糖粉15-35份、黄精粉3-20份、枸杞粉1-10份、羊肚菌真菌多糖粉10-30份用均质机均匀调和细化,经辐照灭菌后包装成袋。
进一步地,所述芦笋粉的制备方法如下:
取新鲜绿芦笋在80-90℃下脱水4-6小时至芦笋中含水量在7%以下,再将脱水后的芦笋研磨至20-30目,然后经浸提、过滤、真空浓缩、杀菌、喷雾干燥后得芦笋粉。
进一步地,所述虫草多糖粉的制备方法如下:
将北冬虫夏草菌丝体发酵原液水煮、分离后去除残渣,保留上清液,再将上清液真空浓缩,然后经酒精醇沉、喷雾干燥得虫草多糖粉。
进一步地,所述黄精粉的制备方法如下:
取黄精采用食用乙醇为溶液低温萃取,再进行抽滤分离,然后依次经真空减压浓缩、回收乙醇溶剂、喷雾干燥得黄精粉。
进一步地,所述枸杞粉的制备方法如下:
取枸杞采用食用乙醇为溶液低温萃取,再进行抽滤分离,然后依次经真空减压浓缩、回收乙醇溶剂、喷雾干燥得枸杞粉。
进一步地,所述羊肚菌真菌多糖粉的制备方法如下:
将羊肚菌菌丝体发酵原液水煮、去渣留上清液,再将上清液依次经真空浓缩、酒精醇沉和喷雾干燥得羊肚菌真菌多糖粉。
本发明的五种膳食营养组合物医学作用机理分析如下:
芦笋:为天门冬科天门冬属(芦笋属)多年生草本植物。中药名石刁柏,别称芦笋、芦筍、露笋、龙须菜。食用部分为芦笋的嫩茎。芦笋含有人体所必需的各种氨基酸,丰富的维生素B、维生素A以及叶酸、硒、铁、锰、锌等微量元素。芦笋含硒量高于一般蔬菜,与含硒丰富的蘑菇接近,甚至可与海鱼、海虾等的含硒量媲美。应用现代生物提取技术,可获得含大量的叶酸、核酸、硒和天门冬酰胺酶和芦笋多糖等有效成分。
据明清医药精华《玉楸药解》載:"清肺止渴,利水通淋",《本草纲目》言芦笋“瘿结热气、止渴,利小便、解诸肉毒”。《日用本草》載:"味甘,寒,无毒。"治热病口渴,淋病,小便不利。现代医学研究发现,芦笋提取物可用于肝炎,银屑病,高脂血症,乳腺增生防治,对淋巴肉瘤、膀胱癌,乳腺癌,皮肤癌等有一定的疗效。
据山东师范大学研究,应用生物化学方法分离提取芦笋多糖,并对芦笋多糖抗肿瘤、抗氧化及免疫调节作用进行的研究显示,芦笋多糖对肿瘤细胞人低分化胃癌细胞增殖有明显的抑制作用,而且呈现剂量依赖效应。当多糖浓度达到300μg/ml时,其抑制率可达到45.5%。并测定芦笋多糖对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞产生一氧化氮NO的影响。芦笋多糖体外给药48h可促进小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞NO的释放,随给药浓度增加,作用增强。芦笋多糖对羟自由基、超氧阴离子自由基的清除效率很高。而且,芦笋多糖对体外肝组织的总抗氧化能力随多糖浓度的增加而提高,呈一定的浓度依赖效应。
北冬虫夏草:学名为蛹虫草,简称蛹草,为子囊菌门,肉座目,麦角菌科、虫草属的模式种,是国家卫生部批准生产的新资源食品。蛹虫草是多感染鳞翅目昆虫的蛹,由子座(即草部分,又称子实体)与菌核(即昆虫的尸体部分)两部分组成的复合体,简单来说,就是虫体与草的结合。药理作用:补肺阴,益肾阳,消炎解毒,增强免疫。
天然野生北冬虫夏草始载于《新华本草纲要》,其“味甘,性平”,有“益肺肾、补精髓,止血化痰”的功效。现代中医学巨著《中华药海》记载:“蛹草,别名北冬虫夏草(吉林),性平,味甘,入肺、肾二经,补肺益肾,止血化痰。功效主治:益肾补阳,益精髓,用治肾阳不足,髓海空虚,眩晕耳鸣,健忘不寐,腰膝酸软,阳痿早泄等症;止血化痰,补肾阳,益肺阴,保肺益肾,秘经益气。对肺肾不足、久咳虚喘、劳嗽痰血者有较好疗效。此外《全国中草药汇编》记载:“蛹虫草(北虫草)的子实体及虫体也可作为冬虫夏草入药”。
本发明采用的是利用蛹虫草菌丝体进行液态发酵提取,获虫草素、虫草酸、虫草多糖活性物质,其中多糖含量达25%以上,是野生虫草多糖的五倍。沈阳师范大学化学与生命科学学院王泽、张林等人,用MTT法检测北虫草水提物(CME)抑制3组人肺癌细胞生长活性的时效和量效特征,结果显示可诱导细胞凋亡发挥抗肺癌作用。
黄精:本品为百合科植物滇黄精或多花黄精的干燥根茎,药性平甘,归脾、肺、肾经。主要含有生物碱类、黄酮类、木脂类等活性成分,是国家卫生部公布的既是食品又是药品的中药。功效:补气养阴,健脾润肺、益肾。
据《日华子本草》记载:“蒸曝久服,能补中益气,除风湿、安脏腑、补劳伤、助筋骨、益脾胃、润心肺”之功效。食用方法有生黄精,熟黄精,甜黄精,制黄精,酒黄精等。《本经逢原》:黄精,宽中益气,使五藏调和,肌肉充盛,骨髓强坚,皆是补阴之功。常用的有生黄精为原药材去杂质,润透切片入药。又如甜黄精,以九蒸九晒后入药者。黄精的药用价值:抗病原微生物、抗缺氧、调节血糖、抗疲劳、抗氧化、抗病毒及增强免疫功能和强心作用。主要提取物为黄精多糖。
枸杞子:是茄科植物枸杞属宁夏枸杞的干燥成熟果实,国家卫生部公布的既是食品又是药品的中药。性能:味甘,性平。归肝经;肾经;肺经。功效:滋肾,补肝,益精,明目,润肺。我国古代医学家很早就发现了枸杞的药用价值。从汉代起,就应用于临床,并当做延年益寿的佳品。《食疗本草》记载枸杞子“坚筋耐老,补益筋骨,能益人”。明李时珍《本草纲目》记载:“春采枸杞叶,名天精草;夏采花,名长生草;秋采子,名枸杞子;冬采根,名地骨皮”。
枸杞子有效成分主要生物碱类、甾体类、氨基酸类。还有丰富的胡萝卜素类和黄酮类成分,以及维生素A1、B1、B2、C和钙、镁、钾、铁、锌的矿物质元素。由于枸杞子含有养眼营养,故擅长明目,所以俗称“明眼子”。历代医家治疗肝血不足、肾阴亏虚引起的视物昏花和夜盲症,常常使用枸杞子。常用手机电脑者眼睛容易疲劳,用枸杞泡茶可以滋阴明目。在天气比较热时,也可用泡水喝的方法来清除肝火。由于枸杞温热身体的效果相当强,适用人群肾虚者益用,能提高血浆睾酮素含量;免疫力低下者益用,可调节肌体免疫能力;视力不佳者益用,对肾阴虚引起的视物昏花和夜盲症有效。不宜人群正在感冒发烧、身体有炎症不宜食用,脾虚便溏,泄泻者忌用。
枸杞多糖是经生物工程提取分离技术获取的一种生物活性物质。许多实验证实,枸杞多糖的生理活性,对生殖系统有保护作用;通过抑制自由基,达到抗氧化及抗衰老作用;并且通过多种方式影响免疫调节功能。
羊肚菌:性平,味甘,归脾、胃二经。别称羊肚菜、羊肚蘑、编笠菌。是珍稀的野生食药食同用菌之一,属于真菌界子囊菌门子囊菌纲盘菌目羊肚菌科羊肚菌属。功效:消食和胃,化痰理气。主治:食积气滞,脘腹胀满,消化不良,痰多咳嗽。入药部位子实体。羊肚菌生于海拔800-1000m的阔叶林中地上及林缘空旷处,属多种荫类子实体的统称,因菌盖部分凹凸成蜂窝状,形念酷似翻开的羊肚(胃)而得名,是世界公认的珍稀食药兼用菌。
羊肚菌的功效成分为多糖、有机锗、荷尔蒙,在免疫调节、防治治疗、延缓衰老和抗疲劳方面,都有一定的生理作用。营养成分也特别丰富,在氨基酸类,谷氨酸、天冬氨酸、亮氨酸,赖氨酸含量较高。还有丰富的蛋白质、脂肪酸、维生素,以及多种常量元素和微量元素。具有改善睡眠,补肾壮阳、补脑提神健胃消食等功效,尤其是抗癌作用明显。羊肚菌中铁含量较高,对于预防和治疗缺铁性贫血以及孕妇补充血铁有良好功效。羊肚菌中的硒元素能加强VE的抗氧化作用,改变致癌物的代谢方向,减少或消除致癌危险。羊肚菌所含丰富的硒是人体红细胞谷胱甘肽过氧化酶的组成成分,可运输大量氧分子来抑制恶性肿瘤,使癌细胞失活;能加强维生素E的抗氧化作用。羊肚菌有机锗含量较高,具有强健身体、预防感冒、增强人体免疫力的功效。经发酵提取的羊肚菌多糖,具有抗菌、抗病毒的活性成分,具有增强机体免疫力、抗疲劳、抗病毒、抑制肿瘤等作用。
本发明五种膳食营养组合物的作用机理,是根据中医脏腑肺与肾的关系设计的,配方合理安全可靠。五味原料全部选用国家卫生部公布的新资源食品和药食同用食品,没有任何潜在的健康危害。配方中的北冬虫夏草、黄精和枸杞子药性味均为甘、平,无毒而平和,三者补肺阴,益肾阳,相得益彰,既强化了益肾的作用,又增强了润肺的作用。而作为主导作用的芦笋,性寒、味甘,“清肺止渴,利水通淋”,与性平味甘,增强机体免疫力、抗疲劳、抗病毒相呼应,使二者药力倍增。五味融为一体,优势互补,协同发力,对于保肺强肾,特别是新型冠状病毒愈后恢复期出现的气短、倦怠、乏力,食欲不好、便溏症状,扶助正气,清除余热大有益处。配伍符合发展中医药的绿色健康理念,符合中医药辨证施治,扶正固本原则,可以替代或减少药品和抗生素使用。

本发明一种润肺滋肾的营养组合物根据健康中国预防为主战略部署,结合中医五行心肝脾肺肾相生相克辨证施治原理,将芦笋、北冬虫夏草等五种生物营养品相结合,以营养干预的方式,来增强免疫能力,预防肺病的发生,适用健康中国行动计划推广公众膳食营养补充要求,可以成为保肺益肾的创新型膳食补充食品,有利于中医养生治未病,发展健康医学,减少现代城市慢性病抗生素使用,既可以预防,又可以作为重大疾病营养干预,具有实用价值,特别是适应于我国武汉爆发的新型冠状肺炎“战疫情”中治愈的感染者,对于这些患者后期的恢复保养起到辅助作用。
本发明一种润肺滋肾的营养组合物生态安全,营养健康,适合中老年人养生保健食用,便于推广,有利于辅助膳食治疗和非药物治疗,对重大疾病呼吸系统疾病的预防和营养干预具有积极的促进作用。
本发明一种润肺滋肾的营养组合物的制备方法不用传统的粉碎和熬制方法,全部采用现代中药生物工程技术,北冬虫夏草和羊肚菌采用液态发酵菌丝体提取真菌多糖,芦笋、黄精、枸杞子天然植物采用提取分离技术获取有效成分成分,这些技术可以获得有效成分高达25%以上的原料粉,比天然植物的有效成分高5倍以上,使得制备的食品营养价值更高。

以下由特定的具体实施例说明本发明的实施方式,熟悉此技术的人士可由本说明书所揭露的内容轻易地了解本发明的其他优点及功效,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
一种润肺滋肾的营养组合物如下重量份数的原料制备而成:芦笋粉30份、虫草多糖粉15份、黄精粉3份、枸杞粉1份、羊肚菌真菌多糖粉10份。
所述的组合物的制备方法包括如下步骤:
取新鲜绿芦笋在80-90℃下脱水4-6小时至芦笋中含水量在7%以下,再将脱水后的芦笋研磨至20-30目,然后经60%乙醇70℃浸提、过滤、真空浓缩、杀菌、喷雾干燥后得芦笋粉。
将北冬虫夏草菌丝体发酵原液在90-100℃下水煮2小时,然后导入碟式离心泵中离心分离,去除残渣,保留上清液;将上清液于70℃低温真空浓缩2-4小时,获取15%左右的虫草多糖浓缩液;将得到的虫草多糖浓缩液采用浓度为95%的酒精进行醇沉6-8小时,去除小分子物质,保留真菌多糖为主,然后经乙醇回收、喷雾干燥得虫草多糖粉。
取黄精采用食用乙醇为溶液低温萃取,再进行抽滤分离,然后依次经真空减压浓缩、回收乙醇溶剂、喷雾干燥得黄精粉。
取枸杞采用食用乙醇为溶液低温萃取,再进行抽滤分离,然后依次经真空减压浓缩、回收乙醇溶剂、喷雾干燥得枸杞粉。
将羊肚菌菌丝体发酵原液在90-100℃下水煮2小时,然后导入碟式离心泵中离心分离,去除残渣,保留上清液;将上清液于70℃低温真空浓缩2-4小时,获取15%左右的羊肚菌真菌多糖浓缩液;将得到的羊肚菌真菌多糖浓缩液采用浓度为95%的酒精进行醇沉6-8小时,去除小分子物质,保留真菌多糖为主,然后经乙醇回收、喷雾干燥得羊肚菌真菌多糖粉。
取制备好的芦笋粉30份、虫草多糖粉15份、黄精粉3份、枸杞粉1份、羊肚菌真菌多糖粉10份用均质机均匀调和细化,经辐照灭菌后包装成袋,每袋5g。
实施例2
一种润肺滋肾的营养组合物如下重量份数的原料制备而成:芦笋粉50份、虫草多糖粉35份、黄精粉20份、枸杞粉10份、羊肚菌真菌多糖粉30份。

本发明一种润肺滋肾的营养组合物采用温水冲服,每天10g,分两次服用,每次5g。

1.一种润肺滋肾的营养组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物由如下重量份数的原料制备而成:芦笋粉30-50份、虫草多糖粉15-35份、黄精粉3-20份、枸杞粉1-10份、羊肚菌真菌多糖粉10-30份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种润肺滋肾的营养组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物由如下重量份数的原料制备而成:芦笋粉35-45份、虫草多糖粉20-30份、黄精粉5-15份、枸杞粉2-8份、羊肚菌真菌多糖粉15-25份。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种润肺滋肾的营养组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物由如下重量份数的原料制备而成:芦笋粉40份、虫草多糖粉25份、黄精粉10份、枸杞粉5份、羊肚菌真菌多糖粉20份。
4.如权利要求1-3任一项所述的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括如下步骤:
取芦笋粉30-50份、虫草多糖粉15-35份、黄精粉3-20份、枸杞粉1-10份、羊肚菌真菌多糖粉10-30份用均质机均匀调和细化,经辐照灭菌后包装成袋。
5.如权利要求4所述的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述芦笋粉的制备方法如下:
取新鲜绿芦笋在80-90℃下脱水4-6小时至芦笋中含水量在7%以下,再将脱水后的芦笋研磨至20-30目,然后经浸提、过滤、真空浓缩、杀菌、喷雾干燥后得芦笋粉。

将北冬虫夏草菌丝体发酵原液水煮、分离后去除残渣,保留上清液,再将上清液真空浓缩,然后经酒精醇沉、喷雾干燥得虫草多糖粉。
7.如权利要求4所述的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述黄精粉的制备方法如下:
取黄精采用食用乙醇为溶液低温萃取,再进行抽滤分离,然后依次经真空减压浓缩、回收乙醇溶剂、喷雾干燥得黄精粉。
8.如权利要求4所述的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述枸杞粉的制备方法如下:
取枸杞采用食用乙醇为溶液低温萃取,再进行抽滤分离,然后依次经真空减压浓缩、回收乙醇溶剂、喷雾干燥得枸杞粉。
9.如权利要求4所述的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述羊肚菌真菌多糖粉的制备方法如下:
将羊肚菌菌丝体发酵原液水煮、去渣留上清液,再将上清液依次经真空浓缩、酒精醇沉和喷雾干燥得羊肚菌真菌多糖粉。
