Abstract
本发明提供一种鹿血双色片保健食品及其制备方法,属于保健食品领域。通过生茸期的鹿血的离心分离制备的两种物质,一部分血浆蛋白粉中加入大豆肽增强其抗衰老功能;另一部分中加入罗汉果,罗汉果的甘、凉特性与鹿血的温补特性相互补,降低鹿血温补太过之功,方中加入的人参、甘草、黄精、当归、熟地黄与鹿血的功效相辅相成,阴阳双补;选用优质黍米黄酒,氨基酸含量丰富,其温补的特性,用黄酒浸泡药材,辅助各种药物更好地发挥其功效。加入的蓝靛果汁,其丰富的花青素增强鹿血抗衰老,抗氧化的作用,再加上其天然的染色效果丰富了鹿血片,其特有的酸涩口感屏蔽了鹿血特有的腥味,能改善口感,增强鹿血的抗衰老功效。

技术领域
本发明属于保健食品领域,尤其是指一种适合嚼服的鹿血双色片。
背景技术
鹿全身是宝,其奇特的营养成分能增加红血球、血色素及网状红血球生成,增强人体免疫力,促进人体新陈代谢再生过程,提高机体抗疲劳能力及性功能。鹿血是名贵中药,明代李时珍则对鹿血的医疗作用做了较为详细的研究,据《本草纲目》记载“鹿血主阳萎、补虚、止腰痛,鼻衄、跌伤、狂犬伤,和酒服治肺痿吐血,及崩中带下,诸气痛欲危者饮之立愈。大补虚损,益精血,解痘毒、药毒”。具有补精血、返少阳的作用,是女性滋补调养,延缓衰老的极品。
近代,通过动物实验和临床研究证明了鹿血确实具有养颜容、治疗贫血,调节免疫,延缓衰老,改善记忆,抗疲劳,改善性功能等多项治疗保健作用。
鹿血含水量为80%~81%,有机物占16%~17%,其中主要是蛋白质,蛋白质中富含19种氨基酸及多种酶类,另外还含多种脂类、游离脂肪酸类、固醇类、磷脂类、激素类、维生素类和多糖类等。灰分占3%~4%,并含多种常量和有益微量元素。特别是鹿血中还含有Y-球蛋白,胱氨酸、赖氨酸,与心脏机能相关的磷酸肌酸激酶、覆酶等。这些活性物质具有抗缺氧、抗疲劳的作用。鹿血中SOD的含量分别为生茸期(1023.94±21.41)u/ml、生茸前期(945.64±14.95)u/ml、配种期(935.27±11.41)u/ml,生茸期鹿血的SOD含量最高,在各生理期内血液(成分分为血浆和血细胞内容物)SOD含量均高于同时期全血,也就是说各个生理时期的鹿血中又以溶血液的SOD含量最高。
黄酒:以大米、黍米、粟为原料,一般酒精含量为14%-20%,属于低度酿造酒。黄酒含有丰富的营养,含有21种氨基酸,其中包括有数种未知氨基酸,而人体自身不能合成必须依靠食物摄取8种必须氨基酸黄酒都具备,故被誉为“液体蛋糕”。
罗汉果:罗汉果性凉,味甘;归肺、大肠经。罗汉果中含有丰富的葡萄糖、果糖及多种维生素,罗汉果中含有罗汉果多糖,罗汉果多糖能够增加免疫器官的重量,提高腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能,促进血清溶血素形成,增加淋巴细胞的转化率及免疫器官指数。因此罗汉果对机体的细胞免疫、体液免疫和非特异性每一均有明显的免疫增强作用。罗汉果的甘、凉特性与鹿血的温补相辅相成,降低鹿血温补太过之功。
人参:人参自古以来拥有“百草之王”的美誉,更被东方医学界誉为“滋阴补生,扶正固本”之极品,含多皂苷和多糖成分,浸出液可被皮肤缓慢吸收且无不良刺激,能扩张皮肤毛细血管,促进皮肤血液循环,增加皮肤营养,调节皮肤油水平衡,防止皮肤脱水、硬化、起皱,人参活性物质抑制黑色素细胞的还原性,使皮肤洁白光滑,能增强皮肤弹性,使细胞获得新生,是护肤美容的极品。人参的肉质根为著名强壮滋补药,适用于调整血压、恢复心脏功能、神经衰弱及身体虚弱等症,也有祛痰、健胃、利尿、兴奋等功效。
黄精:黄精是卫生部《关于进一步规范保健食品原料管理的通知》中列为既是食品又是药品的物品。黄精味甘性平,归脾、肺、肾经。补气养阴,润肺,益肾。用于脾胃气虚,体倦乏力,胃阴不足,口干食少,肺虚燥咳,痨嗽咳血,,精血不足,腰膝酸软,须发早白,内热消渴。黄精中主含黄精多糖,甾体皂苷,粘液质,淀粉质类,含含有生物碱,琥珀酸、果糖、葡萄糖和高级脂肪酸混合物、木质素类、黄酮类等。现代药理学研究表明黄精具有抗衰老,降血糖,降血脂、防止动脉粥样硬化,提高和改善记忆,抗肿瘤,调节免疫、抗病毒,抗炎等作用。
当归:性甘、辛,温。归肝、辛,温。归肝、心、脾经。有补血活血,调经止痛,润肠通便。用于血虚萎黄,眩晕心悸,月经不调,经闭痛经,虚寒腹痛,风湿痹痛,跌补损伤,痈疽疮疡,肠燥便秘。
熟地黄:性味:甘、微温,具有滋阴补血、益精填髓之功效,用于治疗肝肾阴虚、腰虚酸软、骨蒸潮热、盗汗益精、内热消渴、血虚萎黄、心悸怔仲、月经不调、崩漏下血、眩晕、耳鸣、须发早白。
蓝靛果:具研究证明蓝靛果中含有较高的花青素、烟酸,其Vpp含量高出其他水果近百倍,其食用、药用价值十分高。具有清热解毒的功能,具有抗炎、抗病毒、软化血管、降低血压、防止毛细血管破裂、抗肿瘤、保护视力的功效。其降压作用温和、持久,且起效时间短;可缓解放疗后不适症状,具有增加白细胞作用。蓝靛果的提取物花青素由于自由基对健康的影响日益为人们所认识。有实验证明花青素是迄今为止所发现的最强效的自由基清除剂,其抗自由基氧化能力是维生素C的20倍,是维生素E的50倍,尤其是其体内活性,更是其他抗氧化剂无法比拟的。
大豆肽:大豆肽含有精氨酸、谷氨酸。精氨酸可以增加人体重要免疫器官-胸腺的体积和健康程度增强免疫力;大量病毒侵入人体的时候,谷氨酸可以产生免疫细胞,击退病毒。营养丰富、容易吸收外,还具有抗高血压、降低胆固醇、抗血栓形成,改善脂质代谢,防止动脉硬化,增强人体体能和肌肉力量,促进肌红细胞复原,消除疲劳、促进钙、磷和其它微量元素吸收,可以形成大豆肽络合钙直接进入血液,沉积在骨中,不需要维生素D的参与,达到提高骨骼强度的功效;肽还能促进大脑发育、提高记忆力,还具有增强吞噬细胞和B细胞的活力,增强免疫功能,具有抗癌、抗衰老、保护表皮细胞、防止黑色素沉着、消除氧化自由基,起血液清道夫作用。
发明内容
本发明提供一种鹿血双色片保健食品及其制备方法,目的在于制备具有抗氧化、抗衰老功能的保健食品。
本发明采取的技术方案是:是由下列重量份的原料和步骤制得的:
生茸期的鹿血30-50份、大豆肽30-40份、人参5-10份、当归5-10份、黄精5-10份、熟地黄5-10份、罗汉果5-10份、蓝靛果1-5份、甘草1-2份;
步骤如下:
(1)、离心分离:取生茸期的鹿血30-50份放入橡木桶内,在室温下进行搅拌,再用200目的绢布过滤,滤掉杂质,将过滤好的鹿血放入离心机中离心1小时,转速10000-15000转/分钟,沉淀用于制备上色片,上清液用于制备下色片,备用;
(2)、低压浓缩:将上述上清液真空减压浓缩至固形物达20%-40%的浓缩液,备用;
(3)、真空冷冻干燥:将上述浓缩液用真空冷冻干燥法将上清液制成粉;
(4)、将步骤(1)中沉淀放入电热鼓风干燥机内进行干燥,粉碎,待用;
(5)、辅料的处理:
1)将人参5-10份粉碎,过100目筛,按照料液比例1:(60-80),加入水中,浸泡3-4h,然后在90-100℃下加热回流3h,过滤,滤液备用,滤渣再按照料液比例1:50加入水中,在95℃下加热回流3h,过滤,合并两次的滤液,减压浓缩,然后真空干燥,得到人参提取物;
2)将罗汉果5-10份粉碎,过100目筛,按照料液比例1:80浸泡在水中4-6h,然后在80-90℃下加热回流3-4小时,过滤,将滤液减压浓缩,然后真空干燥,得到罗汉果提取物;
3)将甘草粉碎,过100目筛,按照料液比例1:80浸泡在水中5-6h,然后在70-80℃下加热回流3-4小时,过滤,将滤液减压浓缩,然后真空干燥,得到罗汉果提取物;
4)将当归5-10份放入橡木桶中,按重量比当归:黄酒=5:1,放入黄酒中进行浸泡,黄酒符合黄酒国家标准GBT 13662,盖上桶盖,浸泡5小时,待黄酒完全被吸尽,取出,放入炒药机中设定温度为105℃,炒至略有焦斑,香气浓郁,并略有酒香气,取出粉碎、过200目筛,备用;
5)将黄精5-10份放入橡木桶中,按重量比黄精:黄酒=5:1,放入黄酒中进行浸泡,黄酒符合黄酒国家标准GBT 13662,盖上桶盖,闷润1小时,把闷润好的黄精置蒸煮锅内,将锅内放入箅子,把闷润好的黄精放入锅内,盖上锅盖,打开蒸汽阀门,将锅夹层的排气阀打开,将冷气放净,关闭排气阀,用蒸汽蒸制6-8小时,蒸至黄酒被吸尽,色泽黑润时取出,放凉,再放入电热鼓风干燥箱中75℃进行干燥,5小时后取出,粉碎、过200目筛,备用;
6)将熟地黄5-10份,加入10倍量的水,提取3次,第一次沸水投料,每次2h,提取液合并、滤过后,浓缩至30℃时测相对密度为1.06,干燥,粉碎,备用;
7)将鲜蓝靛果1-5份粉碎,静置3h,过滤,留取蓝靛果汁备用;
(6)、将下色片原料加入大豆肽,再加入麦芽糊精进行制粒,备用;
(7)、将上色片原料加入经过处理的步骤(5)的辅料罗汉果、人参、甘草、黄精、当归、熟地黄,加入麦芽糊精,再将蓝靛果汁均匀地喷淋在以上物料中进行制粒,备用;
(8)、整粒压片:将步骤(6)、(7)制好的颗粒按照1:1的比例过80目筛,并在颗粒中分别加入1%-2%的硬脂酸镁,混匀,将两种物料分别放入双色压片机中压片成形。
本发明通过生茸期的鹿血的离心分离制备的两种物质,一部分血浆蛋白粉中加入大豆肽增强其抗衰老功能;另一部分中加入罗汉果,罗汉果的甘、凉特性与鹿血的温补特性相互补,降低鹿血温补太过之功,方中加入的人参、甘草、黄精、当归、熟地黄与鹿血的功效相辅相成,阴阳双补;选用优质黍米黄酒,氨基酸含量丰富,其温补的特性,用黄酒浸泡药材,辅助各种药物更好地发挥其功效。加入的蓝靛果汁,其丰富的花青素增强鹿血抗衰老,抗氧化的作用,再加上其天然的染色效果丰富了鹿血片,其特有的酸涩口感屏蔽了鹿血特有的腥味,能改善口感,增强鹿血的抗衰老功效;甘草:性味甘、平,加入后起到调和诸药的作用,缓和药性,辅助鹿血发挥其功效。
具体实施方式
实施例1
是由下列重量份的原料和步骤制得的:
生茸期的鹿血30份、大豆肽30份、人参5份、当归5份、黄精5份、熟地黄5份、罗汉果5份、蓝靛果1份、甘草1份;
步骤如下:
(1)、离心分离:取生茸期的鹿血30份放入橡木桶内,在室温下进行搅拌,再用200目的绢布过滤,滤掉杂质,将过滤好的鹿血放入离心机中离心1小时,转速10000转/分钟,沉淀用于制备上色片,上清液用于制备下色片,备用;
(2)、低压浓缩:将上述上清液真空减压浓缩至固形物达20%的浓缩液,备用;
(3)、真空冷冻干燥:将上述浓缩液用真空冷冻干燥法将上清液制成粉;
(4)、将步骤(1)中沉淀放入电热鼓风干燥机内进行干燥,粉碎,待用;
(5)、辅料的处理:

3)将甘草粉碎,过100目筛,按照料液比例1:80浸泡在水中5h,然后在70℃下加热回流3小时,过滤,将滤液减压浓缩,然后真空干燥,得到罗汉果提取物;
4)将当归5份放入橡木桶中,按重量比当归:黄酒=5:1,放入黄酒中进行浸泡,黄酒符合黄酒国家标准GBT 13662,盖上桶盖,浸泡5小时,待黄酒完全被吸尽,取出,放入炒药机中设定温度为105℃,炒至略有焦斑,香气浓郁,并略有酒香气,取出粉碎、过200目筛,备用;
5)将黄精5份放入橡木桶中,按重量比黄精:黄酒=5:1,放入黄酒中进行浸泡,黄酒符合黄酒国家标准GBT 13662,盖上桶盖,闷润1小时,把闷润好的黄精置蒸煮锅内,将锅内放入箅子,把闷润好的黄精放入锅内,盖上锅盖,打开蒸汽阀门,将锅夹层的排气阀打开,将冷气放净,关闭排气阀,用蒸汽蒸制6小时,蒸至黄酒被吸尽,色泽黑润时取出,放凉,再放入电热鼓风干燥箱中75℃进行干燥,5小时后取出,粉碎、过200目筛,备用;
6)将熟地黄5份,加入10倍量的水,提取3次,第一次沸水投料,每次2h,提取液合并、滤过后,浓缩至30℃时测相对密度为1.06,干燥,粉碎,备用;
7)将鲜蓝靛果1份粉碎,静置3h,过滤,留取蓝靛果汁备用;
(6)、将下色片原料加入大豆肽,再加入麦芽糊精进行制粒,备用;
(7)、将上色片原料加入经过处理的步骤(5)的辅料罗汉果、人参、甘草、黄精、当归、熟地黄,加入麦芽糊精,再将蓝靛果汁均匀地喷淋在以上物料中进行制粒,备用;
(8)、整粒压片:将步骤(6)、(7)制好的颗粒按照1:1的比例过80目筛,并在颗粒中分别加入1%的硬脂酸镁,混匀,将两种物料分别放入双色压片机中压片成形。
实施例2
是由下列重量份的原料和步骤制得的:
生茸期的鹿血40份、大豆肽35份、人参7.5份、当归7.5份、黄精7.5份、熟地黄7.5份、罗汉果7.5份、蓝靛果3份、甘草1.5份;
步骤如下:
(1)、离心分离:取生茸期的鹿血40份放入橡木桶内,在室温下进行搅拌,再用200目的绢布过滤,滤掉杂质,将过滤好的鹿血放入离心机中离心1小时,转速12500转/分钟,沉淀用于制备上色片,上清液用于制备下色片,备用;
(2)、低压浓缩:将上述上清液真空减压浓缩至固形物达30%的浓缩液,备用;
(3)、真空冷冻干燥:将上述浓缩液用真空冷冻干燥法将上清液制成粉;
(4)、将步骤(1)中沉淀放入电热鼓风干燥机内进行干燥,粉碎,待用;
(5)、辅料的处理:
1)将人参7.5份粉碎,过100目筛,按照料液比例1:70,加入水中,浸泡3.5h,然后在95℃下加热回流3h,过滤,滤液备用,滤渣再按照料液比例1:50加入水中,在95℃下加热回流3h,过滤,合并两次的滤液,减压浓缩,然后真空干燥,得到人参提取物;
2)将罗汉果7.5份粉碎,过100目筛,按照料液比例1:80浸泡在水中5h,然后在85℃下加热回流3.5小时,过滤,将滤液减压浓缩,然后真空干燥,得到罗汉果提取物;
3)将甘草粉碎,过100目筛,按照料液比例1:80浸泡在水中5.5h,然后在75℃下加热回流3.5小时,过滤,将滤液减压浓缩,然后真空干燥,得到罗汉果提取物;
4)将当归7.5份放入橡木桶中,按重量比当归:黄酒=5:1,放入黄酒中进行浸泡,黄酒符合黄酒国家标准GBT 13662,盖上桶盖,浸泡5小时,待黄酒完全被吸尽,取出,放入炒药机中设定温度为105℃,炒至略有焦斑,香气浓郁,并略有酒香气,取出粉碎、过200目筛,备用;
5)将黄精7.5份放入橡木桶中,按重量比黄精:黄酒=5:1,放入黄酒中进行浸泡,黄酒符合黄酒国家标准GBT 13662,盖上桶盖,闷润1小时,把闷润好的黄精置蒸煮锅内,将锅内放入箅子,把闷润好的黄精放入锅内,盖上锅盖,打开蒸汽阀门,将锅夹层的排气阀打开,将冷气放净,关闭排气阀,用蒸汽蒸制7小时,蒸至黄酒被吸尽,色泽黑润时取出,放凉,再放入电热鼓风干燥箱中75℃进行干燥,5小时后取出,粉碎、过200目筛,备用;
6)将熟地黄7.5份,加入10倍量的水,提取3次,第一次沸水投料,每次2h,提取液合并、滤过后,浓缩至30℃时测相对密度为1.06,干燥,粉碎,备用;
7)将鲜蓝靛果3份粉碎,静置3h,过滤,留取蓝靛果汁备用;
(6)、将下色片原料加入大豆肽,再加入麦芽糊精进行制粒,备用;
(7)、将上色片原料加入经过处理的步骤(5)的辅料罗汉果、人参、甘草、黄精、当归、熟地黄,加入麦芽糊精,再将蓝靛果汁均匀地喷淋在以上物料中进行制粒,备用;
(8)、整粒压片:将步骤(6)、(7)制好的颗粒按照1:1的比例过80目筛,并在颗粒中分别加入1.5%的硬脂酸镁,混匀,将两种物料分别放入双色压片机中压片成形。
实施例3
是由下列重量份的原料和步骤制得的:
生茸期的鹿血50份、大豆肽40份、人参10份、当归10份、黄精10份、熟地黄10份、罗汉果10份、蓝靛果5份、甘草2份;
步骤如下:
(1)、离心分离:取生茸期的鹿血50份放入橡木桶内,在室温下进行搅拌,再用200目的绢布过滤,滤掉杂质,将过滤好的鹿血放入离心机中离心1小时,转速15000转/分钟,沉淀用于制备上色片,上清液用于制备下色片,备用;
(2)、低压浓缩:将上述上清液真空减压浓缩至固形物达40%的浓缩液,备用;
(3)、真空冷冻干燥:将上述浓缩液用真空冷冻干燥法将上清液制成粉;
(4)、将步骤(1)中沉淀放入电热鼓风干燥机内进行干燥,粉碎,待用;
(5)、辅料的处理:
1)将人参10份粉碎,过100目筛,按照料液比例1:80,加入水中,浸泡4h,然后在100℃下加热回流3h,过滤,滤液备用,滤渣再按照料液比例1:50加入水中,在95℃下加热回流3h,过滤,合并两次的滤液,减压浓缩,然后真空干燥,得到人参提取物;
2)将罗汉果10份粉碎,过100目筛,按照料液比例1:80浸泡在水中6h,然后在90℃下加热回流4小时,过滤,将滤液减压浓缩,然后真空干燥,得到罗汉果提取物;
3)将甘草粉碎,过100目筛,按照料液比例1:80浸泡在水中6h,然后在80℃下加热回流4小时,过滤,将滤液减压浓缩,然后真空干燥,得到罗汉果提取物;
4)将当归10份放入橡木桶中,按重量比当归:黄酒=5:1,放入黄酒中进行浸泡,黄酒符合黄酒国家标准GBT 13662,盖上桶盖,浸泡5小时,待黄酒完全被吸尽,取出,放入炒药机中设定温度为105℃,炒至略有焦斑,香气浓郁,并略有酒香气,取出粉碎、过200目筛,备用;
5)将黄精10份放入橡木桶中,按重量比黄精:黄酒=5:1,放入黄酒中进行浸泡,黄酒符合黄酒国家标准GBT 13662,盖上桶盖,闷润1小时,把闷润好的黄精置蒸煮锅内,将锅内放入箅子,把闷润好的黄精放入锅内,盖上锅盖,打开蒸汽阀门,将锅夹层的排气阀打开,将冷气放净,关闭排气阀,用蒸汽蒸制8小时,蒸至黄酒被吸尽,色泽黑润时取出,放凉,再放入电热鼓风干燥箱中75℃进行干燥,5小时后取出,粉碎、过200目筛,备用;
6)将熟地黄10份,加入10倍量的水,提取3次,第一次沸水投料,每次2h,提取液合并、滤过后,浓缩至30℃时测相对密度为1.06,干燥,粉碎,备用;
7)将鲜蓝靛果5份粉碎,静置3h,过滤,留取蓝靛果汁备用;
(6)、将下色片原料加入大豆肽,再加入麦芽糊精进行制粒,备用;
(7)、将上色片原料加入经过处理的步骤(5)的辅料罗汉果、人参、甘草、黄精、当归、熟地黄,加入麦芽糊精,再将蓝靛果汁均匀地喷淋在以上物料中进行制粒,备用;
(8)、整粒压片:将步骤(6)、(7)制好的颗粒按照1:1的比例过80目筛,并在颗粒中分别加入2%的硬脂酸镁,混匀,将两种物料分别放入双色压片机中压片成形。
制备的鹿血双色片,一面呈乳白色,另一面为红褐色,一面味道清淡、另一面微酸,达到双色双味,充分保留了鹿血的全部有效成分。
下边通过抗氧化试验来进一步说明本发明效果。
1、试验对象:选用80只10月龄的小鼠,雌性;
2、试验材料:实施例2制备的抗衰老保健品;
3、试验方法:将80只小鼠随机分为4组,每组20只,分别为对照组、低剂量组、中剂量组和高剂量组,各组给药方式如下所述:
对照组:灌胃给与相同体积的生理盐水;
低剂量组:灌胃给与实施例2制备的保健品颗粒1g/kg/d;
中剂量组:灌胃给与实施例2制备的保健品颗粒3g/kg/d;
高剂量组:灌胃给与实施例2制备的保健品颗粒5g/kg/d;
小鼠连续灌胃30天后,断头取血、离心并取血清,测定血清中丙二醛(MDA)含量(化学比色法)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力(比色法)。
试验结果:试验结果如表1所示。

与对照组相比,本发明的抗衰老保健品可以提高血清中的SOD的活力,降低血清中MDA的活力,而且随着剂量的增加,其SOD的活力显著升高,而MDA的活力显著下降,可以显著的清除人体内产生的自由基,大大的减少自由基对人体的危害,达到延缓衰老的作用。
Claims (2)
1.一种鹿血双色片保健食品,其特征在于,是由下列重量份的原料和步骤制得的:
生茸期的鹿血30-50份、大豆肽30-40份、人参5-10份、当归5-10份、黄精5-10份、熟地黄5-10份、罗汉果5-10份、蓝靛果1-5份、甘草1-2份;
步骤如下:
(1)、离心分离:取生茸期的鹿血30-50份放入橡木桶内,在室温下进行搅拌,再用200目的绢布过滤,滤掉杂质,将过滤好的鹿血放入离心机中离心1小时,转速10000-15000转/分钟,沉淀用于制备上色片,上清液用于制备下色片,备用;
(2)、低压浓缩:将上述上清液真空减压浓缩至固形物达20%-40%的浓缩液,备用;
(3)、真空冷冻干燥:将上述浓缩液用真空冷冻干燥法将上清液制成粉;
(4)、将步骤(1)中沉淀放入电热鼓风干燥机内进行干燥,粉碎,待用;
(5)、辅料的处理:
1)将人参5-10份粉碎,过100目筛,按照料液比例1:(60-80),加入水中,浸泡3-4h,然后在90-100℃下加热回流3h,过滤,滤液备用,滤渣再按照料液比例1:50加入水中,在95℃下加热回流3h,过滤,合并两次的滤液,减压浓缩,然后真空干燥,得到人参提取物;
2)将罗汉果5-10份粉碎,过100目筛,按照料液比例1:80浸泡在水中4-6h,然后在80-90℃下加热回流3-4小时,过滤,将滤液减压浓缩,然后真空干燥,得到罗汉果提取物;
3)将甘草粉碎,过100目筛,按照料液比例1:80浸泡在水中5-6h,然后在70-80℃下加热回流3-4小时,过滤,将滤液减压浓缩,然后真空干燥,得到罗汉果提取物;
4)将当归5-10份放入橡木桶中,按重量比当归:黄酒=5:1,放入黄酒中进行浸泡,黄酒符合黄酒国家标准GBT 13662,盖上桶盖,浸泡5小时,待黄酒完全被吸尽,取出,放入炒药机中设定温度为105℃,炒至略有焦斑,香气浓郁,并略有酒香气,取出粉碎、过200目筛,备用;
5)将黄精5-10份放入橡木桶中,按重量比黄精:黄酒=5:1,放入黄酒中进行浸泡,黄酒符合黄酒国家标准GBT 13662,盖上桶盖,闷润1小时,把闷润好的黄精置蒸煮锅内,将锅内放入箅子,把闷润好的黄精放入锅内,盖上锅盖,打开蒸汽阀门,将锅夹层的排气阀打开,将冷气放净,关闭排气阀,用蒸汽蒸制6-8小时,蒸至黄酒被吸尽,色泽黑润时取出,放凉,再放入电热鼓风干燥箱中75℃进行干燥,5小时后取出,粉碎、过200目筛,备用;
6)将熟地黄5-10份,加入10倍量的水,提取3次,第一次沸水投料,每次2h,提取液合并、滤过后,浓缩至30℃时测相对密度为1.06,干燥,粉碎,备用;
7)将鲜蓝靛果1-5份粉碎,静置3h,过滤,留取蓝靛果汁备用;
(6)、将下色片原料加入大豆肽,再加入麦芽糊精进行制粒,备用;
(7)、将上色片原料加入经过处理的步骤(5)的辅料罗汉果、人参、甘草、黄精、当归、熟地黄,加入麦芽糊精,再将蓝靛果汁均匀地喷淋在以上物料中进行制粒,备用;
(8)、整粒压片:将步骤(6)、(7)制好的颗粒按照1:1的比例过80目筛,并在颗粒中分别加入1%-2%的硬脂酸镁,混匀,将两种物料分别放入双色压片机中压片成形。
2.一种鹿血双色片保健食品的制备方法,其特征在于,包括下列重量份的原料和步骤:
生茸期的鹿血30-50份、大豆肽30-40份、人参5-10份、当归5-10份、黄精5-10份、熟地黄5-10份、罗汉果5-10份、蓝靛果1-5份、甘草1-2份;
步骤如下:
(1)、离心分离:取生茸期的鹿血30-50份放入橡木桶内,在室温下进行搅拌,再用200目的绢布过滤,滤掉杂质,将过滤好的鹿血放入离心机中离心1小时,转速10000-15000转/分钟,沉淀用于制备上色片,上清液用于制备下色片,备用;
(2)、低压浓缩:将上述上清液真空减压浓缩至固形物达20%-40%的浓缩液,备用;
(3)、真空冷冻干燥:将上述浓缩液用真空冷冻干燥法将上清液制成粉;
(4)、将步骤(1)中沉淀放入电热鼓风干燥机内进行干燥,粉碎,待用;
(5)、辅料的处理:

4)将当归5-10份放入橡木桶中,按重量比当归:黄酒=5:1,放入黄酒中进行浸泡,黄酒符合黄酒国家标准GBT 13662,盖上桶盖,浸泡5小时,待黄酒完全被吸尽,取出,放入炒药机中设定温度为105℃,炒至略有焦斑,香气浓郁,并略有酒香气,取出粉碎、过200目筛,备用;

(8)、整粒压片:将步骤(6)、(7)制好的颗粒按照1:1的比例过80目筛,并在颗粒中分别加入1%-2%的硬脂酸镁,混匀,将两种物料分别放入双色压片机中压片成形。
